Breakfast was really very good, buffet and hot selection cooked to order (pancakes were v good), plenty of choice and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, as were all of the staff across the hotel.

Breakfasts were excellent, fantastic choice from the buffet and the menu, personally we found the service good,

The breakfast had an amazing choice, even had a glass of Cava on offer, as well as gluten free options!

We were bed and breakfast - the breakfast had plenty to choose from something for everyone.

Breakfast was so enjoyable sitting on the beautiful terrace with the most amazing buffet including cava every morning and fresh fruit in abundance and a hot food menu too - coffee and fresh orange juice delivered to your table and topped up as you wished.

We didn’t use the hotel restaurants other than for breakfast which was good.

All requests were no hassle, for example wanting to take some juice away after breakfast or having a coffee to go.

Thanks also to Pablo and DSofia, who were friendly and helpful, also Josie (not sure of the spelling) who looked after us at breakfast tme.

The common areas in the hotel are clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet is amazing.

We were on a B+B rate and the breakfasts were excellent – lots of choice and great service.

Good breakfast, excellent gym and spa, pool areas are gorgeous, it’s a slice of heaven.

Cheese heaven and the omelettes are to die for!

We enjoyed all the facilities, great breakfast and lunches, Spa treatments and all pool areas, everywhere is stunning and all the staff are so helpful and friendly.

Breakfast is fine, other meals are better outside of the hotel.

Very clean, stylish, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast with a lot of healthy choices.

The room has been designed so you can lay in bed and see the marina, which is lovely

The cocktails were hit and miss so we went out to the marina which was very nice.

The location and the breathtaking view over the Marina were undoubtedly standout features, elevating the overall ambience.

The bedroom overlooked the pools and had a beautiful view across to the marina and bay, it was  top class.

We booked Premier Bay rooms and the view over the marina was amazing.

We spent many an evening sitting in the bars around the marina and admiring the amazing boats!

It’s located by the marina, easy access to central and also can pick up coastal routes for walks.

Our bags were taken to our Premier Bay room overlooking the Marina.

Additionally the hotel is at the wrong end of the marina.

Roof top terrace was amazing, beautiful views over the marina and amazing service.

We didn't get chance to eat in the restaurant on an evening as there are so many other choices around the marina which is a 5 minute walk away.

Hotel location great, at the end of the marina, a few hundred yards walk to restaurants and then a bit further to the main strip of Santa Eulalia.

Definitely try the new sushi restaurant in the marina, was absolutely amazing.

The pool on the terrace was so beautiful with views of the marina.

Also as mentioned in previous comments the large hotel next door has a massive PA system that drowns out any ambiance that this hotel has along with some very poor Karaoke.

Any channels which were tuned in were of poor quality.

Breakfast poor, unable to get a warm/hot poached egg and getting coffee is traumatic.

Great SPA facilities let down by poor cleanliness (the floor was not cleaned regularly enough).

Limited staff round pool , no food at the rooftop pool which is poor , the roof pool Is NOT INFINITY!

but the rooms are let down by poor cleanliness.

No water left complimentary in room through day, this was just plonked down on dressing table while carrying out some poor excuse for a turn down service absolutely pointless exercise, close part of the blind, throw the cushions and bed throw to wherever it lands.

Not enough staff, service was EXTREMELY slow and poor!

however because the wifi is so poor, it is almost impossible to access them!

We stayed there 12 nights and nearly didn't because of some previous reviews about rude staff and poor service.

We had to wait 30 minutes to be served at the roof bar and it was because a friend of mine went for it, poor attention to the customers and the spa does not feel covid free.

but is let down by absent and poor management at the highest levels.

We ended up getting supplies at the local grocer and we weren't the only ones to feel aggreived at the high light lunch and drinks prices throughout the week.

So all in all a very expensive and disappointing stay. Sorry

In summary this hotel was over rated (not 5*) and very expensive.

but had to be asked with no one taking any initiative to push service on to the next level that was consistent with the price point.

However, I must commend the hotel manager, Sol, for taking the initiative to rectify the situation by offering a discount on the room rates.

Also, there seemed to be signs of cost cutting: the breakfast buffet was less extensive, no sweets at turndown and no fresh fruit around the pool.

A total disgrace, we were trying this hotel prior to a full weeks booking in August, chose to book direct so the property would not have to pay commission via Booking.Com and we can only say we will absolutely never ever consider going again.

So for it's star rating and how much it cost I expect more, so we won't be back to this hotel, the resort yes, as we enjoy it here.

but it’s crazy prices we were given two small cans of water each night at turndown and it turns out we were paying about €5 per can  this is not made clear 

Sorry to say it’s not value for money and I would not return or recommend

but there are much better and cheaper hotels than the Aguas de Ibiza, which we found very disappointing.

but not putting clean bed sheets on each day in a supposedly 5 start hotel is not good enough, I'm not interested in saving the planet when I want and have paid for clean bed sheets.

but for the price we paid we were expecting better.

We ate in the rooftop restaurant one night and that was awful, the menu cannot be easily read on mobile phones and €9 for bread is just taking the micky; three Michelin starred restaurants do not charge that!!!

We loved the roof top bar in the late afternoon to watch the sunset and listen to some great music.

We had a wonderful time, lovely staff, amazing room, lovely pool area and the roof top bar was just stunning - yes drinks were expensive,

The hotel's rooftop bar was undeniably a highlight, providing an excellent atmosphere to unwind.

Rooftop bar was great for sun downers as was the infinity pool. A++

Perfect strawberry mojito and fantastic service by Marcelo on the rooftop bar!

First the good bits 

Great location, most staff are fantastic, amenities in sizeable room are good, fantastic breakfast choice and service, strong wifi, rooms cool and dark great sleeping, rooftop bar fantastic ambience and views 

Not so good 

Our room overlooked a dusty noisy car park ( picture attached).

I have been in the rooftop bar of this luxury hotel in Santa Eulalia for few drinks with friends.

until midnight each night, which drowned out the mellow music on the roof top bar.

Marcelo along with the other staff working at the roof top bar in the evenings were also fantastic.

The rooftop bar and DJ made our evening especially Marcelo the bar man who went that extra mile with his cocktails and service.

Marcelo is an excellent bartender who gave excellent customer service when we visited the roof top bar!

I was staying at the hotel and come up to the roof top bar and let an amazing man Marcelo, asked if he did a mojito and said yes I do the best passion fruit mojitos and he wasn’t wrong!

We spent a lot of time at the rooftop bar and pool.

The breakfast was slow and uncooked eggs served to us, we waited 45 mins for some milk for coffee as there was only one choice of full fat milk on the cereal section also no white crusty bread after 9.45 am

Breakfast later on was a bit chaotic and slow (so go earlier) and unless you are ready at 10 there can be a wait to get a towel.

Breakfast was slow, bizarrely you have to order black coffee with one waiter and any other coffee with another.

The reservation process this year was a bit more complicated and slow than last year,

Any staff that are there are verrrry slow and ultimately it lacks the basics such as towels and sun loungers.

The service is extremely slow at all aspects of the hotel such as breakfast, around the pool and lunch.

Service was very slow and the cocktails weren't very nice, couldn't get a table outside for breakfast and there were never enough towels around the pool.

In particular, the wi-fi is desperately slow, the bar staff in the rooftop pool area could be more engaging with their customers and there are several loose or broken floor tiles near the main pool area that need to be repaired as soon as possible.

Food and bar service is slow, grumpy and inattentive.

but you rarely get asked for a drink round the pool and the bar staff are very slow but it wasn’t really a problem.

Bar staff across the hotel are totally incompetent, service takes forever and they are soooooo slow.

Bar staff were inconsistent and especially slow and inaccurate at weekends.

but very welcoming of families

Excellent free access to the spa facilities

The staff were friendly, the hotel was spotless, the spa was a treat.

The facilities, spa, pools (family and kids on the ground floor and adults on the roof) and kids club were all great.

Once you have been able to read the menus on the QR Codes you will find the food and drinks of great quality .The Spa is 'out of this world' a vast warren of pools and treatment rooms.

The massages I received at the hotel were above and beyond what I’ve experienced before.

We did not make use of the Spa – so can not comment on that.

The reason I gave it 4 stars was for the spa and evening food options.

The hotel facilities include 3 pools, 2 of which are on the roof plus a  Clarins spa, sauna, steam, Roman bath and 3 pools with various water jets.Our room was very spacious and kept immaculate by the attentive room service staff who turned down our beds each evening and left bottled water for us.

Another plus was the cocktail bar on the top floor, with Marcelo and Sara deserving a mention, as they really looked after us, and the Spa was very good and worthy of a mention.

We stayed overnight only so did not have time to enjoy the spa facilities

Spas to die for and perfect in the morning or afternoon.

Breakfast was as good as reviews had commented , the roof top a wonderful place to relax and spa pools first rate.

Dined in the hotel on the first evening which was amazing and breakfast buffet and selection each morning was delightful.

Breakfast stands out, as a very substantive spread is put on every morning including a very popular omelette chef.

DJ playing chilled tunes at breakfast one day was a nice touch.

Breakfast: Great selection of food and drinks, and made to order fried eggs or omelettes was a nice touch.

Breakfast was divine, so much choice even being vegan we were spoilt.

Daughter is Gluten Free and at breakfast this produce could have been more readily available.

On a positive, the selection of food at breakfast was very good and Juan, who manned the bar on the roof terrace, was very helpful and friendly.

We were half board and really couldn’t fault the offer for both breakfast and evening meal.

The choices available at breakfast and dinner were really good.

We stay half board and the return to full buffet evening meals was so good, the food was amazing.

Food:

We only booked breakfast and to be honest I am glad.

Breakfast was superb, everything you can imagine!

Clearly other guests just steal them from the breakfast room as we witnessed

but is nowhere near as bad as some guests would lead you to believe.

A few days before check out, we managed to see the room next to us as it was being prepared for new guest and this room did look more like the photos.

Appreciating mgt tread the fine line of upsetting guests who have no interest in others, this needs sorting.

My wife removed towels from 2 beds next to us unoccupied for 5 hours so an elderly couple could use them-why leave it up to your guests to police this ?

They did not have enough towels and sometimes towel card for guests for poolside.

Still, it meant we got our favourite table every night and the smaller amount of guests meant it was a very chilled environment to enjoy our meals.

I would image 90% plus of guests are on B&b and so there were only around 10 other diners when we ate.

Perhaps the hotel was more hopeful that people would be considerate of other guests

but as this didn't open until 7.30pm we tried The Pool Snack Bar which was due to close at 7pm and there were no guests there when we arrived at 6.40pm, but the staff were still prepared to cook a meal at that time and it was delicious, again nothing was a problem for them, for which we were grateful.

And I absolutely couldn't stand that the toilets in the guest rooms are literally positioned next to a wall.

but volume and type of music in keeping with the hotel and its clientele.

Needs a lot effort for the house keeping and for the guest to divide it before sleeping.

but overall I was disappointed by the service from the staff - all of whom seemed demotivated, miserable and as if guests were more of an annoyance than anything else.

Temperature checks on check in, hand gel everywhere and they are meticulous in ensuring guests wear their masks in inside areas.

A hotel where UK and US guests visit frequently needs to make sure that on those rainy evenings, if you're proving an in-room bath, there needs to be something to watch, too!

but makes sense given other guests have had similar problems to us.

I do want to raise something for the Management to consider for guests new and returning.

We paid a bit extra for an Xtra Relax Beach House Room, which was well worth it (esp as we heard a few guests complaining at reception about how small their basic rooms were).

Walked into marina all nights for Gluten Free food options.

The location of the hotel is ideal for the marina with its many restaurants and bars.

but resort is literally a short walk to the marina area, which has a massive choice in cafes and restaurants so not an issue at all.

Hotel is fairly dead at night, only a 10-15 walk to Marina and main town with lots of gret restaurants and bars.

Location was great, a lovely little beach bar just a short walk through the tress (via a path), the marina was only 5/10 mins away and had lots of great bars and shops, and Santa Eulalia itself was about 15mins walk and a really pleasant stroll along the harbour/promenade.

It is a few minutes walk from the gorgeous and peaceful marina which is a serene and tranquil place even at the top of the season.

Good points Santa Eulalia is gorgeous, the Marina is stunning and the hotel is in an amazing spot.

The hotel is perfectly located for the marina with its abundance of bars and restaurants.

The hotel is a short walk to the Marina and beach and a short walk to a large supermarket.

SBH  is a 10-15 minute walk to the Marina.

Location was perfect just a small walk to the marina and restaurants.

The hotel is a short walk from the marina, a nice sandy beach and lots of bars and restaurants.

Hotel is walking distance to the Marina which was beautiful.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the harbor town promenade, so that is a real bonus too.

Lovely to walk around the Marina there and some lovely shops and restaurants.

It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the marina, supermarket on route.

We took the woodland path on an evening into the town and past the marina was amazing and well worth the short walk.

The office and boats both being at the marina.

You will be spoilt for choice as there are a great selection of restaurants around the Marina.

The pool areas are fabulous and a great place to relax.

The pool area is nice enough as was the rooftop pool and we didn’t have any issues with sun beds.

Pool area and gardens are immaculate and lovely.

The pool area was fantastic and not having children running around makes it an absolute winner, makes such a huge difference.

The main pool area was busy really quickly so we waited to use the rooftop pool from 11am.

The pool areas were very well looked after.

The rooftop pool area is chilled and relaxed as is the ground floor pool.

On arrival, our room wasn’t quite ready so we were given access to the rooftop pool/bar area and complementary drinks & food.

Stunning views, an exercise bike, loads of seating area and the best bit a jacuzzi over looking the beautiful ocean.

Roof top pool area wasn’t  an option as the access lift didn't operate till 11.

Nice pool area and a great touch that you can order drinks from your sun lounger.

The pool area was clean and sun beds were available albeit if you wanted beds nearer the beach for the breeze it was an early start.

Good options at breakfast, 3 pools to choose from and what really makes it, is they have a stunning rooftop with a pool area which is just for the guests.

The pool area is lovely and bar staff at Ginger bar particularly friendly and good staff.

The pool areas are lovely particularly the rooftop pool which has spectacular views.

Hospitality ( the art of service, personality and looking after guests )  all their staff  were fantastic

There was Lots of athletes and cyclists in the hotel during our stay, lovely walk along the sea to some really nice coves / beaches to some  sea swimming spots
Hotel have Yoga and meditation most mornings

All 3 pools are lovely and yes the sun beds fill up quickly so be ready, rooftop pool tends to be a bit less busy

Roof top pool amazing views with DJ playing chilled anthems.

Service upstairs on rooftop pool was fine.

The rooftop pool was fab, and the bar made great cocktails!

The roof top pool is superb with amazing views.

You are allowed to access the rooftop pool when you stay in one of their suites.

Our favourite part of the hotel has got to be the sunset DJ by the rooftop pool, and the breakfast!

The pool areas are what makes this hotel so good - there are three to pick from: the main pool, the slightly colder pool on the mid-level and the rooftop pool.

There are two pool areas, one being a roof top pool and bar area which was lovely.

The choice of sunbeds is great (at the main pool, terrace pool and rooftop pool, yes there are three pools!

Food was amazing, rooftop pool and terrace was incredible for chilling in the day, again all with amazing sea-views.

We used the beautiful rooftop pool every day and again the service particularly from Carlos behind the bar was exceptional.

The newly extended rooftop pool and bar has an incredible vista, you honestly have to pull yourself away!

Cons

Rooms are a little dated and could do with a  bit of an update and walls are paper thin.

Quite dark in the bathroom and the hairdryer is attached to the wall, so had to blow our hair in the bathroom.

Its in the lift walls, the flooring everywhere, the fridge cabinet.

The paint on the walls was chipped and shabby.

So when you sit down, your leg is cramped up against a wall.

but the standard rooms are quite small and you can hear everything through the walls.

The bathroom while it was surface clean needed a deep clean and the door was really dirty and I had to clean the back wall of the shower myself.

I can only describe the room as a fairly shabby family room, unclean with plaster cracking off the walls.

but the light was so harsh due to the white walls, that it was just frustrating.

The decor inside is all white with splashes of colour in it's paintings and cushions, the walls are all white and the foyer is very pretty.

but the bathroom smelt of drains, we had bulbs missing in the lights and wires hanging out of the bedroom wall which I asked to be sorted at reception for 3 days, eventually I took to social media to have this problem sorted - that worked!!!!

although the walls are very thin in the bedrooms.

If you stay here then you'll soon realise how thin the walls are between the rooms - this was the only real downside to things at this hotel.

It has a very open concept after many walls have been taken down on the ground floor allowing open spaces.

The check out experience after a night of highly disturbed sleep (loud neighbors and thin walls separating rooms and lack of real 24/7 reception to take timely care of this matter) was quite a bummer.

So our room looked onto a wall, we had no bath robes, no beach bag with flip-flops or toiletries.

The down side is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear what the neighbours, neighbour is doing!!

but the walls are very thin as you could hear everything next door were doing.

The walls were previously a bit thin and as a light sleeper I had trouble with this

In the inside dinning room there were park benches that ran the length of the wall .
