My wife requires a walk in shower because she is a stroke victim and cannot lift her left leg high enough to get into the bathtub nor the strength to get out of it.

The bath tubs make loud creaking noises when showering.

Only a couple of issues:  the tub creaks when you stand in it - didn't matter what size the person was.

This was loud enough to wake me at 5 am when the tub was being used in the adjoining room.

And the bathtub in our room was "creaky" when you stood in the shower.

The only negatives were the bathtub sqeeked and creeked when taking a shower.

The bathtubs were very creaky and loud - regardless the size of the person.

but unfortunately it was average at best the beds were hard the grout was coming up the bath tub squeaked so bad you didn't want to move, and in the room we stayed in I could hear the elevator until about 9:30pm the carpet in the elevator need to be replaced.

All we got were wider doors and a bench in the bathtub.

I had a horrible experience and shouldn't have been charged.

BE WARNED… this hotel charges a $250 security deposit in addition to your room rate!

I was even given a room upgrade at no additional charge.

When we arrived, I just had to provide my credit card and was given my keys.

Turns out they charged me the full room fee.

Room charge was very confusing as they charge a convenient charge when you check in.

I called the hotel days ahead of time to cancel my reservation and after saying they had cancelled, I still was charged a no-show fee ($150!).

Check-In/Check-out: At Check-In we were given our hotel room keys, it had my name printed on the envelope (Which was nice with 2 room keys) I believe the room we were originally given as it was printed on the card was on the 3rd floor like room 317 which was scratched out and the room 214 was written on the envelope.

They charged us $155+ for the first night as a cancellation fee.

This hotel will charge you 25.00 extra for incidental charges. Why?

If I had to mention only one thing that made this hotel stay exceptional - was the charging plug at the bedside.

Manager Denise Vazquez understood and kindly charged us for just one night stay.

i had to use a different credit card, and my name didnt match up, after long wait and faxed documents etc, i finally got a room.

These folks don't make you re-arrange the furniture looking for a place to plug in your device(s)- The POwer Station (similar to a surge protector) has 4 spots ready to supply power to whatever you need to charge.

While making my reservations I was able to use my AARP card and saved myself quite a bit.

They know I like 2 key cards (having one key sometimes creates a return trip to the front desk when it doesn't work), and the free wireless is connected with my last name and room number.

This was an overall great stay friendly staff member clean well organized room and pool and hot tub was amazing and would always choose to stay at this hotel hands down the best I ever experienced when getting rooms

Despite being booked under a wedding party block by my nephew, our room wasn’t ready upon arrival , or for hours after the check in time.

Another real son of a gun is the fact that they do not refund the security deposit until three days after you check out!

She informed me that the manager, Denise, would have to make the determination if we would get a refund or not.

Problem is it’s being remodeled and they didn’t tell us that when we booked.

Upon making a reservation, I mentioned that I had a service dog, the General Manager, Denise Savorite, informed me that my dog was not allowed and denied me a room for the night.

They were in the middle of completing reservations and initially had us on the same floor as the renos.

I told desk clerk  i had booked room online for 153.00 and that I had seen it for 143.00 afterwards, she was not able to give me the 143 rate

I had to cancel my reservation 24 hour before arrival because my daughters travel softball tourney was cancelled due to rain.

(yes, Hemet is a bit in the nowhere zone)  So she booked us at Hampton Inn.

In addition some times it is necessary to cancel my reservation in the morning for an upcoming night due to my line of work and there is never a problem no last minute cancellation fees which is a relief.

Although we had last minute reservations and no idea what we were signed up for we were extremely please.

We have been loyal Hampton Inn travelers and have had to cancel on occasion of the years,

They say it will be refunded if you do not buy anything from the snack bar. Why?

We heard (after making the reservations) that Hemet is not one of the safest cities,

It is more personal than using a reservation service.

We called the hotel to cancel and they would not allow us to cancel.

We stopped in at this hotel without reservations and needed 6 rooms.

At check in was told their was no current reservation

After a long travel day we were greeted at the front desk by smiles from Kristen and Desiree   They are very nice, efficient and helpful.

It’s your fault, don’t expect kindness.

When we showed the photos to the receptionist at the front desk at check out she was polite,

We got in our room after the reception late Friday night, had to leave reception early to clear out of family members room and move into hours.

Good luck trying to use digital key, the app requests for you to report to front desk, where you'll get hit with an additional $250 deposit on top of your hotel room!

Was warmly welcomed at the front desk and checking in was painless.

Would go again food was good room clean and smell good parking was great staff roll out the rad carpet it made me feel special!! !

Lovely hotel with clean rooms, great staff and a decent breakfast.

She is very understanding and accommodated us to make it to a funeral on time.

I stayed at this hotel for six weeks and I absolutely loved every minute of it, Georgina and the staff were absolutely phenomenal, I loved every minute of it.

but half of the "amenities" were not working and staff is no help for the rates they charge you can get two nights and treated way better with thing that actually work for one stay here at this supposed 3/4 star hotel, sheets were filthy, Ice machine never worked and neither did the two exit doors, it truly was a horrific stay

When I turned on the restroom light there was one on the toilet seat. HORIBBLE!!

The room smell of tobacco and it needs an upgrade, bathroom smell of urine, the bed sheets had hairs (not clean) the pool was dirty the hot tub had green mold and it was filthy.

The place that is designated for pet's waste to go I had to take my service dog to the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned up, filthy with dog dodo and cigarette

but the beds are incredibly high, the closet door was broken, so “due to Covid” they may not be changing the bed or bathroom linens, at least from us seeing the dirty hand towels hung and prepped for us to use near the sink, the electrical sockets are incredibly loose and phone chargers practically slip out, and the remote with Netflix capability didn’t work and after examining it was because there were no batteries in the remote.

My room had no problem except my toilet seat was a bit loose.

instead of changing me to another room they told me" you are using your points and this is only room we have at this time"   and they put up temp Shower curtain .

I picked up a dried up bug in a corner of the bathroom floor and the corner of the floor wasn't clean.

The roller for toilet paper holder fell off.

Issue after issue; baited and switched the rooms, double-billed us for the pleasure of switching the room, toilet had to be double-flushed and one had to hold down the handle to do that, etc.

You can’t use the stairs because they lock you in.

The bathroom in this room was configured with the shower and toilet in their own room, sink outside that room.

The rooms are a little awkward as the bathroom is right by the front door, and overlaps with the one closet in the room.

when i walked in i was met by a friendly associate , rooms were always clean , very happy with everything,this facility has become one of the best i have stayed there for 15 years for this same race at perris auto speedway in either October or November I have seen many changes always for the better

The drain is slow --as in the water being ankle deep during a shower.

The place smells like marijuana and cigarettes.

Then we take a look at the other "suite" and they were old, smelly and had broken appliances in them.

She claims they charge a $250 damage on smoking room, then I say, use it to clean a room, scrub the halls enforce non-smoking, , lower the noise at 1 AM.

Unlike others who said the place smelled of urine or tobacco or that they didn't feel safe, I experienced none of this.

In summary, it is dirty, noisy, and smelly.

Our floor smelled like stale, musty cigarettes with presents of long ashes scattered throughout hallway.

Had a very bright flashing light from the smoke detector that kept walking me up & a loose entry door handle (inside handle kept coming off just about everytime when I tried opening it).

As for the pool, it was smelling pretty awful and looked really dirty.

The room smelled awful immediately, a very strong chemical smell on top of a foul smell.

The room had the strong smell of deodorizer.

but as soon as I walked into my room 208 I was hit with the smell of cigarettes.

The carpet FILTHY dust bunnies everywhere.

Problems with this hotel-  the room smelt like smoke, the pool was freezing, I prefer to drink out of a glass not plastic and I like my coffee in a mug not styrofoam

The Quality Inn Hemet had the best reviews then any other hotel in the area, the staff was amazing  the lady that checked us in to the hotel was awesome she was so friendly.

Clean,great service, friendly, well lit parking, security, and its a safe place.

Although this motel has friendly staff and the rooms are clean it like many hotel/motels are in areas located unless than safe areas.

My husband and I have stayed here numerous times and the friendly staff and clean, well appointed rooms keep us coming back.

The receptionist that answered was rude, and promptly advised me that she was checking in a guest.

but the air conditioners need to be carefully scrutinized by management to avoid guests needed to be moved to a cooler room.

My biggest problem was that the dryer in the on-site guest laundry did not dry my clothes.

They had the local newspapers and have a computer for guests (Mine went down).

Help guests to feel like they are in your unique town and not in Bakersfield or something.

(This should be changed after every guest - very unsanitary).

The management of this hotel is clearly interested in guests' opinions: we got a request for a feedback on our stay soon after checking out.

A few negatives were (a) Noisy upstairs guest (b) scratchy towels . .

The cliental of this hotel was a little rough.

Our stay was for two weeks and at no time did we feel there was a security problem as the premises is monitored for the protection of the guests.

For a one night stay it was necessary to call for a connection three times!

They were very rude when they called me like im a criminal yelling saying they were going to call the cops over a charger we did not even see.

Although  the first room we were given had a dead phone, a dead air conditioner, and no bottled water (as promised), the front office cheerfully and quickly assigned us another room.

There are few hotels and I always call the Quality Inn as soon as I have our tourney dates because it's always the first to fill up.

She told me she was going to put the phone down, and she would be right with me.

though there seem to be a lot of people who hang out on the balcony to smoke, talk on their cell phones, and talk rather loudly.

even though the phones were busy she got me checked in and pointed to my room.

Stopper in tub did not work, aNd switch plate near coffee maker was filthy.

The room has a very odd smell and the toilet was blocked so couldn’t be used.

While showering I got the distinct odor of cigarette smoke coming through the overhead vent.

Also, I asked for a first floor room due to Breathing issues.

There was small areas of mold in the bathroom.

My lady said there was a weird smell around the sink,

My job finished early and I was going to have to burn time.

Unfortunately I waited too long before booking and they only had a smoking room with the Jacuzzi tub.

I accidentally got a smoking room and the smell was almost unbearable!

Also if you're a smoker there are a lot ( every 15 feet or so ) of self closing ashtrays that keep the area

IT sucks to have to smell someone smoking outside your room.

Not only are their rooms always tidy and clean, they don't have that "cheap hotel" smell we all hate so much!

but there was a very fowl order that came form the sinks and I couldn't even wash my face at night due to the smell.

1)  Bathroom shower curtain was dirty and smelled really sour.

The room was very nice and clean nice staff very nice grounds all in all nice place will be going back on our next visit to Hemet breakfast was hot and good to start the day with housekeepers wre nice

The staff is good to the customer too and the price is reasonable for the quality.

It has also won award for its dedication to making it environmentally efficient.

While the staff was polite and efficient, the facilities were in desperate need of remodeling.

The best feature at the Quality Inn was their breakfast, served in a room adjacent to the office:  pretty much anything you'd want, including coffee, juices, eggs, sausage, pancakes, pastries, cereal, milk and do-it-yourself mini waffles (ok, I had help from the breakfast attendant).

The staff is kind and we have a better than average breakfast there.

Third, Chris at the front desk was very accommodating.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

The guests are friendly and there is always something to do.

Staff were super friendly, 3 or 4 pools, 2 spas, billiards, horseshoes, volleyball, etc.

My resort stay and experience at Golden Village Palms resort was excellent you have access to a very nice clean gym, enjoy a swim in either of the 3 pools or Jacuzzi's, have Sunday Mimosas brunch with the residents and your neighbors, everybody's nice and friendly I felt welcomed overall and do recommend anyone traveling in the area to book a stay 🔑  and enjoy the resort for yourself.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the overall vibe from all employees/management was very positive.

Very friendly and helpful, But it’s too bad there are some really bad Corporate policies that affect family visits, such as cost and parking issues.

It’s a beautiful RV park, heated pools, jacuzzis, dog parks & concerts for a fee, & we’ve met so many friendly people here.

The park is very clean, access is controlled by a guarded gate, it has many amenities, and a generally friendly atmosphere.
