We were all inclusive and the food was great big salad bar lots of Spanish things like Fideua and Sobre Sada/Chorizo.

Myself and my fiancée have just returned from a week all inclusive holiday.

but plenty to choose from , we went all inclusive and i would recommend doing this to any1 going in the future.

Overall a small selection of spirits and cocktails were available all inclusive as well as soft drinks and slush.

As with all All Inclusive hotels there were good and not so great bits and I would say that’s personal preference.

It seems like everything you do costs extra money which for all inclusive isn’t the best.

Food was OK, the usual all inclusive stuff.

If you’re a family with children looking for a clean, safe, friendly and good quality all-inclusive hotel with a range of entertainment, I highly recommend Globales Maioris.

They were allowed to stay and use all inclusive facilities, which was a real help to us.

Safe's are also available to hire, both not cheap when you have already paid to be all inclusive.

You have the bear in mind it is still all inclusive at the end of the day so it will never be phenomenal!

This is a lovely decent all inclusive hotel on a budget.

The food I have no complaints about, if you are used to doing all Inclusive holidays then there will be no issues.

Went all inclusive with my mum as a belated 40th birthday trip for me.

All-inclusive drinks were pretty good too - the one lager beer was perfectly nice, as were the wines and sangria on tap.

We stayed here in May 23 for 7 nights all inclusive.

Local busses operate outside the hotel, tickets easily purchased online and it’s quick to get to the water park, S’Arenal & Palma.

however; once they factor in pick ups/drop offs to other hotels in Palma & Arenal it was 1hr30!

One thing I will say is on the bus they will take you to the local beach playa de Palma or S’Arenal.

We used the free hotel bus to go into Arenal and Palma and the local bus just outside the hotel to go to the water park, all really easy to use.

however, the hotel runs a free bus to and from Arenal and Palma on a daily basis if you fancy exploring.

but there’s a free bus each day to beach/Aquarium/Palma and you can book everything through the lovely reception staff.

but the hotel run a shuttle bus into Palma city on a Monday and a Thursday (you must book the day before).

I knew before we booked it, it was in a quiet area which didn’t bother us at all, we did catch the bus to Palma which was just stunning.

We got the quick bus in which was supposed to be 40 mins

Great for a visit to Palma or accessing the free shuttle bus to the beach.

There are free buses to beach and water parks .

We used the hotel bus to go to the beach,

and book onto free shuttle buses that transport hotel guests to and from a handful of locations and attractions.

There was a free bus to take you to palma or the aquarium

but we used the local bus service which was fine for us.

We did take the public bus into sarenal to visit the beach and that was worth it, the bus stop is literally outside the hotel and if you have google maps on your phone it will tell you which bus to get and what time its due - ideal for us with a small child.

however there is a free hotel bus that goes into Palma.

We were able to get on the hotels shuttle buses for every day that we tried.

There is a free shuttle bus to palma and to the beach I recommend them.

We also took the public bus to the nearest town and again had no issues.

The hotel have free busses should you want to visit surrounding areas or there is a public bus right outside the hotel.

The rooms were good, clean and as expected from photos.

The staff were all amazing and so good with my daughter, we’ve been home for a week and my daughter is still talking about all her friends (staff) 
Hotel is all kept very clean as is the pool.

Pool area was spotless and felt really relaxed and calm.

As a whole the hotel was lovely and clean.

Overall the hotel is great, our room was very spacious and always cleaned well, pool areas were fine and never struggled to get a sun bed

The hotel itself was clean, tidy and you could always see someone cleaning up, especially in the restaurant.

If we went again I wouldn’t bother attempting to dry my hair.

We always managed to get a seat in the restaurant, which was always being cleaned.

The restaurant is kept very clean and we never had a problem getting a table.

but the loungers look really unsightly and makes you feel dirty and breakfast is the best meal

I'm currently here been here 3 days so far and honestly please ignore the negative reviews the hotel is amazing clean and always happy to help speak good English when needed the pool are brilliant you will need pool shoes for the little ones around the splash pool as is slippy

The pools seemed clean and there are plenty of sun beds in various places to choose from, so you can follow the sun!

Cannot fault the service and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Housekeeping were fabulous, the room and general areas were kept spotlessly clean.

landed flat on his back within minutes and after a few more near-misses we bought pool shoes for them.

Inflatables aren’t allowed in the pool.

The kids loved the pools with the slides and spent hours playing together.

but we were able to store our bags in the bag store and hang out round the pool all day.

Every lounger around the children's pool had mould growing on it.

The pool  area is great and has three pools ( one of them for small children) it was kept spotlessly clean and there was more than enough sun loungers to go around.

however the pool wasn’t clean, there was a big thick green scum line around the main pool and the loungers and umbrellas were covered in mould.

Every lounger around all the pools has mould  on it even the loungers on the balcony’s have it too.

Swimming pools are a lovely temperature unlike some freezing ones I’ve experienced before

Supermarket just up the road is very handy.

We spent our days at the splash pool for my son which he absolutely loved!

but the pools were lovely and not too cold so didn’t spend too much time outside of the hotel.

The rooms were cleaned daily and the kids loved the pools and the slides.

but otherwise it was pretty poor
 
Cocktails - Only 4 cocktails included in All Inclusive.

Snack food was poor, hot dogs with no buns!

Whenever the toddler cried or did something ‘undesirable’ the mother would scream at the poor kid who otherwise got zero attention.

but doesn’t deserve the 4 stars, the rooms are great that’s definitely the good thing, but the food, the poor all inclusive, the entertainment doesn’t deserve 4 stars, also there is nothing to do outside of the hotel, so just an average hotel with 2,5 stars

The food was cold every night and had to be warmed in the microwave even if you went in as soon as the Restraunt  opened the food was also very repetitive there  were no hot drinks available in the Restraunt other than breakfast time and the soft drinks Pepsi / Pepsi max and 7up had run out more often than not.on our last night even the white wine ran out which is poor for an all inclusive.

why the staff didn’t know that as soon as I mentioned it seemed a bit poor and would have saved me getting annoyed about it.

Adults fighting, filthy rooms, lack of English language, poor food we lived off rice & salad and had to eat out and even go to the supermarket been an awful experience not enough letters to let me leave full review.

The entertainment team work really hard organising the usual variety of poolside games during the day but obviously have budget constraints as the evenings entertainment was poor and mainly consisted of them doing sketches or more games/quizes/karaoke.

The children’s game room is also quite poor, we won a prize on the ‘Stacker’ machine

My only complaint is the local spirits because they are poor.

Choice of food was good for my family and allergens clearly labelled in most cases.

The hotel is good, air con is rubbish, food is ok.

That being said, there are a few bars and restaurants just down the road, as well as a general store and a couple of shops.

Some of the nighttime entertainment we saw was karaoke, kids disco, halloween show and they decorated the hotel for halloween and did a scary maze through the hotel one night.

Florence used the kids club a few times which was great.

The entertainment was really good, different each night, loved the magic show :).

The entertainment certainly wasn’t upto much though.

There are big pillars that make it difficult to find a seat to be able to see the stage.

There was a very good snack bar that was open all day, daily and evening entertainment

They did a fantastic job especially Borja who did the aqua dancing in the morning!

Entertainment was good and slides were good and customer service was fab

however the entertainment team were always friendly and would speak English, French and Spanish.

The animation team were loads of fun, the food was lovely.

All the entertainment was for the children and they are mostly French.

In the evenings the summer team (Brilliant team btw) put on different entertaining shows for adult and kids in the disco room.

Overall we all had a nice stay, staff were helpful when we had questions.

We loved our stay, the hotel is stunning and in a perfect location overlooking the harbour.

Comfortable beds, the place is spotless, the views over the harbour are spectacular, perfect for couples, singles and business people who return frequently because of the handy location and facilities offered.

This hotel is noted for its position with spectacular views over harbour and bay of Palma, it’s service, cleanliness and the original and striking ‘Poetry of the Sea’ theme that runs throughout the hotel.

Beautiful location with marina view and close enough to walk to the centre.

Beds are very comfortable and the balcony overlooking the bay is a delight.The much-needed air con was efficient and not too noisy.

The marina is a hive of activity and great for people watching.

Our room was a Premium Plus so we had a fantastic view of the marina from a spacious balcony.

On a positive note, and worthy of 4* or 5* star review is the situation on the marina, pool/spa/roof terrace, short walk or €7 taxi ride to Old/Historic town.

My daughter and I had a great room with views over the marina .

It's right by the Marina, so you get a sick view of the sea.

We stayed in a Premium Double room with sea view which was very spacious and we had a lovely view over the marina and the cathedral in the distance.

The hotel is wheelchair accessible and the accessible room we had overlooking the marina was very nice.

A nice walk along the marina with many boats and not far from Palma center makes it a perfect place to stay Also only 5 minuets from the Hardrock Cafe.

The front facing rooms are a must, outstanding views of the entire bay, what a way to wake up, the hotel is brilliantly located opposite the marina, a pleasant 10 minute stroll into Palma.

We love sitting on the balcony with a glass of something and watching the world go by and the view over the marina.

The nearest hotel along the marina front to the Cathedral with great views.

On both occasions I had a fantastic view of the marina, and despite being close to a main road it is quiet inside.

Had a good stay for 3 nights, the hotel is well situated overlooking the marina, there are plenty of good bars and restaurants in the area and it’s a nice short walk into the city.

We stayed in a suite and it the corner view of the marina was beautiful.

Very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff and lovely view of the marina from the room.

The rooms were cleaned every day, each room having a decent sized balcony providing a stunning view over the marina.

Sea View Room with amazing views of the marina & also of the cathedral which is only a 15 minute walk away.

but there was no noise anywhere in the hotel.

From our room we could clearly hear general and telephone conversations from the next room, and footfall from the ceiling above.

Rooms not facing the marina are slightly small on the other hand they are much more quiet (no road noise).

However, rooms seemed to lack any kind of soundproofing so could hear everything from room next door - including them cleaning toilet at early hours in the morning.

Things are getting back to normal and I was pleased to hear that hotel had had a successful season.

Some examples of why we felt the hotel was mediocre 
- The rooms feel quite cheap … for example, when we opened our bathroom door the metal ceiling panels rattled loudly
- The pool is tiny and simply not worth using for our kids (9 and 6) 
- The breakfast was unappetising compared to other hotels we stayed at (and again, was fully priced).

Every hour was woken by noise  from car park or lift .

Only complaint you can hear people talking in room next door as if they were in your room.

but there was extra double glazing which helped reduce road noise.

but we were allocated on the 1st floor and it was quite noisy as the hotel is located just in front of a main road.

The only comment that I have, the sliding balcony door in the room that I’ve had on the second stay didn’t close properly, even with the door locked there was still loud noise coming from out site, even on the 7th floor.

but remember Palma is a city like any other and so you're likely to encounter noise in most hotels as life in large cities tends not to slow down.

The 3rd Floor cafe offers a mouth-watering menu and drinks selection, the atrium houses the pool and jacuzzi, the sun terrace outside.

All the staff we met were friendly and helpful the breakfast was always tasty with lots of choice and a lovely lady making fresh omelettes.

Pool and facilities are a great bonus with bar and food service by your sun bed..

There are loads of bars and restaurants nearby.

5 minute walk to local bus that takes you to the lovely beach at Illetas.. lots of super restaurants within walking distance Give it a try you won’t be disappointed

There are lots of great restaurants close to the hotel and it’s within easy reach of the city centre and cathedral

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very comprehensive in its menu.
