I have stayed at the Marina Bay Sands, I’ve stayed at the Sheraton Grand Doha and the Burj Khalifa, and the service and beauty at Amorita easily stands with the best hotels in the world.

it was like hearing some construction worker when people go up and down the stairs.

At the first night while I was sleeping there was a noisy outside, some kinda construction noise.

or try other restaurants

Cons:

-no elevator so if you are not fond of using stairs, request for ground floor rooms

-one infinity lap pool was under construction during our visit

Another problem during our stay was  the resort was under going a lot construction.

Had we known that construction work was on going we would have stayed somewhere else.

but the area around was clearly under construction.

Give this place a try once all construction is finished.

The only downside to our stay was that a large part of the hotel was being renovated which made it at times a little noisy by the pool and meant we had to walk through the construction,

Downside is the construction going on in the area close to the steps going to the beach

We felt disappointed that when we made the booking, there was nothing on their website to indicate that the resort was undergoing some kind of construction and nothing was ever mentioned by the staff when we checked in.

This means a large part of the resort was under construction.

I recommend not to go during 2017 or if you go, call and ask them whether construction is still ongoing.

Whilst there was construction going on at the resort, it didn't diminish our stay.

P.S The hotel is extending the building at the west side hence the part of space is out of service and if you're really mind a construction working on during the stay then you may not to choose before it end.

Cons: literally half the resort is under construction, including the infinity pool that overlooks the beach (one is still open that overlooks a cliff and open water).

We knew through our travel agent that there was construction work going on (it's low season) - I was a bit worried about this

Views end up being also limited as the construction palissade cover the full western border of the hotel.

Amorita also let our guests visit us on our villa and enjoyed the private pool, they offered fresh towels to them as well.

Aside from that Amorita Resort offer so much walking space and access to private beach which will just enrich your experience.

There's multiple places to hang out in the resort what with 3 pools and a private cove.

We did wander down a staircase to a “private” beach we were told about when we checked in.

The room was amazing, very quite with a private pool with ocean view.

Location is great, really private, pools nice, breakfast, only average as well, and dinner, gets a bit boring after a while.

We have a small private pool with jets which we can enjoy anytime of the day. 2.

Towards the end is the access to the villa’s private pool.

They are blessed with cliffs facing the sea that serve as natural viewing deck and also a private cove.

Three infinity pools, private dipping pool villas, and one villa with a private 15 meter pool.

The Resort is so private and peaceful and of course so beautiful!

), and 2 common pools (you get a private one upon renting their top villa) apart from Alona beach (only a 10 min walk away).

Perfect for private family, unlike other resorts that the people from other resorts comes in and out.

The rooms, the pools, the restaurant, the private beach, gives you that positive vibe.

Other highlights were the infinity pools, private cove, and delicious breakfast buffet.

quiet and relaxing surroundings, grown trees, flowering calachuchis, hammock to take a nap or read and swimming pool for each private villa or common area.

We ventured down the stairs to the private bay and swam the the coral wall.

but we found the rates through Amorita very fair for PRIVATE excursions.

I would like to recommend Prime who was a gracious host; Franz for cliff deck yoga sessions as part of the wellness programs; and Eds of Sea Tree spa for a relaxing massage during my stay.

It was very relaxing and calming experience.

Excellent accommodation with spacious and clean rooms with relaxing ambiance.

The staff are really nice and the place is so peaceful.

The ambiance there is very calming and relaxing.

The Sea Tree spa is a perfect compliment to the hotel, it's a very relaxing and zen space and the therapists are AMAZING at what they do..

If you’re looking for the perfect resort for relaxation, Amorita is your best bet.

They have a complimentary champagne inside the room that was what i like about and also you have your own pool where you can enjoy swimming until late night and the place so quite , calm and relaxing.

It was just so great to be able to unwind and relax while also carrying an 8-month baby in the tummy!

Breakfast buffet - in our 5 days of stay we only have 1 decent and relaxing breakfast in Amorita, only when we woked up ealier to have it at 7am.Otherwise forget a quiet relaxing breakfast!

It’s really peaceful and calming in our villa.

Masseuses in the Sea Tree Spa were excellent as we had a very relaxing  massage.

Amorita is very serene and right at the middle of nature.

I really love the vibes, very peaceful and relaxing.

They also offer free cocktail drinks in the afternoon every Wednesdays and Fridays.

Saffron has a lot of good choices for lunch and dinner.

All other  facilities are great which include the spa (i  loved the massage experience), gym, and of course the restaurant.

The breakfast is great and saffron dinner is awesome.

My fiancée and I had food tasting for our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier working with Chef.

I love the sumptuous and delicious foods.

From the beautiful infinity pools, Alona beach and hidden cove access, archery area, bike rental, Saffron’s delicious dishes, cocktail night, free ice pops, Amorita has it all!

Food served for breakfast and their in house restaurants were also great.

Its such a lovely stay together with our business partners and family we had a good dinner and all the staff are very accommodating.

Very close to all the restaurants and activities on Antalya beach.

- yoga on wednesdays and fridays (this wasn’t communicated to us on our check in) 

- free cocktails on certain evenings (wasn’t communicated either) 

-breakfast buffet was good, had a a lot of alternatives.

Had several times to dine at the Saffron restaurant and we enjoyed the foods and services.

I also recommend their Sea tree spa after your whole day tour in Bohol.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to try the spa service since it was quite booked so for that good advice is to book in advance the moment you settle down.

Breakfast was very good l, spa was great as well the spa.

Very easy to schedule activities and the spa is excellent.

The swimming pools were clean and the spa staff were really great.

The beach is vibrant with bars, restaurants, massage services etc and one can avail themselves of these facilities by walking straight to the beach from Amorita Resort.

Everything was excellent --- spacious resort complete with amenities (pools, restaurants, play areas, lawn), great and comfortable villa, warm and excellent service from our villa host Prime, Saffron waitstaff Andrea or Angie and Divine, massage therapists Jena and Edz, and good food from Saffron.

From the moment you arrive the engaging crew of Amorita is always there to assist you with that genuine and sincere service that is quite rare nowadays.

Our stay will not be that fantastic and possible without the assistance of their staff, Prime.

Very good technique and bedside demeanor, they clearly knew how to make every client relaxed..I had quite a few  massages there and they were some of the best i've had in my life..Had a couple of room service meals and service was very prompt (food usually came earlier than expected)  and the food very delicious..

Despite the “vacay” feeling you get because of the luxurious amenities and ambiance of the hotel, you still feel at home because of the warm hospitality of every staff at the hotel, making you feel safe and comfortable.

Because the staff knows she likes archery, they even manage to contact us months after our stay to inform us that the National Archery Team is staying and doing some lessons.

Great location (near Alona Beach) and an amazing view that you can't describe.

They have a great array of activities as well as being based in a very beautiful location of the island with a nice beach and ocean view.

It’s perched on a cliff so you get amazing views and we loved that it feels exclusive since it’s far from the busy areas of Panglao beach.

We stayed in a seaview pool villa and it was hands down the best resort stay we've had so far.

Swimming pool (the one overlooking Alona ) is the cleanest among all the resorts that we've been to.

-Hennan hotel is expanding and building very much beside and overlooking the other pool.

The resort has the best views since it is located on top of a cliff.

Anyone can take a decent pic or manipulate it make it looks like the view is better than it is.

The accommodations, view, and amenities were breathtaking.

We stayed at Amorita Resort and booked 5 rooms for 15pax; a two-bedroom garden view villa, 2 sea-view pool villas and 2 junior suite rooms for the duration of our 5day and 4nights stay.

The exprience was remarkable especially because of the view and all the amenities included when you check in.

Pool is nice with a good view of the ocean.

Great location so only 9 minutes on the monorail to Atlantis or 10 minutes in a taxi to the Marina, the hotel also provided a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall where the Burj Khalifa and fountains are.

Johnson in the concierge department helped booked the hotel shuttle to the Malls and also helped with booking tickets for the Burj Khalifa - Asante

We were on bed and breakfast so the one night we ate in the hotel was at  Little Miss India and the food was amazing.

This was our fifth visit to Dubai having stayed in other hotels on the Palm and closer to the Burj Khalifa.

We bought Atlantis water park tickets from hotel too, they also booked our reservation at Burj al Arab for tea in the lounge.

We previously had our Afternoon tea at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi and even at the Burj Khalifa itself.

If you're planning on spending a lot of your time downtown, in places like the Burj Khalifa, recognize that it does take some time to get there from the Palm.

Burj Arab accepted my car for valet parking and for your hotel - my car is too simple ?

Hotel is about 20 min from the famous Dubai mall and burj khalifa.

Good location - not too far up the Palm, east and cheap to get back to the Marina, JBR and 20 mins is to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa depending on time of day

Skydiving, desert "safari", Burj Khalifa, everything!

In a few minutes by car you can reach Marina of Dubai , and in 10-15 miinutes you are in the center at the Burj Khalifa.

We visited Burj Khalifa, did the desert safari, speed boat tour, Atlantis waterpark and watched the le perle show, I would recommend all of these.

We went on the speedboat trip around the palm, went up the Burj Khalifa, went to Atlantis Waterpark and the Dubai Mall which were all well worth doing.

There is lots to do in Dubai; would definitely recommend the sunset/sand dune adventure with Arabian Adventures, as well as the Dubai Theme Parks, the Dubai Frame, Burj Khalifa, the old town, the list is endless.

John (from Egypt) greeted us warmly at breakfast & lunch and helped arrange for our trip to the top of Burj Khalifa and also helped with the Camel Safari experience that I had dreamed of.

When visiting the Burj Khalifa we took a taxi home from the mall, which is around (60 AED).

The staff were very professional and friendly - Kamila was particularly helpful with booking our excursions to Burj Khalifa, and as we stayed there for my 50th birthday, she also sent a lovely cake and bottle of bubbly with some chocolate truffles and a birthday card up to our room which was a very thoughtful surprise!

We spent 5 nights in Fairmont The Palm and the hotel is in a great location on the start of the palm with easy access to Dubai Marina, Jumeriah area and Dubai Mail/Burj Khalifa.We booked the Gold Room which gives you access to the Gold Lounge with complimentary soft drinks throughout the day, afternoon tea and alcoholic drinks between 5 and 7pm.

but with the construction of the new boardwalk all that has been totally spoilt.

There is some construction on the outer buildings and the Beach area, one of the hotel guests we go to know had to move rooms because the construction was outside her room and was very noisy, there is no direct walk from the pool onto the beach anymore, as there is a long pathway thas has been build along Westbeach and this has separated the hotel and beach directly, this pathway is filled with Beachbards Clubs and Restaurants, St Regis is building a beach club directly opposite the adults pool so the beach view is now permanently blocked which makes some of the video and pictures of the Fairmont outdated.

The construction work was not intrusive, noisy or a eye sore so it was never a issue.

but Dubai is under permanent construction so not unexpected & also it didn’t really bother us.

but I haven't included this in my rating as I knew about it beforehand from the webcam and there are not many places in Dubai that you can completely escape construction. 7.

Something my holiday provider never told me was that the Flow kitchen buffet was going to be the same each night due to ramadan and that's something that's gone into a separate email of complaint, We have also commented on the construction around the pool area as we wasn't told about that either!!!

Our room was on the 9th floor and overlooked enormous floodlit construction sites on both sides.

People walking on the street can look in and during my stay I noticed that the men working on the construction site would stare continuously as they walked passed in the adults pool.

Construction noise most might be aware of that.

Only beach view is not as great as before as a new club is under construction blocking the views.

Not so great: noise from construction work from 6.30 every morning (windows need to be sound proof) + hotel needs an update, furniture and carpets are stained, outdated and worn out.

We didn’t have any noise issues with construction,

I talked with workers yesterday, they told that the construction continues until February at minimum.

However the construction work went through the night.

The beach was scruffy with various bits of rubbish and bottle lids still on it despite apparent litter picking and the entire water’s edge and into the sea is full of sharp stones making leaving the water especially for my elderly parents awkward and uncomfortable , it has construction work ( again) going on next to it and suspect that stone/sand debris is shifting across.

The WiFi was a little weak at some parts of the hotel and there was a construction site on the right side of the hotel which wasn’t loud at all

There has been construction blocking that view for some time

during our stay we had an incident in the hotel that a huge wooden headboard fell on our bed, luckily, we were out fort the evening and dint got hurt, customer service has tried to answer and explain with a few reasons how and why it happened while none of those really made any sense (like the room was under construction during my stay, or the headboard was left by mistake by the cleaners on the bed etc.)

There's a bit of construction going on around the hotel (it is the Palm after all, totally overdeveloped now in my opinion) and offshore on Dubai Harbour,

Little touches like this, make for a fantastic holiday!

Every single member of staff works tirelessly for the comfort of the guests and we certainly appreciated all the little gestures which made for a fab holiday,

Fairmont The Palm has once again been a fantastic holiday, fantastic setting, beautiful food and amazing staff.

They couldnt have been more helpful and made our holiday so much more welcoming.

i was on vacation with my family for 13 days and we had this beautiful hotel Fairmont the Palm.

We just returned home from the most amazing holiday In Dubai.

Myrjam at the reception was first representative of the hotel at the beginning of our holiday, very helpful.

All in all we had the most fabulous 10 day holiday and will 100% be back next year.

but I like to spend my holidays outside relaxing and enjoying the company of family (old & young)… the fairmont just doesn’t allow for that.

We had a wonderful family holiday at the fairmont Shublan from housekeeping was so friendly and helpful it made us feel so welcome.

This was our second holiday at the fairmont on the palm and I can’t  recommend it enough.

We felt very confident booking our excursions from him and had the best experience during our speed boat tour and Burj Khalifa visit thanks to his advice.

You are about 20mins for all the major attractions, e.g Burj Khalifa, Legoland etc.

He also helped in the seagrill restaurant with our infant blending the food.

Two adult pools which is amazing when you have no children.

What a fabulous hotel, we had a wonderful time celebrating my partners twin girls 40th birthday.

There is a huge kids pool and 2 adult only pools.

the hotel was also really lovely my daughter and my nieces had so much fun.

The boys at the adults pool could not do enough for us while we were at the pool.

A particular mention to the staff at blowfish pool bar who are so attentive, always remembered what we liked to drink etc and made a great effort involving our son and treating him like a friend, he loved it!

Pools for kids and playgrounds are sufficient and clean.

We travel with our son who has a serious nut allergy and has to carry an Epipen.

We made the most of this with our kids too and they loved having the scones and cakes in the afternoon.

We did not think our kids at 7 & 4 would have any interest in this,

The kids loved the pools and we went for a dip everyday, the private beach is also gorgeous.
