Had breakfast, high-tea and also evening food and refreshments in the lounge and found the food a high standard with a good selection.

Everything about our stay - from the staff to the room to the breakfast to the pool - was outstanding.

Food at the Yoshino was first class - so yummy.

They did tell me that the breakfast buffet was available in the morning .

breakfast in dining including noodle was excellent and all staffs are kind and brilliant, specially Johnny/Saya/Luna on front were so impressive to me.

It’s so amazing with friendly staffs, beautiful places, delicious food, clean room, good service and big thanks to Tanya in reception desk, my trip was perfect cause she is the one show me what i should try to eat, where i should go in your city at night.

We had a wonderful weekend, enjoying great food like  the Seafood buffet and the happy hour meal.

and The mango smoothie was delicious because it was gently ground without a core.

Breakfast was well served with my only call-down for the latte being not hot enough.

Besides, due to covid-19, the hotel serves the breakfast to my room like room service, it is so convenient!

Dining at the Lotte implies a delicious, culinary treat from an eclectic menu.

Seafood dinner buffet was also incredible.

The buffet food was neat and very delicious.

I have visited Legend hotel many times to enjoy buffet with friends and my family.

I decided to stay here because of its location.

Located in the center, close to everthing in distict nr1.

Facility are great, location are great and all staff are helpful and really friendly.

The hotel was located in a walkable like 10 minutes from the happening places and restaurants.

Location wise, absolutely perfect, walking distance to lots of attractions such as pho-di-bo Nguyễn Huệ, water bus at Bach Dang river….. and lots of food choices/ options.

We booked a river-facing room that located on the high floor facing right to Saigon River and the view was amazing during early morning.

Location is excellent, right by Bach Dang river, super close to waterway station, malls and must-visit places of HCMC.

The hotel is right in the CBD, easy to get access to many tourist attractions and restaurants.

I  had a dinner  tonight with a friend and we ordered a lot, fish and chips, seafood, meat,pizza and some more.

From check-in (served by Candy and Johnny) through concierge, room service, pool and gym attendants to checkout and organisation of a taxi, the staff here are obviously well trained and there seems to be a great culture within the organisation.

It is a short walk or cab ride to great restaurants and tourist spots.

Everyone from desk staff to restaurant staff to housekeeping always had a smile and always said hello.

They crammed the breakfast buffet into what I assume was a Japanese restaurant at one point.

It’s also a short walk to restaurants, shops and the centre of the city.

but some areas are under renovate (pool, restaurants), influencing the experience.

The Japanese restaurant Yoshino is must add to your itinerary.

But if you want to stay in they have great food onsite so you never have to leave if you don’t want .

Easy approach anywhere for shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and meet someone.

Gave us good suggestion to our rooms with a view of the river instead of the city view.

She gave us rooms next to each other with a great river view.

but a good chance for a reduction in my number of cigarettes per day, and the room itself more than made up for that loss.

I highly recommend booking one of the river view rooms.

I enjoyed an executive room which was clean, comfortable and perfectly serviced.

We were upgraded to very nice rooms with great views of the river.

The room quality is good, too! We'll definitely come again really soon :)

The room rate with river view is fantastic.

From check in to departure our stay was excellent, Miss Mai on reception was welcoming and friendly giving us a free room upgrade overlooking the river which was amazing.

They did there best to make my stay comfortable by accommodating my special request of river view room and close to elevator to mention few.

After 2 days of travel and landing in Saigon in the early am I was exhausted, I taxied to the Lotte Legend I was greeted by Daisy,  LuNa and Mia, they found a room for me and made my check-in joyful and are very professional.

The gym is extremely modern, has many machines as well as free weights, and a free gym towel and water service too.

First of all, the service was extremely excellent.

The service was excellent, especially from Candy, Mia and Veronica, who helped us with arrangements when our flight was changed at the last minute.

Service was extremely quick and efficient.

Warm and friendly service throughout in a peaceful environment.

nothing positive except that food is OK despite labelled as 5-star - smelly hallways, very ordinary room setting room, scattered garbage right out side door and surrounding slums,

Furniture is old and not functional, carpets which are all over room coridor and in the rooms has smell and need to benreplaced and bathroom needs to be renovated because it is old.

Unimpressed with my small challenge, the lady forced me to change my room NOW (from a heavy stinky smoking room to a non smoking one) as it couldn't wait 30 mins.

They embarrassed me and my guest for nothing. DISGUSTING

Some days there was a musty smell in the room,

But tea has very strong of coffee smell (I guess similar to my experience in  Lotte Hanoi Hotel before,

Rugs had stains, bathtubs had nicks in the porcelain, furniture had visible scratches and drapery had an odor.

The only bad things is when you are outside, in the pool, its smell gas…solid.

The Sheraton Palazzo Club and the Monte Carlo Club were both enjoyable places for a little flutter on the slot machines, as long as you don't mind smoke!

My only complaint is when I went upstairs - I was on the 7th floor, when I got off the elevator I immediately noticed a musty, moldy odor, which was there throughout the stay.

Well the only thing I can say wasn't pleasant was that the bar area on the main level allows smoking--but that won't be an issue in the New Year (2016) since the no smoking policy goes into effect then!

Rooms were well-kept, despite it smelling a bit like cigarette smoke when we first got in.

Bed sheets, pillows, and blankets are so comfortable and do not have the old and musty smell.

but don't wear fancy clothes or shoes since you'll have to walk on a back the road and risk getting splashed by disgusting smelly puddle water or motorcyclists playing chicken with you.

but its policy on cigarette smoking is a definite minus.

It's only eligible to expats (residence card or work permit required) and Vietnamese nationals, and for us the Lotte is about 2 kilometres from our house so we weren't aiming to get away from the big smoke - if anything, we got closer to it!

The manager, MIA, checked us with and was extremely welcoming.

The staffs were friendly, polite, and attentive.

Breakfast was included and I would say was pretty good overall.

The once amazing breakfast is only mediocre now.

Hygiene and simple packaging,  the Vietnames menu is very abundant and delicious.

We stayed in the executive room and had access to the executive floor where there was exclusive breakfast which was awesome!

We bboked with club lounge access, what I would recommend - own service and breakfast, good for working space too.

There is a construction going on  in that part of the city,

Our 7th floor room on the north/northwest side faced away from the main road and any construction, so that may have helped us avoid any of the noise that others have mentioned.

However it's pretty noisy at night because there seems to be some construction works and many cars driving by so lots of honking.

However, some glaring cons have made my experience less than positive:

-Construction in one of the rooms forced me to change rooms, twice.

However there is a major metro work going on so construction goes on till late night.

But near the hotel road construction is on going so little bit messy and noisy.

though construction works for the metro may make it a little dusty.

Probably it will be more impressive after all the construction work in the surrounding area.

There was some metro construction going on when we were there,

When I was visiting there was construction beside the hotel,

There was construction work going on in a nearby building at the time, which was rather loud.

There is a massive train construction going on outside the hotel, so you must be prepared to brave the mess, other than that, everything else is awesome.

Be aware that the Metro system is being built and there are some construction ongoing around the roads outside the hotel.

Unfortunately much of the centre is a construction site, and will be for some time due to new metro system being built, so another reason to consider a high floor.

The only downside it is next to the MRT construction

but there is currently road construction nearby.

But it was so sorry that there was under construction of subway in front of the hotel.

You can only walk one direction due to construction hoarding everywhere.

The reason I gave it a four star was because of the extensive construction right in front of the hotel.

Although there is mrt construction going on.

The girl in the executive lounge made us feel right at home and the manager behind the front desk made sure we had everything we needed.

We upgraded to include the executive lounge witch was heaven!

but we would like to mention Ms Rita who managed our reservation with a friendly and cheerful can-do attitude and Ms Chau and Ms Phuong who looked after us at the Executive Lounge.

I had access to executive lounge and it was really nice and cozy.

.. executive lounge view and comfort is amazing; definitely try the evening free cocktail and food . .

We have stayed 2 nights in Liberty Central and enjoyed Executive Lounge.

Having access to the executive lounge is great value for money.

Book a room with the Executive Lounge and Chau, the lady staff par excellence, will surely make your visit to the Lounge a delightful one!

We took the option of an upgrade which includes access to the executive lounge, providing private breakfast,  afternoon tea and happy hours for cocktails.

Access to the executive lounge was very much a high light.

We stayed in an executive room which had the benifit of allowing you to have your breakfast in the executive lounge and snacks ,coffee soft drinks in the afternoon, also in the evening food was available with free alcoholic drinks between 6-30pm and 8-30.

Upon arrival we were shown to the executive lounge for afternoon tea.

Use of the executive lounge on the same floor for having breakfast, free cocktails from 6-8PM, a buffet nightly, free laundry each day, Office facilities, tea, coffee(proper coffee), snacks and a great view.

There is an executive lounge on floor 16, great food the as well, less people present, nice and comfy chairs/couches too.

The price tag for this room also includes access to the Executive Lounge which comes with some exclusive benefits that makes you feel like a vip.

I opted for an Executive room and the service provided by the staff at the Executive Lounge was exceptional.

I took a solo trip back in November 2019 and stayed at the Liberty Central HCMC, It was in a great location close to everything, the staff were fantastic especially Dang who was incredibly helpful each day, checking to make sure I was ok, staying safe taking care of anything that I needed doing.

Good hotel room located in a very convenient place to go around in the center of Ho Chi Minh city.

I would just like to say this is a beautifull hotel with good position on Times Square.

but  the staff had a hard time understanding what I wanted and would continuously pointed me to the ice water station provided .It included a variety of different cuisine and was tasty.

a mention of a few staff that made my stay so much enjoyment - Ms Nhung, front desk supervisor, who's helpfulness and knowledge and of places to eat is amazing, Ms Le Anh also FD amazing experience with check in, and Ms Huong, from the lounge, who is such a bubbley and  bright person to chat with every day.

But the most pleasant moment was at the bar, were I had an amazing cocktail due to the great Supervisor Luu thi mong nhi.

This time around went there with a friend for dinner and happy hour.

Food is aplenty in this bustling South East Asian city and you will be spoiled for choice as soon as you walk out the front door.

Drinks and snacks at the Bistro was fun watching the hustle and bustle of Pasteur Street outside.

The food was great, High Tea was fun and our room was big and clean.

Our company year-end party was held at the central restaurant and it was really satisfying.

Very good services, Supportive from Staff and Food is quite good also.

This hotel is world class it really is the staff and management at the front desks are so helpful and friendly they go out of there way to help you with anything you need the restaurant and roof top bar are excellent the rooms really nice more like an apartment to be fair with Wonderful En suit with very comfortable beds and great cleaners who do an exponential job every morning cannot recommend this hotel enough.

It was sorry left garbage which ex-guest's receipt in garbage can on arrival.
