They did have eggs and sausage and yogurt.

Breakfast was great and the cleanliness in the room was very good.

We thought the hotel was nice, we enjoyed the pool, breakfast, and location.

Breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of variety.

You can always trust that a Hampton/ Hilton will be consistent, clean and updated with a fabulous breakfast at a reasonable price!

The complimentary breakfast is more than adequate (and if people wouldn't hoard food in their pockets as they exit the are, then the next people wouldn't complain - oh we are First World complainers now aren't we), and the coffee is delicious always.

The room was clean, bed was comfy and the breakfast was good with hot waffles, egg omelets, sausage biscuits and gravy.

My only complaint would be that the elevator has the loudest bell to announce its opening.

They are smaller in the front than the back and the front only has one wheel which means when you get on or off the elevator, whatever is in front falls off because the one small front wheel gets hung up at the elevator door.

The elevator seemed to not be working well as the door refused to shut.

The only downside was the elevator was broken and we were on the third floor.

We got on the elevator and before it started to go it dropped about an inch or so before leveling out.

Was concerned about noise since our room was next to the elevator.

Our first day returning back to the Inn, the elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs.

one day the elevator was broken that people had to use stairs and after long day when I came back to my room, there were a soda and chocolate from the inn for apology.

Oh and the elevator was out of order the day we arrived so we had to use the stairs.

The elevator was really rough and as we were about to check out, someone was there working on it. All in all, I'd give this an "A."

I've stayed at a couple Hamptons in NC and SC the past two months and wifi at both was poor at best, this Hampton lived up to the billing of free wifi.

Rates were high for quality of the room and had poor quality of sleep due to no air conditioner in the summer.

The WiFi Internet service is poor on the 3rd floor at the far ends of the building.

Then there was poor plumbing with bathroom sink.

but the English is poor and sometimes they just don't understand simple requests.

They allow smoking in that restaurant and the service there is poor.

You can imagine my dismay after such great service when I discovered how poor the internet connection was.

It's a poor first impression of a room when you see a lumpy bed.

Typically excellent Hampton with the exception of very poor Internet access.

The only thing that kept me from giving a 5th star is that the comforter on the bed had a faint odor of cigarette smoke- indicating someone had broken the rules and smoked in this non-smoking room (and the comforter wasn't aired and/or cleaned properly).

Our rooms NEVER smelled, Noise from the Halls and other rooms NEVER bothered us.

Only complaint is it states the premises are entirely non smoking and everytime I went to leave there was always guests and staff smoking near the entrance doors.

I always check our room thoroughly as soon as we get there as soon as we walked in first thing I noticed is how fresh and clean it smelled not like perfume or air freshener just clean.

We reserved a non-smoking room and did not get one.

When I arrived, only smoking rooms were available.

There are some smoking rooms in the hotel, which I hate the smell of cigarettes,

The only issues I had were with the lobby "Hot Water" container smelling and tasting like coffee when making tea.

if all non smoking rooms are taken, they automatically put you in a smoking room with no warning.

The smell of sewage was strong & we were told this was "normal".

The problem was that as a nonsmoker the stench was over powering.

Hardly ever HOT WATER, not enough parking, something is always broke (never gets repaired), this is new, for coffee cup now they’re using bathroom cups instead of ordering the insulated cups that the franchise recommends.

One of the rooms had a water problem from the toilet leaking.

There was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink. Disgusting.

Mold in the shower, wallpaper falling off the wall, and the tv has no correct listing for tv channels, stains on the white bed comforter.

Bathroom grout lines were dirty and moldy.

I have NEVER stayed at any hotel where there was NO bar of soap. Seriously?!

Soap dish fell off the surround and not replaced.

The sink was missing the stopper so one could see all the hair stuck in the drain top.

Toilet leaked the entire time and sounded like it was running.

It was so bad I  would not use the shower.

Our tub did not drain correctly and we mentioned it to the front desk to take care of.

Room could have used a little maintenance work (water stains on bathroom tile, light switch that didn't work, had to pull the toilet handle up to keep it from running)

The door handle to the bathroom was broke and the bathroom door was hard to shut.

At 6:00 am we knew that our neighbors were up and taking a shower!!

More attention to under the bathroom sink could have been made.

We didn't have breakfast there , electing to meet my old PltSGT at a local restaurant ,

The breakfast food items were pretty standard for chain hotels

However, sleeping in other people's filth is worth a good breakfast.

The breakfast bar was full and well replenished.

Breakfast was 15 minutes late both mornings.

The whole hotel wreaks of cigarettes. Breakfast?

The young lady working the breakfast area was very sweet.

But the hotel is clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast is decent.

The Holiday Inn Express offered a great breakfast, clean pleasant rooms, friendly staff and free parking.

There was a very nice breakfast served and the breakfast area was very pleasant.

Free breakfast buffet and had free ice cream this month.

The amenities and breakfast were perfect as well.

the room that we stayed in had a musty, old smell to it.

When I first arrived, I was appalled to see several people at the front entrance smoking cigarettes and the foyer smelled of cigarette smoke .

No one there to help me because she was out smoking a cigarette by my truck.

Turns out was the old smoking floor which has been converted.

Shower head was nasty and full of gunk from hard water.

There was a bad odor in the 2nd floor hallway.

The hair dryer would not come on and when it finally did, smoke started pouring out of the wall.

It smelled like someone was smoking right then.

but the cigarette smoke is so strong it has burned my eyes all night.

Only thing that is keeping me from giving a 5 star is the King sweet I had smelled of smoke.

The room, other than the smoke smell, was clean.

Now there’s no hot water, and probably won’t be any all night, or before check out time.

I had to stop my shower 1/2 way through and let some of the water out.

Now, the downside, (which is no fault of the staff) when other rooms turn the water on, such as the shower, sink or flush the toilet, you can hear it in the other rooms!!!

After a few hours of "rest", we got up only to find NO hot water still.

We woke up the next morning at 7am still with no hot water.

Breakfast was good and hardly anyone there.

The breakfast was again adequate and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of selections, and the food was tasty.

Breakfast was good, waffles, biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon, ham, milk, juice, bread.

Continental breakfast was hot and fresh with a good variety of items.

Tim even told the gentleman who was checking in ahead of me that they would be happy to fix him complimentary breakfast before the standard 6:30am if he needed to leave before then.

Nice breakfast that included eggs, bacon, and sausage as well as all the other usual suspects, e.g.

They offer breakfast; a variety of fruits, drinks, egg, and much more.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the pool, and the view of the hills.

The breakfast was decent, there are drinks available 24/7.

The breakfast proved to be adequate and the two-bed rooms were pleasant.

The free breakfast is decent, they have a pool, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable.

The dining area had around 8 tables with sufficient seating as well as a coffee machine, fruits and vegetables, and a choice of eggs, biscuits, cereal, bacon, yogurt, and toast for breakfast.

Hotel tries to do a good job with breakfast.

but the balconies and stairwells were littered with cigarette butts and drink cans.

The room itself wasn’t horrible, it was clean and didn’t smell bad.

but I didn't have an issue with smoke smell.

I couldn't go anywhere without smelling smoke.

The only problem that I had with it was that it smelled like cigarette smoke,

The only problems were that they missed our wakeup calls (completely the first visit, 20 minutes late the second visit), and the wifi went out in the room on the morning of the second visit (but was fine in the dining room).

The only problem I encountered was the lack of working internet in my room.

The only issue that I had about this place was the WiFi.

however my cohort struggled to accomplish some of its tasks due to the lack of wi-fi.

They also had rather poor quality internet which made my stay there rather difficult because I needed the internet to conduct business.

though was that horrific wireless Internet connection.

I was very disappointed that once my group got on the wifi it immediately slowed down and wouldn't work well after that.

but if you need wi-fi to work on something be prepared for utter failure.

However, the maids stopped cleaning the  second floor at one part in the week and the wireless internet frequency interphase (wifi) was HORRIBLE!

My only dissatisfaction with this particular Quality Inn was the poor WiFi access.

That being said, one of the hotel employees did knock on my door in the evening to appologize about the internet and ask if there was anything else they could do for us.

However, the biggest problem my friends and I faced was the WiFi.

The only thing that required improvement was the internet.

The internet is very critical to business people, so I want to warn you before you decide to get in this place.

Stayed for over a week and almost 4 days into my stay I realized that the toilet was pouring water (not leaking

I payed a very cheep price for a King room with the jacuzzi 100.00 dollars blew my mind!!!!

We paid for all the amenities and Sally has no right to accommodate ONLY her brother who doesn't even pay to stay here.

However our road was flooded, we couldn't get home, and I had to do what I had to do.

We had to get a toilet plunger 
from the front desk and plunge the toilet whenever we used it.

Only complaint was one shower drained very slowly and lighting was poor in the other bathroom.

The shower head needed replaced because water was going everywhere.

The water wasn't working at all the next morning throughout the entire motel,  no ability for us to shower or flush the toilet.

but 1 bath towel, 2 wash cloths and no hand towels?

Smoke detector was dismantled, tissue box was empty,

The lighting in the bathroom just sucked.

Shower/tub floor is very noisy, needs some improvement, makes taking a shower unpleasant.

Had 2 rooms reserved, and one of the showers wouldn't work.

I first noticed the bed pillows had a wrinkled appearance.

Upon arrival, we we told the room was not available and were placed in a room which was nonsmoking with one bed.

Downside is no elevator and beds not so comfy with too small pillows.

the bed had some broke springs on 1 side, so our king bed turn out to be a queen or full.

Bed sheet had two cigarette burns and the microwave oven had one burn.

While it is was a room with a queen bed there was only one set of towels for 2 occupants.

Need new bed mattress & pillows, doors did not close good, first room was terrible and requested move which we were moved

Internet was very very slow, mattress had holes in the and sleep very poorly and the pillows was like not even having any.

Anyways we got our daughter and grandchildren a room there at the super 8 Hazard and within a couple hours she was calling us crying and hysterical saying there were bed bugs on the baby she pulled the sheet back and saw 3 of them my husband immediately went there and they were at the check in desk the woman apologized and said she would give her another room the woman was not suprised about the bed bugs at all.

And it was only after lying down on the bed.

The only thing we could have asked for was more pillows on bed, only had 2 small ones on our queen bed, More pillows please.

but she managed to find a handicap room that was available but it was only a queen bed not the king I had reserved.

The bed mattress was so old that you felt the springs coming through, the beds were so close to the floor, the towels and wash cloths were so old that they were a yellowish color and stains all over them, the blankets in our room had holes in them.

But there was a full size bed in this room.

The beds were like twin size and everything was filthy.

The beds sag a little so replacing the mattresses or using mattress toppers would help,

He was also very patient and willingly explained the room options as well as the breakfast included each morning, with our room.

Me and my husband stay at this hotel and loved it the room was clean and staff was very friendly breakfast was great and there pet friendly so yes I could see myself coming back really soon

They had a nice breakfast the next morning, and a woman I am assuming to be part of the new owners was a total sweetheart!

Good thing is wifi has good speed, their cinnamon roll for breakfast is good.

Good continental breakfast, a 3 1/2 star motel, 5 star Staff!

We were told about the breakfast in the morning being fresh fruit, waffles etc.

The breakfast the next morning was a basic breakfast that was satisfying and took me all the way to lunch.

Wish breakfast was out later than 9:00 on weekends.

By no means an adequate area for breakfast if more than 5 people are there at the same time.

The breakfeast area was very nice and always had coffee made for the guest.Had free wifi in all rooms.

Everything was nice here including the breakfast.

Loved the name brand coffee & breakfast selections as well as internet in the lobby.

Breakfast was also quite good, better than I expected!

The Staff was friendly, and the Continental Breakfast was sufficient and good.

I also had to on multiple occasions run down to the front desk to ask for clean towels and toilet paper, since housekeeping would often not stop by the room.

My husband was in his room for less than 2 hours and was ate up by fleas.

Better cleaning of the room, painting and decluttering of the lobby.

Pictures aren't even remotely accurate regarding the rooms.

Room not clean, noisy, and breakfast area was dirty, no food , and a dog (not a service animal) sitting at the table with a very unkempt man who did not appear to be a guest of the hotel.

If you call and ask them (as I have) if their rooms have internet, they will say yes, all of them do.

They kept our $100 deposit because “they” said they smelled smoke in the room.

but I also wanna share some pictures of our room we really enjoyed it

Room was just barely ok for me, would not take my family there.

If I hadn't already paid for my room, I would have gone elsewhere.

I wasn't expecting much when I got a room here for my family.

The room was only $45 and went down to $40 with a discount..

The people that was in the  room above us was very loud and stomping all night.

but the toilet had trash in it & had poop on the bowl, no smoke detector, mold in the coffee pot.
