Everything from the well equipped apartment to bedding to the magnificent view of the mountains of Alpbach.

I could go on about the cute apartments, comfortable beds, relaxing sauna, absolutely beautiful location (I mean..seriously incredible), or all the other great perks like the carefully thought-out and prepared breakfast spread,

The rooms are lovely, beds are so comfy, and the rooms are cleaned everyday.

The beds are extremely comfortable with soft warm duvets, and comfy pillows.

I can see why this is the highest rated bed and breakfast in Alpbach.

Bed space was ample, bedding was clean, elegant and comfortable, fully functional kitchen, family dining area, beautiful balconies with extraordinary views.

We just loved sitting outside the room watching the fluffy white clouds drifting up and down the valley and planning our walks.

Our two rooms had spectacular views of the village, they were absolutely spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Martina is so sweet and ensures your massage is exactly what you need after some aches and pains of skiing.

The beds are extremely comfortable, just what you need after a hard day on the slopes!

We stayed in Apartments 4/5 which included a double bed and queen bed with a small kitchen, balcony, and a great view.

The beds were very comfortable especially after a days skiing!

I could definitely advise the apartments to a big family with kids or to a company of young couples who come to the area to ski or hike, since there are two bedrooms and also a bed in the living room.

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast located outside of Alpbach.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds incredibly comfortable and breakfast is hearty and fresh.

She provides baked good for breakfast if needed.

There is a large and plentiful buffet with made cakes and plenty of fruits, yogurt, cheese, meats, musli, cereals, etc..  Every day starts this wonderful and just gets better from there.

Breakfast offers everything you could want from continental to full cooked service, you won't go lacking or hungry.

Her house is immaculate, her service is 5* and her breakfasts are the best.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony and the breakfast service was just excellent.

Breakfasts were wonderful and Frau Moser's hospitality was the best.

Hospitality of the host, frau Moser is beyond describing, the place itself is very neat, hygiene is of the highest level, breakfast very tasty and for all tastes.

Our conversations with her over breakfast gave us an insight and appreciation of the local culture and life in Alpbach.

Breakfast was excellent and with the Rossmoos just 5 mins up the road meals were close by.

For us, B&B Bergwald is probably the best place to stay at in Alpbach if you like things quiet (it is away from the town center) and wish to enjoy the wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.

It takes about 5 minutes' drive to reach the centre of Alpbach and as a result is wonderfully quiet with amazing views over the surrounding mountains and down on to Alpbach village.

It is set among picture postcard beauty, emerald  green farmland, mountains in the distance, cows grazing - their bells making soft music, on a relatively quiet road.

but it is worth it for the views and quiet.

This is the perfect place for those who love peace and quiet, fabulous walking, and need a beautifully appointed B&B, well equipped for walkers, with a really caring hostess.

The peace, the quiet and the warmth of the hospitality is all you need for a fabulous holiday.

Our room was quiet and sleeping restfully came with ease.

Although the area was covered with high clouds for much of our stay, the winds were calm and the quiet and solitude was remarkable.

It is located a bit outside of the village, so very quiet (a 20-or so minutes walk from the village center).

The slopes were fairly quiet after 5th Jan, I think the children all went back to school around this time perhaps.

If you search a place for quiet vacation, Bergwald is the place for you.

It is so quiet and the guests in the Haus are always so lovely.

Katarina operates an honesty bar which is well stocked and prices are good. Our first night was a bit disturbed by a group of lively gents making the most of the warm weather and enjoying drinks outside 'til the early hours

If you need a dinner reservation anywhere or a recommendation it is immediately organised and all of her recommendations reached the same very high standards as Bergwald itself.

Katharina is an excellent host:  customer oriented, full of hospitably, provided us precious information about the restaurants, the ski slopes and the surroundings.

Ski resort is about a 5 minute drive down the village, there are plenty of restaurants in the village, it is beautiful to walk around.

Katherina recommends a restaurant run by her family called Rossmos (not sure I am spelling it correctly) which is a 3 minute walk from the property.

The village is a bit of a hike and we found it best to go by car if eating there in the evening.

From ensuring we had everything we needed for breakfast, to letting us know about local events and places to see, to organising restaurant reservations.

It has a large restaurant with huge outdoor decking, tables chairs, lounges.

We took her recommendation of eating our dinners at the nearby Rossmoos restaurant a few minutes walk down the road and we would highly recommend that.

but the walk back after a lovely meal out is beautiful and not a drawback at all.

The kitchen has all you need to cook an evening meal,

A full beverage pantry was a blessed convenience.

Restaurant Rossmoos nearby is closest and offers beautiful views over the valley.

We enjoyed an authentic Austrian dinner at the Roosmoos, as recommended and were very pleased!!

And great breakfast with genuine scrambled eggs and a spread range of local fresh delicious foods, like  cheese, bread, milk, yoghurt, fruits and much more.

The Rossmoos restaurant, just 10 minutes up the road is an excellent place for dinner, we recommend the venison with cranberry sauce and red cabbage. .

Each morning at breakfast a news sheet listed optional activities and walks etc.

The extensive activity programme this year included yoga, pilates as well as guided walks and wine tasting which meant that even on the occasional wet day there was plenty to do.

Everything you could ask for this hotel has, from a pillow menu, extra curricular activities to the superb food, and not forgetting the very helpful and friendly staff.

The facilities at the hotel are fantastic; from a games room, to a gym, pool and sauna/steam rooms.

And Hannes the wine sommelier is at the top of his game and he know so much about the wine they have on offer.

There is a very good gymn and daily activity classes as well as an indoor/outdoor pool.

There's a wide range of activities arranged by the hotel (guided walks, talks, spa treatments etc.

The Boglerhof provides a wide-range of activities such as cooking classes, snowshoeing, wine tasting, and guided hikes.

Facilities are top notch with a well equipped gym, numerous types of sauna and an activity programme which includes guided walks and wine tasting amongst others.

The hotel offers its guests several guided walks a week as wall as some fitness activities.

On the positive note, we were given a tasty free starter consisting of various bread rolls with spreads, and afterwards a small desert of ferrero-rocher type white and milk chocolate balls covered in coconut shavings.

Nice, family friendly hotel with restaurant, indoor/outdoor pool, gym, sauna, small playground, game room and reading room.

The Boglerhof always manages to lift the experience by providing great service and comprehensive meals and activities.

Many activities are organised to add a bit of glamour to what is usually just a ski holiday.

The bar just inside from the pool was also a quiet area and had a few board games.

Nikki, the bar manager, looked after us really well.

We returned a couple of days later for supper in the bar.

Loved sitting in the bar in the evening by the fire.

Large wall flat screen TV, concealed lighting, double wardrobes with lots of space, a safe, a small mini bar fridge.

The bar area is also really nice to sit in and we had a club sandwich here on our last day which was really tasty and high quality, cocktails we had at the bar were also very well made.

We especially loved the plentiful salad bar and the late dinner/ afternoon tea which was most welcome after a very long mornings walk.

A small lunch is served in the bar from 2:30 till 4.00 each day 
Dinner a 5 course Michelin star dinner with some of the best food I have eaten.

We enjoyed the cozy Bibliothek and the bar (wonderfull Mary Pickford cocktail!).

There is a large bar and lounge area that is open from 10 am - midnight.

They also provide a plethora of children's programs like face painting, arts and crafts etc..

For me it was nice to relax at the bar with a drink and book near the fireplace before dinner.

The bar is warm and cosy with a good selection of drinks.

There is a diverse choice of main courses at dinner which you can supplement with fully stocked salad bar.

The price of drinks are very reasonable and the bar staff are very friendly and attentive.

The quality of the ingredients were excellent and we particularly loved the salad bar each day.

A beautiful bar, great spa (indoor to outdoor pool) and sauna - luxury!

We paid the half-board rate to get breakfast and dinner included.

We were on the gourmet rate which includes delicious breakfast with lots of choice and eggs cooked to order.

The breakfast buffet is huge, with everything you could possibly want, and there is a breakfast chef on hand to cook your eggs as you want them, or, in my case, delicious pancakes.

All of the facilities are first class, especially the swimming pool, and the breakfast is unbelievably good.

A full cooked breakfast if you wanted it, with endless amounts of fruit and cereals etc.

The great  breakfast buffet was the only thing I can say about the place .

but the room was still ok.

Breakfast outside in the sunshine is perfect and the lovely waiters and waitresses are so helpful and friendly.

The food was delicious and each night there were options available for vegetarians, was well as gluten free alternatives.

Breakfast was top notch with everything as expected.

Breakfast offers a delicious choice of great variety.

The meals we enjoyed, especially breakfast (I rarely saw a buffet with more choices) and dinner were delicious.

The breakfast was superb with both cooked and continental available.

The food is delicious and plentiful and the variety caters for every type of diner.

- Very comfortable rooms, an amazing heated swiming pool and the breakfast spread was amazing - masses of choice from yoghurts and fruit to a complete cooked breakfast.

This hotel has one of the best kitchens in Austria breakfast was a treat there is a guy cooking eggs to order and all the things you like at an Austrian breakfast.

The food is fine dining every night and the selection at breakfast is the best we have ever seen.

I went up five minutes later due to the delay and had to wait another five minutes while the barman served everyone else around the bar, including people who arrived after my daughters, before he came to re-take my order for a glass of water.

However be aware that the village does suffer from unpredicatable snow conditions due to its low altitude.

We did not feel comfortable using the saunas due to the' no textiles' rule which was a shame.

I was a little concerned about the hotel before my stay, because I had read a lot of reviews which were negative due to children of guests running wild.

Returned to the Boeglerhof after a gap of three years due to family circumstances.

As normal the food on the three 5 course menus is just outstanding the team in the kitchen 
Are quite simply the best under the guidance of Hansi  Treichl 
.And with an  excellent wine list you can not go wrong each night it’s an evening to remember

This is one of the best hotels in Alpbach with new things on the horizon it will be the top hotel in Alpbach for years to come.

We are vegetarian and I was pleased to see a full five-course vegetarian dinner each day.

Afternoon lunch from 2-4 buffet style then a 5 or 6 dinner with choices from 3 menus in the evening the quality of which is gourmet.

Food even better than we remembered and a good vegetarian selection to be had.

The food remains excellent - with updated menus.

I sampled the wonderfully varied tasting menu on my most recent visit and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

The restaurant is traditionally decorated in an elegant alpine style.

We visited the Boglerhof for lunch earlier this week and had a lovely time.

The food is incredible, the staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble.

The Boglerhof is the perfect place for the kids, with a kids club and entertainment included - they can even eat with the other kids in kids club, leaving you free to enjoy your  amazing evening meal.

Lovely food and fantastic service, had great time and will be back there next January.

Last on a Friday evening they offer a tasting menu 7 course dinner £70.

but to us it was more like lunch, so much more than just cake.

The staff, food,  rooms and welcome cannot be faulted.

Dinner is a 5 star event wonderful food well done to all in the kitchen and waiting lades and gentlemen .

The restaurant area is split into smaller sections which makes it more cosy.

I was in an empty area of the restaurant which was not in any way closed off or anything..

but still fractious toddlers were brought into the dining areas .

We had a double room with a small kitchen area, a large bathroom and a room with bunk beds for the children.

Very nice room, clean, large, well equipped, very comfy bed and warm floor in bathroom.

Our room was spacious and the bed was incredibly large and comfortable and a large bathroom helped me fall in love with this place a tiny bit more. .

We stayed in this beautiful bed and breakfast for 5 nights.

Our family of 4 had a great 5 night stay, Great breakfasts, amazing friendly service and care, our teenagers really appreciated the Wifi and Netflix.

There is very little noise at all other the church bells ringing each morning which brings a wonderful warmth to village life.

The hotel is nicely located inside this Austrian little gem; clean, quiet, with spacious rooms, nice flowers in the balcony, .

When I stayed here in June it was quiet and peaceful.

but then the good thing is it's relatively quiet and peaceful.

The guesthouse is beautifully quiet yet in the centre of Alpbach which itself is truly deserving of its many 'most beautiful village' awards.

The rooms at the front and the lovely south facing veranda have wonderful view of the Wiederberger Horn and the Inner Alpbach valley.

Although close to the road the insulation is very good and we were not disturbed by outside noise.

Dinner can be found at larger hotels with restaurants.

It was perfect for preparing small meals in the evening on the few days we didn't want to eat out.

She gave us tips about what to do, where to eat; she has been nice and helpful all the time.

The owner was incredibly friendly and took the time at all hours to assist with any problems or queries we had, including cooking us up a beautiful home cooked lunch as soon as we arrived!!

A huge range of food to choose and offered fresh eggs your choice of style.

It's also very close to restaurants and shops.

Haus Sonnwend is just three mins walk from town centre and easily accessible to the many restaurants around as well as the grocery store SPAR.

Everything is walking distance - food, great hikes, village festivities, a grocery store.

This Hotel garni is located in the center of the village, allowing you to dine out every evening in another restaurant without having a hike before and after.

We had a meal in the hotel opposite which was fantastic.

We walked all over, ate three wonderful dinners, took the cable car to the top of the mountain and walked there, drove to Innsbruck and spent a day, etc.

But there were good restaurant very near.

Alpbach is a very traditional Austrian village with an excellent selection of eating places.

The locals were very friendly and there were plenty of good restaurants to choose from.

During my stay i fell ill and she kept checking in on me so my friends could carry and enjoy thier holiday even offering to go to the local shop for me or make me lunch.

Haus Sonnwend is spotless, lovely and across the street from an excellent restaurant in a hotel.

Good choice of restaurants close by for an evening meal.
