Initially had a bad experience with no air conditioning and staff at reception that didn't careless about my complaints.

Air con was not functioning in the room and it was hot and stuffy.

The bathroom was terrible, the service to fix anything was terrible, 
The AC didn't work it was hot and terrible to sleep.

AC in the room did not work properly and kept making sounds all night.

We requested fans for each room as we were prepared for the heat.

There was no air conditioning in the room and the fan in the bathroom did not work.

We had to endure a balmy 79-80 degrees in the room throughout out entire stay (even at night, dropped to 78), was provided with a desk fan; despite 3 attempts requesting to have AC fixed at the registration desk, we eventually found out they can't fix it;

Rooms are tired and I and I had to change as shower was broken and air con did not work.

This time there was no air conditioning in the rooms (which we were not advised of at check in).

We also were given another room and that cooling system did not work.

The aircon was not working and the fan was not effective.

but not working, even though there was a fan it was pretty hot all night.

The room that we stayed in looked tired and the air conditioning was very weak.

No air-conditioning and no fridge, at this point I was too tired to complain again.

Our other son said that the air con in their room was poor

The rooms are dated in area with black on the tiles around the bath.

Ceiling shower not high enough for tall people.

but the bathroom dated and could do with modernisation.

Outdated, and a massive environmental water disaster (Faucet running, single use towels, no water stop on the toilets, old and outdated bathroom with rusty rods).

toilets clog and no one came to fix it when we called.

All the drawers either had missing or broken handles making them useless, the safe was broken and the bathroom in dire need of having some money invested in it with its broken and cracked tiles. .

although the price was acceptable for Central London  the rooms need updating badly especially the Bathroom .

The bathroom floor hasn’t seem a mop or hoover.

Something was spilled all over the toilet.

Hotel reception not responsive to requests to deal with repair in room - locked wash hand basin for duration of 4 day stay Slow to allocate room chosen and paid for ;had to wait in another room while issue was supposed to being resolved

Positive point good views Sadly here’s  the negatives Snarky check in with two members of staff looking at us and pointing of the computer screen with no communication to us at all all very strange Room basic only with poor toiletry facilities mini bar had wine in a tin Breakfast not good at all

I was disappointed we had to ask twice for a lightbulb to be replaced in the bathroom.

-completely OUTDATED; place is aged, needs serious upgrades throughout
-no fridge (mini fridge door was sealed off)
-no exhaust fan in bathroom, so bathroom steamed up when taking shower in addition to already having the balmy 79 degrees present
-Elevators are SOOO slow, had to wait up to 10 minutes to get from 7th floor to 1st floor, eventually discovered the freight elevator
-Breakfast was disappointing to say the least, thankfully our breakfast was included in the rate we paid;

Very comfy king size bed, black out curtains.

Only thing which was nice was the comfortable beds and the full English breakfast.

Comfortable bed in a room that has seen better days.

My husband and I enjoyed a good night’s sleep in the comfortable bed and appreciated the air conditioning which was really efficient.

The bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning was a blessing in the heat to walk into a cool room was excellent.

Rooms were very quiet and comfortable beds.

This was not the bed's fault - it was a lovely comfy bed with a mattress topper and my husband slept like a log.

The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows, the bed was covered with a light quilt which was perfect for a good night sleep.

We had a super king bed which was very comfortable and we had a mini bar with beer & wine which was restocked on our 2nd day.

Fantastic weekend away,staff so friendly and helpful,free mini bar which was restocked each day and bed was so comfy.

Staff were brilliant, bed was comfy, room was clean enough, location is great.

The room itself was clean, great TV and wifi, room service available, and very comfortable bed and chairs.

On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the staff friendly.

The beds were really comfy and I want to know where they get there pillows cos they are so soft!

After mainly staying in hotels in Asia and Dubai I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel.

We circled back to the hotel before our scheduled time at the London Eye and our rooms were ready.

Went on the London Eye River cruise for 40 minutes well worth the money.

Although the actual building is not particularly aesthetically pleasing to the eye it does provide a good quality service and has what you need for a London stay.

It was simply stunning, we were on the 6th floor room 663 and had views of The Tower Bridge, The Shard and The top of The London Eye.

We particularly needed an hotel with a car park near to Moorfields Eye Hospital and this has the advantage of being outside the Congestion Charge zone.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the towels were top quality and a bath that filled up in the blink of an eye.

We went on the london eye, Jack the Ripper tour and to the sky garden.

Staff is very friendly and they have a very good eye for details to make you feel home.

Lovely location, would use again, close to Borough Market, the shard and easy walking distance to the London Eye, Tate modern, and St Paul's cathedral.

Short cab ride to everything else £20 to London eye and oxford street. Easy.

A good location for a base to The Tower of London, Thames River Cruise which will take you straight to the eye and The Shard.

you can walk right along the south bank to Westminster and the London Eye.

We were able to enjoy all of London’s Crown Jewels and Tower Bridge with a short walk to Tower Hill and onto the Tube to see Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, the eye, cavalry including Buckingham .

Very enjoyable weekend, well located for boat trips, London Eye and dining by The Thames.

I'd recommend staying here then getting the ferry up the river to the london eye and Westminster the next morning - makes for a good value venue and aa great way to see london the next day!

The bridge views are truly stunning. The hotel is also situated in a convenient location as we were able to walk all the way to Buckingham Palace catching the London Eye and Big Ben along the way (not to mention the Tower of London, of course.)

Perfect location for most of London, Tower, Eye, easy access to get the hop on hop off bus and other locations, tip, ask for a river facing room.

Stayed here for the London marathon in a suite, the location was perfect and the room was quiet and had everything you would need.

We stayed here for 2 nights, hotel well located and easy to travel around.

It's a great location right next to Tower Bridge and opposite the Tower of London with a short walk to bus stops and the tube.

Great location by Tower Bridge and 2 minute walk from Tower Hill tube station.

The hotel was in an ideal location next to the Tower bridge, and the Tower of London.

Enjoyed experience, good views from room, clean well presented, room was very small for a double and felt cramped, breakfast staff very friendly, reception could have been better took a long time to check in

My wife and I stayed 2x nights over a Sept weekend in a standard double room overlooking the St Katherine's dock at the back of the hotel.

We stayed in a 10th floor family room overlooking Tower Bridge and Thames and every morning as well as evening took our time to just stand an look.

We had a nice view from our room that overlooked the boats outside.

but did get Tower view room so that was a bonus.

We had a bridge room view which was absolutely amazing.

the double room overlooking the tower bridge is very nice.

We were all on the 8th floor and out of the 3 rooms 2 had views over St Katherine’s dock.

Location and surroundings were good, there was not far to transport/underground and not at least the view from the room, when you paid a little extra.

The Tower view rooms really do offer everything you'd hope for and the location of this hotel and the fact it provides reasonable parking made this a wonderful place to stay and explore the city on my wife's birthday.

At first sight this hotel looks amazing, with its lofty, airy lobby and the view, which is second to none!

The view was amazing, the room nice and big with comfortable beds.

We would always stop in there for a Strawberry Daiquiri wether we were staying or not because of this drink and also a very pleasant place to rest with the view of the tower bridge if your lucky enough to get a window seat especially the bay window table.

Views for days, booked a couple of nights to celebrate the start of a new year and enjoyed the view so much, the room was perfect and well equipped and covid was taken very seriously.

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel, the staff were all amazing, the room (suite)was clean and facilities were good, the view was breathtaking overlooking the yachts in st Katherine’s dock and the Canary Wharf/dock lands skyline.

Setting was lovely overlooking the marina .

It is near everything and has the best view in London.

Check in easy and well managed, cleanliness of hotel excellent, all elevators working and quick, breakfast excellent, views amazing and balloons and cake delivered to our room for our daughters birthday.

Without a doubt this is the best view from a hotel window we have ever had, Tower Bridge, The Shard and the a view of the Thames.

Did not seem interested with my booking request for nice room with bridge view, food and cleanliness was excellent and room was serviced well each day.

The first room we had was much too noisy - aircon too noisy and if I opened the window- the hotel aircon mashinery was right outside on the roof.

but the lack of air conditioning was problematic because the temperature was over 85 degrees the three days we visited.

The downside was that it was very hot and No air conditioning.

I can’t believe that 30% of the rooms in this hotel don’t have air conditioning!

the AC was so noisy one could not sleep with the AC on and the panels of the AC grills were not properly fixed to the ceiling.

However our main complaint would be the lack of AC, probably not an issue in t during the colder months

Their ventilation system can not handle the smoke that intrudes into the halls and more.

On checkout I told the representative that our bathroom fan was filthy and showed a picture, to which she responded "I will report that right now".

Our room faced west with no AC so it was about 90F in our room.

On the downside, our room had a portable A/C unit sitting on the floor with a tube running from it and out a hole in the window.

The room has NO A/C , it only has standing fan and ceiling fan. 2.

The electrician and the male staff at the front desk used the excuse of "the hotel is old" to explain that we cannot use the air conditioner with other electricities together at the time.

The suite had heaters on the balconies and the room temperatures were easily controlled.

My only complaint worthy of mentioning is I did not have Air Conditioning in my room.

The room did have air conditioning via a stand alone unit which was very noisy, meaning we had the choice of trying to sleep with the noise or with the heat.

Portable A/C noisy and flips power off in room.

But the worst of all was there was no centralize AC in the room instead, a mobile AC unit was right next to the window and a plastic 4 inches pipe was connected to the window!!!

They made our stay one of the best in the world, we actually tought this was the cold version of our Dubai holiday in the Atlantis.

Location is excellent to walk the lake and keep an eye on the number of tourists out there.

The 1st thing that caught our eye and impressed us was the hotel restricting the access to non-guests to certain limited areas of the hotel.

The numbers allowed to "walk" around parking lot and lake "site seeing area", and without masks, is quite frankly eye opening.

Whilst the ‘hygiene surfaces’ and ‘eye-level elements’ were clean, the remainder of the room needed a thorough deep clean.

They are works of art that delight  both the eye and the tongue.

few hotels in the world can offer you that eye-candy as you step outside.

It is done up with class, eye to detail like the kind of chandeliers used are fabulous and unique, the old world charm of the wooden stairways, so definitley the eye to detail pays off and is done up very tastefully.

This was our third trip back to this hotel and we got to the hotel quite late (2am) as we had had a red-eye flight.

It is expensive and you are paying for location,

The food is way overpriced, lack of service in the restaurant, food was cold, lack n plates , utensils  for food was being contaminant, by sharing , counter top were not clean , Food was under cooked , to being over cooked.

but one was not to our taste, and the other was extremely expensive.

The restaurant louiza was quite expensive

but it was still us who had to pay for their mistake.

In all honesty, the Hilton Garden Inn food was superior to the crap we had to pay an arm and a leg for.

No it was overpriced - upgrade the the hotel and the price will be fair 😊

There were several levels of dining, from very expensive to middle of the road in the various restaurants.

- Afternoon Tea: Not worth the price, and I have had my fair share of Afternoon Teas.

Fairview restaurant food was a little disappointing as mine was overcooked, I was provided reduced pricing.

I don’t expect to be treated like that at those prices.

It was very expensive so it’s a one and done for me!

Very overpriced for very average service.

We ate dinner at the fondue restaurant Walliser Stube and we felt it was too expensive for what it was,  especially with no lake view.

These conditions were not reflected in the price.

While pricey for most folks, it may  be worth the splurge for two nights.

however the rooms are way over priced for what you get.

but for some reason it is not hotel policy to keep note of arrangements and to make sure not to waste the guest’s time, especially when you’re on a trip for a few days and missing a day and all the expenses related to plans means you’ve missed a significant part of the trip.

The service, food, rooms and spa of the Chateau are world class and the paths and views of the mountain and Lake Louise are amazing.

The cocktails we had from the Lakeview Lounge bar were very good, well made, with interesting ingredients and the food we had from the in-room dining service was very tasty. 2.

The food was exceptional especially the pudding.

The highest level of customer service I have ever experienced highly recommend fantastic Restaurants activities to many to mention excellent value for the money
from the moment you arrive you are greeted by the Valet check in process amazing experience very personable service.

We had a great time NYE with dinner at the Lake View then an incredible evening of dancing to an amazing band at the Neon Dance Party.

The dining options are also excellent, highly recommend Lakeview Lounge at lunch for views of the lake.

but the ambience, the caring staff, the amazing food.

The restaurants, all pricey, provide good quality food and very good service; again, not great.

It was a delightful experience - great location, exceptional service, superb food and the hotel was just impressive!

Room service and restaurant meals were superb.

There are two other restaurants available in the hotel,

The food and drinks were absolutely divine.

but we managed with the remaining open restaurants.
