We are thankful Ms Nelia and Mr. Akbar of Ramada Downtown, Dubai for the hospitality and upgrading our room to Burj Khalifa view as we checked in on my wife birthday for celebration.

Stayed in the Ramada hotel - room was a great size and had a fantastic view of the Dubai fountains and burj Khalifa.

Our room was upgraded to one with a view of the Burj Khalifa fountain View which was great.

Centrally located next to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa!

Nice Burj khalifa view and great kids play area. They serve really nice breakfast as well ( good indian veg options as well )

This hotel room provides the most amazing and panoramic view to the fountain and burj khalifa area.

Really nice Suites, had a room with the view of the Burj Khalifa, so we could see the fountain-show straight from the room.

He told us the road for Burj Khalifa and help is with bags and groceries as well

We were assigned the best room of the hotel thanks to his generosity, a beautiful view on the burj khalifa, mall and fountain with a very spacious room.

but as Raza saw that the children and I immediately offered us to move to a more comfortable double room with a view of Burj Khalifa, for which many thanks to him, the children are delighted!

If your looking to stay here this weekend/week ahead I wouldn't bother, find somewhere else and check first about construction work and hotel repairs first or you'll be wasting your time and money.

There was construction as soon as i opened the window and the room was so dark and gloomy no matter how much i opened the curtains !

but there are also few corners where no construction is possible here.

Although everything is under construction around, we couldn't hear anything during day and nights.

You can hardly hear the construction site nearby!

If you aren’t super sensitive to noises like I am (mostly beeping from construction vehicles) you will barely notice it.

Problem at the moment the construction side next to our room 2906.

Horrendous thing are the constructions which are going around the building which many a times goes on the entire night and also on Friday(weekend) morning .

The reason why I deduct some points is the construction site next to the hotel.

The one bedroom apartment is spacious, with a big living room and open kitchen, big bathroom with both shower and bathtub, a bedroom with a spacious wardrobe (which was important for all my clothes), and a balcony overlooking the boulevard partially - on my side there was a construction site as well (a bit annoying so get the one with a better view).

Unfortunately it’s overpriced for the conditions you’re given and the noise of constructions are driving me insane.

The pool is mostly in the shade in the afternoon and is currently surrounded by construction, so not too pleasant.

the morning of day 2 (Saturday) I was woke up at 7am in the morning by the sound of construction work in the building opposite, I dont recall seeing any information about construction work on surrounding buildings, the work is literally outside of my 7 floor balcony and has been going on all day.

In addition to the delicious foods and beautiful decoration, the viewdeck overlooking Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain and Dubai Opera was an entertainment for the guests which they all loved.

I recommend Ramada Downtown Dubai to those who wish to have a feeling of home away from home; those who appreciate flexibility and good understanding of guests’ needs; those who like tasty and healthy food; those who want to escape from the noise and hustle of Shaikh Zayed street and enjoy quiet walks in the prime residential area of Dubai; those who wish to stay overnight after a visit to Dubai Opera; those whi have special occasions to celebrate and those who love Dubai’s iconic skyline.

The breakfast was always different and of a high quality (the cheese fatayer are exceptionally tasty).

Today my first dinner with kenza i have included half board..wao food was amazing .service was excellent whos given by mr siraj & manoj m realy hapy for dinner..my room is amazing great viw..tjanks to all.

Mr Sami The room service guy was very decent and professional he has done is job nicely.

My whole family had a wonderful stay at ramada, Mr Raza even went above and beyond to make sure every minute at the hotel was pleasantly memorable and even on request upgraded our room to the magnificant Fountain view of the iconic bhuj kahilfa.

Cons : Wifi was weak, Room amenities were not stacked in room upon arrival.

Our firs day cab journey couldn't be completed because the driver's credit card machine couldn't connect to the nearest cell tower, so Victor at the concierge offered his cash to pay for the tax - a lifesaver (Thank you!).

My only negative point on my stay here is the Internet, for most part it is fine,

My only concern is with the internet connection.

It is not convenient to charge  devices .

The hotel wifi was not compatible with our baby monitor and Mr Khan sent his IT engineer to assist us (unfortunately we could not fix the issue so instead purchased data to use as a hotspot).

The most annoying thing other than the wifi would be the lifts that take very long to arrive.

WiFi: code connects 4 devices only, we are a group of 3 with 6 devices and have had to followup 8 times.

The Wifi is a bit slow and the reception didn’t explain well how to connect.

Only issue had was internet was not great, they definitely need to improve the speed stability and get better routers.

The wifi was a bit wacky though, they worked hard on fixing it though.

Only downside is the numerous wifi issues the hotel had,

One thing to can be improved is to have more reliable WiFi connectivity in the apartment.

Additionally my room faced a new construction site, making it extremely unpleasant to look out the window especially when I thought I was getting a view of the Burj and not a tiny sliver of it.

The view from the very dusty glass facade in the room is clouded by Dubai's construction sites.

If you're choosing the Taj Dubai for the view of the Burj Khalifa, then you may be disappointed when you see that it's obstructed by all the construction that is going on around that area.

although there was construction at the entrance that gave a bad first impression.

The only draw back is that it is not really walking distance to much - not the hotel's fault - it is a big city, with long blocks and lots of construction.

As usual in Dubai, there are construction work on going and a part of this nice view will change a bit.

however, we saw construction and dirt and no city.

You would have to cross some major roads and or go through construction so we had to take Taxis.

It was a pity that there were constructions all around, making the outdoor area seem messy.

My only complaint was that despite its close proximity to the burj khalifa, fountain, and opera it was difficult to walk there due to highways and construction (but that is very typical of Dubai).

They charge more for a Burj view room (unfortunately, the only alternative is a construction view).

but check construction noise across street.If problem, will switch rooms if avail.Ask for other side,not higher up.Dubai’s construction is skyscrapers;  higher won’t help.

Possiblilities for kids were limited, a lot of construction is going on opposite the hotel (of course the hotel cannot do anything about this), the bar is very noisy and took all night long (i stopped hearing music at 6am).

Unfortunately we were given a room with awful views over a construction site!

A little tricky to find with all the construction

for someone from thirsty California it’s baffling to see a construction and population boom in the desert.

Close by, there's a construction site, that is affecting the view during the day,

You should note that Dubai is in constant construction so you will see cranes.

The hotel is very convenient to Dubai Opera, the mall and parks surrounding Burj Khalifa.

The location is also perfect as it is only a short stroll to Dubai Opera and the fountains in front of Burj Khalifa.

If you’re going to the Dubai Opera House, the Taj Dubai is a great place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for an evening as we were seeing a show in the Dubai Opera.

walk straight cross at Ist light signal and continue walking straight to Dubai opera and it takes you some construction area nearby ..cross the road and hotel is in front of you ..very safe to walk back even at night 11oclock ..may be very lighted up due to Ramadan festivity .

With iconic landmarks like Dubai Opera and The Dubai Fountain in close proximity, Dubai's glitzy  nightlife is a stone’s throw away.

Bombay Brasserie is the best Indian restaurant in Dubai and the breakfast is excellent.

Whether allowing us a complimentary early check-in or the excellent concierge service that booked Burj Al Arab tour for us in moment's notice, whether the bubble bath they arranged for my child or the excellent in-house discounts they offered for dinner at arguably the finest Indian dining establishment in the city - I cannot adequately express how impressed and touched we were by Taj Dubai staff.

Over the years, I have become familiar with and really enjoy South Indian cuisine.

rooms are good, food is very good, specially indian food is availiable.

If you can, try to find Somya, a excellent waitress that will make you into de Indian food, all you need is to ask for the Indian experience.

The hotel offers a wide variety of cuisines and their Indian cuisine is to die for.

I would strongly recommend anyone & everyone visiting Dubai, specially who loves Indian food , should stay @ TAJ DUBAI.

Breakfast is excellent while Indian food is average.

We had a marvellous stay for 4 days among the best of staff be it at the Breakfast & Indian Dinner restaurant specially Sachin, saddeqe, Rohit, Sardarji’s at the gate , it was their ‘ service above self’ at every time

The South Indian cuisine served at break fast was great & 
mouth watering ,specially at a 5 *property at Dubai .

Comfortable room, lovely breakfast buffet and ate Bombay Brasserie for an excellent Indian dinner.

There are plenty of restaurants to eat in from Indian to Asian street-food cuisine and there are great views of the city from the rooms.

Maria is the best employee really she helped us a lot wi the everything when we asking about anything she is going on same time and perfect thanks a lot Maria hotel service amazing and we like the food Indian

The food & service in every restaurant is excellent, there are so many offerings, Miss Tess is an Amazing Asian , Bombay Braserie is an incredible Indian restaurant and the Truffle Prawns in the must visit“Treehouse” are a complete wow!!

Main restaurant is really good and so is the Indian restaurant.

The hotel is located close to downtown dubai and also provides a shuttle bus to and from dubai mall.

The change I paid keeping in mind about facility and it’s proximity to Burj Khalifa and dubai mall.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall and very conveniently located.

It’s a wonderful property well located in the vicinity of Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall and metro stations.

I especially loved walking into the gorgeous lobby daily where I never tired of being greeted with the scent of Jasmine, flowers, and incense - an aromatherapy experience before I even hit the spa!

The Burj Khalifa View rooms have got diminished views since a few sky scrapers have come up between the Taj and Burj Khalifa.

Entire view from 34th Floor suite was such breathtaking that we didn't feel to go to Burj Khalifa specially to watch the lighting.

The room was superb, great view of the Burj Kelifa tower.

We chose this Hotel for its proximity to Dubai Opera House, Downtown and Dubai Mall.

My husband booked a night stay at this hotel along with a visit to Dubai Opera House to see the performance of Phantom of the Opera for my birthday present.

Also great location to Dubai opera,mall and only 10/15 min to airport.

The walk was thru Burj Park and past Dubai Opera.

Great location, a couple of minutes from Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall.

Asking for elevated floor becausevthe view is better.

To Dubai mall for shopping is only 13 DH or a good few minutes walk .

It wash greet ahmed in the concierge is the best one he helps us alot my two girls live the room and the pool the food was nice and they give us nice room view everything is nearby the hotel pharmacy,food , emarets mall , and clean room and very comfortable

Also, tge location is near many great sites like Dubai Mall

The Pullman Hotel is well located in the City, just 15 mins walk to the Mall & Burj Khalifa.

Dubai Mall is about a 15-20 minute walk away.
