Snack food was poor, hot dogs with no buns!

Whenever the toddler cried or did something ‘undesirable’ the mother would scream at the poor kid who otherwise got zero attention.

but doesn’t deserve the 4 stars, the rooms are great that’s definitely the good thing, but the food, the poor all inclusive, the entertainment doesn’t deserve 4 stars, also there is nothing to do outside of the hotel, so just an average hotel with 2,5 stars

The food was cold every night and had to be warmed in the microwave even if you went in as soon as the Restraunt  opened the food was also very repetitive there  were no hot drinks available in the Restraunt other than breakfast time and the soft drinks Pepsi / Pepsi max and 7up had run out more often than not.on our last night even the white wine ran out which is poor for an all inclusive.

why the staff didn’t know that as soon as I mentioned it seemed a bit poor and would have saved me getting annoyed about it.

Adults fighting, filthy rooms, lack of English language, poor food we lived off rice & salad and had to eat out and even go to the supermarket been an awful experience not enough letters to let me leave full review.

The entertainment team work really hard organising the usual variety of poolside games during the day but obviously have budget constraints as the evenings entertainment was poor and mainly consisted of them doing sketches or more games/quizes/karaoke.

The children’s game room is also quite poor, we won a prize on the ‘Stacker’ machine

All inclusive drinks poor quality and very little choice.

but the hotel provides free buses to Arenal and Palma 
My only complaint is the local spirits because they are poor.

but lots of people complaining and was non existent in reception area and poor in the dining room.

The food was poor in every way, and constantly had to wait for things to be replenished.

The room was always clean, bed made and towels tidied and clean ones left when needed.

It lived up to the standard of a 4 star hotel, the reception area was clean and the rooms were cleaned regularly too which was great.

My sister (who works in leisure) informed me it wasn’t mould per se on the sun-beds

but some days you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool and the stuff floating in it was disgusting!

Turn right out of hotel then when at the roundabout at bottom of road turn right & there is a newsagents that sell tobacco.

There was a damp smell in our room initially.

We headed to the splash pool to then discover the ropes in the pool all covered in green mould!

The food was DISGUSTING and that's no exaggeration.

The bathroom is terrible, really smelly and old.

Also some bar staff need to be retrained on cocktails as sometimes they were just disgusting depending on who made them.

The snack bar was quite disgusting though.

Unfortunately the rules about smoking only in designated areas do not appear to apply to vaping (or are not enforced) as a number of times we ended up changing sunbeds to avoid the fumes.

)There is a supermarket if you go out of the hotel to the left which has baby milk nappies etc, if you want cigarettes turn right at the hotel and follow the road round to the small shopping centre, there is a newsagent type shop you can get them.

Other customers chucking cigarette ash on floor and cigarette ends in tree bases as no ashtrays provided.

Overall - this hotel is not 4 star and is geared for young French families (French spoken for all activities/entertainment).

Unfortunately, we had only been in our room for five minutes before we heard spraying outside of our room, and began to smell the insecticide as it entered our room from under the door (as this was the area that was being sprayed).

Pool was consistently dirtied by debris from the palm trees and dead bugs.

but the standard is unfortunately not up to 4 stars.all inclusive cocktails and drinks disgusting.

Nothing worse than trying to eat your meal and someone thinks its ok to light a cigarette 10feet away from you around children.

The only thing I think could be improved are the towels in the bathroom, they were old, had a burned smell to them and they were quite small.

Eventually I was given a paper cup and was told to go to the machine.

This is predominantly geared for German holiday makers , and they do seem to take priority .

Good service only down side I would say is that you have to pay 1/2€ for every cup you take

We chose not to request a different room as it may have been a case of “out of the frying pan and into the fire”.

Rooms are dirty - sticky, smelly from canalisation, A/C not working properly, warm water in shower just 2 options- yes or not, all inclusive package completely useless for this hotel, even those 3 glasses of wine and beer which is this hotel offering you will better skip, all dish in their canteen repeatedly dirty, I guess dishwashers were fully filled with some Eco rinse program.

even though we paid all inclusive we went out most evenings as very little choice,  also had to pay for cups and alcohol outside of lunch and dinner, no entertainment what’s so ever.

Extras- 
There was a deposit to pay for the plastic cups, 1 euro for a small cup and 2 euro for the pint glasses, this was not an issue for us and was a good way to stop waste from paper cups.

Beware alcohol is not included in the all inclusive as we were not aware of this until we arrived at the hotel, you are only allowed soft drinks and have to pay a 1 euro deposit for your cups.

You pay €1 for a cup at the bar, which I did not find an issue as it encouraged people to return them after use.

Down fall of it was no tea or coffee or kettle in the room and the TV is completely in either german or Spanish.

There is one thing I dont like and thats it That I dont have a mini fridge on the room.

The hotel discription is incorrect, one bar open, room is not fitted with fridge or kettle or internet access.

The only plus was a few members of staff were really lovely.

The room does not have a kettle and cups to make coffee or tea.

It was like walking into an oven- I slept with a bottle of water by my chest is was that hot.

If you wanted to drink outside by the pool area, you are charged for the plastic cups!

Unfortunately, in the early hours of the morning, guests arriving and leaving can be noisy and consequently disturbing.

Except even here, they must’ve got the piping wrong in the bathroom, as the toilet was constantly leaking water, which you could hear from the bedroom.

We did end up eating out of the hotel most days, the food hall was awful, noisy and had constant ques.

During our stay there was no subsequent cleaning so room floors became quiet sandy, bed linen was not changed at all during our 7 day stay, considering they said it would be every 4 days!

I asked immediately about moving rooms and was told to return the next morning and they would see what they could do..

After quite a sleepless night due to traffic noise and rowdiness from people returning at all hours, I went back to reception.

After 4pm it is accompanied by drunken German lads singing and body barging anyone in their paths or ogling anything in a skirt.

but this is not a true all inclusive hotel with new regulations in to curb the drunken behaviour of some guests.

We recorded the noise and took it to reception to show them.

If your a family don’t be surprised by the amount of drunken loud cannabis smoking louts.

Had a lot of noise from neighbours, beware walls are paper thin

I have complained to our tour operator and also to the hotel chain themselves and have yet to hear anything back.

There was only one night where I got woke up due to noise from drunken people outside, it didn't bother me though..
We went all inclusive, buffet breakfast lunch and tea, breakfast was a variety off cooked breakfast, yogurts, fruits, pastrys, meat slices, cheese slices ect.. lunch and tea were different items each day, when we was there we had choices off pasta and sauce, spagetti bolognese, chilli con carne, pork chops, pork steaks, chicken breasts, pizza subs, chips, salads, cake, jellys, ice cream and custards for deserts also!

The walls are paper thin so I could literally hear everything and was woken up most mornings.

but quite noisy through the night with groups of young people.

The hotel let's very large groups of drunken youths book in, who make noise at all times of day and night as there are hundreds of them they have to have security and a police presence.

We were woken in the middle of the night multiple times (once at 5 AM) by people jumping in the pool.

One of the nights we sat and were told to be quiet by the entertainer because we were talking, then when someone said we were 'English' (Scottish

Bingo and a few unknown games played in the main hall at night that do not accommodate for English spoken people, even got told to be quiet.

but it is what you pay for it’s a comfortable bed and clean room for the night.

Very nice holiday, room is clean, food is perfect, staff is very  friendly, i spend very nice tíme, i comming back soon, i give very good experience to my family and friends, day entertaiment is very funny

Arranged change over to another building Habana which was certainly an upgrade lovely pleasant clean room with balcony and view, change of room was swift and handled with a very polite and helpful receptionist.

Friendly staff on arrival and all the time we stayed the room was very clean and tidy the meals are very good and have a lot off choice it’s about 5 minute walk to a clean and tidy beach well recommend and great value for the money will definitely be returning next year thank you for a great holiday 😊

To try and make it look chic the corridors are black with automatic lights when you step out of the lift, If you've ever visited York Dungeons it's like that, without the doors rattling

but if you are waiting for someone to get out the lift then try to get in, if the doors start closing they will keep going no matter if you are in the door.

The lift is dodgy which try's to trap you while it closes there is a notice warning of this!!!.

Just to note there is only one lift so there can be a wait especially at busy times.

Requested low floor as read previously long wait with the lift (9 floors one lift).

Out of the lift into a pitch black corridor where the lights took a few seconds to register us and turn on.

but there is only one lift and you can be waiting a long time for it at busy periods.

Only one lift so we walked down from the fifth floor and used the lift up.

but there is only one passenger lift, so it took three attempts to get down to breakfast one morning.

but the one big downside was the fact that the for a hotel with 8 floors there was only one lift a bit of a nuisance for a mobility scooter user.

Just one lift, we had to wait some time to come to our room.

Bearing in mind that you can only access it using the usual lift and stairs, I felt very self conscious.

Only slight quibbles were the one lift and very busy breakfast room which we knew about beforehand ,

The single elevator is inadequate and the stairway is all painted in black with poor lighting.

This hotel is in a perfect location in centre of Palma really modern hotel full of amazing art; the WiFi is terrible so slow and pretty useless very frustrating,  really great breakfast; only one lift for 9 floors so on many occasions had to walk up or down

The elevator was also very small and it can be a long wait when a big group arrives.

The lift is too small for size if the place and breakfast was chaotic.

Elevator is slow and room 102 very noisy directly overlooking busy street.

A single small lift was often inconvenient causing longer waits than you would expect.

Bathroom a little tired and dated, corner room had plenty of space,  was lovely and cool, mid corridor room was quite small with very noisy air conditioning.

When it hadn’t been done by 4pm and all cleaning trolleys had been removed from the corridor I had to go and ask for clean towels.

All walls, carpets and doors in the corridors are black.

One side of corridor rooms have a balcony over the road the other side have no balcony

although the black painted corridors and carpet need brightened up.

The outside corridors were black and gloomy with the carpet looking dirty in need of replacement.

but a bit repetitive- though again, for a couple of nights stay, it did the job, not sure we’d have fancied it every morning longer term
The decor in the public areas and corridors others have stated, is a bit unusual, not really to my taste, but I didn’t see that as important.

As someone else has mentioned, the corridors are very dark, floor to ceiling black with some rather unusual pictures dotted about.

Lovely lounge area, bar and restaurant - the decor in the corridors is a bit dark - almost ‘nightclubby’ (reminds me of the Quay club in Newcastle circa 1993, as all the communal walls are a black slate/tile effect 😂) -

Dark corridors and basic rooms and didn't feel private staying with my friend due to set up of bathroom.

Impressive decoration if you like modern art if you are more classical, you may find the corridors all black a bit oppressing :) Actually it's a pity that we can't learn more at the reception about the artists exposing there.

but can make the corridors a little gloomy.

Corridors are depressingly dark and don't make for a welcoming feel.

Only comment would be that I would suggest additional lighting in the corridors of the hotel.

but mostly scary, considering the odd pictures on the walls and the unnerving metal statues which suddenly appeared when the lights went on upon entering the hallway.

The only negative is that the hotel is very dark, the walls in the corridor are painted black which makes it feel like night even in the middle of the day.

It's a very good location for the city and the maid keeps the rooms spotless.

Room was spotless and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space which is a bonus.

Check in was quick, room was clean and beds were comfy, there was a dripping noise from, I assume, showers and toilets in other rooms, didn’t bother me

but there was no noise anywhere in the hotel.

From our room we could clearly hear general and telephone conversations from the next room, and footfall from the ceiling above.

Rooms not facing the marina are slightly small on the other hand they are much more quiet (no road noise).

However, rooms seemed to lack any kind of soundproofing so could hear everything from room next door - including them cleaning toilet at early hours in the morning.

Things are getting back to normal and I was pleased to hear that hotel had had a successful season.

Some examples of why we felt the hotel was mediocre 
- The rooms feel quite cheap … for example, when we opened our bathroom door the metal ceiling panels rattled loudly
- The pool is tiny and simply not worth using for our kids (9 and 6) 
- The breakfast was unappetising compared to other hotels we stayed at (and again, was fully priced).

Every hour was woken by noise  from car park or lift .

Only complaint you can hear people talking in room next door as if they were in your room.

but there was extra double glazing which helped reduce road noise.

but we were allocated on the 1st floor and it was quite noisy as the hotel is located just in front of a main road.

The only comment that I have, the sliding balcony door in the room that I’ve had on the second stay didn’t close properly, even with the door locked there was still loud noise coming from out site, even on the 7th floor.

but remember Palma is a city like any other and so you're likely to encounter noise in most hotels as life in large cities tends not to slow down.

but this is a curse just as much a it is a blessing as we got a room facing the streets and the noise is 24/7 and truly unbearable.

Minor gripe is traffic  noise as room on low (2nd) floor.

Though must admit that the noise of bin trucks collection at 5am can be very noisy at the back rooms - even on top floor ( 8th floor).

Only downside was the walls were a little bit thin so not as sound proof as we would have liked as we arent early risers and could hear people leaving for an early breakfast/flights plus those coming back later than the rest of us in the evening.

though the road out the front was busy and noisy the doors to the balcony shut any noise out.

The only downside is that the there can be noise from other rooms due to a central “vent” in the bathrooms.

Clean room, helpful staff, as you'd hope and expect.

Very clean everywhere, All of the rooms are unique, the rooms are very clean, cozy, beautiful.

Spotlessly clean room and the pool was great along with the sun beds.

Room was clean, huge, we were pleasantly surprised that the bevarage in the fridge was free.

Our Premium Sea View room was immaculately presented and provided us with a fantastic view of Palma Marina and Cathedral La Seu.

balcony doors need better soundproofing as the noise from the road is substantial during the night.

It wasn’t possible to relax by the pool as all you could hear was the sound of diggers and pneumatic drills, not exactly the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

I didn't like the fact that the traffic noise came heavily through at night time.

Drunken noisy golfers around pool area with no discipline or control staff and men not observing smoking area.

but still managed to sleep pretty well despite the noise from the road behind the hotel.

Because we were there over a holiday weekend, noise was not apparent - well not from roadworks
