I seriously felt like that 'Ghar Ka Khana' totally delicious.

but dont underestimate.. it is really good.. if u expect a peaceful stay without noise .. more home like .. good food.. then this is the place to choose..  good breakfast with varieties tried everyday..  i would recommend this even for single women stay.

First day they took 1 hour to deliver a sandwich and when I complained, I found that it was delivered to another room!

Their house keeping staff are always smiling and doesn't complain, no matter how frequently you call them.

3) I really don’t think I want to get started about the hot water or lack of it in the shower or any tap!

Call in 15-20 minutes ahead of the clock, in case you want piping hot water for a bath before sunrise, or after around 10pm, if that's your thing.

but food and amenities are not up to standards 
In Bathroom you would face challenge with hot water and water pressure in taps and shower 
Food is mediocre and getting signal in room and restaurant is the biggest issue 
If you have a choice of another plCe for same price better to go ahead for it

And there were also at least a half dozen other hot items (Western and Indian) in chafing dishes every day along with fruit, hot beverages and juices.

however hot water can be a problem at times.

Otherwise, either short hot water or no hot water.

The bathtaps were the wrong way round in that hot water came out of the cold tap.

Amenities do not work, no good hot water, no good internet, stale food.

I suspect they use solar heating primarily and didn't expect we would want hot water in the hot season, except the rooms are so cool it would have been nice.

Rajib was prompt to change the room to balcony the very next day upon request, person with good vibes, I would say.

Booked this property for some client coming from Gujarat,It is very difficult to locate situated in the Residential area,Can be recognised only by a small sign board,They don't have parking facility you have to park your vehicles on the road itself,Rooms are small as according to tariff charged and you will hear the sounds of People in the passage outside the room and adjoining rooms,Check in time was 12 and we reached here around 2 and they made us waiting for another half an hour because room was not prepared till then.

These are only things preventing 5 stars.

And the place showed some signs of wear in bathroom (toilet seat looked liked someone had scraped it with a metal mesh and towels looked at least year old) -

Taxis struggle to find it and the outside sign is very small.

I wish if they can install more visible sign boards.

The rooms are small as compared to an average sized hotel charging comparative price. 2.

I was in Justa Gurgaon for 11 days and the staff took excellent care of mine.

Secondly the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and help you with every need.

My total stay was 15 days and everyday whole staff will be very helpful.

Towels are not clean and also the bed arrangement is not good.

Few suggestions as follows: 1) TV channels should also cover entire South Indian too and just not few  channels 2) Door mat towels a very big necessity due to wooden floors, bound to get spoilt. To sum it up " A Pleasant Experience"

Me and my daughters are staying in trident hotel, and we had our breakfast and dinner here in cilantro it was an amazing experience with food and beverage, mr Piyush and Sahil k has attended us throughout our dining time and they provide us their best.

The food offered was delicious and services provided by the Hotel are amazing and I want to give a special mention for Mr Piyush who provided us the best services in terms of food as well as the cost.

My stay was quiet perfect and was made much better by the person who serviced my room for 4 days (abhirup & rouya) and also because of (keshav trainee) from front office because of his sweet gesture such as escorting me and clicking pictures which made my stay comfortable.

All rooms are located in ground floor with a picturesque view of the water body with blue tiles.

Welcoming room snacks were delicious and a great surprise for 2 hungry stomachs.

After a sumptuous breakfast meal, departing back for Mumbai.

My parents and I appreciate the food palate and balance of spices and nutrition offered for breakfast so special kudos to the chef team- Mukesh, Sukhvinder and Akansha.

We opted for buffet  spread n it was vast tempting n yummy for a foodie like me.

We also spent some time at the coffee shop in the lobby, Baba’s Beans.
