The restaurant was very good and with excellent choice of buffet both for breakfast and for dinner.

The food is delicious, fresh and the staff is very friendly, accommodating and professional.

Well, every word was true: friendly staff, beautiful rooms with luxurious facilities, nice swimmingpools and sunbathing area, excellent breakfast, great spa facilities (salt water/dead sea swimmingpool in-and outdoors,dpa treatments, sauna, etc).

The staff were incredible, the rooms were spotless, and the buffet was incomparable.

They change the buffet 3 times a day so there is plenty of options for everyone.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the assortment of food at the buffet was excellent - something for everyone, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Food at the restaurant is gorgeous, with ample buffet choice, free beer, prompt and generous service.

Overall great experience, we came for one night the whole family, facilities were new both room and overall surroundings, food was excellent both dinner and morning breakfast, indoor pool and outdoor pools were great.

It was the most amazing experience the staff was pleasant the food and restaurants were out of this world, the spa was clean and the hotel itself from the lobby and thr rooms were very spacious with all the amenities.

My wife and I stayed in a Moav room with access to the lounge on level 8 for light food and beverages (incl alcohol) all day long.

Lounge was very good, quiet without any children entry including free alcohol bar and food being replaced 3 times a day, including pastries in the morning, fishes and salads at noon, and deserts/salads in the evening.

Also, recommended to take a room on floors 8 or 9 as you have a great lounge included with food and drinks from 10am till 8pm. Lastly, try the massage, not the best one I received

Excellent hotel, Soyte with a huge balcony and jacuzzi with panoramic sea view lounge with hot, cold drinks and spirits as well as light meals throughout the day courteous and professional service.

Great service at reception, dining room and lounge.

At the “lounge” we were treated like royalty mostly because of Tagel.

The lounge on the eigth floor was good, friendly staff, fresh food, very clean and tidy.

Check in and check out at the lounge, no need to queue up in the Lobby.

The VIP lounge is in the 8th floor, with decent sitting areas and lovely dead sea views, great service, free cold and hot drinks,

We stayed at the Executive suite on floor 9, that also comes with full access to the hotel Moab Lounge, that offers beverages (hello Nespresso coffee!

The service in their lounge is excellent and the light meal available throughout the day is more than adequate to serve as lunch.

Also, it was to include access to the business lounge.

We were in the upgraded rooms maybe for those floors the Moab lounge could be used to speed up the process.

Nice spacious rooms (especially the top 3 floors, which have access to the lounge), swimming pools and spa.

He said “someone will call us tomorrow” and did nothing else.

The phone number of the reception, if you find the right one, will not help you, they do not answer !!!

I’m calling to check.” Meanwhile I’m starving and completely in shock at the treatment I received at a hotel that costs $500+ a night.

I had to call the manager upstairs to help.

after calling 4 times we finaly received 2 female slippers At this point I am all ready done we haven't received anything special in our room for our special day.

The hotel website is incorrect and the reservation phone number they gave meant waiting on hold for over an hour and then they didn't understand.

For the guest relation is worst people on hotel we have some problem on kids club Yael is not good to manage kids she is so nervous we call manager they give reason to personal instead customers is only in Israel that you can see manager or guest relation ask customers to don’t speak and stop , to give reason to team instead team make fault.

Kept calling front desk didnt have a solution.

but we thought that it will be reasonably to get another hour in the checkout time - so we asked and the receptionist that was trainee and barely could speak (Hebrew or English) refused to call the manager and did not agree to a simple and fair request.

Also if you call the reception dont always expect them to answer .

but the bad part is watching all those tractors and heavy machinery tearing the natural sea apart and building artificial ponds calling this dead sea is an insult to the ecological community!

Cabs apparently don't exist in the Dead Sea and so after waiting for an hour for a cab and several pretend phone calls to cab company who said we are a few minutes away,  then a gimmick of "check out the diamond store for free shuttle", we finally had to convince my 80+ mother in law to walk the 15 mins to the restaurant.

Here too paint was peeling and we had to call maintenance because the recessed handle in the door was falling off and the toilet was continually running.

Also, the wake up call we requested for 6 in the morning never came.

Three phone calls to get shower gel is silly!

Star ratings are normally given on facilities and service yet this hotel would not even provide water in the rooms, even when we requested at reception - the receptionist called someone in response to my request and after a two minute call she looked at me and said no, sorry.

The front desk staff very unfriendly, very often they do not pick up the phone and you have to go all the way down for a request which they do not do anyway.

Service is slow and if you try to call room service expect to be hung up at least a dozen times.

To go in you need to call a number for the fate to open (not very smart system as it would be easier to be able to open the gate with a room key for instance).

Very good pools and rest areas, beach is close to hotel and clean.

The hotel looks good and we enjoyed the excellent pool and the fitness room.

Especially when there isn’t a pool to go to.

Swimming pool was not busy and best as always, we really enjoyed it.

The pools were stunning with heated outdoors and non heated as well.

There are two large sweet water pools, one of them heated.

Good spa with saunas, dead-sea water pool and 2 Jacuzzis (!).

The hotel outdoor pool and indoor dead sea water pool are great and make this a great hotel with only a few minute walk across to the Dead Sea.

They also have an indoor salt water pool that we did not try.

They have a beautiful pool area, spa and a Dead Sea water pool on property.

The spa is large, and the Dead Sea water pool is large.

The hotel has an excellent spa with dead-sea water pools as well as sulfur pools.

In addition the two level fresh water pool was wonderful - and heated to the perfect temperature for a refreshing swim.

The outdoor sweet water pool ( upstairs)  was heated to 27 degrees centigrade making swimming a pleasure even in Feb.  the pool manager caters to all the guests as does the life guard. .

The hotel itself is very welcoming, has good spa with an indoor and ‎outdoor heated Dead Sea water pool and a nice sized and shaped ‎outdoor fresh water pool.

Spa and dead sea water pools are top of the line.

With the Dead Sea water pool, once can enjoy this hotel and the dead sea experience of floating with the trouble to go through the mud to get into the "sea of salt" - hotel is clean, quiet, perfect for a drop of the face of earth if you want it.

And the spa was of top quality with a salt water pool, jaquzzi, steam and dry sauna.

Loved the Dead Sea water pool at this property.

The Dead Sea water pool is very healthy and pleasant.

Pathetic and horrible, avoid at all costs!

but when this comes at the price of forcing you to leave your room and re-enter it every 10 minutes, and have your room become a sweaty sauna when you sleep at night and are no longer able to re-enter your room every 10 minutes, the result is a nightmare.

I was told to pay taxes , I don’t live in Israel for more than 30 years , it’s not fair 
I don’t recommend that hotel to tourists who has dual citizenship

Not so much to do with kids especially in poor weather hence my annoyance at having to pay for snooker game,

however, my spa experience I felt was overpriced and did not fully deliver.

Eventually I used a different number and I got through to the hotel reception who then put me through to a manager to be able to pay in advance rather than on arrival.

I don't know the price of the room as it was included in my tour,

I can’t believe for the money we paid we get lousy service.

The young waiters don't make eye contact and when they do and you ask for something, they throw the things at the table. In addition, food is extremely expensive (they take advantage because there are not many options around .  )

Most expensive in that area and also most disappointing hotel.

However, when we went to the staff requesting to stay one more night in the same room, they told us we had to move to another one unless we pay 200 shekos more on top of the latest room rate.

It is really not worth the expensive price.

we tried to overcharge us until we saw the price on his tickets he was giving out.

The restaurant is very nice and surrounded by a beautiful garden.

The food is good, the beach of the hotel is good, has beach beds and chairs.

The food was so tasty, thank you to the chefs.

The team in the various restaurants under the leadership of “Itzik” was very efficient and helpful.

We also got three different answers about when food was available.

A wide variety of food choices, the hotel rooms are very nice clean and beautiful view to wake up to.

At the dinning rood the food was unbelievable tasty evening and morning in abundance so good congratulations to Moshè Mimran the chef and the staff for the excellent food .. we absolutely suggest  the stay at the hotel from the chaîne  Isrotel garden Dead Sea

They have to work on the food , room smell (sheets) , and get rid of roaches to get 4+ or 5*

I cannot believe what happened and I will NOT BE returning, recommending, or remembering this horrible, disgusting, embarrassing experience.

Then when I went to take a shower, the floor still had sand on it, the corners were filthy, and the shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

When I got home, I found out that the damage from this malfunctioning pool for me is a burns on my skin.

The first room smelled like there was feces all over it and the second room had a leak from the AC.

We booked 2 rooms, One of the rooms was with smell of feces so we change room.

This establishment is getting old and needs refurbishment 

Our room ( which we paid to be upgraded) had a terrible smell 

The hotel fixed it by giving us air freshener

We didn’t ask to change rooms because it was to cumbersome and we were only there for 2 nights 

Most of the staff were friendly

And taking about the room - The biggest minus - old, smelly room not worth the price.

The closets we're squeaky, scratched, worn down, and smelled of mold.

The shower is still set in a bath with a nasty plasic curtain - not sure why a glass divider could not be put in its place and anyway the bathroom has not been renovated at all.

The rooms were so tired and ours smelled of cigarette smoke .

), bed sagging, furniture chipped, and that musty smell!!.

The carpet was filthy, the furniture bulging and old.

but the smell was so bad we had to stay in the same room.

Management is light and it’s a turn and burn facility with most guests only staying a day or two.

I then said to him that he should equally tell people that are smoking at the pool to stop

There was a nasty sock in the pool and no one seemed to care about it.

There was a bit of a musty smell in the hallways and we were surprised that there was no complementary water stand anywhere in the lobby or on floors- we literally had to go to the tourist trap minimarket to get water which is a bit lacking for a five star.

You have to float in the Dead Sea if coming here.

We made sure to reserve a renovated room with lounge access and did not get disappointed, we got a room on the last floor with great view of the dead sea and the swimming pool, all the room was nicely furnished and bathroom with a big enough rainshower.

I just got back vom Dead Sea Hotel Nevo Isrotel.

I love this hotel as it is the best one in the Dead Sea area.

The hotel also has a private Beach area where you can go and float in the Dead Sea and sit on the shores.

We took a Dead Sea view suit ( again) and loved the beautiful views from the balcony.

It's just a short hop across the street to the dead sea which was also convenient.

The best hotel in the dead sea, Isrotel Nevo ( fprmerdead sea), staff is wonderfull, every and each one are pleasent and kind, I had a wonderfull interaction with Victoria the manager of the laonge which carefully take care if the buiseness floor.

We stayd one night in 08/21, the resort is great for kids and very close to the sea, the staff was great espcially mr shahar edri at the front desk that was very nice, the breakfest was very good also with  a big variety of choises, defenttly will come again

The buffet was one of the best I’ve had with a wonderful selection and variety.

Half of the buffet counters are empty and the people have to wait in tour for the open ones.

The next morning we found the HUGE breakfast buffet room.

While spending our time at the hotel, my wife enjoyed the salt pool and the spa, while I enjoyed the buffet :).

The buffet breakfast was extensive and high quality as was the dinner buffet .

The food is great and abundant in the form of a buffet.

Both dinner and breakfast were sumptuous with more types of food than a normal person could eat at one meal.

The food buffet was outstanding at night.

The dinner and the breakfast had a large variety of options and the Chef was amazing in accommodating my sister's  dietary restrictions and even prepared her a few options especially.

in check out the housekeeper at 10:00  a.m told us when you leave the room i told him at 11:00 at 10:30 he tried to get in the room while my wife preper our staff to leave i left complain till now no body calling me bad experiment

Our room is not clean, and there on spoons on the floor that was obviously not cleaned .

One day our room wasn't cleaned at all and I had to remove the waste from the bins myself.

The room we received was NOT clean, it was poorly maintained and it was clear that its balcony was not visited for a very long time by the house keeper.

Unfortunately the rooms were to far from being sorted as they needed to be refurbished and cleaned properly between guests, The cleaning of the room was non existintent as we found under the beds belongings of previous guests.

During our stay they never once cleaned the room or the  bathroom, .

The bathroom was not cleaned properly after the first day.

I was outraged by the behaviour your organization encourages;
 
Because the same people were cleaning our room, I felt bound to be present in the room every morning when they were cleaing.

The rooms are tired and not cleaned well.

Unfortunately, when recieved the "Deluxe rooms" we were disappointed, the corridor to the rooms (stairs 9) was not clean, and even wasn't cleaned in all stay (same dirt)
The rooms were quiet standard, with poor furniture, old building, dirty bathtub and refurbished closet.

I am now certain that we were given a room that was changed and not cleaned, which is why it was in disarray when we arrived.

I got upset, and asked him to call housekeeping.

In the rooms the floor of the bathroom is sticky even after the cleaners have finished their daily cleaning.

The rooms not clean at all the pool is broken and the bathrooms is non clean at all , we try to talk with the manager and he got mad at me , he said if you don’t like it you can leave , that’s really bad way so we left
