Right from the kebabs to breads each and every course was offered with pure indian hospitality which is rare for an indian hotel.

A widespread breakfast buffet was served and tasted good.

Also, there was wait time in the breakfast as well.

While I was on call, my wine glass was never empty!

I was also promised a call back and an email where the case could be pursued.

I had requested a wake up call at 4 in the morning,

but the dinning turned into a nightmare for me because of the unhygienic floors,
When i asked my concern to Mr Rakesh Kumar who is the restaurant manager he asked me after the dinner we will call to the press control to check why this thing happened i mean if i have to sit with cockroaches in 5 star hotels why don’t i go to any dhaba where i pay a very minimum amount and i atleast feel not embarrassed infront of my friend.

Also, the keys are not working and my room was last so it really annoying to come to the front desk all the time due to the corridor phone was not working.

location is also nice , staff is nice and cooperative, only thing is door sometimes does not open with the key provided they should atleast keep a phone on Every floor as if the key does not work we have to go to the reception only

The boardroom had poor lighting and no video conferencing facility.

Honestly, this apology came in after I called and shared about me being a corporate traveller and I would strike off their name from our list of preferred hotels to stay for my organisation due to this bad experience .Sadly, there was no gesture from the hotel or management to make up for the poor experience, which makes me wonder if I should stay with them again.

The service in the bar was extremly poor and slow.

this is a poor hotel in an undesirable neighbourhood.

The room had a very bad smell (no ventilation in bathroom) , the welcoming in the reception was very poor.

The stay is bad and the facility is extremely poor .

This technology is also completely outdated or of poor quality.

The food at Hyatt and the choices were great too for the breakfast.

Loved the French toast a must try the maple syrup with it is to die for.

Nice property with great breakfast and staff, and it is conveniently located on the old Gurgaon Delhi highway which makes all the places in Gurgaon easily accessible barring the traffic of course which is hotels concern anyways.

Today its been 2 months now we still have not received our money also he have stopped picking our calls and not responding positively yet.

Specially want to call out ARPIT (F&B) and Fulbabu (Housekeeping) for their attitude towards guests.

but I had to call twice for towels on two occasions.

I had to rush for a call and wanted to have fresh juice.

U hv to keep calling to get things fixed.

However there was delay in minor services like request of glass and tea bags(had to call multliple times)

In Room Dining not responsive: We tried to call for breakfast up to the room on a different day and in room dining disconnected the call on us.

Phones don't work, delayed replies on whatsapp, it takes nothing less than 30 minutes to send the cutlery.

Highly recommended, I never had to call to the reception for their services.

Had to call 2-3 times before they got an iron.

If you order any food you will not get this, If you call after sometimes then they tell sorry.

You can imagine the state of operations of the guests has to buy basic toiletries like dental kit from outside because the room service never shows up even after multiple calls for help.

but everyday they behaved as if they don’t know that I have been calling for breakfast in my room.

but in the evening it was said they won't be able to arrange but then I was adamant and stern so they managed to get me a call WITHOUT A KNIFE.

At reception, no one picked up phone at many tries.

We understand that the staff was limited so timing was off sometime and we had to call

Very poor behaviour at restaurant.. they are treating people in bad manner.. welcome drink served end of my dinner.. & that too when i asked for it because my dinner was included in my room charges.

The stay was amazing love room and view from my room, perfect sunset lounge view and the best part of the property was sunset lounge, would like to mention about Ritik at front desk who took my check in help me giving late check out, even tho in breakfast they were having good options.

I personally love the buffet spread at the westin, seasonal tastes restaurant which has variety on offer.

With ample space for stretching and upscale equipment, one can spend a long time here before heading to the huge breakfast spread.

Eventually I did call the duty manager who could only offer a namesake apology.

In-room dining and concierge are often too busy to answer calls, even after multiple attempts.

Another instance where I asked for extra plates, the server came with inadequate number of plates – on asking to get more – his response was that his shift was over and that I should call room service again to get the remainder of the plates. 5.

but after take they refuse to give..after so many call and argue with them they gave me room nd still 1room left nd they offered me that ma’am u have stil 1room left nd if u interested for renew the membership we will extend the date of expiry ..and now they refuse to give me again the room according to them dats m agree to stay .. actually they want from us agin to extend the membership not for complimentary giving us room ..we paid so much ..nd they treat us like that we took free from them membership ..so dnt do this mistake like I did ..

When I call the service desk they ask me to scan a QR code which didn’t exist in the room had to wait half hour and send reminder over chat 

Had lunch at the Italian restaurant - the breads and bruschettas were excellent however the chorizo pasta was not great - the sauce very tart /too much citrus was overpowering  

My attempts to communicate with her via text were met with silence, as she never bothered to call or visit me personally to address my concerns.

3 Phone & Fridge were not working in the room. To the limit, their staff was trying to convince me that hotel fridges work like this only. "

but I had to call multiple times and only got everything back in the evening.

but the service is horrible..u hv to keep calling but the front desk staff is so under equipped technically for hospitality industry..it is such a shame for a brand like Westin.

We didn’t have dental kits and we kept calling them to deliver it

Now it’s past 1 and the duty manager starts calling me for the same thing again!!!

but got a call from Satender the next day to check on my visit.

I have been calling for the last 20 days for a reservation and have not recieved any updates whatsoever.

Service was terrible - had to call 3 times to get drinking water.

On an average It took 1-3 phone calls (Depending on the day) to get dinner and ice.

Dinner there was no one to ask me anything I started selecting my dishes and put them in the plate after seeing a table vacant I placed the plate on the table and moved to get some soup
To my shocking surprise as I returned I saw my plate was removed and few people sitting on the said table 
Upon asking why my plate was removed a waiter told that the table is reserved I told no sign was there on the table as being reserved I asked the waiter to call the manager.

Even, if you will keep on calling them, they will not respond you back.

The room given to me was dirty, about 500 Meters away from the elevator, I had asked was some basic things like some bath salt, and was refused outright on their phone by their staff.

Bathroom is aging and I didn't like the smell from the sink.

I can’t believe how DISGUSTING and extremely poor quality standards you have down here.

Then we specially asked for non smoking as travelling with a son to which got a stinking room, to which no one could do anything for 40 mins finally my husband spoke to the duty manager and she managed to get us a better room.

Just the whole welcome experience  was shady, horrible pungent smell in lobby, no-aircon.

We had dinner at their Seasonal Tastes last night and the food was terrible - stale starters and horrible taste of main course dishes.

The food as stale and not fresh, and the staff least interested.

The bathroom vanity was also dirty, with debris and dust.

Absolutely disgusting - will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

But, the only downside was the hallway reeks of cigarette even if it is in a non smoking wing.

After arriving at hotel I was told that the club rooms are non smoking so I asked them to downgrade my room as I want a smoking room only.

The bathrooms are filthy and the rooms are dingy and smell wierd.

Can u imagine 1 year old kid had to smoke that.

Next day morning the breakfast was also disgusting.

It’s a shabby shady place with extensor sub standard service, poor quality stale food they are simply looting guests in the name of hospitality services. Shame!

though the attendant wasn't aware of any of my preferences from the Marriott Bonvoy account, which was disappointing as I was offered a smoking room!

Had a very small issue, due to a communication gap, and entire staff goes out of their way to do whatever it takes to solve it.

I missed pool not being operational due to Covid guidelines.

We had requested for a late checkout due to some some unforeseen circumstances and were helped with the same as well.

Most areas accessible to the guests were closed then due to the government regulations.

Due to covid restrictions the swimming pool is not open

With the reason saying due to COVID reasons everytime.

Hadn’t stayed at Trident Gurgaon since 2018 and didn’t write a review last time because standards had dropped and I strongly believe it was due to the general manager (Amitabh?

However, due to COVID-19, we canceled those trips and extended our "home-like" stay at the Trident for almost the entire week!

The open areas are difficult to maintain clean due to pigeon menance

Sadly, due to the location, outside the hotel is not picturesque.

Such a shame, this could be so beautiful BUT when you are forced to stay in your room due to the lack of outdoor facilities it is claustrophobic to say the least.

Due to this there were lots of confusion and slow service.

We were given a packed meal due to an early departure , how disappointing , this was of poor quality some items again being stale.

The "pool view" rooms are surrounded by a calm languid blue (due to the tiles) water body all around - a morning meditation session just having that view before you is a joyful experience!

To top it all when I woke up the next morning there was water flowing out of the bathroom due a bad leakage.

but I wouldn't consider it as a base for a holiday in India due to its lack of Indian 'soul'.

This is due to insufficient direction boards and lack of interaction with the locals who do not know where such a grand property is located.

This review is long overdue and due to work pressures I am only writing it today for which I apologise.

although they can use some technological upgrades considering the pricing.

Welcome was also not good manner as according to price .

The quality of the in room dining was  not as high as the prices

But, what I personally found more appalling was that the hotel-management decided to raise this with me at that hour (where they could have easily figured that we had already retired for the day and therefore the so-called-notorious-child was definitely not making any noise at that time) and secondly, even if I assume for a minute that the neighbour did indeed get disturbed, the child made noise in the private space (the child's room) her family has paid for and not in the hotel's public-areas.

The Trident and adjoining Oberoi could increase their lunch and dinner footfall if the food pricing was a bit more competitive with the many nearby dining options.

It was expensive based on the food tastes.

the Extras bill was eye-poppingly expensive.

However at the time of checkout, where we would expect to pay only the balance of the bill,somehow the whole bill was charged.

They happened to understand customers choice and provide customized service at no added cost!

The only thing with bugged me a bit was prices of the drinks menu at 361, oberoi.

They quoted me the some price and I agreed to pay that amount for 1 night at trident Gurgaon.

I just can’t imagine how the two more expensive properties manage to deliver a more personal and luxurious experience!

This was a wrong calculation as I mentioned the GST should be 18% and total price should be 3186/-.

The Oberoi suite at Gurgaon is the best I have stayed in.I asked for specially cooked meals because of my illness.They were equally delicious,and room service was outstanding elegant and always woth a smile. .

The breakfast spread was a highlight of our stay.

It was the usual Oberoi breakfast with an assortment of made-to-order dishes of a very high standard.

Food was amazing at three sixty one especially the breakfast.

The breakfast spread was great, a lot of options and everything that I tried tasted delicious.

From the staff at breakfast, who know your menu preferences after the first visit, to the attention to detail to our needs, we would come back again and again when visiting family in Delhi.
