The breakfast is great you get eggs,sausage,biscuits,gravy,waffles,juice,coffee,yogurt,cereal,homefries.

The breakfast now is your standard hotel fare with powdered eggs, sausage, overcooked biscuits, waffle maker,etc.

Poncho does a great job on breakfast and love the coffee.

Breakfast was best I have ever had on a free breakfast bar.

We like the location and the breakfast used to be nice

The hot breakfast buffet was good every morning for us, altho- the second day, the young man on duty ran out of coffee and sugg.

The breakfast is really good for hotel good.

Beds comfortable, room very clean, and breakfast was good-eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits.

I’ve been coming here for years & housekeeping, breakfast staff & guest services are mostly the same employees FOR YEARS!

The breakfast is great and so is Poncho, the gentleman that makes it.

The staff  was friendly and the breakfast was  excellent
compared to other places we have stayed in Pigeon Forge, the Clarion is great.

The rooms are always sparkling clean, the hotel is very well maintained, with lots of amenities, like flavored water in the lobby, popcorn and cookies every evening.

Also along the line of food, the hotel offers free popcorn and freshly baked cookies from 7-8 each evening!

And from 7 to 8pm they offer popcorn and fresh baked cookies which was really nice.

They had cookies and popcorn free at 7pm.

Warm cookies and popcorn in the evenings and the best continental breakfast we have ever had.

Breakfast, the evening snacks of cookies & popcorn, along with the flavored water throughout the day was absolutely wonderful.

In addition there are flavored water dispensers throughout the lobby area, and they give away cookies and popcorn at night.

Free coffee, flavored water with popcorn and cookies at 7-8 pm.

Breakfast was awesome and the cookies in the evening were so good.

Coffee/Keirug in the room, wonderful breakfast, popcorn and cookies in the afternoon, great staff.

They also snatched up the free popcorn and chocolate chip cookies offered there.

When we entered the room fake nails were outside our door in the floor.

When sleeping, the clanging sound would wake you up and you might think someone was trying to get in through the door.

The next afternoon we returned from shopping to discover that housekeeping had left our room door propped open after only a mediocre cleaning effort.

It looked like something (prior to our arrival) had spilled near the fridge door and it was not properly cleaned (it was sticky).

We parked 50' directly in front of the front door.. locked it up and was upstairs by 630pm.. 2-2-21 we came down around 915am to find our truck had been stolen.

He proceeded to tell us that they had put a lot of money into repair of elevator, he then said door would close asap, it did not.

.the AC shuts off when the balcony door is open and if your not in the room.

Our only issue is the smoking area they allow at the front door, so when you pull up to load/unload your vehicle, or walk to/from the hotel, you and your car/clothes pick up the nasty smoke smell and it is offending to those of us that don't smoke.

Granted we did leave the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door, which was left on the door by mistake,

We had a room beside the elevator, we heard talking and door slamming all night.

I would say the only bad thing is the doors to the rooms are very heavy

The only complaint we had was the doors to the rooms are very heavy and loud

There was a small amount of mildew starting over the inside bathroom door.

Once in the room we noticed that it had been cleaned and the cleanup crew had obviously opened our balcony door and failed to close it; therefore, the temperature in our room was pretty close the 30's it was on the outside.

The door to the commode opens opposite to the bathroom door and can be annoying during the night.

The only issue we had was on our last night, the people next door decided to have an all out brawl.

Room was dark b/c there was a solid door instead of a window.

There was some noise from the Harley shop next door during the day

As my granddaughter and I was coming back from the pool to our new room, the lady across the hall said they came back from breakfast and their door was standing wide open with no one around .

Our stay was wonderful, thanks to the manager,Vincent,and his great staff there.They are so very friendly and personable,just as if they were our family!!

One of the staff members at the front desk was friendly and helpful and one was not.

The manager Vincent Brozzetti is running a great establishment with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfotable.This is my second stay and I will be back.

As for the hotel, upon entering the lobby was very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly.

This hotel use to have a fabulous breakfast including made to order omelets.

They have a guy who will make you a fresh omelet with your choice of ingredients.

Everything about this hotel was excellent.The room was clean, comfortable and modern.The pool areas are great and the breakfast with the person making omelets was just another bonus.There is no wonder why this hotel gets high marks.

The breakfast in morning is fantastic- waffles to biscuits and gravy to omelets made to order.

Breakfast is spot on with an omelet station, premium coffee and tea drinks, and TONS of choices to eat.

The place was clean, they had popcorn and cookies at night, the breakfast was great including an omelet bar.

The hot food was well prepared and they even had a made to order omelet bar.

We booked this room because there were so many reviews about the “amazing view” of the mountains.

Room included a mini fridge and microwave and safe.

We had already pay for room and had it booked months before trip!

Love they had a Keurig coffee maker in the room .

I was coming for a 1 day trip to visit friends and was able to secure a room.

Clean rooms and great location.They are remodeling the pool area and putting a new slide in for the pool.

As for the comfort of the room, it was very comfortable.

Not sure if every room was in this condition or not as the entrance to the hotel was very nice and welcoming.

The staff was friendly, short walk to The Island, and room was clean.

We just made sure to stay clear of the front desk no matter what and the rest of the stay was fine.

"Shanise" at the desk was awesome and helpful.

When my husband indicated that we needed to cancel, they weren’t very apologetic and didn’t try to accommodate us or assist us in anyway.

The staff was very nice and the pool are was nice.

So the employees working there were so free and happy to help with anything.

The staff was amazing and what made our stay the best.

The staff at check in were all super nice so that was good .

The day clerk maybe was more efficient, the trade off was her less than sunny disposition.

It's great that it includes breakfast (and you can request real eggs at the omelet station. ).

There was the best apple cider ready for you as soon as you walked in the lobby and the staff were all caring.

They were extremely hyper aggressive and pushy my intention was to have a good healthy conversation and move on from there.

They have delicious pastries, bread for toasting, waffle irons, cold cereal and beverage buffet.

The included breakfast is filling and varied.

Breakfast selection was great - fruit, hot items, bakery items and an omelette station plus juices and coffee.

Singing with Santa, cookies and of course, omelet station at breakfast were all wonderful.

The only happy and nice employee we ran into was the man who made the omelets and the lady cleaning the breakfast tables off, the rest need retrained in customer service.

Breakfast Buffett was very plentiful and delish!

The staff are welcoming, the rooms are clean and perfect, the pools were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious.

I can’t say enough positive things about this property.

The check in was quick and painless and we were given a Christmas ornament as a welcome plus fresh cookies - we then saw that Santa was putting on a concert in the lounge downstairs which was a really nice start to our trip.

Complimentary coffee, lemonade (summer) , cider( fall and winter) and delicious cookies add an extra special homey touch .

I went to get cookies one night and the worker huffed like I was bothering him.

Free Wi-Fi, free parking, free breakfast,  complimentary coffee all along the day, free cookies nightly.

They serve cookies in the lobby every night.

There are cookies at 8:00pm and coffee and cider all day.

The room: Yes, it is true that they give fresh baked cookies in the lobby,

Warm Apple Cider and cookies each night - Breakfast Buffet each morning and coffee available all day.

The first night we got there we could roast marshmallows on their outdoor fire if we choose and they offered us fresh cookies each evening.

I'm not sure if we will be back based on our first stay as we have had better stays at chain-hotels and AirBnBs than we had here -- minus, of course, the overarching Christmas theme and some of the amenities (Santa, free cookies, etc).

The decor is absolutely beautiful and amazing.

but the Inn was so cozy and cute, with activities for the kids, that lots of people just sat and enjoyed the fireplace and the trees and the hot cocoa (and coffee).

There was a gentleman opening the door for you as soon as you walked in with beautiful Christmas decorations all around you.

We have always had a great experience and it is decorated beautifully.

The entire hotel is decorated with Christmas decor.

The door greeters are always friendly and the staff behind the scenes always seem nice.

You can tell they take pride in their job and everything is beautifully decorated.

The level of decor was top notch, the type you'd see in a high scale department store and many different themes and styles.

We love the atmosphere, friendly staff and many amenities they offer.

All rooms and every floor display artwork and Christmas decorations.

Our family also did both of the online scavenger hunts and had fun exploring the decor in the evenings.

The hotel is very cozy and lives up to it's Christmas name.

You will be in awe of all the beautiful Christmas decor from floor to ceiling.

From the decorations to the staff, they take it seriously.

I have been wanting to visit this hotel since I was little girl and it did not disappoint.

My toddler son loved the splash pad and the slide at the pool.

Even brought the the kids one summer so they can experience "Christmas in June".

This is also a family resort, so there will be kids.

Now as my children are getting older, they look forward to their yearly visit to “Santa’s House”

Santa brought out the child in both of us.

It is an excellent hotel to stay for families with children.

Due to it being the holidays and lots of planning, I didn't want to disappoint my two children so I took them myself.

If you have kids, this is a must experience.

We wanted to to surprise our kids and it was definitely the opposite.

but I will save it for another review when I go back with my grandchildren.

Our son loved him and he was so friendly to all of the children.

My son played his guitar out there in the evening.

If you love Christmas, have kids who love Christmas, or are looking for a hotel that really takes care of its guests - choose the Inn at Christmas Place!

Our daughter got a nice prize for completing.
