The check out was excellent, we were able to stay all inclusive until 6pm and then have a key to a room to shower before our late journey home.

The drinks on all inclusive were fab and there was table service in the evenings and our glasses were kept full.

We were all inclusive and the food was delicious and had a good variety.

We enjoyed great food throughout, we were there on an all inclusive basis and every meal was varied.

Can leave luggage on day or check out - you will get cut off from all inclusive at 6pm.

Drinks, all inclusive were all decent branded spirits, no cheap watered down rubbish, very good measures too.

The food and ingredient quality  is really good and varied, the all inclusive drinks are generous, the rooms are a little on the simple side

but we always find that with an all inclusive, but they had lots of choice and not just chips and pizza!

Very friendly reception team including Matteo and smooth welcoming check in. The all inclusive food was brilliant one of the best buffet all inclusive options I have experienced for this price range, lovely Salads and cooked dishes and breakfast was tasty (A* for the hash browns!)

The food was the best and the defiantly the best all inclusive that we have experienced.

It's a bit of a walk to the beach, which is a nice beach,

The hotel location is stunning and only a short walk to the beach and the town.

The beach is easily accessible by a little path that is within a short easy walk which thrilled my mum, as she has COPD and usually struggles walking any distance.

The location is perfect, overlooking a beautiful bay and green hills around.

This hotel has the best Views, Staff, Rooms, Great Food , all this with almost being on the beach with so much nearby.

The position is in a lovely cove and views are  glorious.

We would definitely come back to this lovely bay and have the same hotel

Cala Llonga is one of the most beautiful bays that I've seen in Ibiza.

but swan from there and also from the beach ( 2 min walk).

Enjoyed our stay here, it’s set in a beautiful cove which is so calm & relaxing.

The pool was lovely, with a good view of the bay and I liked the tiered levels for the sun beds.

The hotel was in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea and beach.

The safe beach is near and also has shops and restaurants/bars which seemed well priced if needed.

however it did have beach views and was cleaned daily.

Not far from the lovely town of Cala Llonga & is also within walking distance  of the beach.

Quite easy to get around.The staff were welcoming , friendly and helpful.

Everyone from the pool bar staff, reception team to the cleaners are all so friendly and helpful.

Food was nice, good selection, staff friendly enough.

Food was amazing, our compliments to all the staff in the kitchen and restaurant they were a lovely friendly bunch.

I've read that there are usually two à la carte restaurants, one Asian and one Mediterranean style,

We picked this hotel for the location, the Japanese and Mediterranean restaurants along with the daytime activities such as Zumba.

but we did use the Mediterranean restaurant which is situated in a separate building just outside the hotel on the cliff edge.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Mediterranean one which is right by the water's edge.

Quality and selection of food in the buffet restaurant is very good and both the Japanese and Mediterranean 
A la carte restaurants are excellent.

Food was great really enjoyed the Asian and Mediterranean.

We didn’t rate the free meal in the Mediterranean restaurant to be honest,

There is also a Mediterranean and Japanese restaurant in with the all inclusive price which are both a must!

Went to the Mediterranean Restaurant last Sunday, bottle of Champagne off the hotel, to help us celebrate.

However they did booked us in to the Mediterranean restaurant on our last night which was the best meal of our stay.

Mediterranean restaurant was better than the Japanese .

There are 2 additional restaurants (one Japanese and one Mediterranean both are a la carte and waiter service) and 1 night at both of these is included for each week you stay.

We ate in the Japanese and Mediterranean restaurants and found the 3 courses in both really delicious.

Food was excellent and the Mediterranean restaurant was fantastic.

As part of the all inclusive, there are two themed restaurants at the hotel – a Mediterranean – which was nice,

There was the main buffet restaurant and 2 extra restaurants with waiter service that you could book (a Mediterranean and an Asian).

There’s one main buffet restaurant and two a la carte (One Mediterranean and one Japanese themed menu).

The Mediterranean restaurant was much better, the lamb was beautiful and the cheesecake really good.

There are 2 further restaurant options at the hotel, the Mediterranean and Japanese.

After the first nite we discovered the fridge did not work neither the hairdryer or the plug in the sink the shower was a poor quality and really not a hotel quality shower the room was tired and in the grand scheme of things reflected the hotel bizarrely the bathroom door opened and hit the loo so if you was using it the door would slam in to you so side way usage was advised.

but the lighting was very poor the bathroom was well equipped but it lacked any places to hang towels or bathrobes
Overall a very enjoyable stay but they just need to sort out these two little issues

but there is a lovely public beach, with payable sunbeds and parasols, just 10 minutes walk away

The Cons (hotel appears to have been built in 1970 and last renovated in 2011)
- worst of all was the room which was the most basic accommodation imaginable and like going back to the 1970s, when brown was in fashion, poor lighting was acceptable and expectations were low. It definitely under-delivered on the ‘deluxe’ promised in our BA package
-beds were two singles (partially on wheels!)

Not a good stay outdated rooms, and poor entainment.

but my, along with my friends rooms, were in a poor state of repair.

but mangement are deluded if they think that providing poor second rate entertainment by inexperienced performers with no Compere, bad or no  lighting and bad sound is good enough for this class of hotel.

Our experience of the poor service from the Jet 2 rep, was supported by another couple who had stayed for 10 nights and told us that they had also not seen him until their last day.

Storage was poor and beds were on wheels so every time I sat down it moved!

The lobby bar advertised is not open and has not been open for over 2 years
2 There is only one indoor buffet restaurant - there is no outside dining or choice or places to eat
3 The air conditioning in the rooms is so poor it makes almost no difference to the room temperature even when on maximum and cut out multiple times during our stay.

Gym was poor with machinery out of use, no water machine, no air con, looked very neglected.

Our only down side, poor evening entertainment, needs a  nice relaxing lounge in the evening with a bar, spoils the evening.

Those with poor mobility might struggle here and whilst there are lots of ramps and alternate routes less able bodied client may struggle to please consider this.

although it was hard for vegetarians to know which dishes were suitable, and the quality of the cocktails was poor.

evening entertainment was poor, music by the pool during the daytime was dire,

The food in the restaurant was fantastic.

however did offer a wide choice of food and offered my wife who is GF a good option.

The food was good and there was always plenty of variety.

A great choice of food at the buffet restaurant at mealtimes.

The accommodation was clean and the food good with plenty of choice for all.

Food was buffet style and was average, and on a couple of occasions during the week, we were served undercooked chicken.

Having just returned from 5 nights in the supposedly 4*Palladium Hotel, Cala Llonga, Ibiza, it is a 3* at best and I’m giving it that for the views and the food!

All staff were very nice and food was very good, always something for everybody's tastes.

The hotel was very clean and the food was exceptional with plenty to choose from.

A vast array of hot and cold foods, and various breads too.

Enjoyed our stay once again in Cala LLonga  First visit since 2019  A few things missing since then the A La Carte Restaurant and the Japanese Restaurant

-Different types of food for lunch and dinner in buffet on daily basis.

although the evening performances could be longer and the quality was mixed with some being better than others.

The Saturday afternoon we went down to the bar where there was a man on a Saxophone, he was brilliant and got us up dancing.

Evening entertainment on the whole it's not bad

Visited in 2022 to find facilities and entertainment had fallen drastically in quality from our earlier visit which was great .Thats why we rebooked.

but really enjoyed everything particularly the guy playing the sax and the Friday night entertainment which was a fab end to our week. The lady that ran the entertainment is very committed to her job, and we really enjoyed her daily quiz -(and the sangria when we won!)

The entertainment each evening was very good and also the entertainment around the pool during the day was excellent.

The pool bar, was the only area where drinks were served and the entertainment took place.

Having been a visitor to the Hotel before Covid curtailed overseas holidays I was not overly impressed that in the period of none occupancy no effort had been made to bring the Hotel facilities up to modern standards of accommodation.Finally one of the better aspects was the evening entertainment which was of a good standard with a variety of acts to suit most holidaymakers.

The hotel did have entertainment, all acts were good.

Leaving only the pool bar for day and night sitting area.The entertainment was good,as was the service of waiters

No places nearby for entertainment outside the hotel.

Entertainment was good, different singers each night, with various games around the pool during the day, Nacho and his animation team were brilliant.

The food is very good, super selection, the pool is lovely and the entertainment in the evening is good, what more could you ask for !!!!. .

Every night they presented a musical show, with different artists.

All the entertainment reviews are surprising  - we thought the quality was really good with close harmony soul acts and saxophonist accompanying deep house particular highlights

We love Paula, the water fitness instructor she was great, energetic, and super friendly, and she put everyone to dance..

And the entertainment in the hotel is wonderful.

The entertainment staff from the hotel also, we didn't take part a lot,

however the hotel staff were more than happy to help however they could and maintenance was quick to respond.

We informed the reception that we would like to be moved

This hotel is 30 years overdue a refurb and some of the staff need educating in customer service.

A place full of fun, smiles and laughter, creating ten very best of memories.

The main positive about this hotel is the hard working staff.

The hotel staff are polite and work hard.

It would have been nice to see the placemats wiped clean as they were often food stained
- views from the hotel are beautiful
- the staff were always pleasant, helpful and service was reasonable
- the sun terraces had no sun (acceptable in October) until around midday,

In fact, all the staff at the hotel were so kind, helpful and always cheerful.

The hotel is ideally situated and has stunning views.

We had the superior deluxe panoramic sea view room.

but the view from the balcony was better.

The exterior hotel was nice and the ocean tiered decking is the main attraction of the hotel.

The sea just down the steps from the hotel is great if you want to snorkel.

Hotel is in a very good location beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area.

We were absolutely stunned by our amazing deluxe room with the whirl pool and the beautiful view we had!The staff explained they leave the whirl pool empty till we get there as then we can see we have clean water.

The hotel has some amazing coastline terraces and really good access to the the sea and beach.

Overall would recommend, lovely location into the small village and being able to just walk down the steps into the sea was great (although slightly slippy so take water shoes).

The location of the hotel is the real selling point as you get great views overlooking the sea and the town.

AI was a great selection of drinks available.

We booked B&B and opted to take advantage of the 3 days for 2 all inclusive offer, which was excellent value.

We were on all inclusive base and there was always something different to eat and plenty to choose from.

Overall we were happy with our ‘All inclusive’ package.

The all inclusive package is good value and the food is a good standard, with plenty of choice.

The food in The all inclusive restaurant is absolutely delicious, the theme nights they have are spot on, the Mexican night in particular was incredible.

The splash zone is on the other side of the hotel and barely gets used for that reason

We were all inclusive and the food was great,

This was the first time we have stayed in an all inclusive hotel and it was amazing, so many food options all fresh and some cooked in front of you, staff were extremely friendly and the restaurant was immaculate at all times , the added bonus of a food stall for toddlers was such a great idea all within their height too!

Drinks were good quality, lots of different cocktails and spirits and good measures, unlike some other all inclusive places we have been too.

The desserts are fantastic, and with it being all inclusive and self service you have as much as you want.

We didn't use the cooking facilities as we were  staying on an 'all inclusive' basis

but also doesn’t like to stay stationary in her wheelchair :) 

We were all inclusive, and this isn’t something we usually choose, But the price wasn’t much different to half board.

If booked now, it is well over 3500 euros all inclusive so double the price.

Cleanliness isn’t a concern in general around the hotel - the maids do a great job in the rooms also and are always a friendly face.

The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained - no fighting over sunbeds, there were plenty.

The hotel was cleaned every morning by an abundance of staff including the pool area which was good to see and the facilities were also great with spa (had a lovely massage), ample garden and pool space and a well seated reception area to cool down if needed.

The staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean the maids do a great job !

Incredibly clean hotel, the reception when you first enter is beautiful and the reception staff are very welcoming and helpful.

As always, excellent, spotlesly clean, lovely staff especially our maid and the waiting staff in the restaurant who were excellent at helping me out  with my dietary  requirements  due to Coeliac disease.

Rooms are nice and clean, have all what u need.

With children aged 8 and 4 we really appreciated the well-organised, fun kids programme.

For the kids the animation was super nice as the guys are super cool and funny.

There is a very good entertainment for kids in the hotel, and also some for adults.

This was our first visit with children & I would say it’s a very suitable hotel for families.

These were the best days  for me and for my 4 years old daughter and my Husband too .

though we were visiting just after peak-season, the entertainment program was still in full swing, which our son absolutely loved.

A memorable first holiday with our grandson.

Our daughter is the happiest she ever is when she is there and we can’t thank everyone enough.

I stayed here with my family in the middle of august, including my 5 month old granddaughter!

Joining us on the trip was my daughter, her partner and their children.

The pool is perfect for kids of all ages (and adults) again, really clean.

If you put your kids in the kids club they will have a lot of fun.

Super prepared for all the shows and activities with the kids.

They make all the kids feel at home and have so much fun with the kids.

We, a family of five (kids age 16, 14, 12) had an AMAZING time here!!

This is a lovely hotel, beautiful food, attentive staff and no lack of sun beds which is a bonus BUT please please sort the evening entertainment, don’t get me wrong the kids bit is run of the meal

What a great week of games and activities for the kids alongside the wonderful Woogie discos.

The location of the hotel is perfect and enables you to go on coastal walks or directly into Santa  Eulalia to enjoy the Marina, restaurants, bars and shops plus the lovely beach there too.

The hotel is in a good location to the marina.

The location is fantastic, a 5-10 minute walk to the marina and the town, the coastline that the hotel sits on is stunning.

Great location as you can enjoy the quietness of Santa Eularia whilst also taking a 10-15 minute walk to the harbour with lovely restaurants, a gentle small beach as well as great watersport activities through company called Yacht!
