We are thankful Ms Nelia and Mr. Akbar of Ramada Downtown, Dubai for the hospitality and upgrading our room to Burj Khalifa view as we checked in on my wife birthday for celebration.

Stayed in the Ramada hotel - room was a great size and had a fantastic view of the Dubai fountains and burj Khalifa.

Our room was upgraded to one with a view of the Burj Khalifa fountain View which was great.

This hotel room provides the most amazing and panoramic view to the fountain and burj khalifa area.

Really nice Suites, had a room with the view of the Burj Khalifa, so we could see the fountain-show straight from the room.

He told us the road for Burj Khalifa and help is with bags and groceries as well

We were assigned the best room of the hotel thanks to his generosity, a beautiful view on the burj khalifa, mall and fountain with a very spacious room.

but as Raza saw that the children and I immediately offered us to move to a more comfortable double room with a view of Burj Khalifa, for which many thanks to him, the children are delighted!

In addition to the delicious foods and beautiful decoration, the viewdeck overlooking Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain and Dubai Opera was an entertainment for the guests which they all loved.

I recommend Ramada Downtown Dubai to those who wish to have a feeling of home away from home; those who appreciate flexibility and good understanding of guests’ needs; those who like tasty and healthy food; those who want to escape from the noise and hustle of Shaikh Zayed street and enjoy quiet walks in the prime residential area of Dubai; those who wish to stay overnight after a visit to Dubai Opera; those whi have special occasions to celebrate and those who love Dubai’s iconic skyline.

I will advice all of you not to use this hotel as they don't clean the rooms properly and sometime they completely ignore the cleaning.

..So it is not the companys fault if they are having failed system!!

They check on our room end if we appear busy or have a do not disturb sign on they call very late in the day just to see if we need anything.

Rang reception and the woman is talking to me like she doesn't even know what is going on in her own work place,  just ridiculous.

My daughter split water on the bedding and we had to call housekeeping at midnight to change the duvet.

Slow to answer calls for housekeeping services and front office.

But you need 1 of the ramada staff to take you along the back to open the gate . The downside is you can’t go back  this way to the hotel as there’s no one to meet you on the other side to open the gate ( unless you call ramada reception and ask someone i guess?)

Our firs day cab journey couldn't be completed because the driver's credit card machine couldn't connect to the nearest cell tower, so Victor at the concierge offered his cash to pay for the tax - a lifesaver (Thank you!).

4 days later had a bunch of missed calls from the hotel and called back to speak with MARICRIS who had been calling and calling (and then persisted on calling my partner) claiming food had been consumed from the minibar.

We moved from another hotel and lost our phone.

The room still need upgrades, like a cordless phone , USB charger and international plugging system only at the bedside in the room , the living area and the washroom does not have an internationally Electrial plug .

Even after complain no one has even bothered to give a call.

but no alternatives and silution given to us by the hotel..even no assistance at all..we called, called, saying that they will call us back but no one called us..it was really a disaster day..

They made me feel that it was my fault bec i failed to answer their calls,i was at work the whole day
I was also ask to pay almost 4x of the price i booked and offered me discount

but not good enough reliability for my business and video calls so only stayed 2 days.

Phones not working at all, bathroom sink plug blocked.

The apartment concept, of Ramada DT Dubai allowed us to prepare simple meals,  and of course the friendly and efficient services rendered by all the staff.

The breakfast was always different and of a high quality (the cheese fatayer are exceptionally tasty).

The change I paid keeping in mind about facility and it’s proximity to Burj Khalifa and dubai mall.

The hotel is very convenient to Dubai Opera, the mall and parks surrounding Burj Khalifa.

Location is fantastic, just 5 minutes from the Burj Khalifa.

Our room was on 32nd floor with a superb view of the Burj Khalifa .

Tastefully furnished, its large windows offer a breathtaking view of Dubai and of the Burj Khalifa.

Secondly, the description says just 0.8 km away from Burj Khalifa, in fact the shuttle takes 15 minutes to drop you to the Dubai Hotel from were it is 20 minutes walk to the Burj Khalifa.

The location is incredible, near Burj Khalifa and other attractions.

The Burj Khalifa View rooms have got diminished views since a few sky scrapers have come up between the Taj and Burj Khalifa.

Entire view from 34th Floor suite was such breathtaking that we didn't feel to go to Burj Khalifa specially to watch the lighting.

We were allocated our room on the 34th floor with fantastic views of the Burj Khalifa, the same side of the hotel as the club lounge which meant we could dine with a view of the Burj and experience the view from the time we woke up.

We opted for a room overlooking the Burj Khalifa which made for a fabulous view to wake up to each morning.

I have stayed in the Burj Khalifa view room and the room had everything you could ask for (including a Nespresso machine!).

Much appreciated the close proximity to the Burj khalifa, dubai mall nd other places.

The location is also perfect as it is only a short stroll to Dubai Opera and the fountains in front of Burj Khalifa.

The equipment in the gym was good and offered a lot of workout possibilities.

We are now considering a longer stay because we love the food (We ate at Tesoro restaurant for breakfast and the Eloquent Elephant for dinner), and the service is exceptionally good.

I stayed in this excellent property, state of the art services and very very courteous staff.

It’s a wonderful stay , we loved it a lot .. my kids did it want to leave the hotel because they were so happy … my god .. the service the welcoming the everything is perfectly wonderful….

Every time I stay at Taj Dubai I get great service by all the employees.

It was a great vacation in a wonderful hotel with awesome service and staff and fantastic city views.

The service was above and beyond, and we’re particularly grateful to the reception staff and concierge who accommodated us with a (very) early check-in, and also some last-minute laundry on the night of our departure.

Clean, quiet rooms supplemented by a beautiful pool area, lounge and restaurants, We were specially pleased with services from Fawad (Transport & Lobby in-charge) who took care of all our transport needs - car rental, airport taxi, shuttle service.

Helpful guest service and concierge desk and they helped us to book for very nice restaurants in Dubai.

Our room smelled like smoke, so they sent folks up to spray some air freshener.

but it seems the kitchen is vented into that area making it always smell like bacon or something else, while in the heat is unpleasant
I paid 500 aed for a spa treatment for my wife as a surprise, however my wife did not feel comfortable and therefore declined the gift.

who r u to decided on behalf of the customers (my 3 kids for the 5 nights used to cry ended by getting some skin rush due to the heat and sweat during sleep).

The carpets were very dirty with stains and bad smells.

The only downside is the strong perfumed lobby smell - it would be refreshing if toned down a bit

but of course it did not if it didn't make it worse (like the Vegas hotels where they mask the fragrance to hide the smoke smell).

For a hotel 5 stars, i smell not good from toilet.

The new room had a toilet that smelled badly of urine, a broken fridge and drawers that fell out when opened.

One thing worth mentioning is the scent of cigarette smoke in some of the rooms.

however, the only negative feedback which I have was that the sofa cum bed was not very comfortable therefore, it let us down a little as an overall experience within the hotel room.

Let downs - The second bed in the room was a fold out sofa bed and was quite possibly the worst example of one I've ever come across.

The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice view of the dubai skyline.

If you have a chance book higher floor Burj view - at night it looks spectacular!

Particularly notable - in my view - is the food.

The room view was perfect to say the least.

Mrs. Maria and Mr. Elie, the view was good, and the room was clean.

Fantastic place and wonderful stay truly breathtaking  Divay was  a wonderful host for breakfast in the morning so polite and courteous and Babu who did all the housekeeping for my stay 

And the reception Maria who had great sense of humour and lovely to speak to

We recently stayed at Taj Dubai in their Luxury Junior City View Suite for our special anniversary and were thorougly impressed by the level of service provided by all the staff members at all levels and areas.

Also the comedy show at the superb Dubai opera just next to the fountain was great.

and just left us at the elevators ( I expect this in any luxury hotel) .price is expensive.

The only problem is the lifts (escalators) .

Apartments has too long of wait, not enough for the number of floors (41 floors and only 4 elevators) and also used by hotel staff.

she also applied tiger balm around the area to really get into the muscle to fix it - genius!

The only two things that I wish they would fix are:
1) The night stands should have enough space for cellphones and watches and whatnot.

The flush stopped working in the toilet, technician come and fixed it
2 x the water heater stopped working in the bathroom, technician come and fixed it
called for technician because the voice was not coming from the tv, he never came.

The location is perfect and the service was excellent.

The Staff and management of The Address Residences made my stay home away from home, the proximity to the Dubai Mall and being located at heart of downtown makes my movement easy to any place within Dubai.

We have just checked out of the Address Dubai Mall after a year long stay and we have been thoroughly spoilt!The location is superb, you can walk straight into the mall via Bloomingdale's and the lobby is one of the best I have seen.

Amazing location for a drink at the bar and the best cosmopolitan I’m ever tasted!

but the view of Burj was not very clear – was given a corner room (3) Amenities (Bath gel and shampoo) were not of very high standards as should be in this group of hotels

Overall, will recommend this hotel mainly due to its location

I hope that you keep up the high standards no matter how much you hotel chain expands, and I also hope to see the Address hotel chain spread worldwide, especially in Europe by acquiring existing buildings in prime locations.

Needless to say like the place it’s located in ,dubai mall ,it’s the advocate of luxury and perfectness .

The location:  The location is very central and adjacent to the big Dubai Mall shopping precinct.

They are very kind especially miss Kateryna as well, the location of the hotel in the heart of Dubai city, I had spent 3 amazing days, also the hotel heart to the airport it’s will take around 15 minutes by car.

Location is great and access to DXB mall is nice.

I had an amazing stay with the best location (in the Dubai mall and in downtown) and view to burj khalifa.

However, the convenience of being located attached to the Dubai mall and a good deal on offer brought us back to choose the Apartment Residence at the Address Dubai Mall.

Top location, excellent service, delicious food, view from pool amazing, housekeeping are outstanding.

I would especially like to mention the receptionist name Faraz,he is a very kind and welcoming person.

We got the Burj Khalifa view from our balcony and that was the best new year view ever 😁 
 The staff are very pleasant and efficient I will relate them 5 stars especially the housekeepers, Ahmad Ali and Mohammed Mujahid.The manager and always smiling Miriami were very nice,  helpful and efficient too.

In particular, the staff member Dil was very helpful with anything I needed help with.

Moses and his team at valet are a brilliant example of that.

First time i visited here and i got  excellent Spa service  from W A N N A and that filipina receptionist who assisted me ( i forgot her name ✌🏼) Keep it up guys!!!!!
