Hotel is in a good location, about 15-20 minutes walking distance from Dubai Marina Mall, 10-15 minutes walk from JBR Walk and the beach.

The hotel is in a great location, about a 20-min walk to the Dubai Marina Mall and JBR.

However, the dubai marina walk with its greatest views lies north of dubai marina mall.

The hotel offers free shuttle to the beach, Dubai Marina mall and the Metro station.

although a 15 min walk to the DMCC metro and 20 mins to Dubai marina mall.

The shuttle bus is a great benefit which we used a few times to go to the Dubai marina mall.

The wi-fi works very well throughout the entire  hotel.Also a very important service is the shuttle bus to JBR beach,to Dubai Marina Mall and to the metro station which we found very useful and very suitable for the time table on which it operates.

To go to the beach they have a free shuttle bus every half and hour, this bus also go to Dubai Marina Mall and DMCC Metro Station!

The free shuttle can get you to and from the beach every 30 minutes till 18.00 (although it seemed for us it's even quicker to get there by foot cause in the morning and at about 17-17.30 there are plenty of traffic jams) and also to Dubai Marina Mall and Emirates Mall, this is definitely a huge plus, as some hotels don't provide this service at all. 2.

The hotel has a courtesy bus to the beach, metro station and Dubai marina Mall also the Emirates mall which is amazing.

The hotel also provides a free bus going every half an hour to the beach, Dubai Marina mall and the metro station.

However if you walk for around 25mins you will get to Dubai Marina Mall which has plenty of food places to chose from.

Well located - restaurants and Dubai Marina Mall are all within walking distance.

What makes this hotel extra special is the daily complimentary shuttle service every 30 minutes to the JBR, Dubai Marina Mall and the Metro.

The location is very good with easy access to Dubai Marina mall.

but they don’t, the elevator noise does not let you sleep at night, room Seevice and house keeping is very poor, I would not stay here ever again, even if it was free

Limited poor selection of drinks for what they boast Club - lifts advertisement show cocktails - none to be had!

- the hotel is so overbooked, there’s a 5 min queue to get onto the lift.

Twin rooms have poor view out back over there industrial area, 2nd Restaurant (Italian) poor by Dubai standards, lifts slow.

The main road is right behind it so you have that constantly and the room we had 3208 was right next to the guest lifts AND the service lift so we had that din all night and from early the next day.

We have to go all the way to ground floor and take another elevator near the restaurant.

I have waited 15 minutes for the elevator during me check-out and then waited 20 minutes at the queue for check-out.

We got to the room and it was next to the lift with the constant “ping” going off it’s hardly a quiet room.

The location is also great, 7 minutes from the nearest METRO station.

Great location.. i cannot say a bad word about this place.. every single member of staff couldnt have been more pleasant.. helpful.. knowledgeable .. i have stayed all over the place

The hotel is well located, staff is kind and at your disposal, Especially Joseph and Qadir made us feel at home.

Food was nice and the location of the hotel was good in marina..free bus to beach,to metro and  marina.

We requested a Cot for our little girl and it was sent to the room straight away.

This hotel was absolutely spotless.. rooms great size.

Our room was spotless and came with complimentary tea/coffee/water and a fruit basket.

On the bright side we had an amazing room attendant HARISH who is always smiling and ready to assist.

We received a free upgraded room and it was immaculate.

Throughout our 7 days stay we enjoyed the view of Dubai Marina in a room that is better than a normal hotel room, the interior is well thought and the room is bigger than usual.

Summary
Other than the front desk staff, who were slow at checking people in, telling lies and just being rude , we had a good stay.

A very rude lady took exception to this followed by her banging down on the table bottles of beer 😡. Why????

Staff at restaurant at dinner time were very rude and don’t enjoy fulfilling your requests.

Horrendous service and food and beverage department caused daily problems

but one of the receptionist was very rude when we checked in.

The hostess who was at Alloro on our first day was very rude to us

On check in the staff were very rude and then we were offered to upgrade to a room with a balcony for 300aed

but when lady heard we are not interested in whatever she was selling (mainly bus trips with a big group and a russian guide that would stop everywhere possible in Abu Dhabi and stay there for like a few pictures and then move on) - she became rude and literally said ''Noone is going to adjust the trips just because you want it''.

The staff were very good and couldn’t do enough to help any queries..

The staff are very friendly, they greet you all the time.

It was a tremendous stay in Wyndham hotel marina, I'm so grateful and honoured to be a guest in the hotel, my stay was to nice with the best hospitality provided and excellent help from Christian concierge and ayoola the door man.

Everything was great stay was so comfortable and enjoyable with the help of staffs like Christian who was so outstanding and kind always smiling and helping us to make reservations in different restaurants, security Chandan is amazing as well for his greeting always.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing the staff are excellent and polite especially Christian from concierge he is really wonderful staff among  all always welcome and assist us in everything,  thank to Chandan from security as well.

It's also a 15 minute walk away from the Dubai Metro which gives you fast and cheap access to multiple points in the city.

Access to Jumeriah Zabeel Saray pool and beach was amazing too, we went there most days

This location and easy access means all attractions are close by; Dubai Mall 15 mins, Dubai Marina 10 mins.

Neat and convenient property with awesome amenities and with easy access to points of interest by car and public transportation.

but in an area that is generally low rise for Dubai and has a short walk to the Metro - and easy access for taxis and some buses.

Room on the 14 floor accessed by a quick elevator.

Swimming pool was under restyling and the hotel provided free access and shuttles to his top hotel swimming pool and private beach al qasr madinat, right in front of Burj al Arab!

The Greens has a lot to offer as a local suburb and is close enough to Sheikh Zayed Road which provides easy access to anywhere in Dubai.

Relatively central with easy access to most tourist and business destinations.

The location is also great at the Greens, with quick access to several locations such as the Marina, JBR, Dubai Marina Mall or Mall of the Emirates.

The location of the hotel itself is an added bonus, allowing you to access main landmarks and places all across the city.

Location os perfect if you want to travel around Dubai, it's around 20 minutes to all main locations in the city.

Great location as I had meetings in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.

Strategic position at 10 minutes walk from the Metro Dubai Station Internet City.

Its location is just off the Sheikh Zayed Road in a mix of residential and office areas, around half from the Mall of Emirates and Emirates golf club metro station.

The location of the hotel is perfect close from the beach and you have some shops around so you don’t need to use your car just to buy some food or go for hairdresser..

We stayed for 5 nights, the location is great with added bonus of valet parking, dog friendly restaurants and overall a really lovely ambience.

It’s in a good location close to supermarkets and amenities.

I liked the Location so much as it was so close to my course, the helpful kind staff, cleanliness, services and almost every thing, the breakfast was good

Zabeel house (the greens) is one of the best hotel in Dubai, especially when you are on a business trip and you need a techno friendly hotel and a convenient location next to media/internet city.

Excellent staff, convenient location, nice restaurants, super clean and tidy and modern design decorated.

Its in the middle of Dubai - you're at the Marina area, JBR, Mall of the Emirates or the Palm with a quick drive / cab ride.

Lovely gym facilités and close to the beach clubs and malls.

The Green Souk micro mall is just 600m away.

If you enjoy going to the mall, then a visit to the Mall of the Emirates which is the world's largest mall with an indoor ski slope is a must.

walk to grocery and small mall; and 10 min.

My only suggestion is to l have a shuttle bus to near mall that will make it great, saying that, still there is a10 minutes walk metro station and it's near to go any place by taxi as well

Fabulous location for beach hotels restaurants malls ..

The hotel is situated in the lovely area of the greens - 10 mins from the Marina, the Palm, Media City and Mall of the Emirates.

The hotel is around 40 Mn from airport direction to Abu David in new area developed close to Mall of Emirates .

Location is nice, close to Marina, Jumeirah, Mall of Emirates and not far from Downtown and Dubai Mall either.

Good location as well, very closed to Sheikh Zayed road and easy to connect with malls, JBR, Marina and other locations .

They provide shuttle buses to Emirate mall and some other attractions.

The room was very nice, comfortable king size bed and excellent bathroom and shower.

The rooms are spacious and modern and clean.

The hotel room was lovely and very modern, we loved the breakfast and the facilities were good.

I had indicated in my booking that we were staying there for our honeymoon and the staff had decorated our room so nicely to welcome us.

On my wife's birthday whilst we were out for the day our room was decorated with balloons and flowers, even some birthday cake was left out.

Santosh was very friendly and professional at the reception check in was fast and we got upgraded to a lovely room.

The room is great with fantastic air con aswell as having windows that can open.

The hotel and rooms are very nicely decorated.

A very warm welcome and easy check-in, I had no idea it had 200 rooms it feels a much smaller feel to it.

The room is very stylish, as is the hotel, the decor embraces artistic creation and brings inspiration even to the non artistic souls.

My room had an absolutely enthralling view of the Onyx Tower complex, as well as the Dubai Marina and Dubai Knowledge Village on the horizon.

We had a wonderful stay at Zabeel House, the value for money for the room type and facilities you receive are outstanding.

Rooms are good designed with enough space.

During the week, we made use of the spacious co-working floor, meeting rooms, and gym - which were all surprisingly well equipped.

The rooms were beautiful, the pool is great and the bar outside is fantastic.

Very fancy, modern room, size is good, even for 2 with luggage.

Great facilities (gym, working space, pool) and well kitted out rooms.

They will keep changing your room & move you because they get better rate booking for few nights & they argue it’s your fault

after an hour room has ready and he escorted me to room.

As it turned out we arrived later than planned at 2.30pm to be told no room was ready.

After a 9 hour flight I came to check in and I was on my own (travelling to visit a friend).

Too disappointing, during check in, it takes time for them to do it,

The shower water is tepid, the mini fridge has no contents, no laundry bag in the room and when we arrived, one towel in the bathroom and this had just been cleaned?

When we arrived it took no time whatsoever to get checked in.

we stayed here for 7 nights , we were allowed to check in early , our room was a bit tired in places

Tea/Coffee is also bad
- No coffee/tea/creamer in room - these need to be purchased
- They demand a huge returnable deposit at time of checkin, even if full amount is prepaid
- Wifi/Internet connection is poor, on rooms on higher floors, it is worse

Personally, I will not go there again.

Arrived at 9am expecting to just drop off luggage

After checking in, they came down to the lobby and we decided to have a lunch downstairs on level B.

You check in after a while while your luggage are hanging around and someone from the hotel will come and put them on a trolley and you go to the elevators.

It was unfortunate that money was stolen from my room the day before I checked out.

Had a bad experience at the time of checking the stuff is not coopertive at all dont know her job properly for everything asked the answer is i dont know ,would not suggest it to anyone as had bad experience twice and would not book this hotel anytime in future my last time .

The minibar is empty and therefore meaningless, the tea water kettle did not work, after four days of stay there were the same dirt spots on the furniture in the room when I arrived.

When doing the check in we were told that there was no available extra beds and that to compensate we were getting an upgrade: well not really.

Probably just as well, as 95% of the time, I needed to use the fire stairs to get to the room as the elevators simply never arrived on most occasions.

If the lobby was bigger then the people could relax a bit if there are alot of people checking in.

We were told we may be able to check in a couple of hours earlier so we waited at the pool side, When I went back down to check if the room was ready the receptionist just smirked and said it wasn’t without even checking with anyone.

Avoid this place like the plague, the rooms are old and there is no shower.

The hotel lacks service, did not clean properly, did not change bathroom accessories, pretended to be cleaned.

I have found cocroches in the room, the toilets are not clean, and over all the room was not comfortable to sleep, 
I don't recommend this hotel for any body

In the bathroom there is no anti-slippery mat in a very slippery bathtub (i was every morning really afraid of falling while getting out after showering).

I had NO hot water in my room and if I did it was for about 1 minute and then back to cold. I had to fill the bath up with a kettle (which I had to ask the cleaner for as my room did not have one!)

Either the AC wasnt working or the lights or the hot water in the shower.

It is very very dirty, specially the bathroom, the breakfast is horrible, client service is completely absent, the corridors smells like food.

The only let down was we had no hot water for majority of our stay and the staff wasn’t interested in getting this fixed for us in the end we just had cold showers as no amount of complaining was going to fix it.

but sadly it didn't have full length mirror and I had to stand on a chair to see in the dressing table mirror.

The hot water pressure on the 32 floor was very poor (no hot water in my son's shower) - nothing done to fix it during our stay despite reporting it on the 2nd morning.

-no hot water from the tap or shower, we complained about it everyday.

The water pressure in the shower is shocking and having a kettle does not help it you are not provided with any tea and coffee.

Twice     my bedspread had holes, several times forgot to replenish my toiletries.

The management is non cooperating, bad amenities, the tap in the washroom was broken, electricity come and goes.

You can also here the people going to the toilet in the room next to you which isn't very nice.

(@mitchelltravels) So the tricky thing about booking hotels in Dubai is trying to make sure you don't drain your wallet on one place all the while making sure you're in a relatively central location.

however there were no towels in my room and the bathroom drainage spilled over and flooded the bathroom with very disgusting water!

When we went to our room the access card is not working and we don’t have choice

So I called property to cancel my reservation, they told me that it is not possible moreover it is already fully charge and won’t be refundable.

Please note that the card is deactivated from 12am to 5am, for whatever reason, it do not make sense.

After spending 1000 AED on business lunch, parking attendants charged 200 AED for an 'overstay ' of 20 minutes.

I said that if she wanna check my ID card, I can provide it and that is so rude to follow me.

My credit card was debited 4 times by stupidity and impatience,  ( called my bank instantly and after a lobg talj bank advised receptionust to reverse money

but we were told that it’s the hotel policy not to have any guests allowed inside the premises: this is the first time ever I am seeing this, other hotel in Dubai just ask for an ID card and a registration form.

After printing registration card for us, we noticed that Theresa did that on used paper!

2 lifts supply the whole building of over 40 floors, we've waiting for 10 minutes plus on numerous occasions, then you need a separate card from your room card to operate the lift which rarely works.

Upon our arrival there was a confusion as we pre booked for 3 nights via bookings.com  and the hotel double charged us for two bookings.

The security of the place i must say is good as you have to have a card to operate the elevator going to your room so no one other than the guests inside the hotel can come in.
