but could not sit out much due to the loud A/C unit coming on and off.

The room windows are none opening, with no choice other than having the AC on, every time it started up it was like a car ignition next to the bed, must have been woken up 10- 20 times during the night.

The only reasons why I did not give this a perfect review is because our Air Unit in the room made an awful rattling sound making it hard to sleep.

After the hot water heater was replaced we still didn't have hot water in our jacuzzi.

But by far the worst part is the smell of the room was like an unclean nursing home and the air conditioning was emitting this smell also.

Suggest adding fans in the bathrooms for ventilation and the whole facility needs recycling ♻️ at least for bottles and cans.

There were two small shelves in the unit, and one "grab bar" on the door end.

I told them we would try the AC and then we left and bought air freshener.

The a/c wasn’t very powerful and was quite LOUD all night.

I definitely would have given a 4 if it was not for the old heater.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the heating unit was noisy when the outside temperature dropped.

Our lamp base that should be able to plug your phone into did not work and the bathroom does not have a fan so the mirror fogs up and I had to use the hair dryer to clean it off to see.

Bathroom shower was the only cleanliness concern and ac unit could use some cleaning.

The air conditioning was loud and kept shutting off.

Bathroom is set up very strange with the handle of the shower as you walk in the shower you get freezing cold water until you turn it up.

Air conditioning needed to be replaced as we were woken up at 130 am due to a burning smell.

The air conditioner, in our room, could use cleaning, the air smelled a bit musty

If I had to say find one negative, it is the AC was a little loud and did not regulate the room humidy perfectly during my most recent stay.

The breakfast area had a good selections of foods and was kept neat and clean.

The breakfast offered a nice selection and the staff was very accommodating.

We really liked the lobby and breakfast areas, and, of course, the breakfast buffet.

Great breakfasts in the mornings along with cookies and popcorn in the afternoon.

The breakfast is great and they keep it stocked.

They put out complimentary chocolate chip cookies and popcorn every night, have a complimentary breakfast, and provide complimentary coffee and hot chocolate.

The hot full and delicious breakfast is served each morning by caring and diligent employees in an amazing glassed-in or open dining room area (according  to the weather) is a highlight for all guests!

Breakfast buffet was plentiful - with all the usuals, coffee was so good, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, eggs, juice ….. and we were entertained just outside our room with dozens of geese and ducks - we loved it and fed them every day.

Had popcorn before retiring to our room for the night and it was delicious.

Free breakfast was just ok. I would recommend eating out unless you are into powdered eggs and such,

Wonderful stay from fast, friendly check in, clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast with many hot and cold choices in the new patio dining area with a great view of the river, along with the kind breakfast attendants keeping everything stocked and clean, to popcorn in the evening.

I can tell the recently had renovations the lobby and patio are very nice.

My kid absolutely loved this place - the welcome pack she received at check-in, the Christmas decor, the bear placards for each room, feed dispensers for the ducks, the majestic heron fishing in the river, the nice warm pool, the waffles, chess on the patio, hot chocolate and popcorn by the fire, the books and board games.

We loved the free breakfast and in the evening, we enjoyed the free popcorn hour while sitting around the large fire pit on the patio beside the river.

We enjoyed the patio and the pool while we were there, as well.

We also loved being greeted on our patio by the ducks, geese, and squirrels.

The patio seating for breakfast near the River was very pleasant!

e) This hotel also has a gorgeous open-air seating area overlooking the river, as well as a full outdoor patio.

There are rocking chairs on the patio near the lobby so you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the river, and you can purchase food for 25 cents to feed the ducks, geese, and pigeons that area there.

We loved the first floor patio room on the river.

We had a clean room, comfortable bed, nice pools, quiet patio by the river,  great breakfast, staff we're very pleasant.

The continental breakfast was phenomenal overlooking the river from the patio (which was heated) was just perfect I cannot brag enough on how clean and efficient everything was!

We had a nice view of the river with a patio to relax in the evenings.

We all loved eating on the patio with the ducks.

The whole atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing.

Our room was located on the river/creek side and it was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to it.

A wonderful and relaxing place to spend your time away from the stresses  of life!

The layout and placement of the hotel is perfect as it backs up to the river which makes your stay a little more relaxing when you're winding down from a day of adventure, the views from the riverside balcony is amazing!

The firepit with the rocking chairs is so relaxing and soothing.

Having access to two pools and a hot tub made our stay feel fun and relaxing.

It is the most relaxing, wonderful vacation we take.

The huge fire pit surrounded by wooden rocking chairs next to the river is just so relaxing.

The view from the room, looking at the river, was so relaxing. I could sit there all day +:o)

Although we did not use the fire pit it is a great way to unwind at the end of the night.

For being right in the middle of everything, this is a surprisingly relaxing location.

It is one of the most beautiful, relaxing places my wife and I have ever stayed.

We always stay in the highest priced room, the jacuzzi room so we can relax and unwind.

It was extremely entertaining and relaxing.

We were given a top floor, riverside room with a balcony overlooking the river which felt so private, peaceful and removed from the busy strip and main road, Parkway.

The rooms are cleanest rooms ever, the atmosphere is so peaceful, the breakfast is so good we NEVER eat anywhere else for breakfast.

This was a wonderful relaxing stay in Pigeon Forge.

The rooms offered everything you needed  and the beds were perfect.

The bunk area is hot so I would suggest bring a little fan to help with airflow in the alcove bunk room.

The air conditioner only worked half the time.

Beds are terrible, ac units do not cool rooms .

Strange smell, room was dampish, fan in bathroom very loud, etc.

Not to mention the water damage around the AC unit that they just slapped paint on.

Our AC unit kept rattling off and on throughout the night.

Room 1206 air conditioner not good at all.

but could have been improved by switching it up from day to day and offering some different options.

The air conditioner had mold all over it.

but our floor was wet by air conditioner.

Mold throughout the room - under the a/c unit and in the shower.

The unit in the room you couldn't keep the front on it.

He showed up rather quickly and determined we need a whole new unit and we were given the option to move rooms.

Too bad their isn’t some kind of sensor to alert the desk.

The maintenance man said well looks like it needs a new unit, this one is burnt up so within 25 mins we had a brand new air unit in our room!

The rooms smell of mold, the beds are hard, the AC units have mold.

but couldn’t help noticing the ceiling fan each time we descended the stairs.

(Not closing the pool area for really no reason, hot tub and better working A/C).

All amenities except the pool/slides are extra including breakfast AND coffee.

however they served samples of their delicious gourmet popcorn while we waited.

This was one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've had in the area and a shame they got rid of it.

Also last time we went we had a free breakfast buffet which is awesome for a family of 4, now it’s gone and they recommend going to the pancake restaurant near the hotel.

At the time we were there breakfast was still included and was pretty good.

What used to be a family friendly hotel with a wonderful buffet styled breakfast is just after making the most money as possible.

Be prepared to spend a lot of money to stay, and then spend a lot of money on coffee and breakfast at the cafe in the lobby.

We booked a couple months in advance through a third party and listed on the stay was all the things we were familiar with from a previous stay in Dec (microwave, coffee in room, and the breakfast buffet).

Now the breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was nice.

The breakfast was delicious and offered great amounts of food !!

Wonderful beds, clean rooms, wonderful place rain or shine for the kiddos to get out some energy.

Staff was very customer service oriented rooms spacious and clean  we really liked that we had two televisions in the room  my husband was able to enjoy his sports and I enjoyed my shows,also the bed and pillow were very comfy we even stayed an extra day very reasonably priced.

The sheets were clean and the bathroom had plenty of towels.

I booked a special room for my daughter's birthday a month in advance, paying extra for a room with five beds and a kids' theme.

Both of my kids really enjoyed their time at the hotel.

Treehouse suite with scavenger hunts, kids loved every second!

This place ruined my son’s birthday trip.

If you want a family hotel targeting age toddler to 11, this is a good place.

We enjoyed out visit so much, especially the kids.

Pretty much something to do for kids of any age.

All the kids were happy and that's what matter most!

Well good thing we won’t teach our children to stay inside a building when the alarms go off, because there was an actual small kitchen fire and the fire department did come.

If you have kids this is the place to stay and it's close to everything! !

My teens loved the two waterslides and there was also a splash area for smaller children.

This resort is really built around the kids and made it great and fun for all ages.

The views of the mountains and waterpark from the room balcony were spectacular!

Didn't want to find me a new room or give me any discounts.

Two positives from our stay: water park is nice (except now the pool is closed due to broken filter) and the new rooms are cute.

We then received a text near 8pm that our room was ready.

The coffe pot in the room would be great and microwave.

We arrived 2 hours early after traveling 8 hours and they had a room available for us

Room was ok and spacious, two queen beds w a couch.

Great Location, great staff, good size rooms.

After we clean the room we noticed the beds was very nasty under the blankets.

At 2:30am someone was smoking Marijuana outside our room.

but the smell in the eating area is so bad that no one eats there.

Very clean other than a bit of wet carpet smell in the hallways as it's a water resort that's expected.

I could not get passed the smell and had to wash everything once I was home.

Several days our towels smelled like they were left in the washer too long.

I witness a little girl unconscious,  not breathing, and at deaths door due to her drowning in the 4ft swimming pool.
