There were yellow stains all over the box spring, stains on the comforter, mildew on the pillowcases, lots of mold on the shower curtain, towels in the toilet.

Room at the sink for setting toiletries is non-existent.

but lacking amenities like a pool (it was not functional) and breakfast (it was a pauper’s).

Water damage should a ceiling where it was cracked and then the ceiling in the bathroom the tiles were falling out of the ceiling more water damage feces on the comforter an orange stain on the top sheet that look like a medicine you take for UTI just overall terrible no one should have to put up with that and pay what I did to stay there

Sink backed up and had to unclog it, full of hair and soap scum.

Our room had holes in the walls and mildew on the shower curtain.

The room had a strong odor, it was filthy, inside the bathroom 
the tube was in bad shape, carpet stains and a dirty bed skirt.

The toilet seat was broken so any time you sat on it, it slid over to the side.

We booked the suit for the jacuzzi tub and couldn't use it because the ceiling had fallen in due to water and the whole bathroom was nasty from it.

The towel rack was falling out of the wall, bugs walking in the common areas and water stained ceiling tiles in our room just to name a few of the first things I noticed.

It had some obvious roof leaking issues with parts of the ceiling coming down last time we stayed

I had some issues with the bathroom not being thoroughly cleaned, and the breakfast was lacking,

And a discarded key envelope and bottle of body wash in tub (not the hotel toiletries, which were shabby little miniscule bottles).

There were multiple buckets throughout catching leaks from the ceiling.

They would not tell me who the "boss" is - "local family"
Toilet ran and tank float squeaked (loud) until I turned off the water, Shower was very low flow, TV worked.

Not the best option if you expect a clean bathroom.

The bathroom seems like it hadn’t been updated in quite a while.

But for an average of $100/night, travel a few more miles north for better service and amenities at the same price.

I booked it online which said that there was an indoor pool and free breakfast.

Breakfast at this place was not at all inspiring - a collection of pre-packaged carbohydrates from the local Walmart.

but If you just need coffee and toast, you’ll be fine.

The staff is extra nice, the rooms are clean, the pool was warm, and the breakfast is awesome.

We all and specially our kids enjoyed heated pools much and of course the breakfast.

I didn’t get up in time to try the breakfast

Had great hot breakfast with eggs, sausage , potatoes and waffles.

TV and internet were ok. Breakfast was just okay.

It was clean, the bed was great, amenities were amazing, and the breakfast was a 10/10.

The hotel staff was friendly - especially the sweet woman running breakfast, cleaning up, and checking people out at the front desk.

The beds we're comfortable BUT sheets had cigarette holes burned in them.

There was a very strong smell of diesel/gasoline outside of the building so we had headaches just from being outside at all.

When we finally got to our room it was bitterly cold and smelled like mouse pee and cigarette smoke,

The first room they gave me had what looked like urine in the bathtub so they gave us a new room.

IN the room, there was dirt on the switches, lamps and side tables, confetti on the floor, tape on the window, the room was smelly, the desk lamp did n't work (I really needed this), there were dirty handles (I know because I cleaned them myself and dirt came off of them), its just too much!

Room was so shabby, torn lampshades, not dead bolt and the smoke detector had bare wires showing.

Tub drain backed up had to get moved into another room.

which by the way, you could also smell in room along with heavy odor of smoke throughout hotel.

We enjoyed staying here just need to work on keeping the grounds cleaner including trash & cig

However, when we got to the room, it smelled strongly of smoke

I will suggest rinsing off soon after you get out of the pool, both of my kids had what looked to be a slight chemical burn when we got home.

However, the "Manager", Kelly had agreed she would comp the one night because of the smoke coming in only to later deny she had said that and not stand behind what she had said or offer any compensation at all!

Price for value of the room is OK. Not much in amenities, bathtub could have used a better cleaning.

Only issue we had was that the shower had a slow drain so we were in ankle deep water (rm 144) - reported this to the front desk at check out.

There was soap and shampoo on the shower wall.

There were no chemical smells of that industrial soap that is common in older hotels.

There was a dirty towel left on the shower rod by the previous occupant and a toothpick on the floor by the sink.

The bathroom needs to be upgraded to match the rest of the room.

Also, the vent in the bathroom was broke.

.2nd there was a hole in the bathroom door from what looked like someone got mad. .

Water pressure in shower was not good and Internet was slow or wouldn't connect at all.

some lights were out above the sink, towel rack by sink was almost off the wall, light bulb by door was missing, bath tub was dirty, chest drawer was issing, tea bags had been wet and not changed, light in bathroom was dim and full of bugs, heat and vent in bathroom didn't work.

If you stay there bring mosquito net, can of off, and maybe some roach bombs, shower shoes and your own towel.

but they didn't have one that was smoking; however, the toilet was a tall one and the beds were tall.

This place gets two stars because of  the mold in the bathroom.

The bathroom tile was full of mold with tiles missing.

It was old not renovated and things were fall of the wall in the shower.

Our room looked and smelled clean--right down to the absence of grungy buildup in the corners of the bathroom floor.

Overall we had a great night sleep and they had some grab and go items for breakfast as well.

Quiet, respectful guests ( the parking lot was full) and a decent breakfast.

This hotel was clean, spacious enough for my husband and our 2 children and I, had a mini fridge, an AMAZING breakfast with waffles to die for, very kind staff, easy access to fill our cooler with ice before leaving, not far from Walmart, and several restaurants.

We had all of the amenities we needed, and breakfast was included in the very fair price of the room.

Eggs and sausage the next morning and on my way refreshed.

For an extra 10.00 we had a much better room, much better breakfast, a pool, and close to all the restaurants.

Had a nice breakfast at the Classic Diner in town.

They also had a simple, continental breakfast available at no extra charge.

The breakfast was great for the price included sausage and egg patties that you can make your own breakfast sandwich with, which was great.

Breakfast included hot and cold menu items, and attendant was attentive to keeping the eating area clean.

The breakfast area was also nice with the normal offerings of what to eat with hot sausage and waffle maker.

But most important and disgusting was that the bed and pillows had several bedbugs.

There were multiple dead roaches on the floor in the guest room and the clock in the room wasn’t set.

Later I  finish unloading the luggage and went out side , as i was going out  a  lizard ran into the room.I found the lizard and found several  brown recluse spiders hiding behind the furniture .

Very old and not updated hotel rooms with poor cable connection as well as dead bugs in the room.

3) towels should be fresh, not used ones by previous occupant

4) they should spray for roaches

This place is absolutely disgusting.

there were some cockroaches in the bathroom.

Maybe they should designate a smoking area.

Had a room with few repair needed also no hot water in shower.looks like blood stain and yellow bleach stain on sheets.

The room didn't smell and the bed was OK.

Our first animal sighting was roach in the bathroom, don't worry they aren't the bug huge water roaches, they are the tiny filthy kind that if you see one there are 10 hiding. .

We don't smoke in our car, instead we'd pull over every 2 hours to have a smoke outside.

The paint was fresh and I could still smell it.

but the room had an odor, the carpet was nasty, bed was like a rock and there were cigarette burns on the comforters.

The non smoking room requested on the end nearest the freeway, seemed exposed,and proved a mistake once I turned off the TV and attempted to turn in.

however they did say they provided breakfast and all they had was a couple cereals and 1 type of danish.

If this place had a good breakfast, it might rate 5-stars.

the staff was wonderful & self serve breakfast options in the lobby were your typical cereal, coffee, milk & juice.

They provided a good breakfast at least to my wife and I who mainly are into a light breakfast when we travel.

Some yogurt, fruit, non-sugar cereal, boiled eggs would have been wonderful.

The breakfast they provide was more than enough to get me and my family full until lunch, I have no complaints!

They had a little continental breakfast, which, considering how little we paid for the room, was a great value.

He told me to make sure I came for breakfast.

Although this was a somewhat compact room, it was very pleasant, very clean, had an excellent bed, and a fine breakfast.

Room was very clean, very basic, simple breakfast.

You get a nice clean room and basic breakfast.

A quick bowl of cereal or danish and coffee were offered for breakfast.

Great location, attractive  rooms, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, attentive service, good breakfasts and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

When we tried to check in we were asked for our card.

even though my reservation clearly stated pet when we requested a quote and prepaid.

We had requested extra pillows and they were in my room before we got there.

Also, their pet friendly rooms are tiled, so no residual dog or cat smell like other places.

The mini fridge had a horrible stench and was caked in mold.
