We chose the all inclusive option, the food was amazing, with plenty to choose from at the breakfast and dinner buffets (Horizon).

but with a little encouragement and creative flair you can manage to extend this with the drink available on the all inclusive.

We as a family of 4 went for a 10 night all inclusive holiday to Amwaj Rotana, Dubai Jumeriah Beach resort towards end of July 2022.

Good tip, go for all inclusive dine around, a better deal you will not find.

even though we  were all inclusive we could only use the main restaurant for breakfast and Dinner or the Rossa, snack bar and main restaurant for lunch.

but you could only dine at 2 within the all inclusive package .

All inclusive was 100% worth it, branded spirits, cocktails and the wine was lovely.

The all inclusive package is well worth it, every meal we ate was of good quality and plenty of choice.

but soon as we mentioned it they offered room change and all inclusive upgrades which was great.

We chose the All Inclusive option and we are so glad we did.

Came with my partner and stayed at the hotel for 13 nights on the basic all inclusive package.

We stayed under the basic all inclusive package - the food and drinks were great considering how much we paid for 15 days.

We opted for the all inclusive which was great.

We came on the all inclusive package and would say this is a must.

but if you like alcoholic drinks it's worth paying for the all inclusive package which was branded premium drinks.

Well the overall experience was nice 

1- the staff are friendly and helpful specially the ones at the door 

2- the location is perfect is ur coming for a beach all the time trip, the beach is just a walking distance and they have an access through the pool.

!😊 Also position of the hotel is perfect everything is so close beach shopping and great restaurants.

The beach is also very close which is good and we spent a couple of days there and returned to pool in afternoon.

Very close to the beach and night life if wanted is on your door step!

The best thing was a good location near the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes of the Walk.

Walking distance to plenty of good restaurants and Dubai Marina Mall.

It is very easy to get around with a short walk to the metro station, which I would recommend using, going to various areas of Dubai such as the Dubai Mall (there is Dubai Marina Mall also close by).

It’s in a brilliant location close to the beach and Dubai Marina Mall.

The lifts used to take a while as there was only 3 in the whole hotel and they were always full.

The lifts can be a bit busy at peak times

The only downside is the lifts during peak morning time.

The other problem is the lifts, it wasn't uncommon to wait ten minutes for one and then the way they missed floors and stopped for no reason is nonsensical.

The only thing, that could be a little better, the elevators were overloaded in the morning.

but extremely busy, lifts are a nightmare at this time as there is only 3 of them, can be waiting up to half an hour before u get one to go down, and that’s not an exaggeration!

Had his colleague actually been in the elevator he would have been here now.

We were allowed to walk by the reception and take the elevator up without any problem.

The team at the first floor breakfast restaurant was very helpful , But the lifts were very slow .. the worst part about the hotel.

Lifts after wait 15-20mins for ever time and regularly braking down

Service around pool VERY SLOW one waiter for over 50 guests often waiting 40 min

Difficult to get sun loungers and pool inadequate for size of hotel 

Food cold and VERY REPETITIVE AWFUL

Lunch menu no healthy choice just burger and pizza

Rude and ignorant front desk no customer care skills what so ever

Very poor value for money we spent £5800 dirham 28134.00  for two people very disappointed .

Elevators, one of the three elevators was breakdown , we had to wait for more than 15 minutes , then we move using the emergency stair case from 12th floor to 1st floor carrying my child and the some personal staff

The three lifts are slow and not enough during peak times and when one fails, like it did yesterday, be ready for a long wait!

Straight away it became apparent that the lift will be causing issues as it took a while for a lift to arrive.

The negatives:  the lifts are a nightmare, waiting for an eternity for one not to pass you by

Every construction person knows that the maximum time calculation for lifts is 28 seconds not 28 minutes.

but the main issues every visitor should know are:
• bad smell of mold and humidity in the rooms (we changed 2, so it wasn’t just a problem with the first one we got)
• 3 extra small lift with the capacity of max 13 persons for 25 floors 
• 80% guests that are not wearing masks and anyone warns them 
• average food

Perfect holiday hotel in JBR, very close to Jumeira beach and Marina .

There’s a bus shuttle to the marina mall.

Pier7 has a lot to offer which is a short (very warm) walk of about 20 minutes along the marina.

Our suite ‘1916’ had commanding sea-views overlooking the Marina, the big wheel ‘Ain Dubai’ , Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island and the suite was kept immaculate by Nasir who always had a smile and wanted to do more to make us feel right at home!

Hotel is in a brilliant position 2 minutes to the beach 10 minutes walk to the marina.

The yacht cruise was the same price per person and there is a buffet and lots of entertainment was definitely worth it.

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location at JBR and a very short walk to the marina.

You will not be disappointed if you love a centrally based hotel, near the beach, shops, marina, Ain Dubai and the Jumeirah Palm, it's perfect for all those things.

Not so good:

-Children's pool closed 
-the sun starts to shine after 12pm at the hotel pool area.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the Marina.

Its close to the Marina and you can walk to so many places grom the hotel.

Location is ideal for walks, beach and good food and very close to the marina which is beautiful!

The Dubai Marina and The Walk are probably the only area in Dubai where one can do everything by walking.

I would highly recommend to everyone, short stroll to the shops, JBR beach and Dubai Marina.

I have spent all day so far waiting to be moved as I have plans this evening and do not want to unpack in one room to re pack in another room.

Even with health problems you only had to wait a few minutes and then the help went directly to our room.

We went around the pool a few times and if there wasn’t a sunbed they took your name and sorted you one as soon as they could and gave you a shout in the pool or pool bar wherever you are we never waited longer than 15 minutes.

Finally checking out, they let you wait for no reason, if you don’t ask them why you’re waiting, definitely they will make you miss your flight.

I don't think he realised how long we had been waiting.

You should prepare yourself for a long wait at breakfast time: one morning we waited lift for 15 minutes.

You are waiting for cleanyour room hours and hours. .

The wait for the lifts was so painful wasted one hour each day waiting for lifts.

We were given breakfast as we waited for our room to be ready, which was at about 1pm.

There are only 3 lifts to service 25 floors and we regularly waited 20 minutes for a lift.

Nevertheless , 3 lisfts exists only , and they are so slow , it is common to wait 3 to 5 min  for them , and when they arrive sometimes they are full , so you wait again , this is is very frustrating .

Only 3 lift's you could be waiting a considerable amount of time trying to move around.

However the pool area was not equipped with enough long chair so that we sometimes had to wait for approx. 20min.

The reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5, is that the hotel is rather expensive for the standard of rooms, the breakfast is a little underwhelming and you can wait a long time for the lifts.

Unfortunately when entering our room it turned out that he was not ready yet, the baby cots were missing and the door of our double suite room was locked after we were waiting, meanwhile 1 hour later housekeeping came with the cots.

however no Birthday message or card ( not talking about small cakes as most of 5* hotels doing ) for my husband BD .. we decided do not extend our stay and booked another hotel ..  Got charged 250 Dhs for late check out ( 4 p.m).. we’re waiting bellboy to help with suitcases 20 min . .

Superb location with beach only a short walk and lots of restaurants and shops on the JBR walk.

2 mins to the beach - 10 min walk to blue water.

When you can see Dubai eye right in front of you and a minute walk to the beach … the best feeling.

For our trips out and about we used the sand coloured taxis with coloured roofs as per the advice given to us by the concierge (cheaper than private taxis) when we were going to was to far to walk.

Very convenient location, 1 line in front of the sea, 5 minutes walk from the room to the sea.

There are lots of restaurants and shops around the walk and you can eat on a budget or a bit more expensive if you want.

Location is spot on with tram Station few minutes walk away.

Great location, small walk to the beach, directly at the boulevard.

The location of the hotel is just perfect , right on Dubai walk which is perfect for a stroll along after dinner .

The rooms are big and the view of the sea and the walk are awesome.

The man speaks numerous languages so no matter what walk of life you are from, he is likely to be able to engage in pleasant conversation with you and nothing is ever too much trouble for him.

The location was perfect, like 3 mins of walk to the beach and very polite and helpful staff, especially Mohamed at the pool, who always  found for us chair next to the pool 😉

There are great walks for those with energy, and plenty to do for the kids., and we would go back again just for this hotel.

We were also a five minute walk to the Dubai Marina and a ten minute walk to the beautiful Dubai Marina mall.

Only few minutes pleasant walk to the beach, Dubai Marina mall, free shuttle to Mall of Emirates, decent breakfast selection.

2 min walk to the beach, 10 mins to Dubai marina mall.

In the evening you can easily walk to Dubai Marina and to Dubai Marina Mall.

It’s in a great location right on the JBR one side and the Dubai Marina Mall the other so close to loads of shops and restaurants.

5min walk to the beach and The Walk, 5min walk to the marina, 10min walk to both the metro and Dubai Marina Mall.

The location was absolutely amazing, we were a walking distance away from the beach as well as the Dubai Marina Mall and many other good places to go and spend time with the family.

Across the street is Marina if you want some great food or just for a walk.

The hotel is in a great location - the Walk & beach are a couple of minutes walk away - the Marina Mall (opposite side of the water) is a 15 minute walk & so we mostly went by taxi due to the temperature.

The view from the master bedroom is amazing with a view of Dubai marina.

A nice hotel with close proximity to the Jumeirah Beach and great locations in the Marina within walking distance.

but also to explore Dubai, the Marina and the beach /JBR .. All these right outside the door !

Rooms are large and provide great view over marina.

Our room had the Marina view which was beautiful.

Of course a short walk of 3-4 mins and down the escalator lands you on JBR where you have tons of cafes, restaurants and a public beach at your disposal - ideal with small children, and 10 mins over the bridge the other way and you’re at Dubai Marina and the Marina Mall.

The hotel is located 5 minutes by road from the center of dubai Marina and 30 minutes from the center of dubai.

The hotel is within walking distance to everything fun you need to in the JBR/Dubai Marina area.

All bedrooms were fully air conditioned and we had two balconies, each with an incredible view of Dubai Marina.

The hotel is very clean and quiet, ideally located to both the beach and the Dubai marina both being only a few minutes walk away.

We had got nice room on 9th floor facing marina.

The hotel is so well located with the Marina being 10/15 mins walk and the beach literally a stones throw away.

Good hotel, close to the beach, 100 meters metro, fantastic breakfast, very good service and always ready for help or service, manager Mr. Bernhard close to the guests and ready to receive any remarks or suggestions, If you decide to come  at Daubai Marina, you will be my first address.

This is really very good property for relaxing n enjoying with families, they gave all kind of best facilities like best view of Marina side as well Sea view, keychain,rooms size are good,seating hall is fine,Very nice swimming pool duty person Mr.Suresh ( Hyderabad India ) was very good guy n responsible his dirty very well.

We stay about 10 days it was a great hotel with marina and see view very nice restaurants room was very clean staff was very friendly and polite specialy our room attendant muhammad idrees was very professional and expert of cleaning and also very polite i will remember him .next I will prefer this hotel bcz of him  He is vey friendly.

We are staying in an extremely spacious 2 bedroom unit which has wonderful views of the marina.

Front desk were always extremely helpful with recommendations and even gave us a free upgrade from a 3 bedroom to 4 bedroom apartment with magnificent views over the marina from the 37th floor.

We had a warm welcome from khaled at reception who ensured it was a quick and easy check in process making sure we very completely happy with our room which was very spacious and had a lovely view of the Marina, to Muhammad idrees who provided a brilliant cleaning service and was there whenever needed.

Had a chance to stay at the Delta during my business visit to Dubai with an amazing view of Marina and partial sea view.

They both have BEAUTIFUL view at Marina and JBR.

View of Maria from our room was amazing so I would suggest a Marina view if booking.

Apartment is big and clean with great Marina view.

We had an executive room with king size bed and extra bed for out teenage son (large enough and very comfortable), the room was large and had view of the Marina.

What is also super convenient is adjacent to the hotel on the lower plaza level is a large 24hr supermarket where you can find all your groceries including everything from fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and fish.

From the moment we arrived after a long flight, then bus trip from Abu Dhabi at 11pm, we were so happy with the service and standards provided by the Ramada Plaza.

We staid in Ramada plaza for last five days and we highly recommend this place.

We stayed in Dubai for a week at the Ramada plaza and the hotel is just perfect.

I had a nice Stay in Dubai and the Ramada Plaza is near to the JBR/Marina Beach.

We stayed 4 nights at the Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach.We were very pleased by the hotel.

The Hotel Ramada Plaza exillent place, near  the Beach with very good Service.

Management needs to get strict with guests that do this, It ruins the overall experience for non smokers.

The carpet on the floor is awful it has lots of stains and smell.

I decided to move, as I was a little grossed out by the cleanliness of the room.

but our new room also had the lingering scent of cigarettes but we were so tired that we decided since it was only one night, we’d suck it up.

Just stand by the bin if you want to smoke.

Getting to the room we noticed it smelt of old smoke which was not a problem when we asked to change rooms.

but the apartments smells, the furniture is really old, there's some mould in the baths, there was a boiler in the kitchen which was very noisy, it is a 3* star hotel, not 4*.

I conclude by saying that our apartment smelled of sewage and after mentioning it, they got screwed. !!!

The suite required lots of maintenance, there was a smell like sewerage so I reported the issue and it took them for ever to come and check it, no apology or compensation.

Worst thing for us was the disrespect of other guests, we were woken at 3.15am on our 2nd night by the people opposite to us having a wild party, this was a group of men they had opened their room door and had music blaring they were also smoking and given you can’t open the windows in the hotel room I assume this is why they had opened their door, this made the whole corridor and our room stink!

Smoking and non-smoking rooms are next to each other and the corridors smell like cigarettes.

I cannot stay in a room like this coz I have allergic rhinitis and the small leather particles will definitely cause nose bleeding and difficulty in breathing. 9.

Room had a very strong smell of smoke which had me coughing most of the night despite me asking for a non-smoking room.

We have informed the staff for the very bad smell constantly in the bathroom.

The only 2 issues I had was the bathroom tiles were dirty and mold was in the grout.

There was a smell of cigarettes inside the room, the furniture was partly dusty, the floor (carpet) was not cleaned well, refrigerator smelled and the windows were inadequately cleaned from the inside.

CONS: The bathroom smelled bed; the towels were so dry (and old) that they hurt our skin; the shower is either very hot or cold during a shower (varying between these temperatures the whole time); minibar was not cooling anything; horrible pillows; we bought water at the supermarket and even paid for one(from the minibar).

When we’re waiting for him, hotel’s driver told us that it was he and he drove us to Abudhabi, he told a lie and took money.

I had my cereal then while still half a cup of coffee on my table I got up to get eggs toast and other stuff, which took so long waiting to be served, then return to table and waitress cleaning my table and removing my coffee and knife and fork and serviette- I said hey u am not finished yet.

While waiting for our visa to come through, we spent 2 months in a managed apartment in the Delta hotel.

This can lead to major waits at the elevator.

There was a very long queue on our first day so just be aware if you head down at a popular time you may be waiting a long time.

I'm here on my honeymoon after a very long flight , we managed reach the hotel and as soon as we arrived the staff were not very helpful , as they are making me and my husband wait in the lobby with our suitcases , for the past 5 hours.

If I was being really picky then could mention that waiting time for lifts was a little extra.

We stayed here as a family and from day one had problems, from our name couldn’t be found on they computer from our long flight we had to wait 45 minutes, then found cockroach in rooms and breakfast area then bathroom leaks witch then flooded the room, they don’t change bed sheets if I was you stay at the Hilton next door, we was promised a refund and still have not received anything the manager macsood is a lire don’t waste your time here

However on the day it was not ready our room and children and myself were frustrated as we had be waiting 4 hours for our room.

My only downsides are the lift wait can be quite long and can sometimes go past your floor and the prices for water at the hotel is quite expensive considering it was 40+ degrees when I was there,

We waited and then a different family came and we were ignored again.

You haven’t pick me up in the airport, after 30 min waiting I had to hire a taxi myself.

The thing that I didn't enjoy is that I arrived at 8 am and I had to wait for a room till 14h which was not great especially in the high heat .

but had to wait 2 hours before we could settle in our place and we had toddlers so not ideal, a room was given for us to wait in.

The only niggle was how long we waited for a lift

Thought 3.00 was along time to wait for our room .
