We are thankful Ms Nelia and Mr. Akbar of Ramada Downtown, Dubai for the hospitality and upgrading our room to Burj Khalifa view as we checked in on my wife birthday for celebration.

Stayed in the Ramada hotel - room was a great size and had a fantastic view of the Dubai fountains and burj Khalifa.

Our room was upgraded to one with a view of the Burj Khalifa fountain View which was great.

We were assigned the best room of the hotel thanks to his generosity, a beautiful view on the burj khalifa, mall and fountain with a very spacious room.

but as Raza saw that the children and I immediately offered us to move to a more comfortable double room with a view of Burj Khalifa, for which many thanks to him, the children are delighted!

I will advice all of you not to use this hotel as they don't clean the rooms properly and sometime they completely ignore the cleaning.

..So it is not the companys fault if they are having failed system!!

They check on our room end if we appear busy or have a do not disturb sign on they call very late in the day just to see if we need anything.

Rang reception and the woman is talking to me like she doesn't even know what is going on in her own work place,  just ridiculous.

My daughter split water on the bedding and we had to call housekeeping at midnight to change the duvet.

Slow to answer calls for housekeeping services and front office.

But you need 1 of the ramada staff to take you along the back to open the gate . The downside is you can’t go back  this way to the hotel as there’s no one to meet you on the other side to open the gate ( unless you call ramada reception and ask someone i guess?)

Our firs day cab journey couldn't be completed because the driver's credit card machine couldn't connect to the nearest cell tower, so Victor at the concierge offered his cash to pay for the tax - a lifesaver (Thank you!).

4 days later had a bunch of missed calls from the hotel and called back to speak with MARICRIS who had been calling and calling (and then persisted on calling my partner) claiming food had been consumed from the minibar.

We moved from another hotel and lost our phone.

The room still need upgrades, like a cordless phone , USB charger and international plugging system only at the bedside in the room , the living area and the washroom does not have an internationally Electrial plug .

Even after complain no one has even bothered to give a call.

but no alternatives and silution given to us by the hotel..even no assistance at all..we called, called, saying that they will call us back but no one called us..it was really a disaster day..

They made me feel that it was my fault bec i failed to answer their calls,i was at work the whole day
I was also ask to pay almost 4x of the price i booked and offered me discount

but not good enough reliability for my business and video calls so only stayed 2 days.

Phones not working at all, bathroom sink plug blocked.

The breakfast was always different and of a high quality (the cheese fatayer are exceptionally tasty).

The housekeeping staff also very good, the room is clean and comfortable.

He managed to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a fountain view.

We got the best view room as 2 bedroom burj and fountain View.

The rooms were large and comfortable:  a big "tell" for me on a good vs bad hotel room is the shower and this shower was amazing!

I decided to have a rest day away from work pressure, So I went to Park Hyatt , from the entrance you will feel the positive vibes and the welcoming atmosphere from all the stuff there.

But what set’s this hotel apart is the attention to detail from the checking in experience to the ridiculously good food, to the filtered rain shower and the amount of staff who referred to my family by name.

Thank you also for the warm welcome card and amenity from Mr. Karim Metwaly.

The service is personalised, the food is delicious and the amenities are fantastic.

Everything from the resort's decorations and aesthetic, breakfast, room service, and the many other amenities provided were on point during our stay.

Stayed in a lagoon view room which is a great size and well-equipped (balcony, nespresso machine, sofa/TV area/ spa shower room, dressing area, hair dryer etc) 
The resort itself offers something for everyone with multiple dining options, places for cocktails, places for coffee, golf, padel tennis, tennis, spa and two pools (adult only and family pool).

My room ( a standard king ) was huge, very clean and had a lovely balcony, big bath, walk in wardrobe, big desk, big tv, comfy bed - everything I could have wished for.

Rooms and amenities are pristine and one can constantly see all of the work that the staff put into maintaining the grounds.

The room was spacious and bathroom clean with a large bath tub and shower.

I only have good things to say about our stay here: the location, building, amenities, food were all amazing.

The room itself was great and the bathroom was very well designed, spacious and luxurious.

We celebrated my friend’s baby shower with afternoon tea at The Lounge and were so impressed and delighted by the service, the setting and the scrumptious food.

Hotel is great for both business and leisure traveler with range of good amenities, including central pool and an adult “day club” pool area.

The room was sublime with views of Downtown and the Burj Khalifa.

It offers the best service (thank you Ibrahim and all the team), outstanding culinary quality in the 10 restaurants (thanks Patrick, famous Boardwalk and Twiggy), calm and chill at the Laguna infinty pool with view on Burj Khalifa which is only 15 minutes away.

The Park Hyatt is a gorgeous property with fabulous facilities, great food and beverage options and the lagoon infinity pool offers amazing city views including the Frame and the Burj Khalifa.

But it’s 15 mins (£7) in a taxi to downtown and Burj Khalifa and 25mins (£15) in taxi to The Palm.

The small balcony offered outstanding sunset views over the “lagoon” (an impressively long infinity pool with artificial sand beach, overlooking the Creek), with far-reaching views of the downtown skyline and Burj Khalifa.

Perfectly placed as to ensure a good view (totally recommend lagoon view obviously, you can see Burj Khalifa, The Frame.

Rooms are fabulous, mine was overlooking marina and had a great view of the city and Burj Khalifa.

On a side note we used groupon for a couple of trips including burj Khalifa and is well worth the savings.

We stayed 3 nights at this resort in a Skyline View room with fantastic views of the Burj Khalifa.

Beautiful swimming pool with tropical ambience and the lagoon pool was perfect, with  Burj Khalifa the tallest building and sunset views.

Room - We had an amazing suite overlooking the creek and Burj Khalifa in the distance.

The view across the creek of the buildings on the other side of the water was especially lovely at night, the Burj Khalifa taking centre stage.

From there you can watch the sun set over the Lagoon and the Dubai Creek, with Burj Khalifa (the tallest building in the world) in the background.

Thank you to the staff who pulled together the itinerary to see the sights of Dubai – whisked to the top of the Burj Khalifa (148th floor) without having to wait in line; swimming with dolphins; a dessert safari  including dune bashing, camel riding, falcon show, belly dancing and gourmet meal guided by Dubai’s lead guide; hot air ballooning; indoor skiing; and so much more.

Our other hotels during our stay were on the Palm and nearer Jumeirah Beach so it was good for us to use this one to see the Mall area and Burj Khalifa.

Subsequently visiting some of the other hotels in the Marina, on the beach and around the Burj Khalifa, we were always happy to return to the hotel for its relaxed atmosphere.

The view from the hotel across Dubai creek to the skyline with the impressive Burj Khalifa is really breathtaking.

Whenever we need anything, they are immediately attend to our calls and assist us even in every little things we need including a lighter for the wedding cake😁

Having left my cell phone in the taxi home and not able to reach the driver, the security team were exemplary, they persisted in tracking down the driver and recovering the phone which we were then able to return to the Hotel to collect.

Robert at the concierge could not do enough and the little gestures of cold water and calling a cab really made the difference.

Asked for paper cups and decaf coffee to the room it took from 11am to 4pm with 5 follow up calls to finally receive it.

Customer service is extremely poor & we had to call 3-4 times to get something done for us.

Then I head back to the room in the afternoon and the room had not be cleaned, so I call housekeeping and they apologised and said they would send some one right away.

I called Concierge to get more details, was transferred to Guest Services who then tried to transfer me back to Concierge, no reply and I was promised that Concierge will give me a call back, never happened.

We had a slight glitch as the driver we booked from the Hotel had gone to the wrong port quay so I rang the Hotel and spoke to the Assistant Front office Manager Karin Metwaly who organised the transportation immediately and met us at the Hotel when we arrived.

He even apologized that he could not phone himself without the details.

All four of us had this problem, and we all have different phones, so it's definitely the hotel, not something on our side.

I had a fever the time i checked in the hotel, which got worse at night my partner went to the front desk to get some ice bucket to put cold towels to my forehead to make me feel comfortable and Bharat at the front desk arranged for it and offered to call a doctor as well

One thing that bothered me was we had called reception or guest services to ask if landline local calls were free and the rep said no.

The phone attendants even had the "I hate that you're calling" tone disguised in polite phrases.

loveholidays had messed up my booking and with numerous calls to London, they were not able to find the paid for rooms, yet in 30 mins, Daria found the booking.

After being told twice there was nothing they could do, I was finally told I’d get a call 10 minutes later.

main concerns are
- concierge service is below par with personnel who hardly speak/understand english
- dont know anything about dubai nor their own hotel
- luggage service again takes ages
- room service takes ages to respond/take up the phone and then you wait again ages for delivery
- the room interiors have not been renovated since new, this shows in worn carpets and chipped furniture. .

The thing  is that when I was about to take a shower to freshen up, I heard the doorbell ring and it only rang once.

Melan at the reception did not ever forget to smile when ever we passed the reception since the time of chk in.Ahmed helped a lot from the reservation over the phone for making anniversary arrangements requested by my wife.

its time to replace the iPhone 3 charging clocks in the rooms with a Bluetooth speaker.

The prices for food, drinks and breakfast are overpriced.

The only fault is the over priced restaurants .

The only negative I would say is that the food is pricey and the drinks eye-wateringly expensive,

The only two negative points I would mention is the disappointing Thai restaurant and the cost of wine.

Starting at 495 Dhs for the non-alcoholic package and 795 Dhs with champagne, this must easily be one of the most expensive brunches in Dubai and we felt it did not live up to the hype and/or price.

food is rather pricey here had room service pizza margarita and  two diet pepsi 130 odd durham  so over 30 pound gbs  and the pizza wasnt great  .

Check in was flawless and were even allowed to get the room at 10:30 am.

On every visit we are always treated incredibly well by the staff and as Globalist member of Hyatt we have always received a room  upgrade to a suite.

We had a room with a terras and a view on the creek and the nearby yacht harbour.

My favourite hotel in Dubai - service and staff amazing, super clean rooms and pool, good location, great gym, food and everything you like in a hotel.

I've been coming to the resort for the last years, this time the room & view were excellent, the breakfast & selection was delicious with many choices for lunch/dinner (suggest Noepe), the hotel greek architecture remains very inspiring and the added renovations with Twiggy have made it more special!

The Voco hotel is my the best in Dubai .I was living in Nasima  tower…The prime location on Sheik Zaed Road,just 5 min to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall…Especially love the gym,so professional and my personal boxing  training with Michael,the pool is nice not such a big

Close to the subway, amazing view of the Burj Khalifa, very good breakfast, friendly staff, big, clean rooms, a lot of entertainment options inside the hotel.

The Nassima Royal is situated in a fantasy location, great transport links with two nearby metro stations, close to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and a great base for many other tourist attractions, also around 15 minutes in a taxi to Jumeirah Public Beach.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the facilities of the hotel are unique, with a unique view, and most importantly, the performance of the staff at the reception and breakfast.

The location is ideal for a city tour because there are two metro stations nearby.

I stayed in voco just a couple of days before.. Hotel is good and located on Sheikh zayed road.

Well located, Dubai is a taxi ride city, low cost taxi wise.

Located in 49th floor, it has very beautiful landscape and delicious dinner with nice wine.
