I asked for the pictures to be changed as this was misleading.

It was not cool to wore wrinkled clothes when I went to the meeting.

Could be used as a business stop- over, not for meetings.

Although we still paid a normal price, there was no warm water the first evening and the second evening the toilet wasn't working.

My husband went out in dark to find taps for extra water so that we could at least flush the toilet.Very early the next morning I found the owner and she said we could use another toilet in the main building.

Unfortunately for us we could not sleep as there was a party in the neighbourhood which kept us up until the early hours of the morning.

The owner should consider remote installed for the gates as room 3 parking was unsafe when reversing out into a main road, and getting out to close the gate.

The rooms are clean and we are able to take out dog with us which is important to us.

A good choice for travellers wanting a clean room halfway between Cape Town and Johannesburg.

The aircon was broken, there are no cupboards and there is a very dicey and wobbly sliding door between the toilet and main room which one must be careful not to dislodge.

Not great due to noisy neighbours right next door.

We only arrived after 7 (due to excessive rains on our way to Colesberg) and were told the restaurant closes at 8.

Large swimming pool (a bit fresh at this time ^^), bring your towels.

Apparently the manageress  alots 2 sachets per room , and no fresh milk,

The staff/owners are very friendly and helpful, Our room was clean and very affordable, with a great view right on the Orange River bank.

Rooms r very clean and they r willing to accommodate vegans - they even cooked 3 meals for my dogs - never disappointed and I have stayed here 4 times.

The only issue was that the double bed mattress creaked.

So drive for 6-7 hours up to Gariep Dam and pay only R230 for a bed to sleep for 8-10 hours, Next day you are fresh for the balance of the trip.

The rooms with the single beds could have had a bedside lamp.

but she told me that they were close and I could not stay there because I was late, so I have to stay in another facility.

This venue is very basic, comprising of very limited facilities.

Basic sleeping accommodation with no air conditioning in a very hot environment.
