I stayed during the carnival dates (March 3rd-12th), so the hotel was a pricey one (rooms were on average almost two times more expensive comparing to after carnival dates (9th-12th)

A warm welcome, friendly smile anywhere you meet staff, be it in the restaurants, be it cleaning staff, attendants at the wellness area, reception, garage, you name it.

Great service staff, helpful, attentive, friendly , made us feel right at home after an 16 hour journey to get there for the 3rd season in a row.

The rooms are spacious, the food is dramatically good and the staff is very friendly.

however leading managers should be sent to same “school of service” as the other great and servicenminded staff or perhabs switch to a lower position to learn how to behave - towards guests - and in generel perhaps.

If the hotel manager Christian [--] really had taken this issue seriously or had the experience to cope with his own bad behavior of accepting his staff insulating guests,  he would not have asked me ( the guest) “ what can I do about it” – I’m not the hotel manager  He is.

but we knew that when we booked and therefore just want to make future guests aware.

I have since been told that is why the staff were not doing anything for us as we were not as important or loud as these other guests.

They have developed a service culture towards their guests that, levels nothing to be desired.

As at our previous stay, the only drawback was part of the clientele.

Apart from the kids pool inside which was fantastic there is so much to do & see outside.

The service, staff, food, facilities (also for the children) are more then excellent.

Our Child’s had a lot of fun and the Kitchen was also very delicious!

The facilities in the hotel were second to none, and our kids enjoyed the pool slides and the new games room.

but the kids club is brilliant, it’s just my daughter doesn’t like kids club.

Amazing experience with the family - we found everything we needed and even more for our infant, kids were always busy with having fun in kids room or cinema or swimming pool.

Our daughters loved the pool an also the outside pool.

We went the second week of july, and there were plenty of families with small kids.

There are many facilities for children, which makes it very practical and pleasant for families.

The resort has a great kids’ ski school which is the best we’ve ever experienced.

My son wanted to spend every afternoon there.

One of the kid being allergic to cow-milk and eggs.

In the pool area is a smart separation of kids action pool and the pool area for relaxing and swimming.

They cater to families, so we had every comfort available for the children.

Our kids loved it so much we have booked to go again in Jan 2018.

The children had a great time on the slides!

Although we come here for the 3rd year, we still did new things this year, and the region itself keeps investing in new walks and playgrounds for kids; So we will come back  next year.

They could not do any porridge whatsoever.. i asked for goat-dairy, they did not have any, not speaking about coconut or soya milk.

I am sure the hotel would have provided other and lighter douvets if we have asked for it, though.

On several occasions I asked something trivial like where is the toilet, or where is the elevator to the garden, and they could not answer and had to refer me to someone else.

We left the hotel three days ago and my kids have already asked me four times when we are coming back.

If there were one request for improving the sleeping quality.

I notified the the hotel of my situation on my return to Australia on January 5 2011 and the hotel requested payment of 70% of the total amount after I had signed an authorization form which clearly stated that an amount equivalent to 3 days be charged if I cancel my stay outside of 21 days prior to the commencement of our check in date.

Also we were quite astonished to learn that the dress code during dinner time is rather casual, men are only asked to wear long trousers.

The hotel, the location, the rooms, the bar, the restaurants, the spa & pools…nothing short of amazing.

The hotel is very well equipped with beautiful spa area divided to adults only and family area.

Swimming pool is large and is both indoor and outdoor with an additional outside spa pool, right next to the piste.

Everything is great with this hotel - the location, the staff, the ski equipment, the ski in/out, the food, the spa,  the pool area - really a great hotel for families (and probably for couples as well).

Adult SPA is the best SPA where I have been.

Facilities - Excellent facilities including spa, kids room, tea lounge and so forth.

Top class resort, cuisine and overall service including the amazing spa!

It has separate sauna for adults only (plus children over 15yrs) and one for families.

They look after you, help you, greet you with such friendliness.

Excellent staff and nothing was too much trouble.

Super, super excellent food, very nice rooms, very serviceminded and proff staff and waiters -

Arriving with a packed car, just giving the car key at the reception, invited to first get a welcomed lunch and getting all luggage delivered to the room, all wintersport gear delivered to the skidepot and the car parked in the indoor parking. 2.

Only point of attention is understaffing of the staff resulting in a somewhat hurried service, plates that remain on the tables for a long time and relatively long waiting times in the restaurant and bar.

The food is out of this world and served by efficient and caring staff.

Everything from air-port pick-up to small practical issues is always done on time with a smile, and the service is impeccable.

but representative of the hotel was very serious about me either going naked or going away.

but the staff are always willing to help.

They have also big size swimming pool with outdoor jacuzzi.

Do not forget to visit the swimming pool.

A lovely hotel, situated right on the piste with excellent kitchens, spacious rooms and a very good swimming pool and wellness area.

The swimming pool is a nice size and there is also an outdoor salt water whirlpool.

Nevertheless, it took her just to days of staying at the hotel to convince her it was an excellent hotel, and there were plenty of families with kids as they did have good facilities, namely a good working ids club and a marvelous swimming pool.

but it also has a huge swimming pool (one can swim from the inside to the outside through automatic sliding doors!).

The gym is well equipped and the pool is great (indoor and outdoor) with a water slide.

And then there is the huge indoor / outdoor swimming pool, with a variety of water jet massages on benches, underwater loungers and a large outdoor, hot salt water Jacuzzi with massage jets that can easily get all kinks out of your muscles following a day of intense skiing in the spectacular setting of the Serfaus / Fiss / Ladis ski area.

The Sauna area is very nicely laid out and the swimming pool inside and outside, as well as the kids swimming pool are great after a long walk in the mountains.

The spa area is also quite spacious  - with 4 saunas and a big swimming pool.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious and well equipped.

I was delighted to stay somewhere that had a lovely swimming pool and sauna

If skiing is your thing then Hotel Tyrol caters for this with storage for all your equipment, a secure car park and lots of information about ski passes, busses and live CCTV of the slopes so you can gauge where you wish to ski that day.

The rooms are clean and the swimming pool is also good.

but would have welcomed a few more degrees in the swimming pool and a better bar area for non smokers.

The hotel facilities are superb, as is the cuisine.

The staff are excellent the food is great and the facilities are just what you need after a day skiing.

We visited here recently, it is a beautiful hotel, the bedrooms are big and spacious.

Our room was very spacious with a double bed and a sitting area and bathroom,

The bedrooms are spacious, very clean and tidy and traditionally decorated with a really comfy bed and additional seating in the room, sadly no tea/coffee making facilities in the room though.

This hotel is very good and is also very clean, the food and B'fast are good, the rooms are comfortable and very spacious.

but unimaginative and the soup was always salty but the main course was fabulous.Room was spotless and spacious though the bath was too high for us.

Our family ( 4 adults and 1 toddler 2.5 year-old) had an amazing ski holiday at Laurentius in Jan.

The separate children’s room was perfect to allow us to keep our bedtime routine and allow the adults to enjoy the evening.

The pool, the in- and outdoor playground, the spa, the relaxing zone for adults only.

Great hotel for families with children: fantastic playground (inside and outside), super swimming pool for families, lovely panorama outdoor pool for adults, big & clean rooms and great familyrooms available with 4 or 5 beds.

Located next to the slopes, Good kitchen, great winelist, daily activities and great accommodations for the kids (and adults), so the parents also have time and room to themselves.

It is a family hotel and everyone is relaxed, yet bustling with excitement because of all the children and activities and then you sit down to a very gourmet style 5 star dinner (only for the adults as children have a buffet where they can eat choose what they want).

We were a large group with several children and the setting is perfect for the children to enjoy and the adults to relax.

The new adult sauna is perfect to calm down after a long day in the mountains.

The combination of service to adults and kids is quite exceptional.

The spa facilities for "adults only" has breathtaking views with its state of the art infinity pool.

Plenty of activities for both kids and adults both in and out of the hotel.

For more than a decade we have enjoyed the state of the art facilities, super friendly and professional services from the Laurentius staff.

The indoor and outdoor playgrounds are super for the children!

This leads to a cosy ambiance where children really can enjoy themselves and it works for all.

This is the first time since we have kids that we actually skied together again.

Very nice family hotel which makes a lot of efforts for the kids and that makes it possible for the parents to have a very relaxing time.

Everything provided from bathrobes to slippers, even for kids.

The atmosphere is good, the kids are happy and the food is delicious.

Kids were very happy with all the playground and entertainment facilities.

For kids and for us a trip here is the highlight of our year.

There was even a washing machine & dryer in the baby house if needed, as well as pushchairs which was very welcome for our family with baby & little kids.

Kids talk about Laurentius the whole year.

The only thing which disappointed me was the room temperature at night, was really difficult to sleep.

but understood once my husband layed down in it to sleep.

Fantastic indoor/outdoor pool with slide; large play rooms; sauna options for the whole family and adults-only to allow a bit of quiet time.

In addition to the parent/child spa area which is perfect to play and have fun with the little ones.

Our son enjoyed the play area and swimming pool as well as going to the childcare from time to time, which allowed my husband and me to spend some time just the two of us, enjoying the nice spa area for example.

One is about 5-7 mins and the other maybe 15 minutes walking distance. Tips for your booking: 
- ask for getting a suite not in the corner (x07 room number)
- give early notice if you have special dietary requirements
- book massages before arrivals (all spots were gone, when I got there)

The massage and wellness were well used by our group, and very appreciated!

I had two massages and a facial in the Barbararbad, both of which I enjoyed immensely.

The water area for adults contains a sauna worlds too.

There is also an adult pool next to the Spa, very quiet and newly renovated, with the pool extending outside.

Sauna and wellness are huge and relaxing.

Great facilities, great staff, great rooms and great food, all in beautiful surroundings.
