The breakfast is great you get eggs,sausage,biscuits,gravy,waffles,juice,coffee,yogurt,cereal,homefries.

The breakfast now is your standard hotel fare with powdered eggs, sausage, overcooked biscuits, waffle maker,etc.

Poncho does a great job on breakfast and love the coffee.

Breakfast was best I have ever had on a free breakfast bar.

Eggs come from some kind of bag that they throw in the microwave and warm up.

We like the location and the breakfast used to be nice

But breakfast is much more in line with a Hampton Inn where before it was excellent with an omelette bar.

And we came out of a morning to go to breakfast and a young cleaning   lady was in the floor eating her biscuit at the elevator .I don’t care we’re your from you don’t eat in floor  at the elevator we’re you work.

In fact, i observed the GM pitching in w/ his attendant serving breakfast every morning.

The breakfast is really good for hotel good.

Beds comfortable, room very clean, and breakfast was good-eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits.

I’ve been coming here for years & housekeeping, breakfast staff & guest services are mostly the same employees FOR YEARS!

The breakfast is great and so is Poncho, the gentleman that makes it.

The staff  was friendly and the breakfast was  excellent
compared to other places we have stayed in Pigeon Forge, the Clarion is great.

Breakfast area was clean and well stocked with all the typical items for this chain.

Although the breakfast each morning smelled
Delicious I didn’t eat because I don’t normally eat until 11:00 or so.

The safety arm latch on the door was completely broken off, some wallpaper was peeling, the hot water was nowhere near hot enough, the furniture had worn marks, the shower curtain had holes and stains on it and was too short for the shower.

In the first offered room, we found an open balcony door and bugs flying around.

When we entered the room fake nails were outside our door in the floor.

When sleeping, the clanging sound would wake you up and you might think someone was trying to get in through the door.

The next afternoon we returned from shopping to discover that housekeeping had left our room door propped open after only a mediocre cleaning effort.

Also there was a piece of candy beside the door when I arrived and it was still there 3 days later.

We put our wet towels outside of the door and received fresh everyday.

It looked like something (prior to our arrival) had spilled near the fridge door and it was not properly cleaned (it was sticky).

Our balcony was on the backside of the hotel so our view was of the next door property’s overfilled dumpster.

I would think if a Hotel new there was this much criminal activity in the area they would have more than 1 outside security camera that could see past the front door .

.the AC shuts off when the balcony door is open and if your not in the room.

Our only issue is the smoking area they allow at the front door, so when you pull up to load/unload your vehicle, or walk to/from the hotel, you and your car/clothes pick up the nasty smoke smell and it is offending to those of us that don't smoke.

Probably because the employees were smoking right outside the front door.

Granted we did leave the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door, which was left on the door by mistake,

We had a room beside the elevator, we heard talking and door slamming all night.

I would say the only bad thing is the doors to the rooms are very heavy

The only complaint we had was the doors to the rooms are very heavy and loud

It's great that it includes breakfast (and you can request real eggs at the omelet station. ).

There was the best apple cider ready for you as soon as you walked in the lobby and the staff were all caring.

They were extremely hyper aggressive and pushy my intention was to have a good healthy conversation and move on from there.

They have delicious pastries, bread for toasting, waffle irons, cold cereal and beverage buffet.

The included breakfast is filling and varied.

Breakfast selection was great - fruit, hot items, bakery items and an omelette station plus juices and coffee.

Singing with Santa, cookies and of course, omelet station at breakfast were all wonderful.

The only happy and nice employee we ran into was the man who made the omelets and the lady cleaning the breakfast tables off, the rest need retrained in customer service.

Breakfast Buffett was very plentiful and delish!

The staff are welcoming, the rooms are clean and perfect, the pools were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast was super good with many selections to choose from.

The breakfast is still great and my granddaughter loved seeing Santa at Breakfast.

The Inn at Christmas Place

but could not sit out much due to the loud A/C unit coming on and off.

The room windows are none opening, with no choice other than having the AC on, every time it started up it was like a car ignition next to the bed, must have been woken up 10- 20 times during the night.

The only reasons why I did not give this a perfect review is because our Air Unit in the room made an awful rattling sound making it hard to sleep.

After the hot water heater was replaced we still didn't have hot water in our jacuzzi.

But by far the worst part is the smell of the room was like an unclean nursing home and the air conditioning was emitting this smell also.

Suggest adding fans in the bathrooms for ventilation and the whole facility needs recycling ♻️ at least for bottles and cans.

The HVAC unit didn't get much use as I simply kept switching on the fireplace while in the room (it is on a timer that lasts approx.

I told them we would try the AC and then we left and bought air freshener.

The a/c wasn’t very powerful and was quite LOUD all night.

I definitely would have given a 4 if it was not for the old heater.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the heating unit was noisy when the outside temperature dropped.

Our lamp base that should be able to plug your phone into did not work and the bathroom does not have a fan so the mirror fogs up and I had to use the hair dryer to clean it off to see.

Bathroom shower was the only cleanliness concern and ac unit could use some cleaning.

The air conditioning was loud and kept shutting off.

Bathroom is set up very strange with the handle of the shower as you walk in the shower you get freezing cold water until you turn it up.

though the maintenance replaced the air conditioning it still wasn’t effective.

The vanity is more like a shelving unit with legs which may not be the best design for a hotel room.

The breakfast area had a good selections of foods and was kept neat and clean.

The breakfast offered a nice selection and the staff was very accommodating.

We really liked the lobby and breakfast areas, and, of course, the breakfast buffet.

Great breakfasts in the mornings along with cookies and popcorn in the afternoon.

The breakfast is great and they keep it stocked.

They put out complimentary chocolate chip cookies and popcorn every night, have a complimentary breakfast, and provide complimentary coffee and hot chocolate.

The hot full and delicious breakfast is served each morning by caring and diligent employees in an amazing glassed-in or open dining room area (according  to the weather) is a highlight for all guests!

Breakfast buffet was plentiful - with all the usuals, coffee was so good, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, eggs, juice ….. and we were entertained just outside our room with dozens of geese and ducks - we loved it and fed them every day.

Had popcorn before retiring to our room for the night and it was delicious.

Free breakfast was just ok. I would recommend eating out unless you are into powdered eggs and such,

The bunk area is hot so I would suggest bring a little fan to help with airflow in the alcove bunk room.

The air conditioner only worked half the time.

Beds are terrible, ac units do not cool rooms .

Strange smell, room was dampish, fan in bathroom very loud, etc.

Not to mention the water damage around the AC unit that they just slapped paint on.

Our AC unit kept rattling off and on throughout the night.

Room 1206 air conditioner not good at all.

but could have been improved by switching it up from day to day and offering some different options.

The air conditioner had mold all over it.

but our floor was wet by air conditioner.

Mold throughout the room - under the a/c unit and in the shower.

The unit in the room you couldn't keep the front on it.

He showed up rather quickly and determined we need a whole new unit and we were given the option to move rooms.

Too bad their isn’t some kind of sensor to alert the desk.

The maintenance man said well looks like it needs a new unit, this one is burnt up so within 25 mins we had a brand new air unit in our room!

The rooms smell of mold, the beds are hard, the AC units have mold.

but couldn’t help noticing the ceiling fan each time we descended the stairs.

(Not closing the pool area for really no reason, hot tub and better working A/C).

All amenities except the pool/slides are extra including breakfast AND coffee.

however they served samples of their delicious gourmet popcorn while we waited.

This was one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've had in the area and a shame they got rid of it.

Also last time we went we had a free breakfast buffet which is awesome for a family of 4, now it’s gone and they recommend going to the pancake restaurant near the hotel.

At the time we were there breakfast was still included and was pretty good.

What used to be a family friendly hotel with a wonderful buffet styled breakfast is just after making the most money as possible.

Be prepared to spend a lot of money to stay, and then spend a lot of money on coffee and breakfast at the cafe in the lobby.

We booked a couple months in advance through a third party and listed on the stay was all the things we were familiar with from a previous stay in Dec (microwave, coffee in room, and the breakfast buffet).

Now the breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was nice.

The breakfast was delicious and offered great amounts of food !!

After we clean the room we noticed the beds was very nasty under the blankets.

At 2:30am someone was smoking Marijuana outside our room.

but the smell in the eating area is so bad that no one eats there.

Very clean other than a bit of wet carpet smell in the hallways as it's a water resort that's expected.

I could not get passed the smell and had to wash everything once I was home.

Several days our towels smelled like they were left in the washer too long.

I witness a little girl unconscious,  not breathing, and at deaths door due to her drowning in the 4ft swimming pool.

Upon arrival our room smelled like nothing

The toilet had dried up urine running down the front of it and the inside had a dark ring.

That is when I discovered that the steps and floor in the stairwell are absolutely filthy.

There is also an older smaller outdoor pool that did have a mildew smell

The ONLY thing I have such a hard time with at this property is how many disrespectful people come to a family resort and smoke marijuana in their room or balcony.

The room smells moldy , refrigerator was so loud that you can’t sleep , ac smells as well.. the internet don’t work at all and tv channels don’t work !!

The room was nasty and smelled like strong urine.

You could smell how clean it was and not that pine sol smell either.

The hot breakfast was good with several tables and chairs to enjoy your food.

Has a variety of breakfast food to choose from.

The breakfast cafe was well stocked and the food was hot and delicious.

They offered breakfast each morning, which was a plus.

It's very deceptive as the breakfast building and acquired other hotel building is outback of the original with a small tunnel to access both

We usually stay here when in this area, it is close to everything we need, plenty of parking,  nice breakfast, safe place to stay, clean, reliable hotel.

I have traveled quite frequently with my grand sons, and they have enjoyed all the accommodations they have like the pool with several to choose from  and they really love the hot breakfast that they offer.

The facility could use additional signage to breakfast area and a lobby restroom would be a plus.

The hot breakfast is well worth it; eggs/sausage, bakery goods, cereal, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea and do-your-own waffles.

The pool was clean and breakfast was great with many choices, it was super clean and the eggs and sausage were delicious!! !

They need a larger breakfast area to accommodate all the guest they have.

Very clean rooms; delicious breakfast with plenty of choices; desk staff & cleaning crew were all helpful and pleasant; maintenance crew was quick to respond when the tv remote wasn't working properly.

A separate building served the morning breakfast.

My husband plugged the tv in and the outlet started to spark & smoke and the lights shorted out!

On night 2 the sewer backed up in the sink as I was getting ready and got on me and my belongings.

Pool by our room was cloudy maybe need some chemicals.

Both nights I was there the hallway reeked of weed.

Room had an awful odor and extremely dirty and dark feeling.

We were in an old, dirty room, with leaky faucet, and mold in the bathroom and water stains on the ceiling;

Enormous amounts of chlorine in the indoor pool in a mostly failed attempt to mask the filth and nastiness.

The only turn off was the odor in the room, we left the bathroom exhaust fan on and the air conditioner on high to deal with the odor.

Very smelly (mold, musty, disgusting) initial room.

I was a little disappointed in what looked like mold around the top of the shower.

It smelled like an unclean nursing home in that room.

We also had a slow drain which I am assuming was due to hair being stuck in the drain.

Next room smelled like cigarette smoke, so we had to get another room for that one also.

We had one lightbulb out over the vanity and during the night the bathroom light burned out.

The room was smelly the mattress was worn out with a dip in the middle and the toilet ran all night.

The room smelled so bad, the staff couldn’t help at all bc they were so far away, they wouldn’t bring anything requested.

The weekend quests  sat on the tailgates of their Pickups smoking and drinking at night,  loud.

Smell in back building and didn’t offer to help correct it.

Since we were only there one night it was ok. Breakfast was good lots of choices.

We had the free breakfast the first day we were there and only took biscuits the last morning.

In the dining room breakfast bar nothing special.

Typical cold, yucky hotel breakfast with stale bagels, muffins, rubber eggs, and super thick oatmeal.

We loved our room and breakfast was great.

Hot breakfast includes waffles, omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, with both hot and cold options,

Nice views from most of the rooms and a good breakfast selection.

It was one of the best breakfast we ever got in Hampton's.

Breakfast was very nice - eggs sausage, cereals, waffle iron, orange juice was provided.

The ladies who took care of the breakfast area were hustling to keep everything stocked and clean - great job.

We left the room A LOT cleaner then we found it.

Someone was vacuuming the hall at 11 p.m.. they stopped after my husband called the office.

Lastly, this Hampton smells so good, I don't know if it was something used for cleaning or what!

Only offered to send housekeeping to clean the bathroom.

Which means you had to go down to collect your own towels, toilet paper etc , and no one collected trash or changed bedding so basically you were on your own there was no house cleaning service except clean your room when you leave .

My big problem and it is huge for me is that during the pandemic the hotel did not clean the occupied rooms.

There will be No cleaning of rooms or changing of bed linen.

Provide housekeeping when someone is paying hotel prices.

Finally was given a room (not the one they were waiting on to be cleaned).

Also, this is one fo the few that are not offering housekeeping service

Housekeeping is still limited due to Covid-19,

Due to Covid, they are not currently cleaning the rooms unless you request it.

With a cut in housekeeping, then linens and trash were not being picked up regularly and overall was very concerned about if/when/ how much public areas were being cleaned and sanitized.

The duvet cover was very heavy & hot for sleeping so they arranged to have housekeeping bring us a blanket to use.

No industrial cleaning smell or fake flowery spray smell.

but also noticed a vacum leaner so I decided it was getting cleaned soon.I waited for the front desk to get done with customers in front of me.

the carpet looks like it has been down for years and never cleaned.
