Our Child’s had a lot of fun and the Kitchen was also very delicious!

The main reasons to come back here are:
1) excellent food for breakfast, small lunch and dinner.

The lack of a private coffee machine in the room early in the morning before breakfast would be great
2. The room (Amethyst suite) could get rather warm (even in the winter)

Breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and dinner are extensive and of high quality.

The rooms are modern, food is delicious, buffet for kids every evening.

One of the kid being allergic to cow-milk and eggs.

The main reason for us to come back here is the very good food at breakfast and dinner, and also the small kids club which is a lot smaller then the clubs in the real family hotels,

Nevertheless the best possibility to take breakfast in Fiss/Serfaus/Ladis!

The meals were incredibly tasty, the buffet spectacularly rich, and the waiters very friendly.

A very well run kids club open from 9am to 9pm means that kids have something to do while parents are enjoying there extensive breakfast and dinner or a drink on one of the terraces or the comfortable bar.

Nothing missing at this hotel, breakfast is amazing anything you can think of is on the buffet.

however leading managers should be sent to same “school of service” as the other great and servicenminded staff or perhabs switch to a lower position to learn how to behave - towards guests - and in generel perhaps.

If the hotel manager Christian [--] really had taken this issue seriously or had the experience to cope with his own bad behavior of accepting his staff insulating guests,  he would not have asked me ( the guest) “ what can I do about it” – I’m not the hotel manager  He is.

but we knew that when we booked and therefore just want to make future guests aware.

I have since been told that is why the staff were not doing anything for us as we were not as important or loud as these other guests.

They have developed a service culture towards their guests that, levels nothing to be desired.

As at our previous stay, the only drawback was part of the clientele.

They could not do any porridge whatsoever.. i asked for goat-dairy, they did not have any, not speaking about coconut or soya milk.

I am sure the hotel would have provided other and lighter douvets if we have asked for it, though.

On several occasions I asked something trivial like where is the toilet, or where is the elevator to the garden, and they could not answer and had to refer me to someone else.

We left the hotel three days ago and my kids have already asked me four times when we are coming back.

If there were one request for improving the sleeping quality.

I notified the the hotel of my situation on my return to Australia on January 5 2011 and the hotel requested payment of 70% of the total amount after I had signed an authorization form which clearly stated that an amount equivalent to 3 days be charged if I cancel my stay outside of 21 days prior to the commencement of our check in date.

Also we were quite astonished to learn that the dress code during dinner time is rather casual, men are only asked to wear long trousers.

When we checked out the next day a different receptionist told us we did have to pay as booking.com was going to charge them.

Please note if you're arriving at the hotel when football is on the TV, the beer tents are commandeered with multiple TV's for the numerous fans who turn up and take over, making it unable to find a table as all the tables are now 'reserved', so much for being a resident?

I queried why no attempt was made to contact me prior to my arrival at the hotel to tell me that they had overbooked.

However, as I only arrived at the hotel at about 2 AM due to a train delay, I wanted to catch up some sleep the next morning.

On arrival in Munich as part of a group we found out that we couldn't travel to our chosen destination due to a road closure.

In 2007 I was here before, when we arrived late and had informed the hotel about that.

There are a variety of products available for breakfasts and the evening meal menus allow for a variety of choices.

We got a call from recepition on Saturday to ask if we could call booking.com and cancel the booking as they had sold the room and there should be no charge.

He was unable or unwilling to confirm why he was there and he never apologized for entering the room whilst i was not properly dressed, he also didn't even knock the second or third time.

We couldn't get a room here the last time in Landeck so we made sure we booked early this year.

but then they shouldn't confirm our booking.

They eventually found the original booking (done last November) and agreed there was a mistake.

A nice choice for breakfast (just right everything you might need).

The breakfast was plentiful and the dinner was lovely, it included a lovely fresh salad bar.

Very good breakfast, with various cerials, different types of cheeses and meats.

The staff was very friendly and the food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent.

Our trip included breakfast and evening meals at the hotel and these were delicious and catered well for those who had special dietary requirements on our tour.

Because our days had organised trips, we did not see too much of the local area which we would have liked to explore further.

Make sure if you go to go into the woods and see the little replica village built by 4 local men who are all over 80 years old and when we went to see it so lucky to have met these wonderful men.

I paid a single person supplement which is as far as I’m concerned is to make up the shortfall of having to give a double room to a single person.

If you have any kind of accident you pay dearly for it ie break an ordinary glass and get charged 7 euros..,not worth it

But when I got to my room it was a single!

I felt that the hotel was somewhat understaffed and we did not get much individual attention from waiters especially during dinner - at one time food was brought to all the table except for one single person who had to wait for quite a while for his plate which was exactly the same order as the others.

The buffet was extensive and diner was a welcoming surprise every day.

At noon you can choose from a buffet and in the evening there was a full diner.

The atmosphere is good, the kids are happy and the food is delicious.

There was a lot of choice for breakfast and we loved the dinner.

We had special request for food specially (Vegetarian w/o egg and fish) also my son is allergic to Coconut, When i discussed this at reception, the lady at reception arranged my meeting with head chef.

We never made it to breakfast before 10 and noticed the staff often started clearing the buffet a few minutes before 10:30, which did annoy me as I should still be allowed to come at 10:29 and be able to choose from all what breakfast has to offer.

Food is fantastic, 3 meals a day (breakfast and lunch are buffet style, while dinner is 5-course table service).

The "adults" get spoiled as well, delicious food - starting with breakfast, lunch if you are around, afternoon snack (pretty big and substantial) and a great multi course dinner with at least 4 options for every taste.

For children was a buffet dinner.For whole day children can use a soft drinks automat - favorite drink was a skiwater.

One last comment on the food, in fact just 2 words, delicious and plentyful!

The breakfast buffet was a treat, each morning we felt spoilt for choice.

The only thing which disappointed me was the room temperature at night, was really difficult to sleep.

Superb location, great facilities (have a look at all the pictures, rather than me describing them), brilliant breakfast and all this topped up by very friendly and attentive staff.

Breakfast is very complete and the "living room" can be used all day. Great for an after dinner drink; get back tot Gebhard, choose a boardgame or puzzle and let the staff surprise you with a fresh made cocktail (or other beverage)

The breakfast was delicious ja homemade every morning.

Also breakfast and the tea break were very good.

This is just great, from the breakfast (my favourite) with afternoon snack - great home cakes to the 5 course dinner.

Having been totally unexpected as walk-in's we experienced a great and warmly service, the food and wine simply were delicious throughout the whole stay.

Nothing much here is ever a problem is the sense you get from the staff and management.

Although it does say Pets not allowed in their website the management welcomed our (well-behaved) golden retriever and only charged 19.euros for the 4 nights

I was happy to find the its restaurant served a good dinner and breakfast, as I was too tired to go looking for another restaurant in the area.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating given the weather conditions, the restaurant and breakfast were very good.

Breakfast the next day was plentiful and wonderful and the lady was dressed in traditional Austrian attire, a nice touch.

Breakfast was always delicious  and filling before driving out to Iscgl or St Anton.

Girlfriend and I received a warm welcome, friendly service, a great room with a beautiful mountain view, great breakfast, great dinner, parking's free on weekends, 5 bucks/day otherwise just across the river.

The areas downstairs are beautifully decorated, and the restaurant of a high standard, both for breakfast and dinner.

but instead, I got a very small room with 2 separated small beds.

During the breakfest time, you had to clean the table yourself after the previous guests, as dirty plates staying there for 2hours.

The only thing which we could miss in the room was some better light for reading or working, maybe an extra lamp at the table.
