The continental breakfast has everything you could want and comfortable place to dine for breakfast.

Very clean accommodations, able to check-in earlier than specified, great location, breakfast offered was quite complete ie.

This hotel has a great location for everything we wanted to do in Hot Springs, a quick drive to downtown and walking distance (under 5 minutes) to the Oaklawn Casino.

It's across the street from the race track/casino Rocky's Pizza is next door (amazing) and the little dive bars are a lot of fun (Frontier)  The bars and restaurants in the casino are great too.

This hotel is great and very clean house keeping is great if you have a problem they will get you some help.the hotel has just been remodeled and with it being across the street from Oaklawn Park it’s so easy to walk across the street for a fun day of horse racing are going to the Casino.

It's right across the street from the casino and walking distance to many eateries.

Proximity to casino and attractions is bonus

Good location, near Oaklawn casino for a Spa treatment or Bath House row for the amazing waters of Hot Springs!

In April my friends and I travelled from Illinois to Arkansas for a weekend of Hot Springs,  horse racing and casino.

Again, they were able to change my reservation and I was only charged for the one night that I did stay.

even though we were promised no charge, she decided that we should be subject to a one night penalty.

The owner said he had charged me for one night due to leaving early and would not refund the remainder of the cost.

Note to future guests: keep your key card away from all electronic devices, including your car key fob.

Disliked · We were over charged and given the wrong room.

The non smoking room reeked heavily of smoke, so much so that we told the front desk so we wouldn’t be charged for it.

(I was eventually credited) My brother is still fighting since he reserved my room with his card.

but, if you are going to weight limit and charge, make sure to mention that on the website - not leave it as a possible turnaway at checkin!

They double the price (seriously - double) because they can get it and charge $20 a day parking for non hotel guest.

I would have cancelled my stay nut i would have been charged a fee of $100

If you didn't have a card, you did, if you wanted one, before you left that desk.

I was asked for a credit card and I presumed it would be paying in the morning(I intended to pay cash on the morning lol I've done in every hotel before)

We paid an average of $140.00 a night including taxes and pet fees (one charge of $25 per stay) If you don't care about pets, you should be able to find something better for that price.

Our hotel room the plastic card on the bed had obviously been chewed on by a mouse.

I had to make an additional credit card charge of $25 plus tax to pay for the "extra cleaning".

We even had room to pull the round table out from the wall and play cards.

Needless to say, I was charged for the night I could not stay and had to endure very crude and rude service to learn that fact.

The free hot breakfast is great with many options.

B'fast was served by 2 lovely ladies graciously accomodating requests -- very nice hot eggs, potatoes, biscuits, sausage gravy, danishes with water, juice, coffee.

I was traveling alone with my pup and they were so nice about that.

They have waffle machines that make 4 small waffles,eggs, sausage, Biscuits, sausage gravy, boiled eggs, yogurt  great coffee that wasn't toi strong juice, an assortment of cereals, gross, Oatmeal, pastries, potatoes, etc.

from the encounter with the lady at the front desk when we arrived, the nice lady serving the hot breakfast the next morning, to the housekeeper who helped us before we left,  I could not have asked for nicer and more accommodating employees.

When I made my on-line reservation, I didn't realize I had a smoking room.

The room was small and it had a very stale smell upon entering, like no cleaning supplies had been used.

The room smells like the a/c filter needs changing and the a/c only seems to get the room cooled off once you take it off of auto.

The breakfast was beyond amazing- especially in comparison to the stale muffins and granola bar “light continental” breakfasts we just had in TN.

They went over and above to move us from a smoking room to a non smoking room.

Ours was a bottoms floor, way in the back, No smoking King.

The room did not feel clean and smelled musty.

Non smokers will not be able to stay in this hotel.

The next morning, I told Victoria at the front desk about the two problems, left to go to the hospital for a few hours, and by golly, when I got back, the fridge had been replaced and my drain was running smoothly.

I was so grossed out, we just had to checkout.

IF you do I would make sure you verify your accommodations at least twice and if you do request non-smoking that they have checked and provided written documentation as to such.

but it was obvious that at one time these rooms were used as smoking rooms.

Odor in rooms, sheets were disgustingly dirty, blood spots on the bed sheets, the outside of the place looks like a place that would hold a brothel.

Room had wet floor by bed, hair in bathtub and strong chemical smell in bathroom.

Like a mildew order in the room .. No bottle water in the room . .

The room was very clean except there was some food debris and what looked like dried heel skin on the floor by the bed.

There's a constant stream of vehicles and people in and out, they're smoking outside of their rooms, and it's noisy.

Upon entering our room had a strong foul odor of unknown origin   The room did not contain enough soap or an ice bucket.

The breakfasts and room amenities were phenomenal!

We had dinner in house  the first night and it was delicious.

The location is beautiful, the staff is fantastic (kind, responsive, accommodating), the food is delicious, and the room (we stayed in Pocahontas) is comfortable and cozy.

The gourmet breakfast delivered to our room each morning was amazing.

The three breakfasts we had at The Lookout point were the only breakfasts that delighted - fresh, delicious and beautifully balanced.

Breakfast was yummy and appreciate the staff for accommodating my husband food issues and his early schedule.

Stayed 4 nights and each morning was a delight at breakfast.

The breakfast is beautifully cooked and presented and our you choose to have dinner the portions are huge and very tasty.

Wonderful, unique breakfasts every morning.

Coffee and tea every morning with a scrumptious breakfast.

The Food is amazing and breakfast is available in your room.

Gourmet breakfasts were  both artistically presented and delicious.

We opted for coffee delivered first and then room service for breakfast..each day was absolutely delicious.

The staff was more than willing to accommodate a different breakfast request.

The breakfast that is included is absolutely delicious and they were contentious of the fact that my Aunt is dairy free and remembered I preferred almond milk with my coffee every morning.

Staff is fabulous, property is excellently maintained, quiet, cozy, attention to detail, comfy bed, smart tv, games, dvds, fresh cookies everyday, etc!!!

The generosity was so welcome - unlimited soft drinks & delicious homemade cookies all made our stay extra special.

Cookies are dotted about in baskets on the landings.

I could go on and on!

The staff, the service, the food, the adult beverages, the cookies, the amazing breakfasts every morning, the grounds, all of it was perfect!!

Loved the morning hot coffee and amazing breakfast delivered to our door plus all the little amenities that you do not expect - a beverage station with infused water, fresh baked cookies and complimentary soda to name a few.

They even baked us gluten free cookies upon request for us.

Breakfast is included with your stay, and you can help yourself to cookies, soft drinks and coffee also.

Another perk is the tray of several different home baked cookies available from the afternoon until they are gone!

Every single person who worked there was kind and helpful and they really paid attention to details: fresh cookies laid out all day, a free non-alcoholic beverage bar, beach towels for sitting by the water, bug spray waiting for us on the porch.

Fresh baked cookies everyday are a sweet treat!

Gluten-free cookies were in our room when we arrived and were even left for us each afternoon while we were out.

They have out cookies, coffee, soft drinks etc.

My partner is following a keto diet and they were extremely accommodating and Don even made special keto cookies for him!

Sodas and cookies are always available in the lobby gratis.

Even in December the garden area was lovely.

The hotel has many nice touches, the gardens for example overlooking the lake are stunning and very peaceful.

The location is idyllic, overlooking the water, in beautiful gardens.

The Birdsong room was lovely, great balcony view of the garden (a mini Garvan gardens) and lake.

Our Yorkie loved running in the wonderful garden.

Such a wonderful Lakefront Inn with a lovely garden with a flowing stream that spills into the lake below.

The service, food, gardens, and ambience was 5 stars.

Along the shoreline, the gardens and grounds offer hammocks, lounge chairs, labyrinth, and a fire pit area.

And enjoy the private balcony or patio—name the playful garden squirrels who come to entertain!

The gardens around the Inn are incredible and relaxing.

The lake and garden views from our balcony were so peaceful.

The grounds and gardens are meticulously  maintained, the room decor was lovely and food absolutely divine!

The common spaces allowed us to enjoy the rest of the property including a nice indoor sitting area with tables for game play and puzzle building as well as an immaculate garden and lakefront area with chaise lounges, a great fire pit and other comfortable seating to enjoy the view and relax.

It sits right on the lake and has a beautiful garden below with seating, hammocks, etc.

The garden and fire pit areas were perfect, with plenty of space to relax and be with your spouse (of course, it was too hot to utilize the fire pit).

Even thought it rained all weekend it was totally serene.

I didn't expect to find what was advertised on their website since most things don't look as good as they do on a website,

It looks just like it does on the website and had everything we needed including bath products, robe, hair dryer, makeup mirror, body lotion, plenty of towels--even a little towel to take my makeup off with.

we were immediately turned off when we logged on and were directed to the Lookout Point Inn website which had a scrolling banner indicating that "walk in guests" could have a room for $169 per night if a room was available.

What you see on the website is exactly what you get in person,

I was looking for a romantic getaway to celebrate our 25th anniversary and found this website and reviews which barely begin to describe this bit of paradise!

but if you're reading this go on over to the website select a room and head out.

We traveled to Hot Springs for a weekend getaway, and chose to stay at Lookout Point Lakeside Inn based on their website and stellar reviews on tripadvisor.

If you check the website pictures, they are exactly like you will see when you get there.

Even after seeing the pictures on the website, we were still in awe when we arrived.

The bar was great and the breakfast buffet was set up for Kings and Queens with FREE bountiful food.

Clean, all the amenities, big rooms, yummy room service, comfy beds!

We have come to count on some great amenities from Embassy Suites- roomy accommodations, great breakfasts and friendly, casual areas for Happy Hour and visiting.

Also enjoyed the 2 room along with breakfast options and hospitality evenings - nice staff.

I liked the way the buffet was setup, was open, able to manuever  through with ease.

but nice staff, good breakfast, cousins enjoyed the bar, not noisy

And breakfast was good yet short staffed.

On two different week long stays I have vied for space on elevators and the breakfast area with energetic teens, and stayed up into the wee hours listening to their joyous noise.

The make-to-order breakfast option was one. person.

Overall a great location, friendly staff, breakfast included and a shuttle available for a fee of $5 a person.

Good: We are a senior couple from the USA and stayed in corner suite 420.  we were happy with the room and the daily breakfast and "reception".

We had breakfast in the hotel , and what a surprise everything was fresh hot and delicious.

The wall paper is dingy and I can't tell what the original color of the carpet was.
