From check in the experience was so smooth, the room was gorgeous with the view of sheik zayed.

The hotel is ideally situated about a 40 minute walk from the Dubai mall.

Very good service, clean rooms and friendly people like AMAR and Panchamn they did very well to clean the room and just 5 min walk from  the metro  station and near the exevition center i will visit angain to this hotel.

I went the new year fireworks in 2020 and came back to the hotel in 40mins by walking.

Location is perfect, 2 minutes indoor walk to trade center, incredibly convenient.

Breakfast can be improved a bit.the location of the hotel is nice, it is connected internally with world trade centre building so we can avoid walking in hot climate instead walk inside the buildings with 100% AC.

The lads  made  me feel  at home, Sankar  was on  song  with my   favourite  bottle of Siraz  red wine,  and  Ganesh and  Francis   helped  select  the menu..  then  Salah   walked  in  and  the  rest was  history.

Attended with kids to enjoy dinner time at enter nous resturant, the whole ambiance in the Hotel is very comfortable, the kids comment is that the color of the furniture and decors is very restful and relaxing to the eyes, and of course they enjoyed the flavourful spaghetti, and felt the warm welcoming from entrance to restaurant and walking around until the nice pic with  Anant at the exit with Mahmoud wearing the Golden Medal in shotting.

The metro station World Trade Center is also very close, just a 5 minute walk.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, 3 minutes to walk to Metro station World Trade Center.

VOCO Hotel is less than 300 meters from the World Trade Center Metro Station and located on Sheikh Zayed Main Street.

The hotel position is very good, close to my office and 2 minutes walking distance from World Trade Center metro station, from which you can easily reach all the main spots in Dubai.

Excellent location near the metro station World Trade Centre so in very easy reach of the airport, shopping malls and most of the Dubai attractions.

The location is amazing, a short taxi ride everywhere, and a minute away from a metro station, very easily accessible.

This Voco hotel Dubai is very beautiful and the location near to the Metro station, easy to go everywhere.

The place is very comfortable,  near of metro station, pharmacy, shops, cafes etc.

It’s conveniently located on the Sheikh Zayed Rd close to the Conrad Hotel and right between two metro stations, there is also a 24hr supermarket.

4mins walk from WTC metro station, many cheap restaurants around - so you can easily grab sth to eat at low cost.

Close to shopping malls also with Dubai mall and mall emirates a short taxi ride away or just 5 mins walk to the closest metro station.

Location was good and the metro station was close by.

The only issue I faced was me trying to move between different floors, the access card that you have for the elevator is only for the floor you’re staying in

but one thing that bothers me is the room key does not work many times and the elevator is difficult many times I go to the reception to change it

and she was having physical fight in the lobby guess inside the elevator or lobby elevator  with one  of the ladies  who i guess as either going to the club or just roaming about and you could hear screaming while in the lobby .. to me that was unprofessional and not to the standard of 5* hotel and shows kind of indiscipline some staff are.. hope the matter was investigated and action taken so at such kind of actions not to happen again.

but had to stop at 49  to switch lifts and stayed here.

The SWIMMING POOL - the pool is very small, on the back side of the hotel at a different building, you have change lifts to reach there.

but I requested to have room away from elevator and with jumeirah view.

Isolation is not very good room to room and you can even hear your neighbor talking on the phone

but somewhat strange to get to as you have to change elevators on 49th floor.

The lifts are super fast no waiting for too long.

there is a bar up to 52 th floor, you need to change elevator 2 times.

My elderly parents and I got stuck in the lift on our first day for over 40 minutes which they found harrowing.

We also got stuck in the lift for an hour.

We have to get down on the 19th floor and transfer to another elevator.

but all rooms are comfortable but needs some work on the elevators and the car parking

Confusing part was the usage of the elevators.

And all this queue is situated just when you get out of the elevator.

The only issue is Parking, rest their rooms, dinning, high speed elevators are fine.

Every thing was great: new hotel,  has all guest requirements, hotel style is modern very elegant , location is great cleanness, friendly staff, very cooperative reception staff , although it was very busy and fully accommodated

The two Asian women at the front were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Don’t recommend.There is no doorman at the entrance in the evening, knowing all 5 star hotels arrange that and doorman at the entrance  4 p.m  all is black i cant mentioned one all poor service only they stand and they talk with security and they not are in the type of hospitality standards as intercontinental standards as i see around 
 helps only those who pay him and leave the others.

Breakfast is poor where the chef was eating over the station where they prepare food.

The quality of this paratha is really poor.

The room service food is poor - ordered a pizza and a Greek salad.

The next morning I called AGIAN an the manger informed me that couldn’t locate the money and didn’t even apologies or offer anything as a good will gesture which I felt let down by the poor customer service.

Hospitality in SPA was poor, Custoner service Handel was not to the level, Breakfast African lady was so rude and unprofessional with lack of take care.

The HOUSEKEEPING - Very very slow, no staff, takes forever to get things.

Facilities and location were excellent..
Housekeeping  was slow and failed to deliver key items such as water .

My room key failed to work and it took too long to get a new on
-Really slow staff at the front desk /and guest services ever answers EVEN IF THEY TRANSFER THE CALL TO RECEPTION

Staff around pool area were very slow though

but at times they were very slow to respond to our requests or to fix things as they went wrong.

however valet service is a bit slow (maybe the car park is a bit far)

but the breakfast weren’t change

The housekeeping services are very slow, averagely took 30 mins to receive a coffee every morning.

I think some of the service was a bit slow and maybe not as good as it could be due to ramadan and services either reduced or not on offer.

My only complaint is that the Internet was really slow.

I also like that the hotel is attached to the mall so you can walk from the hotel to the mall indoors if you want to head over.

This is a very good hotel in a great location, very safe to walk around and lots of staff always on duty.

And later on, the guest relation manager walked into the cafe and accused me of shouting in the lobby, which I was entirely unconscious of.

The location of Hotel is Perfect for Walking and having Manys Stores Beside The Hotel(Mini Markets+Fast Foods+Pharmacy) and Also is Closed to Dubai Mall & Mall of Emirates by Car or Taxi in 10 Min and JBR by 15 Min and the View The Hotel is Perfect, I Stayed by Floor 41th and you can see Museum Of The Future, The Service of Hotel is Excellent Beginning (The Buffet Breakfast+Quiet Room+Very Clean Room+Valet Parking) and Also Reception Desk Employees are Very Pilot and Quick Response for Service, There Nothing Wrong for This Hotel.

The location is very closed to Dubai mall and city walk.

You can walk out side and you will enjoy that all restaurant and coffee shops are near you

Every time we 
walked from the lobby and he was in his shift, he asked about our stay, if everything is good.

A five minute walk round the corner is the Cavelli Club which is one of the best nightclubs I've ever seen.

 The location is excellent very near to World Trade Center Metro .

It is roughly 150m from Exit 2 of the World Trade Center (stop 22) on the Dubai metro.The hotel looks great and the staff were very attentive.

Its location is 3 minutes walk to “world trade center metro station” and there is a supermarket that is open 24 hours just next to it as well.

Location was fantastic - so much closer to World Trade Center Metro stop than I thought.
