First day they took 1 hour to deliver a sandwich and when I complained, I found that it was delivered to another room!

Their house keeping staff are always smiling and doesn't complain, no matter how frequently you call them.

3) I really don’t think I want to get started about the hot water or lack of it in the shower or any tap!

Call in 15-20 minutes ahead of the clock, in case you want piping hot water for a bath before sunrise, or after around 10pm, if that's your thing.

but food and amenities are not up to standards 
In Bathroom you would face challenge with hot water and water pressure in taps and shower 
Food is mediocre and getting signal in room and restaurant is the biggest issue 
If you have a choice of another plCe for same price better to go ahead for it

And there were also at least a half dozen other hot items (Western and Indian) in chafing dishes every day along with fruit, hot beverages and juices.

however hot water can be a problem at times.

Otherwise, either short hot water or no hot water.

The bathtaps were the wrong way round in that hot water came out of the cold tap.

Amenities do not work, no good hot water, no good internet, stale food.

I suspect they use solar heating primarily and didn't expect we would want hot water in the hot season, except the rooms are so cool it would have been nice.

Ambience and location is great

Also staff has upgraded the room to delux which was another good thing.

Room cleaning was very good and maintain hygiene again thank you so much housekeeping department.

The rooms are nice and spacious, food is delicious and homely.

Booked this property for some client coming from Gujarat,It is very difficult to locate situated in the Residential area,Can be recognised only by a small sign board,They don't have parking facility you have to park your vehicles on the road itself,Rooms are small as according to tariff charged and you will hear the sounds of People in the passage outside the room and adjoining rooms,Check in time was 12 and we reached here around 2 and they made us waiting for another half an hour because room was not prepared till then.

These are only things preventing 5 stars.

And the place showed some signs of wear in bathroom (toilet seat looked liked someone had scraped it with a metal mesh and towels looked at least year old) -

Taxis struggle to find it and the outside sign is very small.

I wish if they can install more visible sign boards.

The rooms are small as compared to an average sized hotel charging comparative price. 2.

I was in Justa Gurgaon for 11 days and the staff took excellent care of mine.

Secondly the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and help you with every need.

My total stay was 15 days and everyday whole staff will be very helpful.

Towels are not clean and also the bed arrangement is not good.

Few suggestions as follows: 1) TV channels should also cover entire South Indian too and just not few  channels 2) Door mat towels a very big necessity due to wooden floors, bound to get spoilt. To sum it up " A Pleasant Experience"

The decor is nice ( a bit of Mediterranean touch here and there) open terrace for relaxing open air breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff is a cherry on top.

however, overall the property is very tastefully built and well-maintained.

The design element of the hotel is very unlike hotels which are glass & steel.

The property has been designed beautifully and quite picturesque!

Hi, I have stayed there for seven days, hotel is well maintained and very neat and clean actually I liked the place because of there friendly staff , good service , wall painting and value for money.

Presently, the bottom of shower curtain hangs outside shower area, thus causing the rest of the toilet area to get wet.

What can be drastically improved is the sound barrier on windows which is pretty loud from the road outside.

Only flip side is that the bathroom window also opens into the common corridor that connects all the rooms.

Not sure about that because I closed the curtains as soon as I opened when I saw pigs and garbage etc from it!

The hotel is located 20 minutes from the airport and about 5 minutes away from Aerocity which is really convenient.

Don't bother asking reception to book an airport transfer for you.

Had reached Delhi late night & had a morning flight to take, hence decided to stay closer to the airport.

This hotel is very near Delhi Airport, hotel can arrange pick up from airport and drop off as well.

Used their vehicle  for pick up and airport drop.

For those who dont want to pay a bomb for staying close to Delhi airport, this is an awesome place.

The hotel is just 10 minutes drive from the airport.

The hotel is located in Mahipalpur, just outside the approach road to Delhi Airport, Terminal 3.

it is conveniently located near igi airport and on the main road itself easy to locate amidst a row of hotels .. .the rooms were clean and necessary toiletries were provided .the checkin /out was prompt ..the food at the restaurant was good

But I think they should at least let the guests know either by calling or knocking on the door.

but found the staff member at reception was not very understanding for my disabled and elderly parents requirements so tried Hotel Shanti Palace a few doors away.

The icing on this bitter cake of disappointment was that there was no nom-smoking floor, so we had to endure next doors cigarette fumes wafting under the adjoining door!

Fridge was also placed such that its box door couldn't open properly, it was getting stuck in the corner of the bed. 3.

At some point the door was slightly opened

but a few minutes to gather my bags and walk in the front door.

the air is stinky , i had to open the door entire night  to be able to breath because
there is no air circulation.

our view was non-existent as we were staring at a wall of the building next door,

Door lock did not work and it missed the security chain; had to invent something as apparently no other rooms were available.

We stepped out of the front door of the hotel and immediately to the right there is a taxi company that charged us 5 times less than what the hotel wanted to charge us - just be wary of this, if you do stay here.

Second the doors lock with a latch that you find on your outdoor fence.

The corridors needed a good clean and change of carpets, which were stained and grubby.

They first insisted that they don't have non-smoking rooms, and at my insistence, they moved me to a non-smoking room just across the hall.

The corridors are interconnected little confusing.

And the hallway carpets are probably some of the dirtiest I've seen in my life.

The room walls/door is fairly thin so any passing noise from corridors can be heard.

Very loud music and singing at the restaurant.

Management did not show any sympathy when we carried the tick to the counter to offer proof, and only offered an offensive 5% discount and claimed that this was the first time ticks were found in their hotel (which we find hard to believe given the electric insect killer machines that line the hallways).

The worst part was the dirty carpets in the hallway,

I think one is better off at the ibis of the airport aerocity than in this shack.

Not sure how well this hotel is equipped with ventilators as the air was generally stale and reeked of strong perfume along the corridors.

Add to that questionable linen, bathrooms in need of a refresh and corridors that have seen better days and you start forming a pretty dreary picture.

Layout of hotel is terrible, easy to get lost in the narrow corridors.

THIS 'PERSON' PUTS ME THROUGH NOT TO MANAGER BUT ANOTHER 'PERSON'.

Then the management should keep a separate veg menu for Tuesday only in the room.

Instead, the hotel management puts the onus on the guests to put off all lights, fan, HVAC and TV (pretty daunting task given the sheer number of switches), making one feel guilty for forgetting to put off switches (save the planet and sort of messages).

We complained to be met with the restaurant manager challenging our complaint and telling us we had lied!!

The management was not courteous or helpful.

The one who came presented himself as the housekeeping manager.

but the managers, both general and counter managers seemed a bit put off that I had made the booking on-line.

The only thing is that the English of 1 person the manager was very bad.

though I hope the standards its management has set are maintained.

At the time of check in, I asked them to take the room the room rent, as I read hotel management tend to overcharge in the end,

The front desk manager appears to be  genuine,

Apparently the reservation manager ,who confirmed my room , failed to inform the reception.

Then I was taken to the wrong hotel (there are two Shanti Palace under the same management) and then the hotel was dirty.

Asked why we weren't told when we entered, no explanation.

but pridending that they play real music I have request with musician please play live music do not spoil them self.

We also asked for food in room service later and it took them ages for simple vegetarian  food.

Asked for two boiled eggs and was informed it would take between 10-15 minutes!!!!

Service is dead slow, that I had requested for a slipper and tea kit at 6.30 pm and received at 9.15 pm after making three calls.

When we arrived at the hotel we mentioned some troubble with our booking, and asked that we'd stay in the same room for two nights instead of two different because we made two bookings.

Not great options and when we asked if there was any cooked options like eggs, we were told not today - on both days!

We had an early departure the next day and asked for something easy for breakfast as it was before their 7am start

Another incident of taking advantage, I asked the receptionist to meet me at the Airport with my luggage, as I had to pick up books from town, he said to me ok it will charge you 470 rupees,

Then he asked me about my husband, when he will arrive, if he's arriving or not.

but when we asked that we need a room with king bed.

Futher due to accents at both parties while speaking English we didnot understood them and asked the same question several times and we repeated there answers.
