Excellent rooms, super convenient position Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa is a walking distance, very friendly and helpful staff.

although, be aware that there is a lot of construction in the local area currently so this can be fairly loud when relaxing by the pool.

The sound of the generator of a nearby construction was annoying at night, so we asked the for a relocation to a higher floor, and staff was kind enough to accomodate our request.

Watch out, they are building a project just next to the hotel, so if you want to rest by the pool, it will be on a construction site.

Unfortunately, the view was not on no-good side (I could only see the building under construction).

but there is construction on the other building so I ask the Reception if I can change my room and they transferred me at 4th floor with Burj Khalifa view for FREE!!!

I didn't sleep well because of the construction outside.

The WiFi is fast enough to watch a movie

We got a room on the opposite side of the construction

Mind you, there was lots of construction along the way.

but blighted by construction works 24 hrs a day.

however there were many constructions around which I could easily heard at night, the staff was not as good as described in other reviews, I felt the check-in a little rushy and many details lost.

There are a few construction sites around the hotel.

although there was near construction we couldnt here any thing from the outside

but is a bit noisy from nearby road traffic and a construction site right next door.

In walking distance of the Dubai mall had to cross a big construction site to get there, the pool view is also overlooking construction (but that is Dubai downtown).

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Lali who was always there with his big smile and giving us suggestions on shopping, transportation, etc.

Keenan in particular was so friendly and took care of us very well.

And it was friendly staffs and room was clean and fasionable.

Staff is very friendly and seem like they enjoy their jobs, well trained and know what they are doing.

Staff were all friendly and helpful and we loved the 24hr shop and free tickets we received for the Reel Cinema in the hotel. The outside pool area is amazing and the perfect place to relax in the sun (which it gets all day!)

The rooms are small and basic (unlike a lot of the big posh hotels)

but the room was a bit small and had a strange elevator.

Yet, rooms are small, too plain and you need to pay for everything you ask for.

but instead we stayed 3 and pushed back our flight back home 

Room is a bit small for 2 but  as we were always out it wasn’t very a problem 

Beds and pillows are comfy.

The only minuses were 1) a very small room definitely not suited for three guests (two adults and a child) with nowhere to put all our stuff, and 2) the pool would benefit from having different water depths, which would be more convenient for kids. Oh, and also 3) Construction site right between the hotel and Dubai Mall -

although the rooms small it was perfect for the 3 nights we were there.

The rooms are a bit on the small side, and could use a few items such as iron and ironing board, and other hot beverage selections (different teas and hot chocolate perhaps).

Rove is in a walking distante from The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa

It had a very good view of the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

The location was excellent as we wanted to be based near the Dubai mall (which is adjacent to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain).

It was fun and modern, clean, great location across from the Dubai Mall, 24 hour store for snacks, great internet.

Everything is new and it's a 5 min walk to the Dubai Mall which is great.

We traveled from Greece for the first time to Dubai and the choice at this hotel was ideal as it provides all the amenities we need and is also very close to the Dubai mall 5 minutes walk which made our access there very easy.

It is superbly placed, 5 minutes walk from the Dubai mall and a 10 minute taxi journey away from La Mer beach.

It's in a very convenient location, close to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and other interesting places.

Conveniently located across the street from the Dubai mall, this place was an insane value in my opinion.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring all of Dubai and only a short 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa Fountains.

The location is just 5minutos to dubai mall and 12 minutes walking to metro - red station.

The housekeeping was excellent in providing us things we needed such as as  extra kettle (as we needed to keep boiling water for the baby bottles) and the manager Eliah was fantastic, he remembered our names and always made an effort to check that we were getting on ok. Taxis are always available outside the hotel and it’s only a short walk to the mall.

Rove has multiple exceedingly well located hotels throughout the city and this is outstanding proximity (walking) to both the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

The location of Rove Downtown is perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Dubai Mall, the building stylish with lots of individual touches and the staff cant do enough to welcome you and help with anything.

The hotel is very well positioned, it is located just 5 mins by walk from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

The location was very good that why we booked this hotel  very near to burj Khalifa and Dubai mall  it just like 10 min.

As mentioned in the title, this is one of the best hotel in the heart of Dubai and very close to burj Khalifa.

It's advised not to have room with city view as there is some construction work going on.

Although there is a lot of construction on the street, the hotel is sheltered from much of the noise and distractions.

Only downside was construction work necessitating crossing nearby en route to Mall.

When they checked it and entered the room, the kids did not like the view as it was on a street that had construction.

but when were there was a lot of construction  in the area.

Construction immediately surrounding a bit of a shame

the noise sound is coming from the cars outside during the night, constructions from the workers on the Bridgeold furniture and no so cleani might not be staying again in this apartment slow check in

but a little noisy, as it faced an under construction street.

We had to request a room upgrade due to construction work through the night.

but old, scratched furniture, badly working plumbing etc.. Breakfast in the hotel building, a lot of construction works near by, you have to wait for a golf car to transport yourself to breakfast room..

Notwithstanding some construction work taking place on the nearby road, the double glazing on the room windows ensure a peaceful nights sleep on the king size bed every night.

Although there’s construction going on, the stairs that connect them go through a garbage area.

however the room was not the one I booked, it had two queen beds and it was facing the motorway (construction site).

There is also some construction going on in the vicinity of the Hotel which,

5 mins walking distance from dubai mall & shaik Mohammad bin Rashid boulevard.The only problem is the noise at night from near constructions.

The road traffic noise and also construction noise during the night was quite significant during our stay.

However there is a lot road repairs and construction in the area at this time.

There is construction in between as dubai municipality is expanding their roads

What made it worse for us was that our room [and many others I presume] was located adjacent to one of those ‘construction joints’ in the freeway surface, and EVERY vehicle made a loud noise as they passed over.

I want to say a big thank you to the staff, especially Mr Bright who always makes sure we are okay and always friendly with our kids.

The hotel was amazing in terms of service,checkin staff which was very professional friendly and out of the way supportive like shehroz .the security staff and concerned did a very good job to take us in different areas of hotel surrounding by providing a baghi(travel car).

The staff is cooperative and friendly, special mention about Aftab at reception desk and Nilda for going over and beyond to make customer stay comfortable.

Housekeepers, Manish and Jagdish are friendly and doing their work honestly.

The lower floors do have an issue with noise levels from the main road

though the location is good and is opposite the mall, we couldnt sleep because of the noise.

The only disadvantages were: room service already at 09.00 in the morning (but this happened only once during our stay and I believe this was just a misunderstanding) + there were wedding parties in the hotel and one night it was really loud (but we solved this problem next time when the party was organized again).

With the balcony door closed it was still very noisy.

Vibrations of loud music could be felt through the bed.

Trying to get a taxi is a nightmare you have to leave at least 45 minutes with traffic and 20 minutes to allow for a taxi to come.

There was no traffic, I was there in 7/8 minutes time.

Unfortunately there were guests right next door with there three little ones running and screaming throughout the halls and being exceptionally loud.

Very bad experience starting from the first day

Noisy room, very very slow service
Almost no answer at any call to the reception.

We had some issues with the first room due to the noise from main road outside.

Anthoise could just be a little bit gentile and reminded me that i forgot to put it on, we’re all humans and we attend to forget sometimes, instead of shouting at me.

Then at night constant noise from kids next room and the security did speak to them

We got the 'wrong' side of the apartment building, facing the highway, and it is very noisy.

Just the noise of the street when you sleep is a little bit disturbing

A lot of noise comes from the Pub up to 3 am every day.

The two mangers started shouting claiming that we paid for two and they need the other two outside.

Still the only issue with it was the noise from the highway that runs right in front of the hotel, the windows are not well insulated.

Would recommend not getting a room on the Dubai Mall side as the traffic noise is very loud.

The easiest is to simply cross the road at the zebra crossings with traffic lights.

though it is good for space, superb air conditioning and location to the Dubai Mall.

Swissotel is a great place, very near to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and all types of restaurants.

Right across the Dubai mall with easy access through the boulevard on the opposite side.

Went to Swissotel Al murooj Dubai on the 5th September to the 15th September booked a two bedroom apartment, the apartment was excellent with 2 bathrooms and very spacious, close to the Dubai Mall and the metro in a very good location.

We liked the location of the hotel, close to the Dubai mall,

The hotel was well located, just a short walk to the Dubai Mall, the rooms were very clean and very modern, the staff was super friendly and Qasim at the concierge desk was super helpful the whole time we were there!

Located at a 5 minute walk from the Dubai Mall this hotel is extremely conveniently located, central to most other Dubai landmark ranging from Deira to the Dubai Park Resorts.
