Furniture in the room was worn and tattered and not inviting.

The wall was patched near the door and you can see that it has not even been painted.

but there was black on the ceiling in the bathroom and graffiti on the bathroom door.

The hotel is extremely outdated, the hallways were very humid because the leaves the hallways windows open.

The property was well-kept and clean for an older property, with no funky smells  like some properties have.

The hotel room I was in seemed somewhat dated,

It's dated and somewhat worn looking inside,

The place was definitely dated with older furniture, TV, bedding.

but the comforter was thin and a bit dated.

Some of the fixtures seemed a bit dated and in need of updating/repair.

The hotel is dated and dingy, The "hot breakfast" is a waffle iron and a toaster -  So do not expect bacon & eggs.

Overall the room was clean and nice size beds

The rooms were very clean to include the bathroom.

however my room was very clean, quiet, and cool.

I did smell a bit of faint cigarette smoke near the bathroom entrance which I assume must be coming from a smoking room upstairs via some type of ventilation shaft.

My friend was also sure that pot had been smoked in her room from the smell in it.

Not sure if some rooms are smoking and some non-smoking.

The room is a non smoking room, I've used this room several times, this time it smelled terrible, like an Ash tray.

The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke.

First non-smoking room had been full of tobacco.

Also the Rooms have a MUSTY DAMP SMELL That Even LYSOL COULDN'T MASK!

Since the hotel allows some smoking rooms, our second floor hall reeked of smoke.

The only reason a 4 rating, was due to the smokey smell in the room,

They even have some smoking rooms which are hard to find now days.

but the last two trips my supposed non-smoking room reeked of tobacco.

Went to our room in a non smoking area, when the elevator doors opened the smoke almost closed my throat!!

The hallway of the 2nd floor smelled of marijuana.

Kids got no swimming time, no one showered because the bathroom was disgusting.

Imaging what was under them with no grout to waterproof the floor.

A very uncomfortable stay in so many ways, the smell, bed and bedding was intolerable and we didn't get much sleep.

but when I got home I had the worst allergy attack I'd had all year because I'm allergic to secondhand smoke.

but had a smell like it was closed for a long time.

but even I was taken aback by the smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby.

First of all, it would have been nice for Booking.com to let us know that the pool was kind of in a construction zone.

Construction debris covered walk-ways which from the parking lot which had to be navigated strategically.

Three drawbacks construction out front, toilet seat too low and tub floor uneven making it difficult to stand.

There was construction right in front of the hotel,

A little difficult to get to with construction

though it was a challenge to get in and out of the property due to street construction right in front, there was no extra noise or mess once I made it in the parking area and in the hotel itself.

Also, they must be remodeling somewhere as the parking spaces on one side of the hotel were taken up with storage pods.

The other recent plus is that the construction on 35E has completed and shifted south so getting in and out is much easier.

Note: Ongoing construction on I-35E makes access to the Corporate Drive exit a bit tricky - either north or south bound.

Hotel is difficult to get too due to the construction in the area.

The only reason I did not give this hotel the five stars is because during our stay there were construction workers staying at the hotel (or so I was told by the front desk) and when I went out to my car after dark to bring up a bag, three of them were camped out front drinking and smoking being rude and crude.

In spite of the construction on the interstate highway around it, the hotel is still easily accessible.

The impeccably clean room was astounding—-huge, with a sofa, easy chair, coffee table, comfortable bed, good a/c, strong wifi, desk, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker with good  coffee, and wonderfully outfitted bathroom.

Safe, Clean room, comfy bed, fresh and delicious breakfast, friendly staff.

The atmosphere everywhere was fresh, not musty, or covered by some yucky room spray.

but the split system is faulty when you try switching to heat which triggered the alarm which was not good and disturbed the peace and the hotel rug smell really damp and can be better managed.

but had a bit of a musty smell which seemed to be coming from the air conditioning.

However the room had a slight musty damp smell,  reminiscent of the pre-makeover Best Western motels.

Of course, there is no way to get all perfume out.

This room may have been converted from a smoking room at one time.

however it did have an unpleasant odor when I first walked in for the first 5-7 minutes then it became unnoticeable,room 109.

Tired of Holiday Inn Express' nasty breakfast I booked here because Best Western has better breakfast.

A little bit of a musty smell when you first go in, other than that is was great.

Upon leaving and going back through the toll, I was charged $83 due to the hotel not giving me the correct ticket.

One waiter ran my credit card back to me after I had forgotten it.

Hotels need to have real app check in and payment not just a precursor to checking with a physical card.

I was promised that charges for one night would be removed

We were given a room with two queen-sized beds and were charged the difference.

I had run the credit card authorization form earlier in the day,

It’s an airplane crew hotel and regular travelers pay double what newer and nicer hotels charge.

Apparently anyone can charge food to any room without proof and you will be stuck paying for it

Use gate with a physical ticket and have the hotel validate it, or you will be charged $27.50 for an overnight stay.

A little disappointed they wanted to charge so much for coffee during training sessions so none was provided

Then when I asked to spilt my actual bill between my room and card that wasn’t accomplished properly.

but we were charged for a 'complementary breakfast.'

To their credit; it was a stunner and shining example of what excellence can look like.

He offered a credit for the inconvenience and noted in my profile to not put me in a connecting room.

The room was nowhere near worth the amount they charged.

My stay at this hotel stemmed from a frustrating aviation system experience in which I was not told an electronic proof was needed for my passport & vaccination card (both of which I had in hand).

This hotel was 457 dollars total charge on my card for one night.

but ended up being charged, disappointed in the fact that we were charged for Breakfast, had we known we would have to the airport, much cheaper

They made me pay $444, even with approved credit card and 15 calls to them no $300 refund! !

Three times the price of properties 6-9 miles away.

The hotel room has not maintained room quality for the price.

$7 for a bottle of water when I already paid almost $400 for the night seems a little high. Yes!

I missed 1 hour of a conference session which I paid for because of the poor customer service.

I was prepared to hear planes take off and land, have mediocre overpriced food, and average service.

Food & bev prices are too high (a location & convenience based premium, I understand), and the restaurant/bar was not adequately staffed during peak hours for a conference.

They did not follow through with my wake up call, which could have caused me to miss a flight and the price is definitely not worth what you pay.

Only thing to look twice at is the bottled water in rooms is only free for hotel members, otherwise there is a cost involved.

Walked from terminal, little confusing if you don't pay attention to signage.

The buffet was terribly overpriced for what it was.

but understanding our situation and enhancing our stay with an additional bed, access to complimentary snacks since we had to leave before breakfast opened, and an unsolicited phone call to the Seattle facility where we could not make our reservations to request they waive our cancellation fee.

The price for such a dated hotel was outrageous.

Prices are ridiculously high for food and drink. Waitering staff were very good (except when I asked someone clearing tables a question and discovered she didn't speak English)

I was traveling solo with my 2-year-old toddler and requested (and paid for) a room with a single king-sized bed.

specially when you pay almost $400 a night!

Super noisy air conditioner fan sounds, not able to sleep well.

Unexpected transport expense blew budget.

I'm beginning to think noisy AC is a feature of Hyatt Place hotels and why I will avoid them in future.

Then I proceeded to lay down for the night to only hear a loud air conditioner All throughout the night!

Things broken or defective in the room and the staff cannot explain bills or rules as expected

We had issues with the romms HVAC and plumbing.

It was 35 degrees that night and the freezing cold poured in.

I’ve stayed there twice this year and my only complaint both times was that the in-room AC unit was very loud.

Tell patrons where the Thermostat is when they check in, otherwise you don't know there is one, and you fumble around with the controls on the cabinet a/c unit, not knowing that there is a thermostat, obscurely located on the wall somewhere.

The only drawback was the air conditioner made a lot of noise so I had to turn it off at night.

The heater also only blew out cold air the entire night and it was approximately 50 degrees outside.

Breakfast was flavored On check out day, both elevators were not operating that was August 6,2023

Upon arrival one elevator was out of service the working elevator was hot and that night the other elevator became out of order as well.

Pillows were uncomfortable, only one elevator working, and my room was not as clean as it should have been.

Even before the complete shutdown of the elevator, it randomly beeped several times unnecessarily causing confusion to a lot of people.

The hallways and elevator were really hot.

but they only have one functioning elevator so Unless you like taking 6 flights of stairs every time, you have to wait 5-10 mins for the elevator.

The only complaint I had was how slow the elevator worked and there only seemed to be one side working at a time.

Speaking of elevator, there are two elevators, one of which wasn’t working.

When checking in you arent told where the elevator is or what floor you will be staying on .

Now the worst part was the Raggedy Elevator.

The elevator had hickups during stops up or down causing dizziness, I reported to the front desk and hopefully will be taken care off .

The other issue I had with the hotel was the elevators.

The hotel was very busy, the lobby always crowded, the breakfast area crowded, and the elevators always running.

but it looked nice elevator was a little slow and very noisy we could hear it in our room

but when we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor there was a large coffee or soda spill in the elevator lobby.

The walls were paper thin, acoustics horrible (we could hear the loud, rackety elevator right through our walls) bathroom super small, ceilings cheap.

While we were there, one of the two elevators was out of service which was a little inconvenient at times,

The hotel was nice, the room was clean also.

The proximity to the airport (approximately 5 minutes by shuttle) also made it perfect, the room clean and comfortable and an on time shuttle system makes this hotel highly recommended.

The room was clean and everything worked as it should.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel was sparkling clean and the rooms were thoughtfuly designed, spacious and accomodating.
