The included breakfast was very good, with a decent variety of hot and cold foods.

Beautifully clean lobby and rooms, generous breakfast, super friendly staff.

Simple breakfast and not very qualitative, when there is more and well we do not put it back and if we can stop making everything work before the end time and well why deprive ourselves of it.

though they have a great continental breakfast.

We checked out earlier then we wanted to just to get in the car to some AC.

Our ac didn’t work and had to move rooms to a smaller layout.

I booked a King, and was given a room with 2 queens without the front desk telling me they where switching my booking because they gave my room to someone else and all the king rooms were now booked.

Air conditioning was not to loud like other hotels I’ve been to.

You can turn on the constant fan of A/C unit.

We did have the heater stop working in one of the rooms the 2nd day,

In addition, there were two room issues:
- Fan for heater DNW.

but the heating unit was right at the side of the bed.

The heater was so loud it woke me up through earplugs and even after switching rooms the next day which was much better it was still too loud.

Freezing pool and they overcharged my card.

AC would not stop running so i couldn't sleep well.

Only complaint was the AC unit was pretty loud.

The only draw back was that the air conditioner was quite loud and made it so I couldn't get a good night's sleep.

but full of the cigarette smell inside the room, the heating (air conditioner) was right in the room (next to the bed)and it's very loud and distributing to sleep, TV channels were very basic and should offer more varieties.

Not sure how safe it is to have space heaters all over.

Hate the A/C, when it kicked on, it's so noisy.

but there were two other, less important, issues,  The air conditioner is very, very loud and when it cycles off, it emits a long, loud whine that sounds like some animal being tortured.

Pool needed a better heater and I would have preferred a bath to a shower.

Put water in iron an it started leaking brown water

The one negative we were disappointed in is that the bathrooms in the rooms are beyond compact.

Just old, outdated furniture decor and rooms and poor execution of amenities.

Staff was not responsive to water leak in room.

After flushing the toilet it made strange noises.

But the toilet paper was single ply, cheap tp.

Took long time to shower to remove soap, hand held would be nice.

When we arrived in our room the bathroom toilet was not clean and actually had something (who knows what) in the bowl.

Unfortunately, I smell some funky and smoky smell time to time. My observation is that someone in the hotel smokes something like cigar or marijuana, so the smoke is floating up throughout the ventilation (especially on the toilet.)

The negatives with the stay: the carpeted room had not been cleaned in some time, only one bar of soap in the bathroom (why not two so there is one for the shower and one for the sink), and then for breakfast the next morning, the coffee was not refilled.

Clothes tags in the drawers and the shower pressure was AWFUL.

- Shower drain location meant you had to cover drain with bath mat to stand in right place.

One last little thing: it's not my floor, and the glass shower panel is really chic,

Handicapped room - no way to access shower s in a tub with no way over it.

Breakfast is abundant and there’s lots of sitting room.

The breakfast offered a good range of food that was pretty good.

The breakfast setup and dining area was nice.

Complementary breakfast has a nice variety of cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, fruit, bread.

Complimentary breakfast was good and varied every day.

Breakfast provided a variety, housekeeping was helpful, the pool area was clean, and there was a gazebo outside where our family got together for laughs that was really nice.

One of the reasons I chose Hyatt place was breakfast.

Very child-friendly and real dishes at breakfast (not throwing everything away everyday!

So Saturday morning I went and ate breakfast spoke to the lady at the front desk explained what was going on and asked.

Breakfast was great and the fitness center is well equipped.

The beds were comfortable,  The included breakfast was good except for one morning when there were no eggs or Raisen Bran.

Breakfast selection was good and well supplied.

Everything was wonderful, from the warm greeting and friendly interactions with all staff, to the great breakfast and CLEAN!

Hyatt place was clean, the staff was outstanding and the breakfast was good.

Poor Customer service as un disclosed  construction was going on, War Zone floors torn up and room number written on masking tape to doors of room.

Both my husband and I are small people, we were very uncomfortable having to maneuver around the toilet to close the door.

The bathroom set-up was a bit awkward as well, with the extra large bathroom door and the toilet right in front of it and hardly any room to move to get into the area with the toilet and shower.

Walking in the door, it automatically feels familiar and comfortable.

After the first night they knocked and immediately opened the door!

Not recommend only if last option or long as you know what your getting from this specific hotel extremely small rooms check cover make sure clean and make sure so not disturbed sign on the door otherwise someone just walks in without knocking or announcing themselves

One even knocked on our door without a mask.

I also hear some noises of neighbor rooms including smashing doors, conversations, and small TV noises,

but we found a few design issues:
- Bathroom so small you had to step into shower to close door.

It was difficult to open or close the door once inside.

The bathroom door barely clears the toilet forcing you to be contorsionist to use the bathroom.

but of a contortionist to get in around the door.

You truly feel like they remember who you are when you walk through that door.

We had a family member in the hospital next door and they were very accommodating by letting just keep adding a day at a time to our stay.

To get out of the shower with the door open was impossible without hurdling the toilet.

Guess what's all over the handle on the bathroom door?

Door to room would not close with pulling or pushing extra hard.

I mentioned that I thought I might have accidentally left the do-not-disturb sign on the door.

Breakfast is so, so - standard fare as most Comfort Inns.

In the past for early departures, some items on the free breakfast buffet were always set up early.

We ended up grabbing fast food breakfasts two of the days.

Hotel was clean room was clean we have no complaints breakfast u had several choices and was clean we would book here again if we came back to Michigan.

The complimentary breakfast was very good, with a selection of breakfast foods,

We brought our own breakfast fixin's because there was none at the hotel, and they were overflowing.

Marie prepares a delicious breakfast each morning, including fluffy biscuits.

The place is very clean, has a friendly staff and a good breakfast.

The continental breakfast was very good and offered a lot more than other hotels.

Marie the help at breakfast was a sweet busy helpful lady.

I stay here for business,  so all I am looking for is a good breakfast, a hot shower and a comfortable bed.

Conveniently, the very good breakfast also starts at the same time.

The coffee is very good and the breakfast has a good variety.

I was particularly impressed the breakfast started at 430 since we had a 6 am flight!

Overall hotel experience: rooms were clean, house cleaner service accommodated my requests, breakfast was very good - choices for everyone.

The breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing.

Marie we met during the free breakfast in the morning.

Then house keeping was trying to open the door.

but I immediately found a large dead flying insect under the toilet seen clearly from the door of the bathroom.

People going up and down hall all night long slamming doors.

Our room the bathroom door looked like it had be broken by a bit of force and repaired.

however didn’t call front desk because it was only not even an inch of water we didn’t think anything of it we requested for a late check out at noon and called it a night at 10 am maintenance came knocking at the door saying there was a flood in their laundry room and blamed it on us.

The first night on the 7th was horrible due to  a guest being placed next door to use and had loud tv from  12 am to 3 am .We needed to get up at 3 am for  a flight .This was exhausting.

The bathroom was a little awkward due to size, it was hard to close the door without either squeezing between the toilet and the counter or straddling the toilet.

The seats are badly worn, the passenger sliding door mechanism does not work, meaning one has to reach in through the front passenger seat in order to open, and it really needs either a good cleaning, inside and out, or be replaced altogether.

My husband had to back into the room to get over the wooden threshold on the carpet, plus the entrance door and the bathroom door smash into each other.

Our bathroom door did not close properly and the walls are paper thin!

There are no restaurants immediately next door though.

On the 27th housekeeping barged into our room without a knock on the door or any announcement that they wanted to come in.

There is some wear and tear in the hallways and doors to the rooms.

There were small issues such as a squeaky bathroom door which you do not appreciate during the night and a coffee maker which had no coffee pot.

The bathroom door would not close all the way (due to loose trim) and the layout of the room made it impossible to get into the bathroom in the wheelchair.

However, the door to the bathroom was quite beat up and the fan/light in the bathroom didn't have a cover on it.

The problem is the old doors between rooms (and door to hallway) - they're hollow, not solid, which allows any and all noise/conversations from the adjoining room to enter.

HOWEVER the walls are literally paper-thin, as in we could hear the guys next door when they were just whistling.

There was another room next door that had 2 dogs in it that would yip every time a door closed

(see photo) All of this was still out in the hallway when we checked out too.

The hallway on our floor reeked like pot smoke each time we left the room.

but the hallway noise reduction needs some major work- the doors slam closed on their own and when they do you can hear them from all the way down the hall.

It was extremely difficult for a wheelchair to enter and exit the bathroom because of the narrow entrance hallway.

The rooms and hallways are a bit dark and tired,

Hallways need to be vacuumed and elevator needs attention!

A few things could be updated in the rooms and hallways

Alas with the visit last week, the hotel was undergoing a well needed & overdue decorating of the second floor corridors, which will hopefully be accompanied by some new carpets & modernization of the actual rooms.

The only negative was that there was a HUGE (estimate 50 or more) wedding party staying there with many children which meant a lot of people in the hallways, elevator and dining room.

That same night, there was a man at the hotel going up and down the hallways knocking on doors.

"Noise Level" was Quiet after I moved down the hall!

Neither the rooms or hallways smelled of smoke which was a refreshing change.

There's not much you can do with children yelling at 2:00 am in the hall.

There are no signs in the hallways pointing toward room numbers.

I could hear what sounded like a  shower or water being used since I checked in to room #338 around 8:30pm and I'm still hearing it at 2:30am.I thought I was in the last room down the hall since I'm the last door on the left and there's pallets of boxes outside my door and what looks like a broken ice machine so I'm not sure where the noise is coming from.The tv sounded like plastic was cracking when I put it on

We could hear the shower being turned on in the next room and doors being slammed in the hallway.

breakfast room was overcrowded (three sports teams staying) noisy, children running up corridors, shower was tepid despite informing front desk for three consecutive days.

So, we took the room and in the morning when my wife went in the bathroom to get ready for a shower, she discovered very slow moving bugs all over the bathroom.

much water draining out of the faucet, so minimal pressure from the shower.

Lights don't work, sink / tub wouldn't drain.

They offer rooms with a roll in shower which we need.

Shuttle for me at the airport, my flight was late, hotel staff was on phone when I arrived my a reservation so refused to acknowledge me.☹️ Bed comfy, pillows awful, the bathroom wall behind the sink had toothpaste splatter all over it.

Bathroom toilet backed up constantly, had plunger in room at all time!

Plus bathroom showers leaked, we had broken rack.. it just was not worth the price.

but no shampoo, only 2 bath towels for the 4 of us, room 144 exhaust fan does not turn on, one toilet seat bolt missing.

The toilet had been installed at an angle.

The beds were disgusting, the bathroom was even grosser.

- or perhaps you enjoy finding men’s dirty underwear behind the bathroom door.

The rooms are old and the bathroom had mold.

The toilet was extremely wobbly and the showered was stuck on a setting and could not be changed.

bless his heart, the guy working breakfast was doing his gosh darned best,

The free breakfast offered a lot of variety for our picky kids.

In addition to the complimentary breakfast, and clean pool, the staff was very friendly & accommodating.

Breakfast was on the second floor and overlooked the lobby.

Great variety of food and drinks for the complimentary breakfast, clean and well served.

It’s kept up, spacious, great breakfast, kind staff, huge indoor pool, and most importantly clean!

Great breakfast,  nice size gathering rooms, beautiful pool and hot tub, outside park like area,  and clean large rooms with very comfy  beds.

The waffles for breakfast are great, lots of juices & coffee, cereals, breads & yogurt.

We received wonderful service from everyone from maintenance, housekeeping, breakfast staff and especially the front desk.

Breakfast was well stocked and warm, hostess was very polite and efficient.

Complimentary hot and cold breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of food and drinks.

Breakfast, coffee was also fresh taste really good.

The continental breakfast is coffee, water and cereal.

Our room door stuck when opening especially the first time.

When we opened the door to our room, it was HOT!

Almost an entire floor of "Guests of the State", living off the nut of others, who don't hold jobs, so they have no qualms about being up all night, slamming doors, visiting each other in hallways.

Security issues with exterior doors not latching; TV didn't work in the first room and the door latch did not work properly in the second room provided; AC did not work.

Smelled horribly like mildew.There was little security with all the entry doors constantly propped open.

Individual asked if he could buy drugs off me.. smells like cigarette smoke terrible in the hotel hallways.. individuals propping the back doors for anyone to walk in.

We get to our 2nd room and the door was cracked open. Yikes.

That same morning we were also woken by the police knocking on someone’s door yelling at them to come outside.

but the room had a defective heat/AC unit, was given a room next door.

Could use more outdoor benches near doors.

The bathroom door wouldn't close, the plumbing squeeled when the shower ran and the air conditioner was very loud and clunked.

but at least five were to snowy to watch😕 There were just so many little things that lacked detail even while walking through the hallways😮 The room doors are all
medal and you hear them shutting all night long outside in the hallway😕 We were in room #218, it had a adjoining room door, we could hear everything in the other room😮I HAVE to remember to try and avoid adjoining rooms with doors😡Breakfast was like most BW, average.

Our shower squealed loudly when used and would not shut off completely, and the bathroom door would not shut completely.

The guests next door were loud so I had to call the front desk.

When we were bringing in our luggage we were fumbling to find our keys to open the door,

We never heard any doors close, toilets flush, showers or TV's (speaking of TV's, the channel selection is very limited).

Originally, my only complaint would have been that the hallways smelled like dead rat.

The room smelled so strongly of mold that my sinuses were messed up for 3 days after our stay.

What appeared to be blood splattered on ceiling above bed.looked like  Booger wiped  on wall in closet.

but, inadvertently, they switched us out of the good smelling room into another good smelling room keeping the bad one.

People were smoking cut / weed in their rooms.

Hotel looked like it was falling apart and had a funny smell.

Our first room had not been cleaned and smelled heavily of smoke.

Rooms were extremely musty, the carpet was moist and had several sticky areas.
