The change I paid keeping in mind about facility and it’s proximity to Burj Khalifa and dubai mall.

The hotel is very convenient to Dubai Opera, the mall and parks surrounding Burj Khalifa.

Location is fantastic, just 5 minutes from the Burj Khalifa.

Our room was on 32nd floor with a superb view of the Burj Khalifa .

Tastefully furnished, its large windows offer a breathtaking view of Dubai and of the Burj Khalifa.

Secondly, the description says just 0.8 km away from Burj Khalifa, in fact the shuttle takes 15 minutes to drop you to the Dubai Hotel from were it is 20 minutes walk to the Burj Khalifa.

Very near to Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall and Shaikh Zayad Road. ..

The location is incredible, near Burj Khalifa and other attractions.

Location also amazing right next to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall/Fountain show.

The Burj Khalifa View rooms have got diminished views since a few sky scrapers have come up between the Taj and Burj Khalifa.

Entire view from 34th Floor suite was such breathtaking that we didn't feel to go to Burj Khalifa specially to watch the lighting.

We were allocated our room on the 34th floor with fantastic views of the Burj Khalifa, the same side of the hotel as the club lounge which meant we could dine with a view of the Burj and experience the view from the time we woke up.

We opted for a room overlooking the Burj Khalifa which made for a fabulous view to wake up to each morning.

I have stayed in the Burj Khalifa view room and the room had everything you could ask for (including a Nespresso machine!).

Much appreciated the close proximity to the Burj khalifa, dubai mall nd other places.

It is situated right in the middle of the Downtown area and has a very beautiful view of Burj Khalifa.

Excellent experience - right from accomodating our early check in request to serving with smiles, Taj team made our stay memorable, family room was perfect to accommodate 3 adults with all modern amenities - key advantage  - it is close to Burj Khalifa n free shuttle service is available for visit to Dubai Mall - spoilt us with choices in Breakfast - if ever we visit Dubai again will stay at Taj only - once again thanks to Taj Team for their excellent service

Additionally my room faced a new construction site, making it extremely unpleasant to look out the window especially when I thought I was getting a view of the Burj and not a tiny sliver of it.

The view from the very dusty glass facade in the room is clouded by Dubai's construction sites.

If you're choosing the Taj Dubai for the view of the Burj Khalifa, then you may be disappointed when you see that it's obstructed by all the construction that is going on around that area.

although there was construction at the entrance that gave a bad first impression.

The only draw back is that it is not really walking distance to much - not the hotel's fault - it is a big city, with long blocks and lots of construction.

As usual in Dubai, there are construction work on going and a part of this nice view will change a bit.

however, we saw construction and dirt and no city.

You would have to cross some major roads and or go through construction so we had to take Taxis.

It was a pity that there were constructions all around, making the outdoor area seem messy.

My only complaint was that despite its close proximity to the burj khalifa, fountain, and opera it was difficult to walk there due to highways and construction (but that is very typical of Dubai).

They charge more for a Burj view room (unfortunately, the only alternative is a construction view).

but check construction noise across street.If problem, will switch rooms if avail.Ask for other side,not higher up.Dubai’s construction is skyscrapers;  higher won’t help.

Possiblilities for kids were limited, a lot of construction is going on opposite the hotel (of course the hotel cannot do anything about this), the bar is very noisy and took all night long (i stopped hearing music at 6am).

Unfortunately we were given a room with awful views over a construction site!

for someone from thirsty California it’s baffling to see a construction and population boom in the desert.

Close by, there's a construction site, that is affecting the view during the day,

You should note that Dubai is in constant construction so you will see cranes.

Bombay Brasserie is the best Indian restaurant in Dubai and the breakfast is excellent.

Whether allowing us a complimentary early check-in or the excellent concierge service that booked Burj Al Arab tour for us in moment's notice, whether the bubble bath they arranged for my child or the excellent in-house discounts they offered for dinner at arguably the finest Indian dining establishment in the city - I cannot adequately express how impressed and touched we were by Taj Dubai staff.

Over the years, I have become familiar with and really enjoy South Indian cuisine.

rooms are good, food is very good, specially indian food is availiable.

If you can, try to find Somya, a excellent waitress that will make you into de Indian food, all you need is to ask for the Indian experience.

The hotel offers a wide variety of cuisines and their Indian cuisine is to die for.

I would strongly recommend anyone & everyone visiting Dubai, specially who loves Indian food , should stay @ TAJ DUBAI.

Breakfast is excellent while Indian food is average.

We had a marvellous stay for 4 days among the best of staff be it at the Breakfast & Indian Dinner restaurant specially Sachin, saddeqe, Rohit, Sardarji’s at the gate , it was their ‘ service above self’ at every time

The South Indian cuisine served at break fast was great & 
mouth watering ,specially at a 5 *property at Dubai .

Comfortable room, lovely breakfast buffet and ate Bombay Brasserie for an excellent Indian dinner.

There are plenty of restaurants to eat in from Indian to Asian street-food cuisine and there are great views of the city from the rooms.

Maria is the best employee really she helped us a lot wi the everything when we asking about anything she is going on same time and perfect thanks a lot Maria hotel service amazing and we like the food Indian

The food & service in every restaurant is excellent, there are so many offerings, Miss Tess is an Amazing Asian , Bombay Braserie is an incredible Indian restaurant and the Truffle Prawns in the must visit“Treehouse” are a complete wow!!

Right from the first minute, by unloading the luggage from the car, from the room service and little details as remembering which juice I like, asking to re-fill it during breakfast (in the lounge as well in Tesoro), to additional dessert or juices by the staff in the in room dining.

The next days were quiet and efficient, room serviced twice a day and staff could not have been better.

The Room was a suite on the second floor 276 and looked out from the huge balcony straight at the Burj al arab and Burj Khalifa just wow!

We stayed for 6 nights in a King Deluxe Skyline View room with a great view of the city including the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa.

Overall the hotel suited our needs, as it was well situated on the Palm with both views of the Dubai skyline, one side and the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa to the other as our Suite was situated on the corner of the building room 201.

We would like to thank Udaya for taking the time to take us to the burj khalifa and explaining sights on the way.

The Waldorf has amazing service, spectacular views of the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa.

Room was lovely facing the sea and could see Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and the glamorous city of Dubai.

Our room which was a King Deluxe Skyline Sea View was beautiful with a large Balcony and amazing views of the Dubai Skyline, Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa etc.

It is located on the extreme east side of the Palm at 30/40 minutes taxi to downtown Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa.

The room we had was very spacious and spotlessly clean and had a great view of the Burj al Arab and Burj Khalifa city scape.

Friday is big brunch day all over Dubai so give that a try

Took us 30 mins to find entrance to Burj Khalifa.

The hotel is around 25 minutes by taxi to the main Dubai Malls and Burj Khalifa, 35 mins from the airport - so pretty much near everything.

It only took us 35 mins by cab to get to Burj Khalifa at noon during heavy traffic, for example.

We also crammed in visits to the Burj Khalifa for the night time lights show, Dubai Mall (which is just enormous), downtown marina for evening drinks: all memorable in their own way and jet-skiing around the Burj Al Arab which was an amazing experience.

We had a double deluxe room with views overlooking the Burj Khalifa and downtown Dubai!

We stayed as a family of four in 2 separate Premium King rooms on the 5th floor and woke up to a wonderful sunrise every morning with a fantastic view of the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa (this seaview is better than the Palm view in our opinion).

The lobby was magnificent and the rooms were VERY comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab.

Waldorf Astoria is definitely the best hotel you can ever go to.I satayed at the 5th floor,and had not only view over Burj Al Arab,but also Burj Khalifa.The hotel itself is really quiet,and the best for families.The hotel provides you with a lot of water,a free shuttle bus,and also a personal asistant.The spa is separated.One wing for men,one for women,ut isn t too big.It has 3 saunas,a hot tub,and also a relacation room.People always come and clean your room and leave you water(6-7 bottles).One of the best restaurants,named Social by Karl Heinz,witch has 3 michelon stars,very expensive though.I recomand this hotel to anyone that wants to taste real relaxation

We booked a Skyline-View Suite which will give you a view of Burj Arab & Burj Khalifa.

but there was no problem hopping into a taxi (private or general) outside of the hotel (would recommend visiting the Burj Khalifa and stay to watch the fountains at night, Dubai Mall, Atlantis Waterpark, Dubai Marina "the walk", if this is your first time to Dubai as a family).

We always stay in the Pearl club rooms/suites with our 2 kids and this provides access to the Pearl Club lounge - we love sitting on the balcony for breakfast, afternoon tea and the pre-dinner cocktails.

Staff in the pear club lounge were lovely too

Mercy and her team in the Pearl Club Lounge offered a very warm welcome each day and conducted themselves in a professional manner, providing a very personal service and always having time to stop for a chat and engaging with the guests.

If you can afford a Peal Club room, its well worth the upgrade which gives entry to the Club lounge, where you can take breakfast, afternoon tea and complimentary drinks/snacks every evening from 5-8 pm.

This room gave access to the Pearl Club Lounge, which we loved!!

The club lounge made the trip extra special with the best team led by Mark, Sagar and Mercy.

Food choices were good especially in the club lounge.

Until now, we are so thankful for meeting them all – especially Ms. Sushana, a real gem from the Club lounge.

Furthermore, I would like to mention the team of the Club Lounge.

Definitely recommend the Pearl Club lounge as well 👍🏼 Felt super exclusive!

The whole team in the Pearl club lounge was so friendly and the service was just perfect.

The included club lounge was offering delicious patisserie/snacks/breakfast and evening Canapés.

but especially we have to mention Mr. Sagar Joshi club lounge agent and the rest of the club staff that gave wonderful service and solved each problem or gave answers to each question or service we needed.

We were able too check into our suite around noon so we waited in the Pearl Club Lounge until then enjoying a late breakfast and snacks.

We took out the Pearl Club Lounge offer each time and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Food and drinks in Pearl Club lounge is really good quality.

We were also on the club lounge Pearl rooms which allows you to have breakfast in the club lounge and afternoon tea and cakes 1500-1700 and then pre dinner drinks from 1800-2000 which is a lovely touch.

A special thank you to the entire staff of the Pearl Club lounge - which can really be recommended.

We will definitely be going back for another family holiday in the near future and we cannot wait!

Lastly, this hotel is situated in a quiet and relaxing location and is especially good if you are looking for a relaxing holiday

We are still on a 11 night holiday at this luxurious hotel, the hospitality has been exceptional from arriving the reception staff and the restaurants staff could not do enough for us.

In summary, the dining experience here is poor considering its a resort hotel, not near anything.

The food quality in the restaurants (I tried them all) was poor and should be upgraded.

-Once you are in the hotel, and attempt to reduce your stay due to the poor treatment you have received.

Response from management was poor even after email.

but I seriously would have refused to pay for a downgrade together all of the upset/anger/frustration their incompetence and poor management caused us.

And our stay was poor and the handling of  covid and the safety regulations was terrible.

There is not a 5 star feel and more a all-inclusive feel with a lot of families and poor amenities.

Service was really poor for the Waldorf brand.

But a hotel brand can be ruined by a poor check in experience, and this is what happened to my family.

Considering the quality of food they produce for adults this is poor.

One week ago, A poor choice of words left me uneasy during the check in.

Post covid should ensure the leadership team given their restriction would up  their A game .Instead, poor service quality  and lack-lustre options prevail.

The cases were  taken to the room and as I dared to bring my own case in the room the poor lad almost accosted me to stop me from moving it.

Poor location, uninspiring dining options, the most depressing late night bar I’ve come across at a hotel (no one went there) and poor room layouts.

This hotel lacks the luxury in lounges, restaurants, quality of service and generally a very poor hotel in this regards.

The restaurant manager eventually came to speak with us and apologised for the poor service re. coffees.

Overall we wish we hadn’t paid the extra for such a poor experience (taxi would have been 75 Dirhams each way).

Me and my family stayed here for five days, this hotel is amazing, it’s got everything, sandy beach, nice restaurants, great rooms

We also loved the fact that the children were not forgotten when it came to slippers for the room and children’s toiletries.

Shankar who was the gentleman who looked after our room was truly amazing!

The rooms are huge with great views, the pools and beach area are beautiful and the restaurants were great albeit expensive.

Our room was lovely with great view and facilities.

The service was excellent - from reception to restaurants, pool staff, concierge and room attendants.

Our room steward was called Abhishek and did a brilliant job looking after our room -as did his colleagues too.

Although water is generally available in your room, pool, breakfast etc.

They surprised us and decorated our room for a celebration and left notes everyday checking that we are still enjoying ourselves and wishing us a great day

As first timers to Dubai we didn’t know what to expect; what we got was a fabulous hotel, impeccable service, a sumptuous Pearl King Club Room and the best quality food we have ever had.

We stayed in a Pearl Club room which was worth it as the views from the lounge where fantastic in the morning.

We loved the location and the rooms view .

Sangaam, our room attendant was brilliant throughout and even brought up a little Waldorf teddy for us to keep.

The room would be cleaned regularly and breakfast provided a a good variety. Thank u Waldorf Dubai:)

check in was smooth & efficent, booked 10nights in a deluxe king palm view room with balcony, the views are stunning, ate mostly in the Mezzeria restaurant where the quality & choice of dishes was fantastic, along with the Lovely & Friendly  staff, who could never do enough for you!!

So friendly and made our stay so comfortable cleaning our room every day to a very high standard.

Just completed our 12th night stay here at the Waldorf and can honestly say it's been the best experience ( over 26 visits to the UAE) Everything from front of house check-in , room and soft furnishings, food ( absolutely outstanding) pool and quality of service delivery has been 1st-Class.

but after I spoke to Manveer Singh the reception manager he made sure we had a unforgettable experience.
