even though I have booked the room for 3 adults, Iron & Iron board, and they just took too long to deliver the amenities to the room, the breakfast was very bad, the Arabic bread was not fresh, not the best stay at all, we stayed for 1 night only then we moved to another hotel

I have seen her as an executive housekeeper making sure that am attended to whenever i requested for some extra amenities and toiletries for some of my particular needs.

The carpets have seen better days and the bathroom is worn out.

but I was disappointed with the bathroom (shower floor had surface cracks (just aesthetically looked horrible) and there were little but noticeable mold on some of the edges.

but in that day it's not available for single bed, the room clean and tidy but the washroom not very clean  it old design specially the door of shower room it's very hard move it and heavy , in the morning we had our breakfast in the restaurant there's no Reception staff, i take my breakfast box it was cold and the box not same with another .

you should ask the cleaning for the toiletries as they do not provide it without request.

but brakefast was very poor, enmities in bathroom was less.

Let down by inadequate noise insulation, limited selection lower quality breakfast spread, basic facilities, basic bathroom accessories, aged looking building.

even though not all essentials were provided (toothpaste, I think was the only item not offered upon arrival), a friendly note informed us that anything else we needed would be supplied upon request.

but I think the bathroom is quite small especially the shower room, and it only has one soap (soap, shampoo and conditioner in 1) and the hand soap at the lavatory, but you can ask the rest of the toiletries from the reception ( I didn't).

You can expect only one Herbal face soap in the washroom

Rooms are average with small bathroom, with poor housekeeping.

Only one towel for 2 in the bathroom 
the rust begins to arrive in the shower screen, the price seems to be a little bit expensive with all this small détails to be a great hotel.

Shower room is small for the size of my body-  They prefer european guest it appears- Choice of south Indian food is missing in complementary breakfast.

They gave only two bath towels and some days they even forgot to give that.

In the bathroom, there was a combination soap and shampoo for taking a bath.

Tge hitel lication is indeed good abd tge ststt is freindly i lijed the breakfast and were neat housekeeping were neat and ckeaning my room well special thanks goes  out yo Christine and madu thank you every much.

Having been stayed at different Holiday Inn Hotels in Dubai, they are one of the best cheap and budget-friendly hotels in the city where you can relax with a peace of mind.

Irrespectively of the location taxis are cheap in Dubai so you can reach any destination pretty quickly at affordable price.

Pleasant stay , clean rooms , great food.

I love this hotel,and Christine  she's the best house  keeping,since my room is clean 👌 ever.the hotel is very beautiful plus the location is nice.Have been served  like a queen.

Within easy walking distance of Jumeirah Mosque and Etihad museum.

Pretty good hotel with decent staff, in front of hotel there is bus stop C 09 to go to downtown bur dubai and all over dubai, convinience place, for moslem guest a few steps away from Jumeirah mosque.

The hotel is within walking distance from Dubai Zoo, Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Mosque, Jumeirah Plaza and a selection of delectable eateries, all of which I would recommend.

The hotel is also near the famous Grand Jumeirah Mosque and Jumeirah beach and few minutes away from Port Rashid.

Free wi-fi, small gym and 10 minutes walk to Jumeirah Mosque.

Chosen because of its location (short distance from metro station Al Jafilya, bus station, Jumeirah Open Beach and Jumeirah Mosque in walking distance).

The hotel is in front of Etihad Museum and La Mer Beach.

Some advice, we got the City Sightseeing Hop on Hop off and there is a stop right at the Etihad Museum which is about 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

but very close to beach about 5-7 min to drive .location of the hotel is great easy and quick to get to Dubai mall , Lamer beach , museums , parks and night bars � I would back again.recommended!

The breakfast is poor and one of the worst breakfast of holiday inn express in the middle east.

Coffee is very poor and it need to replace the coffee beans.

The buffet is poor by choice of options and can eat better for less outside,breakfast is average and just about covers what you need to start the day.

Little selection, ran out of pancake syrup one morning, poor fruit selection.

This I found to be poor customer service and put me at odds with the restaurant staff--since I will be living here for a month while working in Dubai.

While friendly, gave us poor info on some of our trips.

Negatives are maybe the breakfast was a little poor, my husband enjoyed it

I didn't like that the tv channels/stations were SOOOOO limited, only 41 stations & the video quality was extremely poor.

Water pressure is very poor and the temperature of the water is not that hot.

Don't be deceived by the word Jumeirah as it has nothing to do with it, I check-in to a smoking room where there was no ashtray, the room was not cleaned properly, no amenities inside the room, and I had to request extra water bottles which they are not providing or charging for the extra ones, I had to request extra towels

We arrived at 11 PM after a 15 hour flight and were told we had a situation: we have booked a non smoking room and there was none available.

The rooms smell smoking and mold even if you are in non smoking room.

When we arrived to the hotel they had given our (non smoking) room away.

People smoking outside make it to look and smell bad at the entrance.

I had booked a non smoking rooming and cleanliness is a minimum in a hotel!

The lobby, restaurant, and bar are pretty stale; and there isn't much incentive to stay other than to sleep.

The whole of the 2nd basement parking smelled horrible, presumably from the trash that were still not properly disposed.

One negative was the bar which was expensive, smokey and dark.

From the rooms, to the moldy smell in the hallways, to the mediocre food they call breakfast.

I could taste them in my mouth for hours afterwards despite having brushed my teeth, and they taste disgusting).

however smelled of smoke, I guess from the bar.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would've liked, & the cups in the bathroom had a foul smell.

although my room did have a faint smell of smoke.

There are no toiletries in the bathroom other than a dispenser of nasty all-purpose blue soap.

but it has random things - condoms, cigarettes, drinks, snacks, but no headache medicine which is what I really needed.

The settee was stained, the bed runner had a hole burned underneath, the lid on the waste bin in the bathroom was broken and generally the room needed a good dusting.

I would to thank all the team for the service they are providing to ensure everything is up to my satisfaction, 
The lunch was great special thanks to the chef Sam , restaurant guys , front office houskeeping all are awesome,  keep it on .

The hotel location is good and the hotel staff are super friendly I recommend it to everyone and enjoy their food too much special thanks goes out to Christine for her good service and hospitality acts thank you so much I enjoyed my stat
