Never encountered a tub like that in previous stays.

Also, the water pressure could peel the paint off a sidewalk, and the tub was actually uncomfortable to stand in.

Only thing I didn’t like was the bath tub.

Three drawbacks construction out front, toilet seat too low and tub floor uneven making it difficult to stand.

*Careful the floors are real slippery around the tub.

Breakfast buffet was neat and offered variety.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and the room was very nice

Enjoyed the quietness of the area, cleanliness of the rooms, suite rooms pretty spacious, and the overall staff were very professional, extremely kind, and knowledgeable around the area.

The staff was so helpful, the rooms were really clean, and even the landscaping blew my mind.

The bathroom was very clean as well as the sheets on the beds.

The hotel is clean, well kept, and very-well lit, inside and out.

This is a convenient location to jump on I 35 and get around the city.

The location was close to food and shopping and is central to most of northern Dallas/Ft Worth area.

Stayed here for a few months on railroad business, the hospitality here is the finest you could ever receive.

Three generations of my family have stayed here and the staff/management have always given us the utmost excellence in care and hospitality.

The staff are nice, accessible to airport and amenities and near the city where our venue conference was held.

But it came back in time so she could ride to airport.

Beds were soooooo comfortable.not to far from the airport and they have a shuttle that will pick you up from DFW.

Had an early morning flight out of DFW so we got this room so we would be within 5 minutes of the airport.

The shuttle picked me up from the airport promptly and helped with all of my luggage.

Very convenient for airport shuttle to and from Airport.

We took the shuttle to the airport the next morning and it quickly got us to the airport for us to check in.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the airport shuttle driver was great.

The shuttle will take you and pick you up at the airport which is also a huge convenience when you are traveling.

I order room service and got a good sleep.I appreciated the free breakfast and airport shuttle the next day.

Really close to the airport, only about 10 minutes to the rental car return, even in morning rush hour.

Precisely what I said in the title: this hotel is exactly what you’d expect from an Airport La Quinta.

The fellow who picked us up at the airport was also very helpful.

but had to stay out of our house for 24hrs due to some construction.

Shuttle service to the airport is such a convenience - no words can describe that in City which is perpetually  under construction. :-)

Please note the road construction is terrible, there is road closure and a total mess right now.

Due to construction nearby, getting to the property was tricky,

though there was construction in the area it didn’t impact our stay.

Great location perfect to get to Dallas and fort worth and all the places we had planned.

It’s conveniently located to Dallas and Fort Worth and affordable.

The location was great as it is near the Dallas Cowboys Stadium

Would recommend this hotel especially if flying out of Dallas international its a very short drive.

We will definitely be staying here for all the of our future trips to Dallas.

It is close to many stores and places to eat and is very easy to go in any direction, to Ft. Worth, Dallas, Arlington, anywhere you want to go, it will be close to a main road to get there, and have a nice place to come back too.

but most importantly to the Dallas Cowboy game by far the best experience ever!

The next time i am in the Dallas Texas area, I plan to stay here.

Right in the middle of Dallas and Fort Worth and close to the AT&T stadium for the game.

Is convienent to everything in the Dallas area.

Breakfast was very good other than the watery sausage gravy (same as another hotel I stayed at in Dallas).

And the hotel surrounded by restaurants within a 4 mile radius..amazing stay will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Dallas..5 stars for sure!! !

Turned in our rental car, took advantage of 24/7 shuttle within 5-mile radius to get to DASH train @ DFW and into downtown Dallas from there.

We will probably stay here whenever we go to Dallas again.

You can't just bee-bop from your hotel back and forth across Dallas.

The hotel is located in a convenient location not far from the dallas DFW airport.

We have been using this location for the past 4 weeks to take care of business in the Dallas Fort Worth area and have found this to be a great Hotel to use.

The staff was really nice let me check out late picked up my Uber eats for me delivered it to my room chat with me in the middle of the night and when I was outside smoking made sure I got up for my interview on time picked me up from my interview and provided transportation to the interview really nice people and very friendly

Plus I noticed a dog in a room down the hall was also barking.

The halls and rooms around my room smelled horrible with pet urine.

Too many noisy kids running back and forth down the halls and elevator, slamming doors and rattling the walls to go to the inside pool.

So just don't accept being placed in one of the half dozen rooms across the hall from the pool.

Since the pool door is located across the hall form an elevator, there was water on the floor on the hallway quite often.

We chose this La Quinta location due to proximity to DFW airport, my granddaughter, Amy, was arriving late and we wanted her to catch the shuttle over.

This location also provides one of the most boring if not questionable breakfast selections I have experienced post-COVID.

The Glade Park location is new, clean, and staffs proffesional front desk personel.

The location is highly accessible and travel to/from DFW Airport is simple and convenient.

We stayed at this location two different times because of the location nearby where we were moving too.

The room was lovely, location was great and the service was excellent.

Somebody had puked in the hot tub so I went and told her and my response was a whatever a rude look and a “we might get somebody to clean it tomorrow” it was a very depressing feeling and stay.

Unlike a recent Embassy Suites stay, we felt the need to make sure we wiped down all common areas. The Saturday morning front desk person was rude when we asked about fresh coffee, only allowing that "it was coming."

but then they would only leave you 2 towels and I had to go down to the desk to get them where the person was rather rude about me asking for 2 more towels for the other two people in our room.

I became homeless in February and have had help being able to stay here at La Quinta, the staff was so accommodating and keeps me comfortable and enjoying my stay.

Hotel has nice updated comfortable and clean rooms, with excellent staff.

They had been there 30 minutes waiting - NOBODY at the front desk!

The only downside to our stay was that when we returned and called the hotel for the shuttle to come get us, we waited over an hour for the shuttle.

Often you are waiting 30 mins for the shuttle, and on one occasion my co-workers and I had to wait 50 minutes.

The breakfast was fine except they only have one single waffle maker so you might stand in line forever waiting to make one since only one person at a time can make one.

To change channel takes several seconds to wait each time.

We returned and I called for the return shuttle and it was less than a 30 minute wait.

We had to wait for over an hour and made several phone calls to check on arrival and received same story each time.

Breakfast is pretty good, go downstairs early, don't wait till the end; it's a small buffet, towards end less food available and its not as warm.

You have to wait a while for the shuttle to the hotel because they only have one and it runs every hour or so.

And, to be honest, waiting an extra 15 minutes was no big deal.

When I was waiting on the shuttle, the driver called me to make sure he wouldn't miss me.

The only hitch was the shuttle driver had taken a guy shopping and then we had to wait over 30 minutes to be picked up.

There were about 20 people waiting in the lobby area all waiting to get to there room or check out; my party and I were near the entrance and we were all amazed by her calm and serene attitude towards all the frantic guests.

I could not find one cart available and I waited over 30 minutes.

I am at the hotel with other family members for a wedding in the area this coming weekend.

It had a little kitchen area (sink, microwave and refrigerator.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with information about the area.

It was in a decent area close to the airport.

All covid procedures were followed by staff and rooms were very clean as well as the common areas.

Pool area was nice and clean everytime we went.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, too.

Most Hilton brand hotels offer Coffee in the lobby area almost 24 hours.

Great stay, was there on business, bed was SUPER comfortable and the bar area was perfect.

We spend several hundred dollars each week on these conference rooms & next time we are in the DFW area we will stay at the home wood or maybe an embassy definitely not the Hilton garden Inn.

There is easy access to Hwy 114, Hwy 121, Hwy 360, Hwy 26, Grapevine and Colleyville business areas.
