The Room was a suite on the second floor 276 and looked out from the huge balcony straight at the Burj al arab and Burj Khalifa just wow!

We stayed for 6 nights in a King Deluxe Skyline View room with a great view of the city including the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa.

Overall the hotel suited our needs, as it was well situated on the Palm with both views of the Dubai skyline, one side and the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa to the other as our Suite was situated on the corner of the building room 201.

We would like to thank Udaya for taking the time to take us to the burj khalifa and explaining sights on the way.

The Waldorf has amazing service, spectacular views of the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa.

Room was lovely facing the sea and could see Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and the glamorous city of Dubai.

Our room which was a King Deluxe Skyline Sea View was beautiful with a large Balcony and amazing views of the Dubai Skyline, Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa etc.

It is located on the extreme east side of the Palm at 30/40 minutes taxi to downtown Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa.

The room we had was very spacious and spotlessly clean and had a great view of the Burj al Arab and Burj Khalifa city scape.

Friday is big brunch day all over Dubai so give that a try

40 mins to airport
30 mins to Dubai mall / Burj Khalifa
20 mins to JBR walk or Burj Al Arab
5 mins to water park

Took us 30 mins to find entrance to Burj Khalifa.

The hotel is around 25 minutes by taxi to the main Dubai Malls and Burj Khalifa, 35 mins from the airport - so pretty much near everything.

It only took us 35 mins by cab to get to Burj Khalifa at noon during heavy traffic, for example.

We also crammed in visits to the Burj Khalifa for the night time lights show, Dubai Mall (which is just enormous), downtown marina for evening drinks: all memorable in their own way and jet-skiing around the Burj Al Arab which was an amazing experience.

We had a double deluxe room with views overlooking the Burj Khalifa and downtown Dubai!

We stayed as a family of four in 2 separate Premium King rooms on the 5th floor and woke up to a wonderful sunrise every morning with a fantastic view of the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa (this seaview is better than the Palm view in our opinion).

The lobby was magnificent and the rooms were VERY comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab.

Waldorf Astoria is definitely the best hotel you can ever go to.I satayed at the 5th floor,and had not only view over Burj Al Arab,but also Burj Khalifa.The hotel itself is really quiet,and the best for families.The hotel provides you with a lot of water,a free shuttle bus,and also a personal asistant.The spa is separated.One wing for men,one for women,ut isn t too big.It has 3 saunas,a hot tub,and also a relacation room.People always come and clean your room and leave you water(6-7 bottles).One of the best restaurants,named Social by Karl Heinz,witch has 3 michelon stars,very expensive though.I recomand this hotel to anyone that wants to taste real relaxation

We booked a Skyline-View Suite which will give you a view of Burj Arab & Burj Khalifa.

but there was no problem hopping into a taxi (private or general) outside of the hotel (would recommend visiting the Burj Khalifa and stay to watch the fountains at night, Dubai Mall, Atlantis Waterpark, Dubai Marina "the walk", if this is your first time to Dubai as a family).

We always stay in the Pearl club rooms/suites with our 2 kids and this provides access to the Pearl Club lounge - we love sitting on the balcony for breakfast, afternoon tea and the pre-dinner cocktails.

Staff in the pear club lounge were lovely too

Mercy and her team in the Pearl Club Lounge offered a very warm welcome each day and conducted themselves in a professional manner, providing a very personal service and always having time to stop for a chat and engaging with the guests.

If you can afford a Peal Club room, its well worth the upgrade which gives entry to the Club lounge, where you can take breakfast, afternoon tea and complimentary drinks/snacks every evening from 5-8 pm.

This room gave access to the Pearl Club Lounge, which we loved!!

The club lounge made the trip extra special with the best team led by Mark, Sagar and Mercy.

Food choices were good especially in the club lounge.

Until now, we are so thankful for meeting them all – especially Ms. Sushana, a real gem from the Club lounge.

Furthermore, I would like to mention the team of the Club Lounge.

Definitely recommend the Pearl Club lounge as well 👍🏼 Felt super exclusive!

The whole team in the Pearl club lounge was so friendly and the service was just perfect.

The included club lounge was offering delicious patisserie/snacks/breakfast and evening Canapés.

but especially we have to mention Mr. Sagar Joshi club lounge agent and the rest of the club staff that gave wonderful service and solved each problem or gave answers to each question or service we needed.

We were able too check into our suite around noon so we waited in the Pearl Club Lounge until then enjoying a late breakfast and snacks.

We took out the Pearl Club Lounge offer each time and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Food and drinks in Pearl Club lounge is really good quality.

We were also on the club lounge Pearl rooms which allows you to have breakfast in the club lounge and afternoon tea and cakes 1500-1700 and then pre dinner drinks from 1800-2000 which is a lovely touch.

A special thank you to the entire staff of the Pearl Club lounge - which can really be recommended.

We will definitely be going back for another family holiday in the near future and we cannot wait!

Lastly, this hotel is situated in a quiet and relaxing location and is especially good if you are looking for a relaxing holiday

We are still on a 11 night holiday at this luxurious hotel, the hospitality has been exceptional from arriving the reception staff and the restaurants staff could not do enough for us.

We were there for a family vacation in Sept 2022.

We had our family holiday here last month which included celebrating our daughters 18th birthday whilst we were there.

In summary, the dining experience here is poor considering its a resort hotel, not near anything.

The food quality in the restaurants (I tried them all) was poor and should be upgraded.

-Once you are in the hotel, and attempt to reduce your stay due to the poor treatment you have received.

Response from management was poor even after email.

but I seriously would have refused to pay for a downgrade together all of the upset/anger/frustration their incompetence and poor management caused us.

And our stay was poor and the handling of  covid and the safety regulations was terrible.

There is not a 5 star feel and more a all-inclusive feel with a lot of families and poor amenities.

Service was really poor for the Waldorf brand.

But a hotel brand can be ruined by a poor check in experience, and this is what happened to my family.

Considering the quality of food they produce for adults this is poor.

One week ago, A poor choice of words left me uneasy during the check in.

Post covid should ensure the leadership team given their restriction would up  their A game .Instead, poor service quality  and lack-lustre options prevail.

The cases were  taken to the room and as I dared to bring my own case in the room the poor lad almost accosted me to stop me from moving it.

Poor location, uninspiring dining options, the most depressing late night bar I’ve come across at a hotel (no one went there) and poor room layouts.

This hotel lacks the luxury in lounges, restaurants, quality of service and generally a very poor hotel in this regards.

The restaurant manager eventually came to speak with us and apologised for the poor service re. coffees.

Overall we wish we hadn’t paid the extra for such a poor experience (taxi would have been 75 Dirhams each way).

but it’s not a home until you feel love and the staff make sure you feel loved.

Santhosh has been so helpful and welcoming always with a smile, towels, and cold water to greet me and my family when we visit.

I really liked that the assistant manager of the hotel seemed very hands on and approached us every time he saw us to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we needed anything.

Shankar who was the gentleman who looked after our room was truly amazing!

but was every staff member we dealt with.

Special mention to Abkishek and Okha for ensuring our room had everything we needed.

They were always very helpful and asking us if we need anything or if they could help in any way.

They were all very accommodating, offering drink replenishments.

The hospitality was definatek5 stars, all the staff are polite and courteous, no request was too much.

In fact all the staff are great in this hotel and ready to help.

For me the adults-only pool is one of the best pool experiences in Dubai if you want a relaxed day.

It was our first family holiday with a 2.5 year old and 8 month baby in tow and I have to say, the Waldorf and it’s staff made it such a memorable experience from beginning to end.

They all went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible.

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, rooms are spacious and nice, great view from a palm sea view room.good food and great hospitality from all the staff, I really felt looked after, lovely beach and not very  busy (at the time  I went)

From the time you walkin(beginning of your stay) to the time you walkout(end of your stay) a wonderful experience.

LAO - our experience in LAO was one of the high-lights

The service recieved was some of the best in the world I have experienced.

The food and drinks are delicious and we had a great experience.

This is was our first time staying at the Waldorf and I must say it was a fantastic experience.

These guys work so hard, making your experience at the beach so pleasant.

Just completed our 12th night stay here at the Waldorf and can honestly say it's been the best experience ( over 26 visits to the UAE) Everything from front of house check-in , room and soft furnishings, food ( absolutely outstanding) pool and quality of service delivery has been 1st-Class.

Looking forward to coming back and experience the Hospitality again.

i would like to mention,its second time came here mosaic pool in sofitel downtown hotel ,there's so nice image woth higher tower in world (burj khalifa ).and infinity pool clean and tidy,pool bar stuff so kind and friendly,and i wamt to mention life guards doing so kind welcome giving water and towles,i would like to thanks sandeep,hamza,faheem ,muhkmed,nalaka and bishnu (life guards ),i was enjoy and feel im with my family ,i recomanded this pool visit and enjoy ,good job guys keep it up ❤️🙏🥰🥰

It overlooks the entire Burj Khalifa view and all the Emaar buildings around.

I can also recommend trying out the pool with the view on the Burj Khalifa.

The wonderful Lamiaa was able to arrange an early checkin and an upgrade with gorgeous room including views of the Burj Khalifa!

The hotel is located In the middle of the busy district of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall .

Our initial room had a smokey smell so Preua diligently dealt with the situation and also upgraded us to a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa.

But now to the hotel itself:  We had booked a "Luxury Club twin room with Burj Khalifa view" with breakfast and access to the Club Millésime.

As the metro station name says, the famous and huge Dubai Mall is just an eight minute walk away (via an air-conditioned tunnel) next to the famous Burj Khalifa.

The location of this hotel is just about perfect, at the Burj Khalifa Metro station and the walkway to the Dubai Mall.

Our room had a great view of the Burj Khalifa.

The room was extremely comfortable and spacious with a superb view on Burj Khalifa.

The Hotel have a very nice room with a great view to Burj Khalifa , very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located on great location, right downtown, with a few minutes access to Burj Khalifa (we were literally 2 mins away from the fireworks).

We have spend 10 days with my kid in the prestige suit, the room was wonderful with a view on burj arab And burj khalifa.

Nice stay, hotel near with the burj Khalifa  and good hospitality by ms.aneesa fast check in and kind, I got free upgrade as well its a big room and good breakfast!

This hotel is extremely well located, the bedroom is big and has the best view over the pool and Burj Khalifa.

We were then shown into a beautifully lit and delightfully presented store cupboard with an impressive view of the Burj Khalifa.

The hotel staff, the people at reception and the buffet plus restaurants took special care to know us and go that extra mile to make our stay smooth and relaxing.

All the hotel staff  take care  of us, special mention to the housekeeping Sekhara, he was very kind with us.

Every morning during the breakfast buffet he made sure my family and I were taken care of.

We were treated with care and top hospitality by the staff.

Lack of vision, poor (the word poor should be changed to abysmal) long term strategy and extortionist mentality is the reason why I'm giving this property the lowest rating.

We found the breakfast was of very poor quality, a poor selection and with many items missing.

Unfortunately the staff is mainly recruited among unqualified and poor trained people, this hotel is deeply lacking of management supervision.

however the food in all restaurants is poor and very disappointing (frozen food).

but sadly this was just for Christmas as after that the breakfast was poor and so were the evening nibbles.

The choice of drinks was poor, one type of beer, one type of white wine etc.. then they ran out of sparkling wine and when told that was unacceptable they took over 30 minutes to find a bottle by which time we had left to go for dinner.

My only criticism would be the poor lighting in the room & bathroom.

In noon hour, we couldn’t use rooms yet, I complained about their poor support, and finally the senior staff or manager offered us meals in the club lounge that comfort us a little bit.

It is rare that we encounter hotels deserving of a poor review.

Room service and reception staff were outstanding and our lower grade for Service was for the restaurant close to the pool where a very poor meal was served and then offered no apology.

but the staff were very poor at implementing this with some of the more pushy customers still being served alcohol at different times to others being declined.

The stuff are very friendly and for sure the internet needs to be faster.

Don't take the club lounge access as the food is extremely poor there, so not a good value.

The  room was large, exceptionally clean,  with a great view.

2 ladies working at breakfast duty, Ramatu from Cameroon and Asha from Uganda was very hospitable and very professional in serving us and made our experience even more enjoyable.

Very spacious, big bed, desk area for business and view out expansive window.

Agnes and Asha were so helpful, kind, and welcoming.

He was communicating in an elegant way and smooth manner.

The cakes were great and well presented, and there was a wide selection of teas which you can have as many as you like. The staff (especially Agnes) was super nice and friendly :)

Family friendly hotel,the rooms are so big and huge enough for small.family like us.the buffet breakfast is a lot of variety to choose we really enjoy our food.The pool side is good location towards the sun bathing thanks to the lifeguards(nalaka) and also Big thanks to Elaine in kids club she's very helpful to us .our kids are happy and really enjoy..

In the pool area it's nice too, 😊the lifeguards namely Jeric and Nalaka, viahnu and Pawan they assist as very well.

Prena from Front office was very helpful as well as reservation team during booking .

Upon arrival of our room, Preua was very welcoming and professional.
