Nice balconies (on the mountain side) with great views.

Rooms are well decorated, really large, nice balcony to sit on, split bathroom/toilet with rain shower and heated floor that I personally adore.

Room was specious, high quality, balcony used every evening.

When choosing room category the higher standard rooms at the back are better if you want to use the balcony in the daytime due to the road,

I was 4 nights  and enjoy so much , A great room with view to the mountains , with a nice balcony.

Room was big enough for a family of three, nice balcony and a large bathroom.

Room was amazing, with a ”cute” balcony.

We had a suite 50 sqm with huge balcony which provides a nice view to the nearby mountains, a beachchair, table and two chairs.

The balcony had sun during end of the afternoon so we could drink a coffee on our balcony after a long hike.

The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and I can just imagine what it must look like in winter.

The balcony looked out over the mountain, which was ski on/off and perfect for our group.

The rooms are generous in size and our suite had a lovely balcony and an indoor fireplace which made it very cozy.

Large beds are super comfy, and the room has a good sized balcony to relax on.

Deluxe Junior Suite is great and spacious for 2 and half occupancy with nice big balcony and mountain view.

The breakfast is also good and the room is nice.

We went there for a week of skiing and It goes without saying, that the location next to the ski lift is pure luxury  
F&B offering, from breakfast through in room dining to dinner is simply a culinary highlight.

At the Kempinski we had the best night  of all nights at the hotels we stayed with in Austria this vacation , it was just great experience , the room spa and breakfast was excellent , the staff was hospitable

This was our 2nd stay to Kempinski Das Tirol, we always enjoy the comfort of the hotel rooms and Kempinski breakfast, even in the time of pandemic this Year around.

The omelette at breakfast buffet is really the best!

The breakfast is great, lots of options and constant refill.

Breakfast and dining at the main restaurant was good and it was excellent in the Sra Boa, their Asian place.

but dinner and breakfast heaven every day. .

Sra blue restaurant and breakfast quality is really good and you can find many kinds at breakfast and dinner as well.

So we stayed 4 days and the rooms and everything is nice with the very good buffet breakfast.

Luxury Breakfast and spacious rooms complete the experience .

The food at the BBQ on Friday evening was excellent, the dessert buffet could have been richer as there were only fruits and ice cream.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor, the staff very unhelpful.

It was a few metrs icy steep hill road where I felt couple times on the first day and poor instructor girls were carring kids on their back.

It's overpriced and that mainly due to the poor half board offering.

though polite and friendly), Rubin bar has strong tobacco smell - one would hardly enjoy such environment, massage technics and skills are poor and are not worth spending money, bed lienen was changed only once 1 day before our departure, no lunch in restaurant, just snacks in the lobby.

However the service in the hotel was very poor, after the hotel collection being late at the station the restaurant was very poor, the food was OK on one night and poor on the other two, and service was so bad one night we left without dessert having waited for 45 minutes for it to arrive.

In particular the restaurant service was poor and slow every night.

For example the WiFi signal in the STANDARD room is very poor which is rather unacceptable for avhigh end hotel like Kempinski.

Bad things: Ski storage facilities are poor.

but 99.9% of the guests at this hotel in the winter are there to ski and when you lose 3 days of skiing because of their poor ski school which they advertise as being part of the hotel I seriously think someone at the hotel should take some responsibility!

but failed to mention that this was at 15€ charge per day..
(-) The free internet is a very nice treat, but reception in the suite itself was very poor, however great in the common areas.

but it is surprising when the rest of the hotel was so excellent that this should be so in incredibly poor.

the Wellnes Area only a poor guy from Romania so it was hard to find out what they had to offer.

As you would expect with Euro poor and location of hotel it is expensive for food and drinks, and it's a taxi or bus ride to main town.

We have visited many times for drinks and snacks prior to the takeover and whilst casual food and drink quality was good, service was invariably lacking and a general air of poor management permeated.

We tried the restaurant once which was a big mistake as the food was tasteless and overpriced.

Price/performance: Rooms are starting at about EUR 250 which is rather expensive, at least in the summertime.

It would have been cheaper to have bought a skiers lift pass.

The dynamic pricing model(Airline Style) they use cost me 400 Euro.

but expensive -- spa, small but efficient gym, good restaurant, extensive winelist.

Instructor cost us 760 euro for two persons for three days.

Restaurants
We had half-board, so had dinner paid.

if you give your credit card during check in don' t give it again (no need) in check out because they can get the price of extras again by mistake.

One need to understand Luxury comes with price,

My only mild reservation is the excessive prices charged for alcohol and the food menus could do with an overhaul.

Rooms facing the back are more expensive.

Only word of caution is don't necessarily fall for the paid room upgrade to a mountain view.

The hahnenkamm is a 10minute drive from the hotel and the fixed rate for a van is €25 one way so keep in mind it will cost you €50 per day for this.

but the management staff was unmotivated with the tendency to arrogance, which is totally unacceptable on this price level.

They don't trust guests, even if you paid the total price of your stay 4-5 months in advance, they ask for your credit card to block a nice amount to cover your future consumption.

a misplaced car key at reception resulting in avoidable and unnecessary loss of time and stress at check-out to room service food that made me feel unwell for several days, this was a stay to forget.

Restaurant Steinberger has the excellent level, that you simple return evening after evening.

The food in the restaurant is excellent and the service of the restaurant staff very good - particularly Daniel, the restaurant manager.

Lunch and dinner are sufficient (in the main restaurant).

The food was faboulous and everyone was extremely friendly.

Great restaurants, beautiful, large and comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff!

best service at all restaurants and stunning spa and facilities as well.

The area offers great opportunities in terms of activities, places to visit, small villages to explore, beautiful mountains to reach by cable cars, and great restaurants for your taste buds.

The concierge is most helpful to make recommendations on restaurants and activities -you can even hire bikes.

Nevertheless I enjoyed the hotel very much and would come back again as everybody was very nice and helpful and the food was excellent.

The fusion between both is seamless, thanks to General Manager, Mr. Gerhard Bosse and his highly motivated and guest centric team.

Rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping was excellent.

We were fortunate to get a connecting room overlooking the mountains.

The odd-numbered “Deluxe Rooms” face the quiet mountain-side and are really the only option for peace and quiet.

If you visit for skiing the connections from the green slope outside the hotel to the main resorts are all red so that's a drawback for beginners.

The skiing area is super big, very nice lifts (heated, covered etc), good connections etc.

In any case, I would think twice signing kids to the school were they can easy break the neck not from the skiing,

As a skiing resort and summer relaxation resort, you will always taste a very unique falvour of hospitality.

I liked especially the location as it was so easy to go skiing from it.

Kitzbuhel offers many different pistes and skiing down the historic streif is amazing.

Lovely area to relax after a day of skiing!

We stayed here on a 3 day half board skiing break, mainly because of the location(ski in ski out) and the high reputation of the Kempinski ( had stayed in 3 of their hotels before) The location of the hotel is excellent with it's own lift access to the slopes and a very good minibus collection service.

One nice thing about skiing is that the nearby slope is 100% free for everyone which comes handy if you have childeren or just want to chill.

If you love skiing it's the place to go as the hotel is literally built on a slope, it is not a long walk nor drive unlike other hotels.

Impressive is the location and they over all hotel facilities like skiing room, spa, lobby, rooms

If I get to go skiing in Austria, I will stay here with out a doubt.

So all we had to do was pick the room key from the reception, everything else was already taken care of: luggage taken to the room, skiing equipment taken to the ski-room, car parked. Awesome.

Good thing we did as 5 minutes later she came skiing up to us by herself - saying she couldn't find her instructor so she skied down by herself - she's 6 years old.

We had fantastic weather during our stay which made up for a great week skiing.

Starting with the positives:
+ Great location with direct access to skiing
+ Very good rooms.

The only Con is that there is a strong smell of cooked food in the breakfast room that remains on your clothes for long time.

The Spa and swimming pool area is frankly disgusting.

Needs to improve in children area, the lady was lazy and just looking her phone instead of playing watching couple of kids, also there was a strange smell from the sink in the room that was not fixed during our stay

Unfortunately smoking is permitted on the balcony.

To not say disgusting after you have eaten it 3 times!

but permits smoking so can smell a but stale.

The only thing that I have found distracting are smokers in the bar -->

The dessert no choice offered and was a nasty pre-prepared sort of cream in a bowl.

Although I must admit that their was nearly no smell at all.

though was the fact you can smoke in the bar.

However, the spa and saunas are for both men and women, so do expect to find your opposite sex walking around with naked "butts".

The spa was lovely and the massages were spectacular – just what we needed to unwind and slow down on our vacation.

The SPA is huge with a loot of things to do to relax.

Spa is very nice - big heated outdoor pool and big sauna area's.

Rooms and Spa were good and we enjoy them.

Beautiful location, beautiful SPA and indoor and outdoor Swimming pool that are perfect for a summer stay .

I also tried the spa area as well as the outside pool.

The spa and pool area was an excellent way to relax at the end of a busy sightseeing day.

Nothing was said upon our arrival and the occasion was not acknowledged until I mentioned it after getting an email from the hotel halfway through our stay, asking if everything was fine.

The staff at reception and at the concierge desk are fantastic and go out of their way to help.

Second, the services isn’t good enough, starting from a lame recommendation we received about a pizzeria in town, except a very lovely and helpful receptionist named Nicole.

The staff is amazing - they do everything to make you happy.

The hotel staffs are all wearing masks at all times in the hotel and are tested weekly for coved-19.

The food was consistently good and the rooms and common areas very nice.

They also had a great outdoor playground and a bike/mini car riding area which was perfect.

Children liked sledding on the hill few steps from hotel, they definitely liked the kids club, swimming area and the playground outside.

but very well for families with children which are still at the beginning of their skiing career, and larger area on just 15 minutes drive).

The views of Wildkogel ski area at night from our room were magnificent as well.

The hotel is traditional Austrian in style with spacious rooms and four separate dining areas which ensures you don't feel crowded even when full, as it was last week.

The surrounding areas of the hotel are simply amazing, all the advice you need is provided by the staff and Mr Maier who gave us some personal tips on the best walks which was great.

For the adults, a few drinks in the comfortable area near the children's drinks bar is an excellent way to finish off the day, playing Monopoly or one of the other many board games available, or simply chatting to friends.

Lunch was available (if you are there) and included hot dishes and a good salad bar.

As some have pointed out there was a charge for sparkling water, sodas and alcoholic beverages.

We also found the charge for table water with dinner from the hotel's own stream cheeky.

The hosts are wonderful and clearly passionate about making each stay a memorable experience for the whole family.

Our two families enjoyed a very pleasant and relaxing ten days at Habachklause.

We were travelling with the whole family which is two adults, and our handicapped son of 2 and his twin sisters of 10 years.

but take her along so we can have family time, do sledding, etc as well.

This is a traditional, family run Kinderhotel offering the best of Austrian hospitality.

The location was great for excursions with the family and the hotel was very relaxing.

I'd recommend this hotel for families with kids as the Kinderhotel ethos is really well followed at the Habachklause, there is always something for them to do, right down to Horst setting up a "disco" for half a dozen 7-10 year olds after the kids club had finished!

I’d say that the kinder hotel format is one of the best choices for those families with babies and young children and Habachklause is one of the best among such hotels.

The Maier family have formed a very unique and close nit environment at the hotel which means the staff simply cannot do enough for you.

The Maier Family and all the team are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

i can highly recommend this hotel to any family with kids (in many similar hotels you pay baby sitting for age less than 12 month extra or it isn´t available) - i guarantee you a nice and unforgettable stay.

Iin our experience the Habachklause is the gold standard of family friendly hotels.

All in all this is a great place to escape with the family and feel relaxed and pampered.

This all-inclusive family resort in the Austrian Alps is perfect in every sense.

In terms of the room itself, this was large and comfortable with not too much furniture, just right for a family.

Our extended family flew into Munich from Boston, Baltimore, and Tel Aviv.

I highly recommend this hotel for a family with children.

nice rooms, great food for adults and also for our doughter, we enjoyed a lot our holidays in Habachklaus hotel, we were very satisfied with kind personel, all equipments for child, super is farm of animals in hotel neighbours, where the chidl can feed animals and enjoy them

It's fun and entertaining for babies and kids, catering especially well to pre-K, Kindergarten and elementary school ages.

Our girls (ages 8-10) loved their massages too.

My children did a horse riding lesson every morning which they loved.

Skischule Neukirchen excellent again for us and the boys.

We just watched other kids practicing (the group of ~12 kids were taught by 3 instructors, with music accompaniment and tasty breaks, kids seemed to like it).

Our boys 7 and 10 have already chosen their room for next Feb half term for visit number 8.

Although we had planned to have days out with our kids, they very quickly wanted nothing more then to hang out at the Kids club all day, every day.

They sorted all our lift tickets for Wildkogel and childcare for our daughter there at the hotel. We went skiing for the day and they brought her to us for our family dinners there at the hotel (dinners and breakfasts were excellent there as well!)

Our kids (4 and 6) loved the kids club and kept asking to go.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, we had a great time with two kids.

but here the older children made friends and played in a safe environment and the younger ones were well taken care of in the childrens clubs.

Amazing service, amazing facilities for babies and little kids, amazing food, located in an amazing surroundings and nature reserve.
