Had breakfast, high-tea and also evening food and refreshments in the lounge and found the food a high standard with a good selection.

Everything about our stay - from the staff to the room to the breakfast to the pool - was outstanding.

Food at the Yoshino was first class - so yummy.

They did tell me that the breakfast buffet was available in the morning .

breakfast in dining including noodle was excellent and all staffs are kind and brilliant, specially Johnny/Saya/Luna on front were so impressive to me.

It’s so amazing with friendly staffs, beautiful places, delicious food, clean room, good service and big thanks to Tanya in reception desk, my trip was perfect cause she is the one show me what i should try to eat, where i should go in your city at night.

We had a wonderful weekend, enjoying great food like  the Seafood buffet and the happy hour meal.

and The mango smoothie was delicious because it was gently ground without a core.

Breakfast was well served with my only call-down for the latte being not hot enough.

Besides, due to covid-19, the hotel serves the breakfast to my room like room service, it is so convenient!

Dining at the Lotte implies a delicious, culinary treat from an eclectic menu.

Seafood dinner buffet was also incredible.

I have visited Legend hotel many times to enjoy buffet with friends and my family.

I decided to stay here because of its location.

Located in the center, close to everthing in distict nr1.

Facility are great, location are great and all staff are helpful and really friendly.

The hotel was located in a walkable like 10 minutes from the happening places and restaurants.

Location wise, absolutely perfect, walking distance to lots of attractions such as pho-di-bo Nguyễn Huệ, water bus at Bach Dang river….. and lots of food choices/ options.

We booked a river-facing room that located on the high floor facing right to Saigon River and the view was amazing during early morning.

The location is in center of CBD HCM, almost can walk anywhere for entertainment from this hotel as well.

Location is excellent, right by Bach Dang river, super close to waterway station, malls and must-visit places of HCMC.

I  had a dinner  tonight with a friend and we ordered a lot, fish and chips, seafood, meat,pizza and some more.

From check-in (served by Candy and Johnny) through concierge, room service, pool and gym attendants to checkout and organisation of a taxi, the staff here are obviously well trained and there seems to be a great culture within the organisation.

It is a short walk or cab ride to great restaurants and tourist spots.

Everyone from desk staff to restaurant staff to housekeeping always had a smile and always said hello.

They crammed the breakfast buffet into what I assume was a Japanese restaurant at one point.

It’s also a short walk to restaurants, shops and the centre of the city.

but some areas are under renovate (pool, restaurants), influencing the experience.

The Japanese restaurant Yoshino is must add to your itinerary.

But if you want to stay in they have great food onsite so you never have to leave if you don’t want .

Easy approach anywhere for shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and meet someone.

nothing positive except that food is OK despite labelled as 5-star - smelly hallways, very ordinary room setting room, scattered garbage right out side door and surrounding slums,

Furniture is old and not functional, carpets which are all over room coridor and in the rooms has smell and need to benreplaced and bathroom needs to be renovated because it is old.

Unimpressed with my small challenge, the lady forced me to change my room NOW (from a heavy stinky smoking room to a non smoking one) as it couldn't wait 30 mins.

They embarrassed me and my guest for nothing. DISGUSTING

Some days there was a musty smell in the room,

But tea has very strong of coffee smell (I guess similar to my experience in  Lotte Hanoi Hotel before,

Rugs had stains, bathtubs had nicks in the porcelain, furniture had visible scratches and drapery had an odor.

The only bad things is when you are outside, in the pool, its smell gas…solid.

The Sheraton Palazzo Club and the Monte Carlo Club were both enjoyable places for a little flutter on the slot machines, as long as you don't mind smoke!

My only complaint is when I went upstairs - I was on the 7th floor, when I got off the elevator I immediately noticed a musty, moldy odor, which was there throughout the stay.

Well the only thing I can say wasn't pleasant was that the bar area on the main level allows smoking--but that won't be an issue in the New Year (2016) since the no smoking policy goes into effect then!

Rooms were well-kept, despite it smelling a bit like cigarette smoke when we first got in.

Bed sheets, pillows, and blankets are so comfortable and do not have the old and musty smell.

but don't wear fancy clothes or shoes since you'll have to walk on a back the road and risk getting splashed by disgusting smelly puddle water or motorcyclists playing chicken with you.

but its policy on cigarette smoking is a definite minus.

It's only eligible to expats (residence card or work permit required) and Vietnamese nationals, and for us the Lotte is about 2 kilometres from our house so we weren't aiming to get away from the big smoke - if anything, we got closer to it!

The manager, MIA, checked us with and was extremely welcoming.

The staffs were friendly, polite, and attentive.

Nothing is too much trouble, everyone has a smile, and from what i could tell, good working English skills.

Especially, Johnny, Mia, and Saya are the best staff I have ever met.

Well serviced for my boss' business trip in Aug with their highly hospitality at receptionist team especially Ms Candy, Ms Mia and Mr Tony.

Wonderful staff and the hotel will be outstanding once the renovations are completed.

Service was extremely quick and efficient.

Special thanks to the helpful and accommodating front desk team: Tanya, Bella and Huy - I felt very well taken care of and that made all the differences.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating - I want to thank them for their wonderful hospitality!

My husband and I enjoyed the morning buffet and tried the spa treatment too.

The staffs were also nice (they sent me a delicious welcome chocolate to my room) and helpful, laundry service was also perfect.

The seafood buffet on the second floor is the best in the city, you will not regret the experience, the best ever seafood buffet and price is very reasonable.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the dinner seafood buffet was amazing.

I booked the Summer Package of this hotel, which includes summer drinks, buffet breakfast and other services with affordable price.

The breakfast selection is very comprehensive, with and excellent selection of regional and western food beautifully cooked and presented.

Amazing seafood dinner buffet at Hotel Nikko.

Service is impeccable, the buffet for breakfast is beyond belief and there is a seafood all you can eat buffet at night that seemed to be very crowded all the time.plates of lobsters flying by all evening!

WOW this is the best buffet dinner I have tried.

Hotel is extremely nice, pool on 5 floor and gym.. rooms brilliant size, buffet dinner a must go.. food exceptional, good location.

but food is also great for breakfast but also for in room dining or pool restaurant.

In particular, I was impressed with room service food which was really scrumptious.

We tried the dinner buffet on Sunday, it was fabulous.

The breakfast and dinner buffet are amazing.

Their seafood dinner buffet is a food heaven, so tasty and so much food it's impossible to try everything in one night.

We chose the club rooms which is situated on the 22nd and 23rd floor and have outstanding club service facilities.

We went for the Club room as it includes the Executive Lounge with all its benefits.

We booked the Club Room package which allows access to the executive floor.

Worth to pay more for Club rooms because you can access the executive lounge for exclusive service.

The club rooms occupy the 21-23 levels with the executive lounge being located on the 23rd floor.

Oh club room has chocolates hand made at high tea.

but the staff were super professional even though I got a fit of the giggles at the executive check in because it was so posh & beautiful and the state of us.. :D Our Club rooms were enormous and absolutely beautiful.

Our stay at the Club room was simply lovely.Clean and spacious room.

Both of the times, I stayed in club room which gives access to club floor for breakfast and in the evening, you can enjoy free drinks and food.

we had the club rooms with access to exec lounge which was well worth it.

I didn’t get to visit the gym or the spa during our stay this time,

Their doctors recommend spa time for them three days a week.

We ordered room service and drinks/meals to the pool and utilised the in-house spa - all of which were exceptional.

But the best about it is the staff - very helpful and friendly, from front office to room service and spa (many thanks to ms. Anh, ms. Chi and ms. Binh for great massages).

I would personally like to give great gratitude to Dao and Binh at the Ren Spa.

Swimming pool and spa are relaxing after touring the energetic City.

Very clean and great facilities from the outside pool & spa were everything was extremely well run.

Wonderful accommodations from the service, room, breakfast bar, lounge, gym, pool and last spa offerings.

Great pool area to relax in anda spa too.

From reception, doorman, housekeeping, spa center and restaurant staff, everyone serve each hotel guest with politeness and patience.

My wife and I also tried their massage in 5F and the most famous ALL YOU CAN EAT LOBSTER!

We also had a foot massage and a facial in the hotel spa and these were both amazing!

The restaurant was absolutely wonderful and breakfast was delightful.

They were friendly and attentive and anticipated my needs, especially during breakfast.

Pros: clean rooms, helpful light switches and good bfast, beautiful lobby

Cons: standard rooms are abit small, due for a refresh.

Plenty on offer for their breakfast options and to top if off great coffee!

Breakfast was superb in Opera, such a great atmosphere and some of the best food I have had worldwide also dining for lunch which was exceptional, Celia was very welcoming attentive and friendly, a great asset.

It’s such a waste of a beautiful building and amazing rooms (although breakfast was great).

The breakfast buffet on the weekend was wonderful (we didn't have on a week day) including the prosecco and the staff willing to get my food whilst I sat with the kids.

High quality of food in both buffet or a-la-cart style as well as wide selection of drinks both non-alcoholic and alcoholic.

Great location, historic beautiful building, wonderful service, very good food and beautiful breakfast setting and buffet.

This year it was Ms. Tien at breakfast and Ms. Hein at dinner.

Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes.

Lounge and restaurant are worth to try as drink and food are delicious and beautifully decorated.

Breakfast banh mi heo quay is my all time favorite.

Some tables were empty and I was told the guests had booked and paid for the high tea in advance.

Over price drinks, bad service, will never come back.

I have requested for the free massage to be changed to a full body massage with discounted rate and I will pay for the service.

To top it all off i asked for the manager (after i’d paid the bill etc) just to highlight some issues as our car to the airport was running late.

I think the room rates are not justified.

While the Reverie is slightly more expensive service at the Park Hyatt is on a completely different level, as is the breakfast experience.

but served room amenities looked cheap, served a small tub toothpaste named Colgate

Disgusting price when you have a very minimal choice.

I do find the wine list a little underwhelming for such a magnificent hotel, and a little pricey.

The desk and chair weren’t very suited for sitting through a few hours of work though, and breakfast not being included on room rates like theirs was eyebrow raising for me.

My only gripe - the price of the poolside drinks - this isn’t London

cost of a beer at 130,000 Dong was I thought excessive when the same beer is available in Circle K for 15,000 Dong.

but we did not have dinner in the restaurant as those meals were part of our package tour as was the price of our stay.

FOOD/BEVERAGE: My rate included breakfast, which we took at Square One on our first morning [following a note delivered to our door informing us that the main Opera restaurant would be at capacity due to the hotel being full for the holidays, and as such we would be accommodated at Square One] and at Opera the next day.

We paid $475+/night including taxes & fees and thought that was a bit high for where we were and what we got -

The suite was small comparing to my recent stay at Park Hyatt (expensive city in ranking),

The hotels location is behind the opera house and next to several historical sites and prime shopping.

Opera (restaurant) had the best fried squid (10/10) you can have anywhere.

Went to Opera for dinner and one of the best Italian meals I’ve had at a hotel outside of Italy.

At Opera the only person I knew was Mr. Bao, who checked on my dining experiences several times during my stay.

Food is one of the best in town in both the Opera and Square one..

Located just behind the city opera house, walking distance to Ben Thanh market and Đông Khoi quarter.

I would be coming back here many more times in the future, Dining experiences also very good especially at the Opera!

We had a delicious breakfast at the Opera restaurant, & used the pool several times.

Fantastic food at Opera, extremely helpful and service-minded staff, big credit to the trainer at the swimming pool.

The weekend breakfast in Opera is world class, dinner in Square One is a delight from Oysters to Vietnamese dishes.

Overlooking the famous "Saigon Opera House", its location could not be better!
