My wife requires a walk in shower because she is a stroke victim and cannot lift her left leg high enough to get into the bathtub nor the strength to get out of it.

The bath tubs make loud creaking noises when showering.

Only a couple of issues:  the tub creaks when you stand in it - didn't matter what size the person was.

This was loud enough to wake me at 5 am when the tub was being used in the adjoining room.

And the bathtub in our room was "creaky" when you stood in the shower.

The only negatives were the bathtub sqeeked and creeked when taking a shower.

The bathtubs were very creaky and loud - regardless the size of the person.

but unfortunately it was average at best the beds were hard the grout was coming up the bath tub squeaked so bad you didn't want to move, and in the room we stayed in I could hear the elevator until about 9:30pm the carpet in the elevator need to be replaced.

All we got were wider doors and a bench in the bathtub.

The breakfast was decent also for a quick bite.

Only redeeming quality is the woman who keeps the breakfast nook excellent and the housekeeping staff who keep it clean.

Breakfast was okay, had better at other Hilton properties.

Breakfast was ok, loved the 24/7 coffee service.

In the morning, there complimentary breakfast was a great variety to choose from.

Would go again food was good room clean and smell good parking was great staff roll out the rad carpet it made me feel special!! !

They, the housekeeping staff and the ladies overseeing the breakfast room were outstanding.

I had a horrible experience and shouldn't have been charged.

BE WARNED… this hotel charges a $250 security deposit in addition to your room rate!

I was even given a room upgrade at no additional charge.

When we arrived, I just had to provide my credit card and was given my keys.

Turns out they charged me the full room fee.

Room charge was very confusing as they charge a convenient charge when you check in.

I called the hotel days ahead of time to cancel my reservation and after saying they had cancelled, I still was charged a no-show fee ($150!).

Check-In/Check-out: At Check-In we were given our hotel room keys, it had my name printed on the envelope (Which was nice with 2 room keys) I believe the room we were originally given as it was printed on the card was on the 3rd floor like room 317 which was scratched out and the room 214 was written on the envelope.

They charged us $155+ for the first night as a cancellation fee.

This hotel will charge you 25.00 extra for incidental charges. Why?

If I had to mention only one thing that made this hotel stay exceptional - was the charging plug at the bedside.

Manager Denise Vazquez understood and kindly charged us for just one night stay.

i had to use a different credit card, and my name didnt match up, after long wait and faxed documents etc, i finally got a room.

These folks don't make you re-arrange the furniture looking for a place to plug in your device(s)- The POwer Station (similar to a surge protector) has 4 spots ready to supply power to whatever you need to charge.

While making my reservations I was able to use my AARP card and saved myself quite a bit.

They know I like 2 key cards (having one key sometimes creates a return trip to the front desk when it doesn't work), and the free wireless is connected with my last name and room number.

Complimentary breakfast is very good so get down there early to snag a table.

The breakfast is better than anywhere else that has complimentary breakfast as well.

The breakfast included hits the right note when on the road.

They even had breakfast included and it was very good.

Provided complementary breakfast hot and cold.

Complimentary breakfast was convenient and had numerous choices.

In the morning, my family and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Beautiful guest room to enjoy a very well laid out complementary breakfast.

Had an excellent stay here at this Motel, everything was in great condition except for the complimentary breakfast buffet, which needed a little extra attention.

but for a complimentary breakfast it was a very nice option.

This was an overall great stay friendly staff member clean well organized room and pool and hot tub was amazing and would always choose to stay at this hotel hands down the best I ever experienced when getting rooms

We were greeted by a friendly person, who got us checked in quickly.

Despite being booked under a wedding party block by my nephew, our room wasn’t ready upon arrival , or for hours after the check in time.

Another real son of a gun is the fact that they do not refund the security deposit until three days after you check out!

She informed me that the manager, Denise, would have to make the determination if we would get a refund or not.

Problem is it’s being remodeled and they didn’t tell us that when we booked.

Upon making a reservation, I mentioned that I had a service dog, the General Manager, Denise Savorite, informed me that my dog was not allowed and denied me a room for the night.

They were in the middle of completing reservations and initially had us on the same floor as the renos.

I told desk clerk  i had booked room online for 153.00 and that I had seen it for 143.00 afterwards, she was not able to give me the 143 rate

I had to cancel my reservation 24 hour before arrival because my daughters travel softball tourney was cancelled due to rain.

(yes, Hemet is a bit in the nowhere zone)  So she booked us at Hampton Inn.

In addition some times it is necessary to cancel my reservation in the morning for an upcoming night due to my line of work and there is never a problem no last minute cancellation fees which is a relief.

Although we had last minute reservations and no idea what we were signed up for we were extremely please.

We have been loyal Hampton Inn travelers and have had to cancel on occasion of the years,

They say it will be refunded if you do not buy anything from the snack bar. Why?

We heard (after making the reservations) that Hemet is not one of the safest cities,

It is more personal than using a reservation service.

We called the hotel to cancel and they would not allow us to cancel.

We stopped in at this hotel without reservations and needed 6 rooms.

At check in was told their was no current reservation

Large clean rooms that are well appointed.

Hotel room was clean and we had a comfortable bed.

Rooms were clean and looked completely new.

We had no problem checking in and our hotel room was very clean and nice.

It is an exceptionally attractive building, with beautiful outdoor areas, and the rooms are VERY clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts are excellent.

The rooms are clean, spacious, attractively decorated and beds comfortable.

Low water pressure and cold showers, and that’s after a room change.Ice machine broken (only have 1) elevator inop.

but half of the "amenities" were not working and staff is no help for the rates they charge you can get two nights and treated way better with thing that actually work for one stay here at this supposed 3/4 star hotel, sheets were filthy, Ice machine never worked and neither did the two exit doors, it truly was a horrific stay

When I turned on the restroom light there was one on the toilet seat. HORIBBLE!!

The room smell of tobacco and it needs an upgrade, bathroom smell of urine, the bed sheets had hairs (not clean) the pool was dirty the hot tub had green mold and it was filthy.

The place that is designated for pet's waste to go I had to take my service dog to the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned up, filthy with dog dodo and cigarette

but the beds are incredibly high, the closet door was broken, so “due to Covid” they may not be changing the bed or bathroom linens, at least from us seeing the dirty hand towels hung and prepped for us to use near the sink, the electrical sockets are incredibly loose and phone chargers practically slip out, and the remote with Netflix capability didn’t work and after examining it was because there were no batteries in the remote.

My room had no problem except my toilet seat was a bit loose.

instead of changing me to another room they told me" you are using your points and this is only room we have at this time"   and they put up temp Shower curtain .

The roller for toilet paper holder fell off.

I picked up a dried up bug in a corner of the bathroom floor and the corner of the floor wasn't clean.

Issue after issue; baited and switched the rooms, double-billed us for the pleasure of switching the room, toilet had to be double-flushed and one had to hold down the handle to do that, etc.

The bathroom in this room was configured with the shower and toilet in their own room, sink outside that room.

The rooms are a little awkward as the bathroom is right by the front door, and overlaps with the one closet in the room.

Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, and a selection of cereals and bread/bagels.

During Our morning breakfast their was a variety of items to choose from coffee for early risers a warm to go carry out box which included two scrambled eggs 2 sausage patties sum tater tots and a warm biscuit u also had your choice of having extra items like fresh fruit , yogurt to take along with you so that was Great.

Breakfast is way more than the typical "continental breakfast"  The offer biscuits and gravy and a full waffle bar on top of the eggs bacon sausage and potatoes.

Breakfast items were cheese omelets, bacon, country potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles with fruit toppings, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries and toast.

They have essentially biscuits and one other choice as well as waffles.

Like waffles, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy and so many more to choose from.

There were eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, non-bruised fruits, bagels, assorted cold cereals, toast, fresh made waffles, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, 2% milk, water.

but the eggs, biscuits and gravy was Great.

My husband and son loved making a waffle for breakfast and the eggs, sausages and biscuits were also very good.

Moreover, the breakfast provided surpassed expectations, offering a truly delightful start to each day with its outstanding quality and variety.

The breakfast was amazing, a good variety of food choices s well as drinks!

My husband also said there was a great employee doing the breakfast named Arturo that was kind and helpful and a really outstanding employee.

I had a warm enjoyable breakfast this morning and can't wait for day 2 .

We went a few blocks down on Florida Ave for a real breakfast at Denny's.

(It wasn't bad, mind you. Fresh apple, pre-wrapped muffin, granola bar, and a juice box.)

I would just like to remind this hotel owner people like me that work for a living stay in hotels during the week come in at night sleep and go to work before breakfast and don't damage your hotels can stay anywhere we want.

The included breakfast met all expectations (great make-your-own waffles).

And Juliette and Angie, the breakfast attendants, are always there to greet you with a smile and make sure that everything is fresh and stocked.

We were invited to have breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00 am.

Pros: Bed very comfortable: Room very clean; Morning breakfast had many choices; Staff friendly.

The rooms are always clean, housekeeping is always available when needed.

Our rooms were clean, décor was fine, everything worked except a couple of outlets (other reviews also noted this), and sleep quality was good.

So I felt for some weird reason my room would be clean and ready.

when i walked in i was met by a friendly associate , rooms were always clean , very happy with everything,this facility has become one of the best i have stayed there for 15 years for this same race at perris auto speedway in either October or November I have seen many changes always for the better

But my room was clean, beds were comfy, internet was working.

We recommend this hotel to everyone who wants or needs a home away from home anytime as the service and rooms are clean and the bed's are comfortable.

The drain is slow --as in the water being ankle deep during a shower.

The place smells like marijuana and cigarettes.

Then we take a look at the other "suite" and they were old, smelly and had broken appliances in them.

She claims they charge a $250 damage on smoking room, then I say, use it to clean a room, scrub the halls enforce non-smoking, , lower the noise at 1 AM.

Unlike others who said the place smelled of urine or tobacco or that they didn't feel safe, I experienced none of this.

In summary, it is dirty, noisy, and smelly.

Our floor smelled like stale, musty cigarettes with presents of long ashes scattered throughout hallway.

Had a very bright flashing light from the smoke detector that kept walking me up & a loose entry door handle (inside handle kept coming off just about everytime when I tried opening it).

As for the pool, it was smelling pretty awful and looked really dirty.

The room smelled awful immediately, a very strong chemical smell on top of a foul smell.

The room had the strong smell of deodorizer.

but as soon as I walked into my room 208 I was hit with the smell of cigarettes.

The carpet FILTHY dust bunnies everywhere.

Problems with this hotel-  the room smelt like smoke, the pool was freezing, I prefer to drink out of a glass not plastic and I like my coffee in a mug not styrofoam

My stay hear has been great, and would come back any time, and  the Waffles uff can’t beat them!!

Breakfast was nice, with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal.

I made my waffle with fruit, and it was just a beautiful day. .

Eggs and sausage cakes, grits and gravy, waffle maker, juices, muffins.

..They even had fresh toppings and fruits for the waffles!

Always have fresh fruits, yogurt, and fruits cups if you don't feel like eggs,sausage/bacon or waffles.

The complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent with several choices of hot food, including fresh waffles.

Breakfast was waffles, eggs and sausage- so good.

Breakfast was ok-egg omelet with cheese was good, there was also potato's, sausage, biscuits & gravy, & the usual-pastries, cereal, fresh waffles.

The Quality Inn Hemet had the best reviews then any other hotel in the area, the staff was amazing  the lady that checked us in to the hotel was awesome she was so friendly.

The motel is close to the downtown area and is on the Main Street.

We did not visit the breakfast area as we departed early as we only stayed one day.

We slept well as the beds were very good and the area was quiet.

I would stay here again if I'm in the area. KCCO!

It is located close to the downtown area as well as to movie theater, restaurants and shopping.

The woman in charge ran a spotless and clean breakfast area.

So, for my first time staying at the Quality Inn I was pleasantly surprised to see my huge room, with a great kitchenette attached to the bathroom sink area.

The added kitchenette area was a big plus as well.

There were also cabinets over the fridge area where we could store some snacks and other items which was really nice.

Attention to detail from the plants in the room to the landscaping, the music around the pool area and everything immaculate made for a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast  room was was very clean and had a nice young lady helping with the waffles and keeping the area clean.

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times when visiting the Hemet area, and My past stays have always been excellent.

As someone else said there are a lot of homeless and hookers wandering in the area so you don't want to go for a morning walk

This makes the 4th time we have stayed at this motel while visiting relatives in the area.

The area is very bad the hotel provided a safe heaven from the homeless and hookers wandering in the area.

Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The room was very nice and clean nice staff very nice grounds all in all nice place will be going back on our next visit to Hemet breakfast was hot and good to start the day with housekeepers wre nice

They have a breakfast sandwich available due to COVID.

The breakfast is the standard fare with thexception of the pancake machine which a lot f motels d not have.

The breakfast was the usual fare, eggs, sausage, pancakes., waffles etc.
