Worst breakfast and even if take second omlate hotel will start charging while breakfast is complimentary

They brought jam from somewhere 40 minutes later and asserting us to eat jam even after we finish eating our breakfast.

The tariff including Breakfast was very reasonable.

The breakfast is served on the roof - not very great at all, very unlike the rest of the property.

but no cot was provided in fact the room didn't have the space to place a cot.This hotel is preferably suited for business trips.They offered complimentary breakfast which was good with different options.The food was good but would say a bit costlier.

Since our booking had breakfast inclusive, cost of accommodation was too good for people who are very budget minded.

They have free wifi in all rooms and offer complementary breakfast at their rooftop.

but we were disappointed to see a tiny room with hardly any walking space around the cot.

The hotel has extremely small rooms, bathroom fittings seems just like temporary structure.

Just the name grand lilawati hopeless  rooms n service.They even don't provide a bottle of water to their guest n the rooms are so small and dark I hv never seen such an super deluxe room trip advisor Pls don't tie up with such an ridiculous hotel

- The rooms are too small and no space to move around once you keep the luggage.

Below average, poorly maintained small rooms - no amenities in the bathroom - dirty linen and absolutely poor breakfast served on their terrace floor 

The only saving grace was the dinner we had at its restaurant - they made authentic Assamese food for us and that was delicious.

This hotel is located in a very conjugated area and even rooms are very small .

the rooms are v small and moving inside room is ltd to 2-3 footsteps only.

The Luxury grand rooms are very small in size, so are the bathrooms.

Cons: The rooms were a little small (but perfectly fine for one person) and there were some minor stains on the sheets.

We then requested if they could atleast give a hot water bag since it was very cold and the hotel could not provide that either.

When called for water told it is complement.

Shower does not work and toilet shower leaks out water to entire bathroom whereas it is prominently displayed that please keep bathrooms dry.

- The shower in the bath room is really bad, either too hot or too cold water.

The water would then run out from the bathroom into the bedroom.

They don't provide complementary water if u stay for more than 1 day, ones at check in.

You are charged for water on the subsequent days !

To get drinking water in the hotel is very tough, as they will insist you for chargeable Packaged Mineral water.

- I could only get icy cold or boiling hot water out of the shower, with nothing in between.

If you need Hot water you will need run the tap or shower for 20 min before you get hot water.

The room I was given (308) was small, bathroom tiniest I have ever been to in a Hotel, shower cubicle was small with severe water clogging and TV set top box was malfunctioning.

Breakfast was complimentary, the hotel has only veg, their bread toast was one of the best ever tasted.

Was woken up early in the morning during mosque prayer time, loud speaker face towards street.

The first room faced the busy market area outside and the noise coming in was quite loud.

We were allowed room on the first floor near the banquet hall on ground floor, so there was lot of noise.

The rooms were not clean, nor were the sheets.

The bed-sheets and towels were stained and the replacement sheets and towels were just as badly stained.

Secondly, the options in the complimentary breakfast were limited.Overall it was an ok stay.

Anyway, food was good, can recommend Dosa Masala for breakfast.

There is complimentary breakfast offered on most of their rooms.

There's the complimentary breakfast from a preset menu which is okay for the price you pay.

don't get confused with brahmaputra lodge as it is in the same compound.

From the main road, it doesn't really look attractive as it is the lodge area which you enter from the front.

There is one thing to remember, There is a Brahmaputra Lodge at the same campus.

Do not stay at this place unless you prefer a lodge.

The food served was as per quality & wasn't fresh.

The room provided was stinking, towels weren't fresh.

but bathroom is small and smelly as no ventilation is there.

Pillows are very hard, old smelly and needs changing.
