Everyone takes special care to get you reach to your expectations.

The training program is a stellar one as they really take good care of their guests.

The breakfast spread is very basic with most items cold and dishes empty.

I received quite a cold welcome on arrival.

But they won’t let you eat even their cold sad buffet in peace.

They charged us more than the actual number of guests and when we requested for the correct pax to be charged we were treated very badly.

After entering I called up the front desk and informed them about the malfunctioning key card,they assured me that they would send a replacement key card to my room in a few minutes,


Charged my card without consent and in the wrong currency.

I was wrongly charged Rs 5000 as smoking charges.

This is  a non-smoking hotel there will be a charge of 5000 if u smoke.

but both the therapy and facilities in the spa could improve just because you are taking premium charges.

As I checked in, I was asked to share credit card details as it's the hotel policy.
