We really enjoyed our stay, we have booked again for another concert in December! !

In Glasgow for Andrea Bocelli concert and had a lovely stay at Radisson Red using an Itison offer.

Booked for food and drinks before a concert with friends, food was top class and the alcohol was flowing well (thank u for the fab service Emma) The live music was first class, as was the service.

Right across the road from restaurant which we had pre booked  and a couple minutes from concert venue which was perfect.

Stayed at this hotel as going to the hydro for a concert.

We used the hotel pre concert at the hydro.

Would be very happy to visit any time - only advice is to book in if you want to eat or drink prior to a concert as we ended up at Tesco Express!

Came back to stay at Radisson RED for the Ed Sheeran concert and

We pre booked for a pre concert meal which was easy to do on their website.

We came back from the concert and enjoyed the live music in the bar.

Stayed here for the MCR concert and it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Having arrived back from a two week holiday we were attending a concert at the Kings theatre so booked somewhere close for one night.

Situated close to the SECC and Ovo Hydro it is the perfect place to stay if attending concerts or other events.

Perfect venue for a pre concert experience.

We have stayed numerous times when going to a concert etc.

Stayed at the raddison red for one night for a concert at the OVO hydro.

Excellent 2 day stay here for a concert in the Hydro.

From arrival to departure the staff were exceptional in the lobby, as well as service, as well as the young staff in the sky bar so efficient with mixing cocktails and friendly.

Staff all friendly and welcoming throughout, we had food and drinks in the Sky bar which was really nice, we sat there until the event was ready to start really convenient.

Every person we met was friendly, smiling, and took time to talk to my son.

All the staff we spoke with were all very friendly and helpful.

Shoutout to Stevie, Linda & Jacob for their friendly & efficient service!

Drinks were lovely and staff were friendly.

The design internally is modern and trendy.

We arrived before 3pm and room was ready, staff were great throughout the hotel & room was very modern and spacious.

I would really recommend this hotel with very modern up to date décor and the rooms a fantastic size.

Overall, the general vibe of the hotel was relaxed and contemporary as well as being fairly close to the centre of the city.

The hotel is very modern and ‘trendy’ and the theme runs throughout.

We had a night in the sweet suite and it was fantastic, beautiful suite, everything you could ever want and more with contemporary decor and even a pool table.

Ordered cocktails at the bar they were very poor the girl who made them didn’t have a clue what she was doing and took 15 minutes to make two cocktails.

Amenities in the room a little poor, no water bottles on arrival

Hubby had cooked brekkie and said he thought the products were pretty poor quality.

Glens vodka in the Sky Bar☠️ Pretty poor quality.

Carpets in the room were sticky, lighting was poor.

Bathrooms were less than ideal, door is odd frosted glass that doesn’t lock and the shower design is poor and gets water everywhere.

No biscuits for tea and coffee in room which is poor

The receptionist  gave us a very poor excuse as to why she didn't offer the tokens , apologized and handed us two tokens for drinks in the Sky Bar.

The only let down was the food served  in the Sky bar, this was expensive and poor quality unlike the breakfast down stairs which was very good.

Would skip breakfast as the cooked menu options were poor on arrival.

The service was poor - starters came out before our drinks, so we were waiting on the drinks.

The choice of food was very basic and poor quality and very similar.

Food menu was very poor with very little to choose from, a little over priced on food and drink, hair drier in room didn't work and had asked for a personalized experience as we were attending for my boyfriends birthday and i was advised that this would be done and it wasn't so poor views on that.

A poor nights sleep with sore necks in the morning.

Only fly in the ointment was the poor and protracted service at the sky bar.

but the quality of the food was so poor that it was not acceptable.

The coffee selection was poor - nescafé is terrible it would be good to invest in a basic nespresso machine or better coffee!!

Drinks very expensive - £12 for a cocktail served in a tiny Prosecco flute.

Think the price for a 1 night stay could be a little less, used the early check in for £15 extra which I thought was worth it.

Only very small point, drinks were a little expensive

He served us a drink each and said we didn’t need to pay for it.

Birthday celebration let down, with being unable to have a drink or anything from any of the bars and only explanation was there was an "incident" I feel what ever the incident had been it should of been handled way better and not at the cost of paying hotel customers left out form using all the facilities of thr hotel.

My only slight gripe was the price for a room without breakfast

The views are phenomenal and the drinks and food are not over priced.

The sky bar was gorgeous and not actually outrageously priced for what it is.

£8.50 for 3 chicken wings is abit of a joke and im eating on expenses!

The room I had booked according to the pictures was apparently a suite and the staff refused to refund the price difference until half a day spent on calling booking.com and meditating a discussion.

Is a bit in the expensive side as there are a few other hotels

Not impressed because of the cost of the stay.

The only down side is the drinks are expensive and they do not serve any ales I.e.

Left expensive item in room, phoned up and was told it would be sent back to me.

A very expensive room with the toiletries attached to the wall and plastic tumblers in bathroom. Why.

but the only thing that would stop us returning is the cost,

The hotel is really nice, roof top bar is a nice addition overlooking the river and hyrdo.

Fantastic location with an amazing Rooftop bar showing the Clyde and its surrounding areas in its full glory.From the moment  we walked through the door, we were greeted by friendly efficient staff who were happy to meet our every need as a hotel guest from house keeping to the waiting staff in the restaurant to the bar staff in the Sky Bar.

Had Birthday drinks with my friend on the rooftop bar.

We then made it to the 9th floor Sky Bar in time for the stunning sunset , and cocktails. No wonder this venue has recently been voted into the top 50 rooftop bars of the world ( see photo!)

Voted one of the top 50 rooftop bars worldwide (and we have tried a few!).

The hotel is located near the hydro and sec and boosts a rooftop bar.

Had a lovely time at the raddison red rooftop bar for afternoon tea.

Good clean hotel, friendly staff, the roof top bar is cracking.

So fun, great rooftop bar, delicious food in the restaurant downstairs, fabulous view from the room, everything is so clean and the staff have been wonderfully helpful and friendly.

The reason I choose this hotel was that there was a DJ that I knew playing in their rooftop bar.

We came up to the rooftop bar to watch the stunning sunset and enjoy the weather.

The hotel itself, is modern & bright and I guess many come just for the rooftop bar alone which is great

We never got to enjoy our time at the rooftop bar which was a shame as this is the primary reason we book this hotel.

Great location room was spotless bed was amazing, the view from the room was amazing and the roof top bar at night the view from it was amazing as well.

We had afternoon tea in the rooftop bar today and it was fantastic.

Rooftop bar was lovely and would recommend for non residents too.

Stevie, Hayley and Daniel were very attentive without being intrusive, making my friend and I feel so welcome and so important.

The staff were very helpful and made us feel valued and the food was excellent.

The team at Radisson red are the absolutely impeccable and made my first time in Scotland enjoyable.

A beautiful Hydro view room and the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, we had super accommodation and were warmly greeted by every staff member we met.

From the time we stepped into the reception till we checked out, our experience was great.

But stevie our server and host was exceptional and a great ambassador for the raddison and Glasgow!

The staff are excellent very cheery and welcoming.

thr bars are  excellent and the staff are lovely..in particular big shout out to Linda who made a hungover breakfast a pleasure!

We can not recommend the busby hotel enough for a venue to have your wedding day.

We were here for a family wedding and was a beautiful setting in the wedding venue

Massive thanks to entire Busby team and we obviously highly recommend as a wedding venue or a night away.

In summing up great hotel, fantastic friendly attentive staff, I would highly recommend as a wedding venue.

but on arrival the outside looked a lot better than photos  I'd  seen,fantastic interior,great selection  of drinks,food was excellent,staff were fantastic and,room was excellent  no complaints at all,wedding venue terrific will certainly  be back.

The staff were 100% committed to making our day as special as possible and made sure that we did not experience any stress at all from the moment we arrived at the venue.

From the staff to the venue the service is excellent.

Would highly recommend the Busby as a wedding venue .

The Busby was the total opposite of the venue I had set my sights on

The venue was fantastic,  the terrace was a particular treat especially with the wonderful weather we had for our wedding.

We recently had a week’s stay at The Busby and could not speak highly enough of the venue, staff and overall experience.

Everything was absolutely seamless in preparation and when the 10th April arrived “wow” the venue looked absolutely stunning,(as did my wife) who had been really relaxed the evening before by all members of staff.

The venue and staff exceeded our expectations.

As a wedding venue, it was absolutely amazing.

The venue is very good in terms of on-site parking and cleanliness 

One slight negative comment I would make for management to consider.

From start to finish we and all our guests had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel and wedding venue to anyone.

100% recommend this for a hotel stay and wedding venue!

The breakfast had a table of cold food and one of hot in Turines.

Breakfast options a bit limited - no muesli, natural yoghurt or soft fruit on the cold table, and the hot food lacked tomatoes or mushrooms.

!we kindly asked the staff to put on the heating as it was so cold and they promised they would.,one hour later it was even colder they promised they would fix it and heat the venue,it was freezing when left at 1pm,(it was warmer outside)so many people had a ruined night

but not the warmes only hot item was the toast we were also a bit dissapointed with the food alloction sum when staying half board felt that 30 pounds per room was a bit tight because if you chose a steak your room allowance would be used up before your partner had even chose a starter however food was excellent normal 20/25 pound allocation per person on any other hotel we have stayed would return however only on a room only basis due to cold breakie and food allowance.

Incidentally the “hot buffet was cold and unenspirering with cold plates and flasks of lukewarm tea and coffee!

I was grateful as much was coming down with a cold and wanted to rest.

After our second request the fan was switched off, still felt cold throughout my visit, it takes a while to heat up when you get cold to start.

Room was cold also to the point where people kept coats on.

We put on the cold tap and it got close to overflowing so we panicked!

The included breakfast had both hot and cold buffets.

But the breakfast buffet was really bad, the square sausage had a really weird taste to it, the cold stuff was ok

but this was not the case and the main centre piece of the room (hot-tub) which we where looking forward too was a tad cold and no member of the hotel team bothered to come and help with it.

but only downside was the hot tub was really cold and TV wasn't working properly - tried to speak to reception about this but nobody could help us to raise the temperature so we never really used it which is a shame cos it's a real selling point of the room xxxxx will def be back xx

It arrived one small slice of cold baguette with mushed up goats cheese and chopped tomato on top - no small side salad or anything else on the plate.

Went here with my girlfreind to relax and have and few drinks out in the hottub didn't realise that when the hottub gets cold you have to get a bucket and empty it intill it's low enough to let the tap run more hot water into it.

Breakfast in morning could have been warmer as its a buffet felt it was cold and so was tea.

On a all staff amazing willing to help everyway possible and very friendly and happy, hotel looks good and love the setting

From the get go Megan was interested in our story, accommodating, polite and friendly and so easy to work with, we felt at ease.

Brilliant decision- I'd forgotten how friendly people are in the west.

From reception to waiters, they're all so friendly.

We checked in, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming.

The staff on the day of our wedding were outstanding, they were all just so friendly, approachable, and could not have done anymore for us or our guests.

Although the staff were friendly and the wedding was great- our adjoining rooms were clean and had a great shower.

Very friendly staff warm and welcoming we will definitely be staying here again excellent breakfast also free parking was great 2 minutes to the train station, 35 minutes on the train to Glasgow city centre

We stayed over after a wedding in an executive room very comfortable bed lots of space well stocked mini bar great to have an outside area at the reception as it was a warm day  the food very good for the wedding meal/buffet and breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful  would stay again

Our stay in the Honeymoon suite was wonderful!

All the rooms and so comfortable and spotless and the honeymoon suite is unreal!

On the big day, the gardens were spotless to allow us to have the most amazing pictures, and despite the hotel having a couple houses in front of it, the privacy which it offers is brilliant and the honeymoon suit is gorgeous!! I have had many a lunch at the hotel’s restaurant and the food has always been wonderful and on our big day, it still didn’t disappoint (the steak pie is a MUST!)

The honeymoon suite is something else, probably the most beautiful room I've slept in.

The room itself was amazing, not to mention the balcony which was decorated, and of course the honeymoon suite.

Staff go over and above, Tracy kindly helped us carry our things from our room to the honeymoon suite.

This helped me relax so much and then on our wedding day I was able to transfer into the honeymoon suite early with ease with the staff taking the dress and everything else along for me and organising it.

Food was great,  the honeymoon suite was lovely, 

Had a look in the Honeymoon suite which is amazing.

The honeymoon suite was gorgeous and set out perfectly for us.

Then honeymoon suite and other rooms we had booked were all comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast the next morning.

On top of all this venue itself is just stunning and the honeymoon suite is amazing!

All our guests commented on how beautiful our set up was and the attention to detail, 
Honeymoon suite was clean and really a luxury to be in we can’t wait for our return visit.

Not to mention how stunning the honeymoon suite is!.

Even ensuring my daughter and her husband’s luggage was taken from the room that they had the night before to the honeymoon suite.

I already can’t wait to go back to the honeymoon suite!

The rooms were spotless and beautiful, in particular the honeymoon suite with its hot tub which was an amazing way to relax at the end of our wedding day.

I couldn't imagine having our day anywhere else, the honeymoon suite is to die for!

It just didn't make up for very poor food.

but the lumpy bed left us with a poor sleep unfortunately!

The lighting in the bedroom AND bathroom was very poor, difficult to see for shaving or make up application.

Bearing in mind we were hotel guests and had spent a lot of money there it thought it was a really poor way to be treated, especially as we had been through a really sad day with the funeral.

The starters were poor (cream cheese roulade was watery among other things).

but the cooked breakfast was pretty poor, undercooked eggs and square sausage like rubber, I would expect better quality for the price!

Breakfast was a bit poor, while we came down in the last hour, I skipped most items as they looked like they'd been out too long.

It was Served around 12.45
The bread was dry at edges ,selection was poor , lacked flavour and attention to presentation was flat :((( tuna x4 quarters of bread , one ham salad quarter, 3 cheese& peppered mayo quarters , so poor , very dry and brittle scones , and dry sponge with a squirt of icing over top and two placed strawberries as cake selection brutal absolute rubbish .
