It was cold, processed and not much variety.

The pools are not heated and are quite cold for our liking.

Food a bit cold, aside from the two items selected to have grilled.

There were some cold dishes, including the bacon at breakfast

I was disappointed in the cold temperatures and general salty taste to most dishes.

Drinking Water:
The hotel offers freely available cold water bottles that are single use plastic.

but cold hot dogs and ham and cheese toasties (with barely any cheese and one tiny thin bit of ham) , on the third day it looked like someone has taken a bite of it then kicked it round the room.

We didn’t ever have to get out because we were getting too cold.

- Cold food - was all fine
- Lack of food variety - Besides breakfast (which I’d expect to be similar) there was so much variety if you don’t have the pallet of a child
- Grilling your own food at green and grill - loved it! Something a bit different and the waiters were really helpful (specifically Vasilis who made time to help out, explain how it worked and I could tell he really loved Greece!)

one child was sat there waiting for his pizza  he received it after everyone had finished eating and it was burnt and cold.

We found the selection at each meal time to be extensive with plenty of options on hot and cold food, so that we never got bored of the food in our 10 day stay.

however food is cold all the time unless it’s fresh from a chef bringing out to restock.

Pools - 

People moaning about the pools being cold, honestly get a grip.

Sadly my little boy wasn't really able to use the pools as they were to cold for him, he was shivering after 2 minutes or so in the water.

It can be quite repetitive and mostly either luke warm or cold.

Food - 
Overall ok - can agree with the other reviews that I found it a bit bland and also can be cold.

although I think additional staff would be beneficial for this as the poor waiter was running back & forth trying to deal with diners in the Sea Resto Amphitrite at the same time as dealing with us.

Why I’ve given it a star less, they are very poor, especially the beer.

Our poor son was so bored, constantly asking to go home everyday.

The hustle and bustle and the lack of cleanliness in the usual main dining room - simply not at the level of 5 stars, maybe 2/3 stars, dirt, food on the floor, poor service from the waiters, unbearable noise, a very, very big disappointment, there was simply no desire to eat breakfasts and dinners .

Due to the poor quality of the main restaurant, we checked “the grill”, advertised as a fancier restaurant.

but the quality was very poor and a lot of the time was far too salty.

They missed at least 5 of our 11 nights there which feels poor.

Unfortunately some of the cocktails are really poor quality tasting.

I expect the reviews saying the food variety was poor are because they only eat beige food.

but this ruined our evening and upset the wife, really really poor.

We resorted to going to a nearby bar to get drinks as the service was that poor and they won’t serve alcoholic drinks unless beer or wine.

However,  poor communication skills on TUIs behalf.

On the other hand, the drinks service was poor and several times we had an entire meal without being offered a single drink.

Main let down was the food , very poor , don't bother with the alacart it's just as bad , we went out too eat last 5 nights even though we were all-inclusive,  Drinks are very poor aswell , beer about 3% , had no towels in our room last might of stay

but everything else was pretty poor quality with much of it dry and luke warm.

Very friendly and always came back to a lovely clean room.

Our room was kept spotlessly clean and the whole hotel and grounds are kept immaculately tidy and this extends to the beach.

Room: we had a junior swim up suite which was perfect for our family of 2 adults, a 4 yr old and an 8month old.

The rooms are clean and tidy everyday and the housekeeping staff will go out their way to help.

Lovely hotel and rooms are immaculate which are cleaned everyday and coffee pods replaced daily.

Hotel and rooms very clean cleaners working hard all day everyday.

The hotel and rooms are spotless and the gardens well cared for - the housekeeping staff change the beds and towels daily and are super friendly.

Housekeeping staff were great and our room was always kept clean.

Meat and fish were all overcooked and basically inedible, I survived on chips and salad for the entire week as did my partner who is vegetarian, the vegetarian options were extremely poor and was there was, was either undercooked, especially the pasta, or cold.

Small note for people with signs of a cold: due to Greek regulations, the hotel may bring you a Corona self-test to the room which you must take and the results of which will also be checked.

The food was terrible cold Evey night people taking food out when they want children unattended spreading through on segways this holiday was not catered to English at all sadly we wouldn't return

Water in the hotel pool was a little cold, the sea was warmer.

We did have a problem with water in our room and had to get maintence out on 4/5 separate occasions as was either scorching hot or freezing cold.

however with some of the fish being overcooked and some meats were a bit cold.

The only thing that came in May and the weather was cold,

May season needs to be somewhat "observed": due to cold sea and consequently low prices, a lot of booz-lovers choose this all-inclusive hotel.

The reception handled everything correctly minute we arrived and rooms were very clean and spacious just the way I had requested.

People are friendly, the area and rooms are so clean and well taken care of, the food options are great and the food is excellent.

I will stress on the positives which will bring us back next year - easy, fast and friendly welcoming and check out at reception desk, absolutely spotless rooms with great service by the friendly and smiling maids, good variety of delicious salads and main dishes, quick and unobtrusive service at the main restaurant, great improvements at the kids playground - the kids loved the new slide, perfectly maintained beach.

Internet is fast and stable , rooms are clean.

Supreme style room was clean, well kitted out and AC / minibar/ flat screen etc all there.

Super clean rooms and facilities, very good food!

At no point did the hotel feel crowded and despite reviews stating the opposite, there were always sun loungers free around the pool and on the beach.

One housekeeping lady didn’t respect the DND sign (most of them don’t speak english at all) and woke all 5 family members during afternoon nap.

but here is your card you can do it yourself (champs attitude lol)
- both minibar and cleaning staff do not obey do not disturb sign (woke up one of my children as they stormed in,  luckily child is a good sleeper so he recovered and continued to sleep)
- nobody told us that indoor pool needs to be booked due to bad weather; that was clear for sauna at all times,  but not for the pool,  apoarently a new rule was made and we were not told.

The mechanism appears to have been removed which now means the tables are hardly used during the day.

Only problem is sun beds reservation buy quests which should be forbidden.

They replied again within a couple of days again stating that the hotel would be closed.

Here like times to attach signs a la "towels are changed only if lying on the floor".

Notice: 
Suspicius - check how many reviews has been written from TA members who wrote only one review - about only this hotel.

The service in the restaurant is slow- in average 12 tables are covered by 7 waiters and it is still general situation that the used plates stay on the table until you ask them to remove them, Coca Cola is being waited for 20 mins and food arrives to the table in a stochastic manner- main course before appetizer.

However, they do state that nobody should be leaving towels or bags as they will be removed.

The only tiny, tiny recommendation is to put "Wet floor signs" in the common toilets and the restaurant and bar area, because they get very slippery when wet.

There is also a sign saying reserving sun beds is strictly forbidden

I came here and first i notice that The double deluxe room is very small , The Cleaning team doesent do a greate job , The Food is Boring same Food every every day . .

Its been a poor show throughout and not somewhere i would class as 5 star as the service certainly was not.

We gave the evening a la carte a miss as others had said it was poor.

It’s not the prettiest of surroundings and the beach is, being honest, very poor.

The food in the Culinarium was particularly poor (the meat was incredibly chewy, most definitely not a tenderloin piece of beef  and my dessert was pretty much raw).

In my opinion, the night shows at the Bar it's a bit poor quality.

Drinks were also of a poor quality with for instance, a gin and tonic being served without lemon or lime.

The entertainment was generally poor and repetitive so we tended to avoid the main bar in the evening.

Cocktails are poor not the variety of what’s on offer but the content 
30 mins wait for dinner this eve (5th May) due to new arrivals to hotel, no booking system put in place and the restaurant had so many uncleared and empty tables - booking system needed urgently!

but generally v poor, cold, poor choice and felt very tired.

Bad weather - particularly early and late season, put something in place for poor weather.

Services by all the staff exelentthe only issue was the night time entertainment very poor for 5 nights out of 7.needs to bring in better acts singers bands ect.Elena was the best

This was a major let town and certainly not worth the £100 + we paid and I would recommend just doing the shopping one to the city (cheaper) and then if you want to do some history and sites do the 'hop on hop off bus'! It was a poor walking tour starting at the old citadel above the city and walking down to the new areas, with little in the way of historical or cultural stops (down some dodgy back streets avoiding the dog poo!)

This is really poor considering how many hours one might lie on them.

The location is poor, being isolated, and there are issues that need to be resolved.

Six of our seven days were impacted by poor weather, this resulted in us spending more time than planned in our room.

Cons:- Found the reception staff very disinterested in any problems and always had to refer to management who were never available at the time which gave a very poor front of hotel service.

The location is poor in terms of the immediate vacinity so if you fancy a stroll after dinner, you have Pasir pool bar for loud music,

Poolside drinks were a bit hit and miss with poor quality spirits and staff who clearly didn't know what was on the cocktail menu, it was also busy at lunchtimes providing  drinks for the diners to.

Room was always clean and soft drinks in fridge topped up regularly and great shower and fab air con .

Hotel room was cleaned to an exceptional standard every day, with fresh towels and bedding.

Housekeeping were lovely and did a great job keeping the room clean during our stay with minimal disturbance.

The room was immaculate, cleaned everyday & the air con was a god send during the extreme heat we experienced.

From the Tui staff, the management down to the ladies who kept our room spotless I must say a big thank you.

Our room was clean and comfortable  and towles and bed linen changed daily  Talking to other residents  some had been to th8s resort several times  We would certainly  like to return as we enjoyed every day of our 2 weeks all inclusive  holiday  Thanks to all the friendly staff

The rooms are kept spotless & are very comfortable.With lovely gardens to walk around too,on the way to the beach or pool.As the hotel is fairly small,all rooms are either ground or first floor,so it’s all very easy to get around (I have mobility problems).

Room was clean, well equipped and thoughtfully laid out.

Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day, usually when we went to breakfast, and we also received a nightly turn down service whilst we ate in the evenings.

The room was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team.

The room was immaculately clean and spacious, and the hot tub really did transform our stay.

Bags were taken to our room- we had a standard room and it was spotless with a huge spacious balcony.

The room was spotless and the hotel grounds itself were very well kept.

Our jacuzzi room was always clean and the housekeeping ladies were always there if you needed anything, the least we can do is thanks hsk Antonia.

The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily and the bed was really comfortable.

The drinks package is 10am to 11pm on local spirits which obvs aren't as strong as premium

Only niggle would be that when drinks were ordered it would be better that they are paid for straight away.

We didn't use the other restaurant as this wasn't included in our half board package and we would have had to pay.

but the manager refused to acknowledge, also any drinks ordered after 11pm had to be paid for, I have done All inclusive in many countries, and this is definitely not an All inclusive hotel, staff were rude, and slow with drinks, you were lucky if u managed to be served 2or 3 in an evening, good job we don’t stay out late.

but breakfast  was never hot, the bits that should have been anyway, Drinks pricey but not far from beaches and bars,  a few mini markets close by at reasonable prices for what they are,  and a big one a little further up the road.

but for what we paid not so bad I don't want to put people off going as I'm sure by summer they would have got the hang of the new system

Expect to pay a cash tourist tax on arrival (we paid 3€ per night for the room).

We’ve seen a few people have ice-creams out of the outside fridge as it doesn’t have any prices on etc and then been forced to pay for them after.

We didn’t hire a car so can’t tell you costs.

We hired a car to get around to town as taxi can be expensive.

but will relax the guests more, so benefit is more than cost
Btw some other hotels in this area have the price of 1 eur/bottle of water in the bar, so you are more expensive.

We had to pay extra for internet access in the room contrary to the brochure information.

Hotel drinks are quite expensive, e.g €4.50 for a large beer,

The layout of the hotel is 2 storey blocks around 2 pools, one of which can only be used by guests who have paid the upgrade cost.

but I find that a bit boring and like to see and do things. We hired a car for the two weeks (from Jet2 - a Nissan Micra was only £110 for the fortnight, although petrol is even more expensive in Halkidiki than it is at home!)

but the answer was a point blank no even though I offered to pay the hotel was not full and don’t understand why this request was declined ?

I don’t know if the Covid extra costs have caused cuts elsewhere

Lovely hotel, we have just got back from a weeks break, rooms are clean and spacious, only downside there was 3 coat hangers each and no draw space or shelves so some items had to stay in the case,

On arrival we were greeted at reception by 2 lovely ladies who were more than helpful and given the keys to our room in block E. The room was spotless, plenty of space for myself and my husband.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms lovely.

Rooms clean & well maintained & bottles of water much appreciated.

House staff leave rooms spotless every day. 4.

The receptionists helped us throughout our stay, the food was great, the room was clean and the location excellent.

The cleaning staff worked very hard to ensure the rooms were tidy and clean at all times.

Other than that the room was spotless and over the week we were very impressed with the cleaners.

The rooms were spotlessly clean with clean towels and bedding at least every three days with tea coffee milk and water along with toiletries replenished every day.

The hotel is beautifully presented in lovely grounds, the swimming pools are stunning and extremely clean and well maintained and the rooms are clean, comfortable and adequate in size.

The housekeeping ladies were always friendly and chatted to us which was nice and left the room clean and tidy, I liked that the linen was pressed and soft.

Our room was clean, newly furbished, spacy with two beds and baby bed.

We stayed here for 2 weeks from the 9th June and had an amazing holiday.lovely rooms and cleaned so good with wonderful grounds also well kept.

The rooms are kept clean with fresh towels and a couple of small bottles of water provided often.

Rooms really clean and air con is on the quiet side.

I would like to praise the extremely friendly staff of the restaurant and cafe, the excellent chef whose dishes my daughter enjoyed, a variety of dishes for everyone's taste, perfectly clean rooms, the wonderful atmosphere by the pool.

The entertainment is poor  in 2 weeks we saw live music twice 
Location is miles from shopping or alternatively bars or restaurants.

The air-conditioning in the room was to say the least very poor.

- shuttle bus has limited times
- Not much around, quite secluded and taxis were expensive 
- Food was quite poor (I'm not fussy),  the only holiday I've been on and not liked any breakfast.

The machine coffee in the morning was poor.

Very poor kids club and afternoon animation, animation team no experience,  low level of activitis for kids and adults.

but we found the entertainment was mostly poor when compared to other hotels.

but limited choice, lunch and dinner were very limited choice and poor quality of what was available.

Also, the air conditioning in the bedroom was very poor, i'm not even sure if it was working properly to be honest

As has been voiced before, the entertainment by the animation team is quite poor.

Place is really clean, rooms cleaned to high standard everyday, entertainment is fun and easy to take or leave, the shuttle bus into both nearby towns was really useful, the children’s pool was very popular with our son- especially when the fountains were turned off for a couple of hours in the afternoon, the beach is lovely, water is clear and quite calm and sand is golden.

Unfortunately the food is terrible at the hotel, the smell of backed up drains greets you every morning and there is no proper food labelling or allergen control.

The sinks back up and there's a strong smell of sewage in the corridors.

However cot was damaged (one side was broken and netting was ripped) and it was absolutely filthy, we wouldn’t have let a dog sleep in it, therefore replacement sent after another walk to reception.

The main down side of this hotel was the location and the food.

I’ve left feeling like a million and one knots have been removed and will be 100% back for the Cretan 70 minutes complete massage and maybe the aloe Vera body wash for my burns.

The bathroom was a bit sad and because of no ventilation a bit mouldy.
