Our Child’s had a lot of fun and the Kitchen was also very delicious!

The main reasons to come back here are:
1) excellent food for breakfast, small lunch and dinner.

The lack of a private coffee machine in the room early in the morning before breakfast would be great
2. The room (Amethyst suite) could get rather warm (even in the winter)

Breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and dinner are extensive and of high quality.

The rooms are modern, food is delicious, buffet for kids every evening.

One of the kid being allergic to cow-milk and eggs.

The main reason for us to come back here is the very good food at breakfast and dinner, and also the small kids club which is a lot smaller then the clubs in the real family hotels,

Nevertheless the best possibility to take breakfast in Fiss/Serfaus/Ladis!

The meals were incredibly tasty, the buffet spectacularly rich, and the waiters very friendly.

A very well run kids club open from 9am to 9pm means that kids have something to do while parents are enjoying there extensive breakfast and dinner or a drink on one of the terraces or the comfortable bar.

Breakfast is served as a very big buffet.

the afternoon buffet (13:30-17) was delicious with hot meals and cakes.

Fabulous service, luxurious amenities, plentiful food, great location, everything to make a stay at this hotel truly memorable.

since we have stayed in this hotel with our children many times over the last 15 years  timespan we can confirm it fits all ages

Nothing missing at this hotel, breakfast is amazing anything you can think of is on the buffet.

however leading managers should be sent to same “school of service” as the other great and servicenminded staff or perhabs switch to a lower position to learn how to behave - towards guests - and in generel perhaps.

If the hotel manager Christian [--] really had taken this issue seriously or had the experience to cope with his own bad behavior of accepting his staff insulating guests,  he would not have asked me ( the guest) “ what can I do about it” – I’m not the hotel manager  He is.

but we knew that when we booked and therefore just want to make future guests aware.

I have since been told that is why the staff were not doing anything for us as we were not as important or loud as these other guests.

They have developed a service culture towards their guests that, levels nothing to be desired.

As at our previous stay, the only drawback was part of the clientele.

Apart from the kids pool inside which was fantastic there is so much to do & see outside.

The service, staff, food, facilities (also for the children) are more then excellent.

The facilities in the hotel were second to none, and our kids enjoyed the pool slides and the new games room.

but the kids club is brilliant, it’s just my daughter doesn’t like kids club.

Amazing experience with the family - we found everything we needed and even more for our infant, kids were always busy with having fun in kids room or cinema or swimming pool.

We went the second week of july, and there were plenty of families with small kids.

There are many facilities for children, which makes it very practical and pleasant for families.

The resort has a great kids’ ski school which is the best we’ve ever experienced.

My son wanted to spend every afternoon there.

In the pool area is a smart separation of kids action pool and the pool area for relaxing and swimming.

They cater to families, so we had every comfort available for the children.

Our kids loved it so much we have booked to go again in Jan 2018.

The children had a great time on the slides!

Although we come here for the 3rd year, we still did new things this year, and the region itself keeps investing in new walks and playgrounds for kids; So we will come back  next year.

They could not do any porridge whatsoever.. i asked for goat-dairy, they did not have any, not speaking about coconut or soya milk.

I am sure the hotel would have provided other and lighter douvets if we have asked for it, though.

On several occasions I asked something trivial like where is the toilet, or where is the elevator to the garden, and they could not answer and had to refer me to someone else.

We left the hotel three days ago and my kids have already asked me four times when we are coming back.

If there were one request for improving the sleeping quality.

I notified the the hotel of my situation on my return to Australia on January 5 2011 and the hotel requested payment of 70% of the total amount after I had signed an authorization form which clearly stated that an amount equivalent to 3 days be charged if I cancel my stay outside of 21 days prior to the commencement of our check in date.

Also we were quite astonished to learn that the dress code during dinner time is rather casual, men are only asked to wear long trousers.

The hotel, the location, the rooms, the bar, the restaurants, the spa & pools…nothing short of amazing.

The hotel is very well equipped with beautiful spa area divided to adults only and family area.

Swimming pool is large and is both indoor and outdoor with an additional outside spa pool, right next to the piste.

Everything is great with this hotel - the location, the staff, the ski equipment, the ski in/out, the food, the spa,  the pool area - really a great hotel for families (and probably for couples as well).

Adult SPA is the best SPA where I have been.

Excellent Location, Friendly and extremely efficient staff, you feel at home (but luxurious home) .. everything just goes and works as you expect or better, food is amazing, the spa area is one of the best..and simply the best Ski Hotel that I know

The pool and spa facilities are excellent.

The hotel has a family spa and special kid's swimming pool with wild river.

We have been sooo many times to Austrian saunas and know about Freikoerperkultur,

Spa in the hotel is amazing: swimming pools in and out, jakuzzi!

The spa is great for the family and the adult only part is really beautiful.

Nice gym very well equipped, beautiful spa and sauna area and an awesome culinaric sensation.

Facilities - Excellent facilities including spa, kids room, tea lounge and so forth.

Top class resort, cuisine and overall service including the amazing spa!

It has separate sauna for adults only (plus children over 15yrs) and one for families.

They have also big size swimming pool with outdoor jacuzzi.

Do not forget to visit the swimming pool.

The swimming pool and wellness area are noticeable.

A lovely hotel, situated right on the piste with excellent kitchens, spacious rooms and a very good swimming pool and wellness area.

The swimming pool is a nice size and there is also an outdoor salt water whirlpool.

Nevertheless, it took her just to days of staying at the hotel to convince her it was an excellent hotel, and there were plenty of families with kids as they did have good facilities, namely a good working ids club and a marvelous swimming pool.

but it also has a huge swimming pool (one can swim from the inside to the outside through automatic sliding doors!).

The gym is well equipped and the pool is great (indoor and outdoor) with a water slide.

And then there is the huge indoor / outdoor swimming pool, with a variety of water jet massages on benches, underwater loungers and a large outdoor, hot salt water Jacuzzi with massage jets that can easily get all kinks out of your muscles following a day of intense skiing in the spectacular setting of the Serfaus / Fiss / Ladis ski area.

The Sauna area is very nicely laid out and the swimming pool inside and outside, as well as the kids swimming pool are great after a long walk in the mountains.

When we checked out the next day a different receptionist told us we did have to pay as booking.com was going to charge them.

Please note if you're arriving at the hotel when football is on the TV, the beer tents are commandeered with multiple TV's for the numerous fans who turn up and take over, making it unable to find a table as all the tables are now 'reserved', so much for being a resident?

I queried why no attempt was made to contact me prior to my arrival at the hotel to tell me that they had overbooked.

However, as I only arrived at the hotel at about 2 AM due to a train delay, I wanted to catch up some sleep the next morning.

On arrival in Munich as part of a group we found out that we couldn't travel to our chosen destination due to a road closure.

In 2007 I was here before, when we arrived late and had informed the hotel about that.

Staff know about the motor bike roads so are super helpful.

We flew from Ireland hired a car in Memmingen and drove down, (2hrs) we picked up our bike from here, it was very easy.

Klaus was very helpful with the bike and even provided us with helmets since we had traveled from USA.

The BMW motorbike centre on site was especially useful so we rented some big bikes from them.

There are BMW bikes that can be taken out for the day and a mechanic is on site in the evenings.

We rented bikes from the BMW test centre in the hotel.

Ample bike parking and great location for a tour base in Austria.

Klaus and his staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful - phoning the Honda dealer to check on the progress of the bike's repairs, and taking me to the railway station to travel to seek my bike.

But, for a base as a motorcyclist to tour the great countryside it has all the facilities; various routes taking in the surrounding countries, wash bay and pressure cleaner (1 euro), a workshop and mechanic to help if repairs or tyres are required, good range of BMW bike hire with an assortment of various gear to try out before you buy.

I'd therefore hoped for a friendly welcome as a solo biker, and possibly some like minded individuals to chat to in the bar in the evening, as well as a safe place to leave my bike overnight.

Great hotel, especially if you're a motorcyclist as there are lots of facilities and great parking for the bikes.

Its a bike friendly hotel in an ideal location and they work hard to make you feel welcome.

The food and facilities are excellent, there is servicing/mechanic and also bike cleaning on the premises.

I stayed with a friend and we did the bike tours every day the weather permitted it.

Secure garages to park the motor bikes with lots of wash bay facilities and support staff.

The hotel has a the full range of BMW bikes for test rides and a few for rental, plus a garage and washing/workshop facilities.

Bike storage, mechanic, bike wash, local maps of the best roads and a guide if needed.

Rooms are very comfortable, lots of facilities to look after the bike and a great base for the mountaina, popping back into Bavaria etc.

Very good comprehensive breakfast buffet including made-to-order eggs.

Breakfast bar amazing, and evening meal great.

The food was all very good and plentiful.

Breakfast and dinner were of excellent quality and choice and the staff were delightfully helpful throughout our stay.

One machine was for fresh squeezed orange juice and the other was for making vegetable/fruit juice (there were carrots, ginger, apples and more to use in this machine).

One drawback could do with coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms,breakfast was very good extensive range local produce staff where very nice,like I say good place for visiting CH/DE/IT/FL scenery is wonderful will comeback again.

The food was fantastic throughout, with buffet breakfasts, and 5 course evening meals, as well as snacks / soups / coffee throughout the day.

Very comfy bed, a four course dinner and buffet breakfast all included in the price of the room.

There are a variety of products available for breakfasts and the evening meal menus allow for a variety of choices.

The breakfasts where very very good with lots of choice, the coffee and cakes are a lovely touch when returning from a rideout.Evening meals were top class, soup, salads,a choice of main course and then a pudding, no one could go hungry.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel are perfect, lots of nice things to choose from.

Great breakfast and large salad / bread selection in the evening before main meal and dessert.

Above average breakfast and I had a very nice massage.

We got a call from recepition on Saturday to ask if we could call booking.com and cancel the booking as they had sold the room and there should be no charge.

He was unable or unwilling to confirm why he was there and he never apologized for entering the room whilst i was not properly dressed, he also didn't even knock the second or third time.

We couldn't get a room here the last time in Landeck so we made sure we booked early this year.

but then they shouldn't confirm our booking.

They eventually found the original booking (done last November) and agreed there was a mistake.

20 minute walk or taxi ride into the center of Landeck.

We had a great ride to Mittenwald and then hiked the gorge. Fantastic.

Most of the big passes are accessible in a days ride from the hotel, including Stelvio, Umbrail, Timmelsjoch.

The hotel is ideally situated for ride outs to Italy and Switzerland.

The Hotel Enzian does ski safaris where you can be taken each day to a different ski resort.

In summer, this ski resort hotel becomes a bikers' paradise.

Location was prime, lots of ski resorts within an hour or less drive!

A nice choice for breakfast (just right everything you might need).

The breakfast was plentiful and the dinner was lovely, it included a lovely fresh salad bar.

Very good breakfast, with various cerials, different types of cheeses and meats.

The staff was very friendly and the food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent.

Our trip included breakfast and evening meals at the hotel and these were delicious and catered well for those who had special dietary requirements on our tour.

The spa area is also quite spacious  - with 4 saunas and a big swimming pool.

If skiing is your thing then Hotel Tyrol caters for this with storage for all your equipment, a secure car park and lots of information about ski passes, busses and live CCTV of the slopes so you can gauge where you wish to ski that day.

The rooms are clean and the swimming pool is also good.

but would have welcomed a few more degrees in the swimming pool and a better bar area for non smokers.

The hotel facilities are superb, as is the cuisine.

The staff are excellent the food is great and the facilities are just what you need after a day skiing.

We visited here recently, it is a beautiful hotel, the bedrooms are big and spacious.

Our room was very spacious with a double bed and a sitting area and bathroom,

The bedrooms are spacious, very clean and tidy and traditionally decorated with a really comfy bed and additional seating in the room, sadly no tea/coffee making facilities in the room though.

The hotel is a small one and the staff are friendly and always willing to help, Our room was very spacious and most  important very clean.

This hotel is very good and is also very clean, the food and B'fast are good, the rooms are comfortable and very spacious.

but unimaginative and the soup was always salty but the main course was fabulous.Room was spotless and spacious though the bath was too high for us.

The bathroom was very spacious and well lit - the mirror was also attired with a magnifying mirror!

This hotel in Pfunds, has everything one would wish to find in a hotel, from good and abundant food, swimming pool, sauna, friendly staff, clean rooms and situated close to the Italian and Swiss borders.

There was also an excellent indoor swimming pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, with free lockers and towels.

Clean, well run, friendly staff  good food, marvellous swimming pool.

The hotel has an excellent large swimming pool with lots of beds and chairs around it.

The spa for (only) adults is great, especially the swimming pool outside.

but also caters for teenagers and adults.

Our family ( 4 adults and 1 toddler 2.5 year-old) had an amazing ski holiday at Laurentius in Jan.

The separate children’s room was perfect to allow us to keep our bedtime routine and allow the adults to enjoy the evening.

The pool, the in- and outdoor playground, the spa, the relaxing zone for adults only.

Great hotel for families with children: fantastic playground (inside and outside), super swimming pool for families, lovely panorama outdoor pool for adults, big & clean rooms and great familyrooms available with 4 or 5 beds.

Dedicated family spa and adult spa , you can drop you kids to day care and they are always happy to take care of children.

The quality of the rooms, food for children and adults and the facilities for adults and children was fantastic.
