 - Hotel is clean and pool was good.
 - We went to three restaurants at the resort and all of them had delicious food and the views were great only thing I would recommend if you have a family bring a few extra bottles of water thanks
 - I have also contacted the local TV stations since the resort cannot seem to do what is right, a lawyer will be next on my list.
 - First time at the resort and loved it.
 - This hotel is gorgeous and the service is excellent.

 - Irene at the restaurant is absolutely fantastic, great service and so friendly.
 - Francisco and his wait staff were the most professional and friendly staff during our conference.
 - Milton who manages one of the restaurants was not only friendly to me,
 - He was so friendly and did an great job getting our food to us hot and fresh!
 - but everyone I encountered there and in the dining room was friendly, professional, and eager to ensure that I was happy with everything.

 - On top of the most glaring strike against this place, the security lock was broken, dust was on everything, there was gunk all over the remote, and the headboard was peeling terribly.
 - The bathroom in this room was horrible with peeling toilet seats and broken flush handles - I mean the gas station has toilets in better shape.
 - I had a dirty room with mechanical issues (light bulb out and broken vent-super noisy), so they "upgraded" me to concierge level.
 - Our room had very low ceilings, broken bathroom fixtures, stains on the bed and overall just not clean.

 - It is also very attractive to be close to the Galleria.
 - This hotel is in a great location right near The Galleria.
 - Close to the Galleria.
 - Location was near the Galleria, and good restaurants were in easy drive.
 - The location is excellent as well, near the Galleria, the Med Center, the Museum district, and downtown.

 - Beds were great and the motion-detected lights that emanated on the floor on the bedsides were a nice touch and helpful. But I wouldn't call the room "romantic."

 - but when I arrived a day later they had bumped it up by $100. They said the higher rate was "new."
 - I’ve heard of other hotels in the area not managing as well with the pitfalls that arise from having to reduce rates to fill the hotels.
 - but I do pay attention to things.
 - At check out, the assistant manager Ana denied to reimburse my airport transportation expense because "the manager [Justin] left a clear message specifically staying only your arrival expense is to be reimbursed".
 - The restaurant is a little pricey for breakfast.
