This has a great fitness centre and food was excellent for an all-inclusive.

Lastly, eventhough  this is an all inclusive resort the workers DEFINITELY be fishing for those tips.

It was my first time in Cancún and at an all inclusive.

This was our first all-inclusive and the experience was a 10 out of 10.

Cons: On top ofl the HIGH all-inclusive fee, you must shell out more $ for prime cabanas or lounge chairs with umbrellas at pool and on beach.

The weather has been great, the service is top-notch, the food is the best that we have had in any all-inclusive or regular hotel.

The all inclusive is great and includes loads of cocktails and sparkling wine.

It is all inclusive and the main food option is Spices, the large buffet-style restaurant.

This time around my sister and I tried the Chef’s Plate which is a curated 6 course meal and isn’t part of the all-inclusive package.

The food is above average for an all inclusive hotels and the entertainment is the best thing.

Location is good, it’s on the hotel strip, so  within walking distance to some of the market areas and malls - again targeted at Americans and are westernised though.

you can walk (15mins) to a beautiful shopping mall "la Isla" (H&M, ZARA, GUCCI, LUIS VUITTON ect..)

We can't wait to come back to Hyatt Zilara!

The location is walking distance to the mall and a short bus ride from everything else.

- The ISLA mall is very close, I walked there a couple times and it took me less than 15 minutes (or a 2-minute cab ride).

As of shopping, there is a mall and shopping centers (La Isla mall, for example, 15 min.

I also loved the fact that there was a mall, souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance from the property and there were sidewalks to get to safely get to them.

Examples include cooking classes, mixology classes, etc 
-join the FB group before you go to get pumped about the trip and to snag leftover items thay people leave in their magic box
-room service (which was also incredible) took about 40 min so plan accordingly 
-less than a mile walk from the hotel to a massive, upscale mall
-felt super safe the whole time, even walking off the resort 
-we went with Discova for transit to and from the airport.

The location is great as it's about a 20 minute drive from the airport yet close to the mall and other entertainment away from the resort.

The mall is within walking distance & safe to walk to.

There is a very large, open air, shopping mall called "La Isla" within walking distance of the Zilara.

Hotel is centrally located and close to shopping mall.

La Isla mall is a 12 minute walk down the street (look for the huge Ferris wheel).

Luxurious hotel, Excellent food made to order, Attentive staff, clear blue waters, no large crowds, large size rooms, cleanest and secure hotel by far, near the mall, excellent vacation spot to relax, money well spent! !

Mall,  shopping and many pharmacies are within walking distance.

Location of resort was good for us basically staying at the resort every day except for about a 15 minute walk to the mall like area down the road.

We only left the property once on a rainy day, to shop at the mall, which was walking distance from the hotel.

A high end mall is less than a 5 minute walk away.

The location is perfect, as it is close to the airport, the mall and other major activities.

Location wise, also close to the famous La Isla Mall, so if you want to do a bit of shopping you can too.

It is a quick ride to the mall, all major activities, as well as the airport. Perfect location & staff :)

Casa del Cafe has a variety of tasty coffee.

The resort welcomed us in their beautiful lobby (if you have seen the movie Barb and Star Go To Vista Del Mar this is where it was filmed).

- LA CASA DEL CAFÉ: Opens at 6AM every day, I would wake up early and look forward to be greeted by José and Enrique, who made the most delicious coffee.

Enrique and Jose were amazing at the Casa Del Cafe.

Food - Punta Vista restaurant has the best food (mediterranean); Asiana was good as was Maria Marie; wish there was a different option at Chef's Plate for people who don't drink alcohol; Spice was mediocre; Casa Del Cafe was awesome,

Casa del Cafe is excellence made for fresh variety of Expresso and coffee, muffin, cookies and assorted cake, and my favourite high quality ice cream with variety of favour you can choose from.

We really enjoyed all the dia del los muertos decorations and celebrations.

Jose Luis & Enrique at Casa Del Cafe were so friendly and fun every time we stopped by for our after dinner coffee, huge shoutout for them for going above and beyond.

Very thankful to the staff at casa del caffe, Eduardo and Miguel at beach bar and all the staff, Janett and lobby bar staff, very thankful and  appreciation for housekeeping and greeting staff at spice.

We always grabbed coffee, ice cream and smoothies at Casa Del Cafe.

Marisol Alonso (Event Planning Coordinator), Jose' (Pepe) Hernandez (Fitness Instructor)  and Alina, Jesus, & Enrique, who services hundreds of guests in the delicious coffee shop Casa del Cafe.

Plus, fun fact, the Hyatt Zilara is where certain parts of the movie “Barb & Starr Go to Vista Del Mar” was filmed!

Shout out to Eduardo and Enrique at La Casa Del Cafe -  they are some of the friendliest professionals ever!

Enrique makes amazing coffee in Casa Del Cafe and always had an amazing attitude!

We took a yacht out with Martin Yachts that someone recommended on this page.

I insisted that we should not be charged and reluctantly they 'waived' the additional fee for us.

Which tells me they're probably not getting paid what they deserve.

They don’t provide them anymore and charge $12 USD for a metal straw.

The spa - They were running a promotion to get an 80 minute massage at the price for a 50 minute so I took advantage of it plus they added on Hydrotherapy treatment.

As I explained to him a bunch of people were upset they couldn’t sit in or by the pool unless they paid $80 for a cabana each day (which came with 2 loungers in the pool) As Mr.Rojas explained to me this money grab was put in place by previous management

There is also entertainment every day and night, with a range of shows and classes at no extra cost.

The only downsides of our stay were the terrible sales pitch on check in, super misleading and time wasting. He promised a three minute chat to provide us our welcome package, turned into a 15 minute guilt trip to sign up for a 90 minute sales pitch saying "he wouldn't get paid if we didn't attend."

The premium wine was a tab on the expensive side,

And far too many hidden fees, especially for things which should have been included (ex: a chair by the pool or on the beach, a seat to watch the nightly entertainment , etc. ).

Once those are taken, you either have to pay for a chair or cabana, or find a place to store your stuff.

but not if I could find something close to price.

He told me if I paid him I could sit there.

Little if any consideration for the guests unless you want to pay extra as in the seating around the pool and at the beach.

This is additional cost and is not cheap.

though it's an all inclusive, there are plenty of things they want you to pay an extra charge for so just stick to the normal menus and you'll be fine!

but the only way you could get a poolside chair is if you pay money for a cabana.

Consistent high quality food and beverage choices, friendly professional staff who are eager to assist you and make the most of your stay.

The hibachi dinner is fun and books up quickly.

The food was excellent and I’d recommend trying the Chefs Plate.

We did the dinner on the beach and it was amazing.

the hotel is beautiful, restaurants amazing, pool incredible and beach breathtaking.

We always enjoyed the buffet in Spice, given our food limitations.

The romantic beach dinner was a dream come true – beautifully organized and set against the breathtaking backdrop of the property.

The food was very good, especially the breakfast.

The culinary delights at the resort are truly remarkable, offering a diverse and delicious menu.

We rented cabanas on two days, and we also had a romantic dinner by the water.

Pools and beach were lovely, and food was tasty.

Building is beautiful, food is great, staff good and beach is perfect.

The shows were great, and with one exception, so was the food.

The location is in walking distance to luxury shopping and several quality restaurants.

Restaurants ( especially the one facing the beach) are good.

The white party, the Cabernet show, karaoke and the dj’s!

High quality and entertaining evening shows.

My personal favorite was the Mexican Night, and the Michael Jackson night!

The hosted a variety of great entertainment from day activities to spectacular shows.

The evening shows were okay - neither too good nor bad.

They also offered nightly entertainment and a great beach with amenities.

We also loved all the entertainment every evening of our stay.

The entertainment team was a top-notch - especially Pepe and Diana who are AWESOME resident fitness instructors.

Hotel offers non-stop entertainment and rooms are tended to constantly.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the evening shows.

The evening shows are superb--I have been to many different resorts and this one had the best shows I have ever seen.

There are shows every night, plus fitness classes, a gym & lots of activities/parties.

While there are upgraded dinner options, spa services and cabanas available, they are not high pressure sales.

Note: I HIGHLY recommend Lucero is you book a massage. Incredible!!!

We also took advantage of their spa twice, which was so relaxing.

The hotel and grounds were kept impeccably clean and the amenities, eg: fitness center and classes and the spa were the icing on the cake.

We went to the spa- very unique & again staff are unbelievable.

Manuel, Jessica, Eloisa from the Spa -- thank you for the massages and service.

I’d like to particularly commend Ivan, David, Isal, Sergio and Humberto in the bar & pool area, Martha in the spa and Ambassador team Ingrid, Ana, Monica, Paulina.

The spa experience was phenomenal and the beach was very well kept and pretty would definitely recommend a stay here.

Special kudos to some staffs who are really great asset to the team, Cesar Banron at Marie Marie, Nohemi at zen Spa, Abimael at the lounge space.

Gladys, Elisa, and Alejandro at the Zen spa made our time so relaxing.

The service and staff members are so amazing, especially Dianna (pilates/water aerobics instructor), Jose (who works in the gym), Jonathan (activities coordinator), Roberto (waiter at Spice), Ernesto (bartender at The Den cocktail bar), Arturo and Valdemar (waiters at Punta Vista), Francisco (Asiana hibachi chef), and Williams and Alejandro (who worked in the spa).

We first chose the Belvedere over Dubai by chance on a grey Saturday afternoon spring 2004 when my wife and I were looking for some special for our 20th wedding anniversary.

When not riding, we were able to walk the beach, walk to a fantastic out door shopping mall and other boutique shops up and down the surrounding streets.

A large Shopping Mall is a short walk down the sidewalk.

The location of the hotel is also great, being one block from the beach and a few blocks from a shopping mall, and within walking distance of the train station.

Marina has created a recipe that delivers an amazing experience.

The force behind it all is  Marina who is always  smiling and working hard to make sure that everything is done at the highest level.

Have to say a special word about Marina the owner who is the most caring, attentive, always around owner.

So grateful for another sensational week with Marina and her incredible team.

All of the guests at the hotel are treated like family by Marina and the rest of the staff.

A small suggestion would be to have another bike mechanic on hand to help out during the bike pick up and drop off as the process seemed to take longer than it needed to with the poor guy working all alone.

though some of the road surfaces are poor this is not a major factor.

However, those in the lower levels are subject to traffic and poor pavement close to Riccione.

I have absolutely nothing poor to say about the experience.

though it takes 5-10 km to really get out of town on each ride, and some of the roads are busy and in poor condition.

I believe that one should always take responsibility for oneself or suffer the consequences for poor choices.

Room very small, no storage space,  breakfast buffet ~ cold scrambled eggs daily, bikers lunch ~ insufficient amount of food, poor quality wines served at dinner, table service poor ~ no silverware ~ short supply of coffee ~ cream.

Lots of hills, poor roads in town and busy, few bike paths, and NO sag wagon.

The natural beauty of the Emiglia Romana countryside and the Adriatic beaches is mixed with the Belvedere's magic ingredients: great hotel/rooms, amazing food, welcoming staff, wide range of daily activities (bike and non-bike), knowledgable and friendly guides, themed evening soirees, modern bicycles - and so much more!!.

but the best from amazing meals, cycling experiences, the care and treatment by staff and the overall ambiance during our stay.

Marina and her staff are incredible, the food was as you would expect in Italy - excellent.

Not just for the spick and span rooms, the divine food, the encouraging, informative tour guides, the perfectly tuned up bikes, the warm Adriatic, the spa, and gorgeous vistas

The friendliest staff (everyone one of them), scrumptious food, incredible bike tour guides (especially getting us safely out of Riccione  through all the roundabouts), wonderful spa after our cycles, fun activities and the hotel itself is nice.

The food just keeps getting better and the hospitality is incredible.

Exceptional  service, great rides, laughter, delicious meals and a host of so many new friends at the Belvedere Hotel.

The meals are so wonderful - some of the best pasta I have ever had.

Good outstanding even a juicer for breakfast fresh fish and salads everyday!

The highlight was an outdoor lunch at a local winery with entertainment from local musicians.

The rides and the food is out of this world.

My husband and I adore the comforts and contemporary luxury of the rooms, together with the 5* gourmet variety of the meals buffet.

Honestly, the food was better here than any restaurant we went to in Italy.

After staying at so many small rooms all over Europe we found a gem on the beach with a bigger room and bath.

The only very minor point to consider are the rooms are quite small, with limited storage,

The hotel itself has been nicely redone, rooms small

The accommodations are lovely - rooms are small

The negatives would be:

Very small rooms.

The room we were given was a little small, so we upgraded to a suite, which was super.

to land in your room which is small, old-fashioned, and not very luxurious.

Marina and her staff  continue to innovate and strive to give their guests the best possible holiday.

You are treated like family by staff that works together like family.

but also for the incredible welcome and attention to detail of all the staff.

Such a warm welcome upon arrival (yes, we were greeted by name!).

The hotel staff are without exception friendly and always helpful.

Although I traveled alone I made many friends with other very friendly staff and guests 
I will certainly return and highly recommend to my friends
