The bathrooms need to be fixed in terms of the shower doors.

The tiles in room are broken, doors don't open and close.

Also the door latches & the smell inside the rooms weren't great.

This hotel is the quintessential business hotel with a very friendly attitude towards its guests.

Our stay was OK, reception staff were quite friendly.

Mr. Dipak Pal Subarwal (FOM) at reception are very friendly and helped us plan our way to each of the sites we wanted to see.

Pluses: this hotel is that it is in the heart of city, breakfast has a good spread, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are decent sized and are fine to do with an extra bed.

The friendly behaviour of  staffs like Pahi Das and others who takes care in the Restaurants will surely make your stay worthy.

It is good hotel with smart n friendly approach by hotel executives.

The people at the hotel were courteous and friendly.

Every facility, including AC, bath rooms, 24 hrs hot water, toiletries, bed linen, WIFI, electric kettle for making tea were all very satisfactory for all our 3 families.

Hot water was not available for bath, despite complaining about it.

Thereafter I had disturbed him at any hour on his mobile No.

Tv did not work intialy (had to call maintanance). 6.

So we had to call the housekeeping to re look at it.

but because of few unprofessional and laid back attitude people like Mr Kailash who was busy with computer and specialy Mr Tiwari who was very busy with his phone and correcting his juniors in front of guest I feel he should concentrate more on what a guest needs like cutlery on the table, paper napkins if food needs to be replinsed and not throwing his weight around, no smile just roaming.

but Mr Tiwari was too busy on the phone and a very causal & laid back attitude, unprofessional and correcting his juniors in front of guests.

The food came to our table after almost 50 minutes and it made us restless

Buffet breakfast had good variety of north and south Indian items, which were tasty too.

USP is the cleanliness, courteous staff, tasty food with reasonably good breakfast spread.Sambhar was bad

but even with a decent crowd of 15-20 people, the buffet seems to run out of food or the staff don’t replenish it in time

One of the finest boutique hotel in Guwahati with superb rooms, amenities, food.

Apart from that the room was clean and the food really tasty.

Their restaurant is artistically done and chef deserves an applause.

The buffet dinner and breakfast , had hardly anything .

The  hotel is very neat and clean mainly bathroom and toilet.The dinning place is neat and clean and food is good with standard costing.The food option in breakfast is sufficient.The fish preparation is limited to a few fishes.

but clean, mini fridge with just enough room to put a few bottles of water and beer in.

I booked 3 rooms at this hotel for 21st April 2022 in the month of Jan through MakeMyTrip.

The rooms can be compared to a five star property.

Now the entrepreneurial spirit of the housekeeping staff:
The front desk informs that the room is supposed to have, as standard provisions -  2 bottles of water, Shaving kit, dental kit, shower caps, extra toilet rolls, hand towels, free wifi pw etc.

They provide tea coffee maker in room with comfortable soft beds.

The check in is smooth , rooms good , and service is also good .

Room cleaning service group is good in work.

Rooms were nice tidy spacious with amenities.

And now the fact is that in 9 of august we went out for some purpose later we arrived their hotel around 10(pm) at the mid night there was no rainning nor either issue in my car after that we gave the key to security for parking the car.

Staffs were friendly and the food is spectacular.

I am very satisfied with the service provided..They are very friendly and helps the visitor at any means.
