Stale food smelling bad was served in room dining.

The rooms are lavish with smartly integrated features and amenities (however you are not allowed to smoke inside.

At times food wasn't hot enough and the other items were old and smelly.

but not for some who are addicted to smoking.

Mr. Dipu Singh(Duty Manager) was available to assist my parents with everything they needed.

Breakfast and dinner are awesome, lunch is so-so.

We stayed at the hotel for a night and had both breakfast and a meal included in our package.

Buffet breakfast had good variety of north and south Indian items, which were tasty too.

USP is the cleanliness, courteous staff, tasty food with reasonably good breakfast spread.Sambhar was bad

but even with a decent crowd of 15-20 people, the buffet seems to run out of food or the staff don’t replenish it in time

Breakfast is a good spread with a good taste.

Probably the best breakfast we got in our trip in Assam State.

The buffet dinner and breakfast , had hardly anything .

Must go for lavishly served breakfast in morning served in buffet at restaurant which ranges from south indian delicacies to continental and english.

The  hotel is very neat and clean mainly bathroom and toilet.The dinning place is neat and clean and food is good with standard costing.The food option in breakfast is sufficient.The fish preparation is limited to a few fishes.

Breakfast was nice and staff is helpful and courteous.

They serve a very well breakfast buffet spread.

Free breakfast from 7.30 am-10.30 am with authentic South Indian food, wonderful food and service taken care by Mr. Jayanta Das (F&B Manager).

Mayflower hotel has a very poor refund policy and accounts team including the gm divendru roy and his assistant mr suraj.

Rooms are too compact & poor lighting in the rooms.

but the service provided by the hotel is poor.

The sleep quality was good in spite of poor acoustics, as our room was on the sixth floor which prevented the street noise from disturbing us.

The food came to our table after almost 50 minutes and it made us restless

One of the finest boutique hotel in Guwahati with superb rooms, amenities, food.

Apart from that the room was clean and the food really tasty.

Their restaurant is artistically done and chef deserves an applause.

I booked 3 rooms at this hotel for 21st April 2022 in the month of Jan through MakeMyTrip.

The rooms can be compared to a five star property.

Now the entrepreneurial spirit of the housekeeping staff:
The front desk informs that the room is supposed to have, as standard provisions -  2 bottles of water, Shaving kit, dental kit, shower caps, extra toilet rolls, hand towels, free wifi pw etc.

They provide tea coffee maker in room with comfortable soft beds.

The check in is smooth , rooms good , and service is also good .

Room cleaning service group is good in work.

Rooms were nice tidy spacious with amenities.

the check in was fast and the room was fabulous for my family.The room was neat and clean with all amenities.Food was very testy

The rooms are well furnished with comfortable chairs, bed and sofa.

The rooms were super clean, comfortable and beautiful.

Rooms were stinking and no ventilation was present.

The room stinks, the wall is dirty and it is not a star hotel as claimed.

There was some bad smell in almost all rooms.

Also the door latches & the smell inside the rooms weren't great.

There have been occasions when cigarette smoke smell filtered into our non smoking room and internet is spotty at best.

Excellent Food quality, only restaurant service staff are very lethargic.

Value for money while providing excellent service.

It was not a very pleasant experience especially when one comes to stay after a long drive  be at restaurant or front office: staff were too stiff - not sure why: quality of towels left a lot to be desired: hotel seems to have been caught in a time warp: the property seems to be at a good location.

It took a long time in getting towels too - there were non in our bathroom.

found toiletries and towels insufficient and not properly stocked or stacked.

The bath towel and bed sheet were old and not properly washed.

However, the bath towels were a bit letdown for me.
