And we were very happy with the food, Breakfast and Dinner was unbelievable, there was so much choice, chocolate covered doughnuts in the mornings were a hit with our son, and there was so much variety.

We did bed and breakfast and the breakfast buffet was luscious.

I agree with some of the other reviews, buffet breakfast was good

Food buffet is fresh and not bad at all..  there was fruit, cheeses, bread, soup and lots of other hot varieties for vegetarians.

The quality and vast range of food that caters for all tastes, we enjoy the Greek traditional foods along with processco with breakfast, themed dinner nights and too die for desserts.

So to Vaggelis, Georgia, Despinna and especially to Puriugloris (i hope that is spelled right) who made me an egg free dessert (due to an allergy) every night - thank you!

The three names that spring to mind were Despina at guest relations and Vangelis who greeted us every morning and evening at breakfast and gave us recommendations for the area. Niko’s our friendly bald waiter (there was more than one Niko!)

Breakfast choice is great, we paid for half board and used the discount this gives you to use the other two restaurants on-site which are excellent.

We were shown to our room which was modern and comfortable , on the second floor we had great views of the immaculately maintained gardens and the sea beyond .

By far the best thing about the hotel is the staff, nothing is to much trouble, they work extremely hard to ensure your holiday is special.

It’s also worth noting that other poor reviews for this hotel have the exact same complaints as me.

They have absolutely poor customer service and could not provide us a cab or a safe way back to the hotel after a night out we were left stranded and one of us was really sick, we were then given a lift by the owner of the bar back to the hotel.

- The cocktails are poor for a 5 star hotel and cost €10-€15 each, which is okay

In my opinion it loses a star because: 
- no dressing gowns in the room 
- the shower had poor pressure, and poor temperature control 
- the rooms are lovely

but this is a poor quality hotel masquerading as a something better.

but were left disappointed with the prices, poor quality evening meals and what I’d rate as a 3 star room that is massively out of date.

We went on a mount athos ferry trip (waste of money and the journey) 6 hrs journey and 30 minutes visit to the fisherman village (Amoouliani) lunch is very poor .

Greek night was poor and not upbeat at all.

we ordered a 30 euro bottle of wine one evening and the poor server through lack of training/experience broke the cork!

This poor attempt took around an hour and 20 minutes   2 out of 10 and a waste of my time and funds

Very disappointed and I informed the Manager who kindly booked me in again to ensure I was happy 
I don’t intend on repeating this only to save the young lady who did the pedicure the embarrassment

but poor vegetarian options and no halal options so a bit monotonous.

The hygiene standards in the dining room are really poor.

Well we were not looking forward to this trip after reading the terrible reviews of bad food, poor service and out dated hotel.

The only resemblance to a "palace" is that like most palaces these days, it is in a poor state of repair.

Arrived late and cold meal waiting in room; kettle in room which is unusual; bathroom good; linen and towels changed daily; air "cooling" was very poor.

We had a such a relaxing stay, and we hope to return to this hotel next year.

Amazing buffet mornings and evenings with breathtaking variety and absolutely delicious dishes in perfect cleanliness and style.

We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts accompanied by live music by a pianist, the selection and taste of the food exceeded our expectations.

The food was fresh and tasty, with many varieties, both at breakfast and dinner too.

I also noticed an exceptional person at the Sommelier's Restaurant and at breakfast, named Eleftheria, whose service made you really feel like you were on vacation.

Even our breakfast experiences were great in the Kritamo buffet area.

The view on the buffet terrace is wonderful.

Helpful and friendly staff, generous buffet, impeccable views, and relaxing atmosphere 😎 will defintely return back and promote this hidden gem in Thessaloniki.

Overall except the beach, it is very exclusive resort, and I am very satisfied and I am recomending it to everyone who want quiet and spacious place for vacation.

Highly recommend it, if you are planning a relaxed vacation with your family, specially if you do have kids up to 6 years old.

It was our first holiday with our 5-month-old baby and the resort was exactly what we needed.

Clean room, soft pillows and mattress, excellent service, clean pools, excellent kids playroom, cinema and playground!

As for the resort itself, there are multiple sport's terains, tennis courts, pools, some with termal water, some with salt water kids pool, and variety of diferent amenities.

WARNING: You will definitely bump to kids, you will definitely bump to classy couples (young and old), you will definitely enjoy the entertainment evert night, you will definitely enjoy ice cream from Buffalo milk, you will definitely bump to the amazing huge buffet every morning, you will definitely have amazing meat variety or fish, you will definitely find a unique space along the property for couples to enjoy the scenery.

The food quality and service quality kn the restaurant was not meeting with the 5 star hotels standards.It was really poor.

Evening different..poor standard of food mostly catering for Easten Europeans who I have to say were so rude & greedy piling food on plates then wasting everything apart from breakfast when they piled it all into their beach bags..unbelievable to watch

Italian.. we ate twice.

We thought this was very poor as we had to wait for the next transfer offered and very nearly missed our flight home.

Really slow and poor service, orders takes really long, even for a simple water, tables are not get cleaned if not mentioned etc.

The food was ok - Definitely not 5 star - fairly repetitive and run of the mill, with the buffet restaurant service being poor.

but that’s no excuse for this poor service.

Salad bar is delicious, not enough live cooking stations, food is overcooked and seafood of poor quality.

Every thing you  expect from a  5* hotel,  except the food at the  main restaurant which is very  basic and quite  poor  presented, nothing more than 3* hotel.

The service by the poolside are particularly poor - rude and unhelpful.

The only two things that bothered me was the poor service at the daytime bars - slow and not organized and the quality of the buffet breakfast - water diluted fresh orange juice and too few deserts, cakes etc.

Food was terrible - i've never thought we could get such a poor quality and variety of dishes.

The food was probably some of the poorest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel with the buffet choices poor and the food completely over cooked, badly flavoured and sloppy!

but I have to say the water is poor and not crystal clear, plus you really need to go in with swim shoes as there are sharp stones and they hurt !

A poor representation of first and last impressions of the hotel.

Everything here is at extra cost, and I mean everything.

but last week I paid 6€ for a double espresso.

Drinks are not included in the dinner price though.

We were bed and breakfast and Arte in the buffet restaurant one night and it cost 45 euros per person which I think is ridiculous.

Mind you that may not be so hard as 2 scoops of Ice cream will cost you €7.

We did not use the spa facilities as it cost 50 euros just to enter the spa.

I have to mention why I was pissed off: 260 Eur fee is not splitted between the two ways.

Every thing we see and want to have is apparently with extra charge, this completely ruins the holiday when you just need to pay extras all the time, or say 'no' to your kids and yourself.

Speaking of drinks, the wine list was very expensive, even for a 5 star hotel.

7) The water sports again were very expensive.

We have been 8 adults + 5children and if we want to drink water  with dinner and use there water it will cost 13*3euro= 39 euro per dinner means almost 300euro for our stay only for glass of water during dinner,
Just crazy.

The food is not good at all, the basic products are low quality, like melon , fish, croissant, basically every rough products are low cost.

We were upgraded to club room (as we mentioned that we celebrate our 30th anniversary).

The best spa experience ever, due to the magic hands of Vagia and Panos!

Beautiful setting and there were live acoustic singers.

Near the kids mini disco there are motor cars that cost 10 euros for 15 minutes.

The staff is just superb from the Reception team to the animation team!

Like a kindergarten at night, parents seem not to have any respect for the entertainment.

We enjoyed the lobby bar with good entertainment and service of Katrina, Maria and Olga.

Last night the entertainment was a violinist and pianist and they were excellent.

We have been upgraded to club sea view room and felt really special.

We were really apprehensive about this before booking as we didn't want our mornings to be spent listening to pool activities and we did not want to be subjected to an animation team,

The hotel looks amazing, the staff very thoughtfull and carefull with the guests, best services, good food, and nice shows.

but Resort is very beautiful and very well maintained, every night there are some entertainment program, which was nice, no dancing.

Special bonus, the kids planet, where the lovely staff there takes care of entertaining your children while you are relaxing at the spa or having a drink.

Performing were some  fine musicians and singers.

The hotel is new, very comfortable, the territory is green, I liked the animation for children, a good spa complex that children can visit until 14-00, the outdoor pools are filled with sea water and heated, there is also a thermal pool for adults only on the street, a good fitness room, well-organized animation for children, a good children's entertainment area.

 - Very good spa facilities, which club room guests can access for free and only pay for additional treatments
- Very good pool facilities, spread over a large central pool, smaller adults only pool and separate children's pool
-Very comfortable bed, and room layout, including large shower.

The food daily breakfast and dinner was great with such a selection they kept my little man satisfied, the food to purchase in the bar area was delicious and the Large Iced Pints of Mythos was lovely with the cocktails on the same level!

Food from the breakfast and evening buffet was delicious always able to eat something even with a food picky husband!

The food is plentiful and delicious, especially the mackerel and chicken with lemon.

Food was delicious and varied for all tastes, all of the staff were extremely friendly and professional in their duties , always aiming to please.

Clean room, air conditioning, large fridge, internet that works even at the pool, breakfast with everything for everyone.

Bacon eggs sausage beans and mushrooms also available.

The breakfasts were lovely, plenty on offer and what you'd get in any hotel.

The hotel is always clean and tidy the beach is also a 5 minute walk from the hotel it’s self and the food in the pool bar is very reasonably priced and at breakfast and dinner there is always a wide variety of food to choose from I can’t wait to come back again

Food and drink: Breakfast was very good with a large selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereals, cakes, bacon, eggs etc.

The reception staff also organised a breakfast box for us as we left before breakfast service.

If you want a Gyros, stop off at one of the takeaways on the main road, they're only 4 Euros and delicious and the Lemonis bakery is outstanding.
