although, be aware that there is a lot of construction in the local area currently so this can be fairly loud when relaxing by the pool.

The sound of the generator of a nearby construction was annoying at night, so we asked the for a relocation to a higher floor, and staff was kind enough to accomodate our request.

Watch out, they are building a project just next to the hotel, so if you want to rest by the pool, it will be on a construction site.

Unfortunately, the view was not on no-good side (I could only see the building under construction).

but there is construction on the other building so I ask the Reception if I can change my room and they transferred me at 4th floor with Burj Khalifa view for FREE!!!

I didn't sleep well because of the construction outside.

The WiFi is fast enough to watch a movie

We got a room on the opposite side of the construction

Mind you, there was lots of construction along the way.

but blighted by construction works 24 hrs a day.

however there were many constructions around which I could easily heard at night, the staff was not as good as described in other reviews, I felt the check-in a little rushy and many details lost.

There are a few construction sites around the hotel.

although there was near construction we couldnt here any thing from the outside

but is a bit noisy from nearby road traffic and a construction site right next door.

This hotel locate close to Dubai mall & Burj Khalifa.

It was fun and modern, clean, great location across from the Dubai Mall, 24 hour store for snacks, great internet.

Everything is new and it's a 5 min walk to the Dubai Mall which is great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Lali who was always there with his big smile and giving us suggestions on shopping, transportation, etc.

Keenan in particular was so friendly and took care of us very well.

And it was friendly staffs and room was clean and fasionable.

Staff is very friendly and seem like they enjoy their jobs, well trained and know what they are doing.

Staff were all friendly and helpful and we loved the 24hr shop and free tickets we received for the Reel Cinema in the hotel. The outside pool area is amazing and the perfect place to relax in the sun (which it gets all day!)

We loved the relaxed cool atmosphere of the hotel.

This hotel is ideal for those looking to be based near dubai mall.

The location is just 5minutos to dubai mall and 12 minutes walking to metro - red station.

The housekeeping was excellent in providing us things we needed such as as  extra kettle (as we needed to keep boiling water for the baby bottles) and the manager Eliah was fantastic, he remembered our names and always made an effort to check that we were getting on ok. Taxis are always available outside the hotel and it’s only a short walk to the mall.

The hotel was just ideal for our purpose,

As a couple we enjoyed the clean, fresh, uncluttered room, large shower, and all we needed for a relaxing stay - lovely linen, especially.

Our stay here was exceptional, the room had everything we needed & was in a great location to everything.

The room was very comfortable and had a great view.

Our room was perfect for our needs, with a great view of Burj Khalifa.

Rooms arw cleaning every day and it is very nice.

Front desk service is fantastic (especially Mary) and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Rooms are extremely clean which is important due to the current situation.

My room was always clean thanks to Samel, he's looking after my room and he's really friendly, helpful and hospitable

The rooms are small and basic (unlike a lot of the big posh hotels)

but the room was a bit small and had a strange elevator.

Yet, rooms are small, too plain and you need to pay for everything you ask for.

but instead we stayed 3 and pushed back our flight back home 

Room is a bit small for 2 but  as we were always out it wasn’t very a problem 

Beds and pillows are comfy.

The only minuses were 1) a very small room definitely not suited for three guests (two adults and a child) with nowhere to put all our stuff, and 2) the pool would benefit from having different water depths, which would be more convenient for kids. Oh, and also 3) Construction site right between the hotel and Dubai Mall -

although the rooms small it was perfect for the 3 nights we were there.

The rooms are a bit on the small side, and could use a few items such as iron and ironing board, and other hot beverage selections (different teas and hot chocolate perhaps).

Rove has a pretty modern yet warmth design and wonderful staffs.

I would like to recommend to stay at Rove Hotel Downtown, the staff and service is brilliant.

We received an informal pleasant welcome and efficient check-in by Placida who offered us a slight upgrade with a Burj view (remarkable).

This is a great hotel, great location and a great team of staff.

- Club Lounge: Sam at the Club Lounge is a MVP.

The service at the front desk and in the Club Lounge was excellent and friendly.

We really enjoyed club lounge, breakfast, lunch and hors d’oeuvre in evening plus desserts were good and alcohol is available all day long.

The club lounge presentations throughout each day really took it home for us.

even though the Club Lounge is not available, Fyve Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in room dining is available during your stay.

Finished the bottle of champagne, went to the Club Lounge for a snack and more champagne before dinner.

The food was so good in the club lounge, that she asked to go back even after she was stuffed from the delicious food we had at high tea at Fyve restaurant.

The club lounge is a trip saver, it offered convenience almost 24 hrs, it’s food is excellent & staff friendly.. rooms spacious

Club lounge: smaller selection of food than last time around (last stay was pre-Bonvoy).

CLUB LOUNGE: The highlight of any Ritz stay here, featuring breakfast, lunch, light lunch, evening hors d'oeuvres, and dessert.

Mulu gave Mom a custom breakfast and Sonia gave Mom a special dessert in the club lounge.

If you have a chance to use the Club Lounge, it is worth the extra charge.

People at the club lounge are also very nice.

Sayed Hekmat & his entire Front Office Team, along with Giselle Ocampo & her entire Guest Relationns team & of course, Sonia & the rest of exceptional ladies & gentlemen of the Club Lounge all consistently go above & beyond our every expectation whenever we have the pleasure of visiting the RC Pentagon City.

The staff is great, especially Robert at the bar, and Ravii and Sonia in the club lounge,

in my case, that was an unexpected pack of macarons after I had commented on how much I liked the ones at the club lounge were.

Sayed checked us in and gave us a tour (and cocktails) of the club lounge.

Having a mall with other restaurants within walking distance was very convenient as well.

The location is very convenient right on the Metro for sightseeing in DC.

It's minutes from the DC border, so an easy stop to get to if you want to get around. Convenient!

At the end of the day, I like this property – it’s connected to a mall, it’s connected to a metro station, there are a lot of restaurants and shops in the vicinity, it’s just a good location; and as mentioned the service from top down is generally excellent.

If you’re staying here for business and it’s the most convenient location then it’s fine, if you’re personally paying you will be sorely disappointed.

True, the location is very convenient because of its proximity to DCA and also the Pentagon City Mall.

The location next to Reagan Airport was very convenient.

Pros:  1) Conveniently located in a large mall with access to the Metro, 2) my room was remodeled, 3) they recognized my Platinum status, and 4) the lobby was clean.

We checked in and got a 12th floor room, which had a beautiful view of DC..Mall next door was very convenient.

area, the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City is one of the best convenient hotels in those areas.

The location was very convenient to the restaurant where we had dinner in Washington DC.

While I usually like to stay in DC for convenience, the easy connection to the Metro and to Reagan was nice.

The convenience of being attached to the Pentagon City Mall is nice.

Ultra convenient, too, as you can get to the Metro or the mall without even going outside.

Being a part of the mall was also extremely convenient where the hotel opens to the food court.

We loved being so close to the mall next store for convenience.

We found it convenient and comfortable at a reasonable price.

I placed my purse on the side of the honor bar and apparently triggered a $45 charge for an honor bar purchase which they eventually removed, and 5) the refrigerator has a sign on it telling you that you cannot use the refrigerator for personal items including medicine.

Then at checkout I was charged for minibar items I hadn’t even touched.

There was no overnight statement of charges slipped under the door, which is normal.

The room came with a fully stock “honor bar” (they called it that) which will charge you if you pick up or remove items for more than 30 seconds.

Also, usually when we check in to a hotel under the Amex Platinum Fine Hotel and Resorts there is an acknowledgment of that and they tell me wants specific benefits I have including if my room could be upgraded.

You have to accept the daily use charge to access the wifi and if you are are an IHG rewards member they remove the charges from you final bill.

When I received my bill there was a charge of over $90 for that small meal.

- None of our preferences were done
- Not the room we requested,  it was after 4pm still no room
- They did send us a BD card & champagne later.

#2) I got my folio under my door and the first error was a missing $100 credit for being a RC cardholder.

The bed was the appropriate height and additional outlets added to the night stand to allow a wheelchair to be close to bed and charging during the night.

However, when I explained the situation at the desk, they promptlhy and happily said they would waive any extra charge.

When I returned home, I noticed that I was charged, first a tax for the spa and then 2nd at $67 charge.

Shocked to be charged $25 for use of a mini fridge for kid and medicine.

There was some confusion about the charges, which the staff assured me would be corrected.

but instead saw Kate's and the Kristin's room charges.

There is the usual "use your key card" to access the guest floors, which has its own challenges.
