Compared to 2 years ago, this year there were noisy guests who could not control their children.

Meanwhile her two senior collegues kept chatting away loudly just on the other side of the door.

And the quality of the food is alway constant.

but with very noisy guests that the hotel staff was trying to calm down when possible.

If you're there during a time when there isn't a major event going on (probably the vast majority of the time) then none of the noise we experienced would be an issue for you.

but we experienced no loud noise with the balcony door closed.

This is the first times i fill out a tripadvisor review and not without a reason.

I had a massage which was obviously performed by an intern/stagiair/newcomer, she received no help, it was clearly her first time and she had little clue what to do during the massage .

We booked the place because it was right in the middle of a major sporting event, and we got exactly what we asked for, even if it meant listening to people party late at night and getting woken up by early morning construction on the finish area and stage.

The staff is top-class and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Whilst we were staying there the rooms were that hot that I had to turn down the radiator.

The temperature is centrally set from a computer at the reception - if you want the heater to turn on (eg because your skiing clothes are wet), you can walk down and ask them to increase temperature in your room temporarily.

Cold bathroom (bathroom fungus), cold apartment….it is unpossible to adjust the temperature of the radiators by the guests (only the staff can adjust it).

Also, the air in the room was stiffling, as if they had issues with ventilation.

The hotel has a nice ski wardrobe and a ski shuttle to the lift, the person driving was very positive and friendly.

Great hotel - all staff were always willing to help at any stage.

The public parking offered by hotel is very uncomfortable and difficult to drive out for bigger cars like MB V-Klasse.

I had a suite which was very nice however, I was not happy with how uncomfortable the pillows were and one of the double beds were not comfy to lie on

We arrived late with Crystal ski holidays from Verona, and we’re welcomed at the hotel with a friendly face who immediately made my wife and I feel relaxed.

Finally, my perception of the Caminetto is that this was a really Italian hotel (not that many English guests when we were there anyway) and it definitely wasn't a hotel dedicated just to ski packages.

Initial impression was a bit of a let down compared to similarly priced packages we've had with this company.

Got the holiday at a reduced rate through Rocketski who, with their sister company Equity Ski, are the only 2 package companies in the UK that do this venue.

We really appreciate how the staff as always kind and professional with us, we chose Half-Board treatment and its the best decision we've always made.

Manager Corrado is ever present, serving in the bar, the restaurant and / or on reception duty, and is always eager to make sure that all of his guests are happy.

Friendly staff, tasty food, brilliant spa which we used almost every night and very reasonable bar prices (unless you ask for Grappa and let the barman select which one)!

Really loved this place - a local feel with excellent authentic northern Italian food and lots of smiles (Corrado was of course our favourite).

The entertainment activities are for Italians only (to be more precise, for Italian kids only), and it is a bit sad, given the fact that Italians should know English at this point (and if they don't, well, they were a burden to our education system and don't deserve to be entertained in holidays).

Times when children could use it seemed to be 7pm earliest which is hard if your children are on UK (rather than European) bedtimes or are youngsters.

The food was average, no special kids dishes, and for the gluten free u could only find a carton box put on a table that was full of documents.

but do NOT allow children later then 6 o'clock - wtf is this ?!?!

They do not enforce rule children up to 12 should leave before 6 pm.

Our room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) was combined as one double bed and bunk bed.

Children are not allowed in the pool after 5.30pm, we queried this at 6pm one evening as the pool was like kid soup, the response was, “true, kids aren’t allowed in after 5.30,

The hotel can get a little noisy/busy with children

My only problem really was children running around, and with the hotels wooden flooring throughout the noise carried easily.

but this week there where some many children in the middle of January when they should be in school.

To summarise it's an average 3 star hotel not a 4 star and would be OK if it controlled the children.

Big downside is that the place was full of mainly Eastern Europe children who's parents seem to let run wild at night, running down the corridors at midnight screaming the hotel received lots of complaints

There are a lot of children as it is a family friendly hotel, I found the hotel really noisy especially in the evenings.

Insulation between room was lacking which meant we had the joy of hearing the child in the next room constantly.

For those that don't have kids (or don't like them), don't book a hotel like this, and then complain about them!

If it's a nasty surprise, how would you ever dispute anything?

Stale bread over cooked vegetables, simple salads and limited choice in main course.

To summarise, if you like to eat awful food surrounded by other people’s screaming moppets stinking of cigs, this is the place for you.
