We got more than we could expect - Wonderful accommodation in a nice location (very nice room - clean and nicely decorated), great and very tasteful food, friendly and very helpful staff.

If you stay in the main building, make sure you do not stay in any of the single rooms, as they look very poor.

Make sure you rent one of the Geniesser rooms as they call it, and you will not be disappointed.

FACILITIES: The hotel is far from the ski area, you'll need a car to get there.

Very good bed, comfy pillows, spotless clean bathroom and toilet, polite and pro restaurant service.

We got very warm welcome, with explanation how to move around the object.

We arrived and were greeted and checked-in by Dagmar, she is very nice and made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

The staff were very pleasant and the owner Dagmar had excellent suggestions on what to do in the local area.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful and always welcomed us with a smile when they saw us.

The staff is very warm, kind and professional.

but very good spa, with three different kinds of sauna.

but "all you need is there" rooms, cosy spa with spring water, hosts provide you everything you need with a smile:) thank you Dagmar and Helmut for the short but great treat!!!

the staff were excellent and friendly, the rooms well equipped, clean showers, comfortable beds, quiet nights.

It's clean, friendly, located well and does what it says on the tin.

Additionally, our room was cleaned only before our stay.

We got a room which was not cleaned before and it was at the farthest point of the hotel.

but the quality is still a point to improve.

but this was not enough to get the room warm at all.

!, limited parking facilities next to hotel (larger one within a short uphill walk), room for 2 adults and 2 childrens was smaller than in other JUFA hotels

We got the room nearby the reception what we considered to be an advantage,

+ hotel staff was very helpful, hotel is close to skilift, rooms are quiet even if there are a lot of children, very good slopes for families, indoor sport facilities for bad weather like table tennis/football/ bowling/indoor playground, heated ski storage area next to entrance, restaurant has limited selection

I was convinced they afford this because we are Hungarians, with Austrians they were polite.

We found the staff to be generally helpful

They are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Rooms were clean and big enough; our bathroom was new and all staff members were helpfull and friendly.

The only negative was the “lobby bar” which is a smoking area and sometimes we felt the smell in the corridors.

The owners, as well as the personnel were extremely friendly and helpful and made the stay being remembered. PS!

My room was on the riverside and in the morning I was woken up by the sunrays and the sound of water.

the wifi did not work perfectly in the room,

I felt comfortable in the whole house and the atmosphere was pleasant and amiable.

the personel was nice and always ready to help.

but a super gasthof or guesthouse with something "homi" in it) 
Although it is very well organized some little things to consider to improve: a full time receptionist would useful or there should be a bell not to chase the always busy stuff, the internet service needs to be improved, if fruit/apple is offered in the room at arrival would be nice to have it refilled, the sauna should have longer service hours maybe w some relaxing music and the existing candles to be lit.

Big room with everything you need, big TV screen, strong wifi, big parking place, beautiful surroundings, rich breakfast, fine a'la cart foods, kind staff.

Nice lady at the reception and Professional Waiter serving in the restaurant.

Daniela and other personnel of the hotel were very helpful!

It would also be nice to have a living room or "Aufenthaltsraum" for the guests to play games or read at the evenings.

We were part of a large group doing some training in Hochkahr and I must say that the location, the rooms, and the staff were superb,

Very good situation ( near ski slopes )clean , exceptional staff , breakfast and diner included in the offer interesting when traveling with children  
Christmas diner was well organized in the restaurant near the hotel, delicious menu, convivial night

but if we didn't get there at the very beginning sometimes we would not get the chance to taste some dishes as they run out.
