The Room was a suite on the second floor 276 and looked out from the huge balcony straight at the Burj al arab and Burj Khalifa just wow!

although we only had a partial sea view it was lovely to sit on the balcony with a view of the Burj Kalifa.

We stayed for 6 nights in a King Deluxe Skyline View room with a great view of the city including the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa.

The room was massive with a balcony overlooking the sea & views of Burj Al Arab in the distance.

We did the little boat trip from the beach round The Burj Al Arab - 500 Dirhams for 30 mins - boat takes 5 people.

Beautiful location, you can choose the burj el arab & burj halifa view or the pool & beach view.

I’d definitely recommend a pool facing room as opposed to a room facing the Burj Al Arab and Downtown.

Great views of burj Al Arab & the world as well, good instruction and direction from staff.

We had a chance to have photos taken by Figo which we did by the Burj Al Arab and also by The Atlantis so we have some nice memories to take home.

Overall the hotel suited our needs, as it was well situated on the Palm with both views of the Dubai skyline, one side and the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa to the other as our Suite was situated on the corner of the building room 201.

Our room over looked the Burj Al Arab, so had the best of both worlds as the beach side we had the Atlantis!

We would like to thank Udaya for taking the time to take us to the burj khalifa and explaining sights on the way.

Our room faced the Burj Al Arab and was spotless and a great size.

The room was lovely and had a great view of the Burj al Arab and when it was clear you could also see downtown.

It was spacious, very clean, massive super king bed with expansive ocean views towards the Burj.

The rooms - very spacious, we were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the Burj and downtown Dubai in the distance and was very clean and felt very safe from a covid perspective.

The guys were so helpful & willing taking pictures of us in front of iconic sights, allowed us to jump off the boat and have a swim in the sea in front of the Burj Al Arab, they redirected the boat so we could watch a sea plane and abseilers land which was brilliant to see.

The room was clean and bright with a beautiful view to the Burj Al Arab.

Rooms are of the highest standard with views either of Burj al Arab or the Palm.

We always stay in the Pearl club rooms/suites with our 2 kids and this provides access to the Pearl Club lounge - we love sitting on the balcony for breakfast, afternoon tea and the pre-dinner cocktails.

Staff in the pear club lounge were lovely too

Mercy and her team in the Pearl Club Lounge offered a very warm welcome each day and conducted themselves in a professional manner, providing a very personal service and always having time to stop for a chat and engaging with the guests.

If you can afford a Peal Club room, its well worth the upgrade which gives entry to the Club lounge, where you can take breakfast, afternoon tea and complimentary drinks/snacks every evening from 5-8 pm.

This room gave access to the Pearl Club Lounge, which we loved!!

The club lounge made the trip extra special with the best team led by Mark, Sagar and Mercy.

Food choices were good especially in the club lounge.

Until now, we are so thankful for meeting them all – especially Ms. Sushana, a real gem from the Club lounge.

Furthermore, I would like to mention the team of the Club Lounge.

Definitely recommend the Pearl Club lounge as well 👍🏼 Felt super exclusive!

The whole team in the Pearl club lounge was so friendly and the service was just perfect.

The included club lounge was offering delicious patisserie/snacks/breakfast and evening Canapés.

but especially we have to mention Mr. Sagar Joshi club lounge agent and the rest of the club staff that gave wonderful service and solved each problem or gave answers to each question or service we needed.

We were able too check into our suite around noon so we waited in the Pearl Club Lounge until then enjoying a late breakfast and snacks.

We took out the Pearl Club Lounge offer each time and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Food and drinks in Pearl Club lounge is really good quality.

We were also on the club lounge Pearl rooms which allows you to have breakfast in the club lounge and afternoon tea and cakes 1500-1700 and then pre dinner drinks from 1800-2000 which is a lovely touch.

A special thank you to the entire staff of the Pearl Club lounge - which can really be recommended.

We will definitely be going back for another family holiday in the near future and we cannot wait!

We are still on a 11 night holiday at this luxurious hotel, the hospitality has been exceptional from arriving the reception staff and the restaurants staff could not do enough for us.

We were there for a family vacation in Sept 2022.

We had our family holiday here last month which included celebrating our daughters 18th birthday whilst we were there.

Would definitely recommend the Barj Khalifa what a sight at night time !

If you decide to go to Burg Khalifa, I would recommend going to the top - doing the lounge experience with access to level 154 with the option of breakfast (am tour), afternoon tea or champagne and canapes (sunset and evening tour).

The Waldorf has amazing service, spectacular views of the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa.

Room was lovely facing the sea and could see Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and the glamorous city of Dubai.

Our room which was a King Deluxe Skyline Sea View was beautiful with a large Balcony and amazing views of the Dubai Skyline, Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa etc.

It is located on the extreme east side of the Palm at 30/40 minutes taxi to downtown Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa.

The room we had was very spacious and spotlessly clean and had a great view of the Burj al Arab and Burj Khalifa city scape.

Friday is big brunch day all over Dubai so give that a try

5 mins to water park

Took us 30 mins to find entrance to Burj Khalifa.

The hotel is around 25 minutes by taxi to the main Dubai Malls and Burj Khalifa, 35 mins from the airport - so pretty much near everything.

It only took us 35 mins by cab to get to Burj Khalifa at noon during heavy traffic, for example.

We also crammed in visits to the Burj Khalifa for the night time lights show, Dubai Mall (which is just enormous), downtown marina for evening drinks: all memorable in their own way and jet-skiing around the Burj Al Arab which was an amazing experience.

We had a double deluxe room with views overlooking the Burj Khalifa and downtown Dubai!

We stayed as a family of four in 2 separate Premium King rooms on the 5th floor and woke up to a wonderful sunrise every morning with a fantastic view of the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa (this seaview is better than the Palm view in our opinion).

The lobby was magnificent and the rooms were VERY comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab.

We booked a Skyline-View Suite which will give you a view of Burj Arab & Burj Khalifa.

In summary, the dining experience here is poor considering its a resort hotel, not near anything.

The food quality in the restaurants (I tried them all) was poor and should be upgraded.

-Once you are in the hotel, and attempt to reduce your stay due to the poor treatment you have received.

Response from management was poor even after email.

but I seriously would have refused to pay for a downgrade together all of the upset/anger/frustration their incompetence and poor management caused us.

And our stay was poor and the handling of  covid and the safety regulations was terrible.

There is not a 5 star feel and more a all-inclusive feel with a lot of families and poor amenities.

Service was really poor for the Waldorf brand.

But a hotel brand can be ruined by a poor check in experience, and this is what happened to my family.

Considering the quality of food they produce for adults this is poor.

One week ago, A poor choice of words left me uneasy during the check in.

Post covid should ensure the leadership team given their restriction would up  their A game .Instead, poor service quality  and lack-lustre options prevail.

The cases were  taken to the room and as I dared to bring my own case in the room the poor lad almost accosted me to stop me from moving it.

Poor location, uninspiring dining options, the most depressing late night bar I’ve come across at a hotel (no one went there) and poor room layouts.

This hotel lacks the luxury in lounges, restaurants, quality of service and generally a very poor hotel in this regards.

The restaurant manager eventually came to speak with us and apologised for the poor service re. coffees.

Overall we wish we hadn’t paid the extra for such a poor experience (taxi would have been 75 Dirhams each way).

Me and my family stayed here for five days, this hotel is amazing, it’s got everything, sandy beach, nice restaurants, great rooms

They had a blast and we could enjoy the amazing food.

Great service, got us our drinks and food quickly and helped adjust our beach umbrella multiple times as the weather changed.

but the cocktails definitely made up for it.

The rooms are amazing, the pool/beachside and all the hotels restaurants are amazing.

but what really made our stay was the staff especially chef Rahul who went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our dinner every night.

All the food was fab from breakfast, Social, Palm Avenue and Mezzarie as was room service.

but really enjoyed the food at Lao who have a set menu for those on half board.

A beer round the pool lunch tine £12 a pint, and Burger and Chips about £35.

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, rooms are spacious and nice, great view from a palm sea view room.good food and great hospitality from all the staff, I really felt looked after, lovely beach and not very  busy (at the time  I went)

We would like to thank the entire team of staff that made sure our stay was unforgettable from the breakfast team, the housekeeping team and the poolside team through to the restaurant team.

The staff was friendly, restaurants were amazing, everything was clean, pool and beach were perfect, housekeeping was exceptional.

We also loved the fact that the children were not forgotten when it came to slippers for the room and children’s toiletries.

The rooms are huge with great views, the pools and beach area are beautiful and the restaurants were great albeit expensive.

The service was excellent - from reception to restaurants, pool staff, concierge and room attendants.

Our room steward was called Abhishek and did a brilliant job looking after our room -as did his colleagues too.

Although water is generally available in your room, pool, breakfast etc.

They surprised us and decorated our room for a celebration and left notes everyday checking that we are still enjoying ourselves and wishing us a great day

As first timers to Dubai we didn’t know what to expect; what we got was a fabulous hotel, impeccable service, a sumptuous Pearl King Club Room and the best quality food we have ever had.

We stayed in a Pearl Club room which was worth it as the views from the lounge where fantastic in the morning.

We loved the location and the rooms view .

Sangaam, our room attendant was brilliant throughout and even brought up a little Waldorf teddy for us to keep.

The room would be cleaned regularly and breakfast provided a a good variety. Thank u Waldorf Dubai:)

check in was smooth & efficent, booked 10nights in a deluxe king palm view room with balcony, the views are stunning, ate mostly in the Mezzeria restaurant where the quality & choice of dishes was fantastic, along with the Lovely & Friendly  staff, who could never do enough for you!!

So friendly and made our stay so comfortable cleaning our room every day to a very high standard.

Just completed our 12th night stay here at the Waldorf and can honestly say it's been the best experience ( over 26 visits to the UAE) Everything from front of house check-in , room and soft furnishings, food ( absolutely outstanding) pool and quality of service delivery has been 1st-Class.

but it’s not a home until you feel love and the staff make sure you feel loved.

I really liked that the assistant manager of the hotel seemed very hands on and approached us every time he saw us to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we needed anything.

but was every staff member we dealt with.

Special mention to Abkishek and Okha for ensuring our room had everything we needed.

They were always very helpful and asking us if we need anything or if they could help in any way.

They were all very accommodating, offering drink replenishments.

The hospitality was definatek5 stars, all the staff are polite and courteous, no request was too much.

In fact all the staff are great in this hotel and ready to help.

For me the adults-only pool is one of the best pool experiences in Dubai if you want a relaxed day.

It was our first family holiday with a 2.5 year old and 8 month baby in tow and I have to say, the Waldorf and it’s staff made it such a memorable experience from beginning to end.

They all went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible.

From the time you walkin(beginning of your stay) to the time you walkout(end of your stay) a wonderful experience.

We were welcomed like old friends and again as usual it’s the staff that make the experience so special.

LAO - our experience in LAO was one of the high-lights

The service recieved was some of the best in the world I have experienced.

The food and drinks are delicious and we had a great experience.

This is was our first time staying at the Waldorf and I must say it was a fantastic experience.

These guys work so hard, making your experience at the beach so pleasant.

Looking forward to coming back and experience the Hospitality again.

Great location so only 9 minutes on the monorail to Atlantis or 10 minutes in a taxi to the Marina, the hotel also provided a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall where the Burj Khalifa and fountains are.

Johnson in the concierge department helped booked the hotel shuttle to the Malls and also helped with booking tickets for the Burj Khalifa - Asante

We were on bed and breakfast so the one night we ate in the hotel was at  Little Miss India and the food was amazing.

This was our fifth visit to Dubai having stayed in other hotels on the Palm and closer to the Burj Khalifa.

We bought Atlantis water park tickets from hotel too, they also booked our reservation at Burj al Arab for tea in the lounge.

We previously had our Afternoon tea at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi and even at the Burj Khalifa itself.

If you're planning on spending a lot of your time downtown, in places like the Burj Khalifa, recognize that it does take some time to get there from the Palm.

Burj Arab accepted my car for valet parking and for your hotel - my car is too simple ?

Hotel is about 20 min from the famous Dubai mall and burj khalifa.

Good location - not too far up the Palm, east and cheap to get back to the Marina, JBR and 20 mins is to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa depending on time of day

Skydiving, desert "safari", Burj Khalifa, everything!

In a few minutes by car you can reach Marina of Dubai , and in 10-15 miinutes you are in the center at the Burj Khalifa.

We visited Burj Khalifa, did the desert safari, speed boat tour, Atlantis waterpark and watched the le perle show, I would recommend all of these.

We went on the speedboat trip around the palm, went up the Burj Khalifa, went to Atlantis Waterpark and the Dubai Mall which were all well worth doing.

There is lots to do in Dubai; would definitely recommend the sunset/sand dune adventure with Arabian Adventures, as well as the Dubai Theme Parks, the Dubai Frame, Burj Khalifa, the old town, the list is endless.

John (from Egypt) greeted us warmly at breakfast & lunch and helped arrange for our trip to the top of Burj Khalifa and also helped with the Camel Safari experience that I had dreamed of.

When visiting the Burj Khalifa we took a taxi home from the mall, which is around (60 AED).

The staff were very professional and friendly - Kamila was particularly helpful with booking our excursions to Burj Khalifa, and as we stayed there for my 50th birthday, she also sent a lovely cake and bottle of bubbly with some chocolate truffles and a birthday card up to our room which was a very thoughtful surprise!

We spent 5 nights in Fairmont The Palm and the hotel is in a great location on the start of the palm with easy access to Dubai Marina, Jumeriah area and Dubai Mail/Burj Khalifa.We booked the Gold Room which gives you access to the Gold Lounge with complimentary soft drinks throughout the day, afternoon tea and alcoholic drinks between 5 and 7pm.

but with the construction of the new boardwalk all that has been totally spoilt.

There is some construction on the outer buildings and the Beach area, one of the hotel guests we go to know had to move rooms because the construction was outside her room and was very noisy, there is no direct walk from the pool onto the beach anymore, as there is a long pathway thas has been build along Westbeach and this has separated the hotel and beach directly, this pathway is filled with Beachbards Clubs and Restaurants, St Regis is building a beach club directly opposite the adults pool so the beach view is now permanently blocked which makes some of the video and pictures of the Fairmont outdated.

The construction work was not intrusive, noisy or a eye sore so it was never a issue.

but Dubai is under permanent construction so not unexpected & also it didn’t really bother us.

but I haven't included this in my rating as I knew about it beforehand from the webcam and there are not many places in Dubai that you can completely escape construction. 7.

Something my holiday provider never told me was that the Flow kitchen buffet was going to be the same each night due to ramadan and that's something that's gone into a separate email of complaint, We have also commented on the construction around the pool area as we wasn't told about that either!!!

Our room was on the 9th floor and overlooked enormous floodlit construction sites on both sides.

People walking on the street can look in and during my stay I noticed that the men working on the construction site would stare continuously as they walked passed in the adults pool.

Construction noise most might be aware of that.

Only beach view is not as great as before as a new club is under construction blocking the views.

Not so great: noise from construction work from 6.30 every morning (windows need to be sound proof) + hotel needs an update, furniture and carpets are stained, outdated and worn out.

We didn’t have any noise issues with construction,

I talked with workers yesterday, they told that the construction continues until February at minimum.
