The breakfast is great you get eggs,sausage,biscuits,gravy,waffles,juice,coffee,yogurt,cereal,homefries.

The breakfast now is your standard hotel fare with powdered eggs, sausage, overcooked biscuits, waffle maker,etc.

Poncho does a great job on breakfast and love the coffee.

Breakfast was best I have ever had on a free breakfast bar.

We like the location and the breakfast used to be nice

The hot breakfast buffet was good every morning for us, altho- the second day, the young man on duty ran out of coffee and sugg.

The breakfast is really good for hotel good.

Beds comfortable, room very clean, and breakfast was good-eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits.

I’ve been coming here for years & housekeeping, breakfast staff & guest services are mostly the same employees FOR YEARS!

The breakfast is great and so is Poncho, the gentleman that makes it.

The rooms are always sparkling clean, the hotel is very well maintained, with lots of amenities, like flavored water in the lobby, popcorn and cookies every evening.

Also along the line of food, the hotel offers free popcorn and freshly baked cookies from 7-8 each evening!

And from 7 to 8pm they offer popcorn and fresh baked cookies which was really nice.

They had cookies and popcorn free at 7pm.

Warm cookies and popcorn in the evenings and the best continental breakfast we have ever had.

Breakfast, the evening snacks of cookies & popcorn, along with the flavored water throughout the day was absolutely wonderful.

In addition there are flavored water dispensers throughout the lobby area, and they give away cookies and popcorn at night.

Free coffee, flavored water with popcorn and cookies at 7-8 pm.

Breakfast was awesome and the cookies in the evening were so good.

Coffee/Keirug in the room, wonderful breakfast, popcorn and cookies in the afternoon, great staff.

They also snatched up the free popcorn and chocolate chip cookies offered there.

When we entered the room fake nails were outside our door in the floor.

When sleeping, the clanging sound would wake you up and you might think someone was trying to get in through the door.

The next afternoon we returned from shopping to discover that housekeeping had left our room door propped open after only a mediocre cleaning effort.

It looked like something (prior to our arrival) had spilled near the fridge door and it was not properly cleaned (it was sticky).

We parked 50' directly in front of the front door.. locked it up and was upstairs by 630pm.. 2-2-21 we came down around 915am to find our truck had been stolen.

He proceeded to tell us that they had put a lot of money into repair of elevator, he then said door would close asap, it did not.

.the AC shuts off when the balcony door is open and if your not in the room.

Our only issue is the smoking area they allow at the front door, so when you pull up to load/unload your vehicle, or walk to/from the hotel, you and your car/clothes pick up the nasty smoke smell and it is offending to those of us that don't smoke.

Granted we did leave the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door, which was left on the door by mistake,

We had a room beside the elevator, we heard talking and door slamming all night.

I would say the only bad thing is the doors to the rooms are very heavy

The only complaint we had was the doors to the rooms are very heavy and loud

There was a small amount of mildew starting over the inside bathroom door.

Once in the room we noticed that it had been cleaned and the cleanup crew had obviously opened our balcony door and failed to close it; therefore, the temperature in our room was pretty close the 30's it was on the outside.

The door to the commode opens opposite to the bathroom door and can be annoying during the night.

The only issue we had was on our last night, the people next door decided to have an all out brawl.

Room was dark b/c there was a solid door instead of a window.

There was some noise from the Harley shop next door during the day

As my granddaughter and I was coming back from the pool to our new room, the lady across the hall said they came back from breakfast and their door was standing wide open with no one around .

Our stay was wonderful, thanks to the manager,Vincent,and his great staff there.They are so very friendly and personable,just as if they were our family!!

One of the staff members at the front desk was friendly and helpful and one was not.

The manager Vincent Brozzetti is running a great establishment with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfotable.This is my second stay and I will be back.

As for the hotel, upon entering the lobby was very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly.

This hotel use to have a fabulous breakfast including made to order omelets.

They have a guy who will make you a fresh omelet with your choice of ingredients.

Everything about this hotel was excellent.The room was clean, comfortable and modern.The pool areas are great and the breakfast with the person making omelets was just another bonus.There is no wonder why this hotel gets high marks.

The breakfast in morning is fantastic- waffles to biscuits and gravy to omelets made to order.

Breakfast is spot on with an omelet station, premium coffee and tea drinks, and TONS of choices to eat.

The place was clean, they had popcorn and cookies at night, the breakfast was great including an omelet bar.

The hot food was well prepared and they even had a made to order omelet bar.

I was coming for a 1 day trip to visit friends and was able to secure a room.

Clean rooms and great location.They are remodeling the pool area and putting a new slide in for the pool.

As for the comfort of the room, it was very comfortable.

The staff was friendly, short walk to The Island, and room was clean.

We just made sure to stay clear of the front desk no matter what and the rest of the stay was fine.

"Shanise" at the desk was awesome and helpful.

When my husband indicated that we needed to cancel, they weren’t very apologetic and didn’t try to accommodate us or assist us in anyway.

The staff was very nice and the pool are was nice.

So the employees working there were so free and happy to help with anything.

We like the room, the bed was comfy, the towels plentiful and large.

My group enjoyed great breakfast at the buffet, and I also had the opportunity to use the fitness center.

Take advantage of the buffet at the restaurant also located in the hotel.

They're renovating the restaurant so right now it's in two of their meeting rooms - buffet stations in one room, seating area in another.

Dining: We enjoyed the dinner buffet at the hotel, especially the Prime Rib on Friday.

The buffet nightly is a great dinner option.

Actually, in hindsight it was one of the better buffets we’ve had.

Especially the dinner buffet at Song and Hearth.

We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, bedtime story at the barn, and the food at Song and Hearth was incredible for breakfast and dinner.

We ate at hearth and stone everyday for breakfast.

Breakfast only had a sugary gluten free muffin available for me.

We had breakfast at the Hearth and Song and it was delicious.

The restaurant on-site served a wonderful buffet.

We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the convenience of the shuttles to Dollywood.

OK.  this is my second time visiting Dollywood (1st time Oct2018) and it did not disappoint.

Not having to deal with the parking at Dollywood alone is soooo worth it.

In the area, I doubt there is a better hotel - pretty convenient especially if going to Dollywood as you benefit from use of trolley and the fast pass that they give for free as a guest.

It's the perfect hotel for Dollywood as the trolley service to the park is fantastic, and you get the TimeSaver pass for free when you stay there.

Dollywood: The trolley to and from the park was a great benefit -  Both going to and leaving the park was easy with minimal wait times.

We only live about 2 hours from pigeon forge so we hold season passes to Dollywood.

The Dollywood bus is a brilliant way to get to the park.

You can buy Dollywood / Splash tickets at the resort which includes fast passes and shuttle service.

This was our first trip to Dollywood and it won’t be our last.

My family was thrilled to stay so close to Dollywood at the Dreammore resort.

It is crucial for potential guests and the general public to be aware of the distressing experience we endured at Dollywood Resort and Spa.

-The shuttle to Dollywood is reason enough on its own to stay here.

Dollywood dream more is probably one of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed in.

Staff is friendly and if your going to Dollywood the Tram is great.

The drivers were all so friendly and drove safely, and it was so convenient to get to Dollywood!

The pool is awesome, lots of kids activities including a playground, great dining and just the best ambiance.

The fire pits and the late pool hours are nice touch (along with random programming they have).

Amenities: The outdoor pool area is EXTREMELY nice.

The trolly into Dollywood was so convenient, the pool area is spacious with plenty of seating.

You can order food and drinks at the pool too.

The swimming pool is perfect for small children, the parents can truly relax by pool as they have lifeguards on duty.

Indoor Pool:  nice option for when it storms.

My boys enjoyed the outdoor pool, game room, and camp DW.

The pool and play area are great for kids - and adults.

There's an indoor pool as well as an outdoor one and whirlpool.

Grounds are wonderful, many firepits, large pool, great activities.

We were impressed that the pool has lifeguards to keep all the kiddies safe.

We went during fall break so the rooms were pricey so I was skeptical if it would be worth it.

It is never ok and looks bad on a resort that prides itself on “southern hospitality” to have guests who pay $40 to “premium” park close to the entrance to the resort

We paid $100+ for two adults and a child and maybe ate $20 worth of food each time. 4.

With the delivery fee and taxes, it was $20. Really?

The only options for a sit-down meal were an expensive buffet setting or sitting in the lounge area with a limited menu (not a great place for kids).

For the price I think they need to up their game.

I can’t afford $1,000 hotel weekend price several times a year.

First time there for several days as it is expensive with regular prices.
