Very quiet place with many options for trips, friendly staff and delicious cuisine.

The breakfast was very reach, with variety of cheeses, spreads, fresh pastry, meats, eggs and fresh coffee.

The dinners are absolutely delicious, well presented and so unexpectedly wonderful!!

The dinners were delicious, as was the extensive breakfast buffet.

The  food Breakfast, snack in the afternoon and dinner was top notch.

Homemade jams and bread, delicious dinner, a hearty afternoon snack and a great wine selection makes this place a heaven for the gourmet traveler!

If you stay in the main building, make sure you do not stay in any of the single rooms, as they look very poor.

Make sure you rent one of the Geniesser rooms as they call it, and you will not be disappointed.

FACILITIES: The hotel is far from the ski area, you'll need a car to get there.

but we always had to pay for the transfer.

Big room with everything you need, big TV screen, strong wifi, big parking place, beautiful surroundings, rich breakfast, fine a'la cart foods, kind staff.

Room, bathrooms, breakfast, dinner and servise is exactly in three-star standard and coresponds to the price.

Hotel is cozy, rooms are clean and functional, meeting room was big enough for a group of 25 people, food was delicious.

We were happy and were nice stay location is perfect and also breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast and otehr meals tasty and well-balanced.

The food is standard I'd say, it's a buffet menu, choice from 2 meals in the evening, mostly local cuisine

Additionally, our room was cleaned only before our stay.

We got a room which was not cleaned before and it was at the farthest point of the hotel.

but the quality is still a point to improve.

but this was not enough to get the room warm at all.

!, limited parking facilities next to hotel (larger one within a short uphill walk), room for 2 adults and 2 childrens was smaller than in other JUFA hotels

There is also only 1 coffee machine in the dining room so it can take a few minutes to get a coffee at breakfast.

however improved greatly, both breakfast and dinner.

Smoking is permitted downstairs at the dining area indoors, so asthma patients need to beware.

It is all owned by the same people as own the attached ski hire shop and ski school (10% off both for guests) which makes everything effortless.

The hotel has conveniences like a small spa and massage, along with a rental and ski shop (in fact te only rental and shop available up there, I believe).

Also, there is little space left to hang out as the old leisure area is gone, replaced with more rooms.

the 4 course dinner of half board was also very good, mostly traditional central european (austrian) tasty always great ingredients, when something simple than with little added spice and flavour.

My room was on the riverside and in the morning I was woken up by the sunrays and the sound of water.

the wifi did not work perfectly in the room,

but a super gasthof or guesthouse with something "homi" in it) 
Although it is very well organized some little things to consider to improve: a full time receptionist would useful or there should be a bell not to chase the always busy stuff, the internet service needs to be improved, if fruit/apple is offered in the room at arrival would be nice to have it refilled, the sauna should have longer service hours maybe w some relaxing music and the existing candles to be lit.

You have enough privacy in the available suites and rooms - you don't have to book the breakfast if you don't want to and can be really independent.

They have their own livestock and lots of land and the breakfast that they offer comes all from their own or other local products and is delicious.

Very good situation ( near ski slopes )clean , exceptional staff , breakfast and diner included in the offer interesting when traveling with children  
Christmas diner was well organized in the restaurant near the hotel, delicious menu, convivial night

It would also be nice to have a living room or "Aufenthaltsraum" for the guests to play games or read at the evenings.

but if we didn't get there at the very beginning sometimes we would not get the chance to taste some dishes as they run out.

We got breakfast and dinner they are all very delicious.

The only negative was the “lobby bar” which is a smoking area and sometimes we felt the smell in the corridors.
