Amazing food and fantastic service from Rajni the the fabulous Indian cuisine restaurant “ZOYA” we went half board this holiday and the food and service has be outstanding!!!

The best in customer service for both a business event - 240+ guests and leisure holiday.

I hope to conclude our holiday with positive feedback.

Our 4th or 5th holiday here and will return Easter 2023 with our family.

She made our whole stay magnificent and holidays to remember.

The Sofitel Dubai The Palm is a beautiful resort located on the top of the Palm and ideal if you look for a break outside the city.

At all three restaurants the children's menus were great, lots of choice and a break from the standard fish fingers and nuggets (albeit they were still available).

We have travelled a dozen of times to numerous holiday destinations and hotels in Dubai, and trust me nothing even compares and is even close to Sofitel.

Stayed at the Sofitel which is amazing, staff here can’t to enough to make your holiday special.. our room cleaned every day by Kamal.

He is a really nice and polite person and kept the Children entertained all holiday.

I have been to many great hotels such as Banyan Tree Phuket , Anantara Palm Jumeirah

It’s one of our favorite spots on Palm Jumeirah.

Sofitel The Palm Dubai is the crème de la crème of hotels situated on the Palm Jumeirah.

With a very spacious well furnished bedroom and living room and a large bathroom with a freestanding tub and separate shower, the suite also had a walk-in closet and huge balcony overlooking the gardens, the sea (Palm Jumeirah lagoon) and the pool.

The hotel is situated on the palm which gives the opportunity to stay no so far from the marina, the jumeirah beaches.

We arrived at the night to Sofitel dubai the Palm , Amazing place in Palm Jumeirah, the check in was so wonderful, Fouad he managed to arrange for us a lovely room with a nice view big balcony, he explained the whole hotel facilities restaurant with a Huge smile on the face 
 The hotel is amazing ,the staf are so friendy

With sultry French-Polynesian vibes, Sofitel at The Palm Jumeirah is an idyllic place to take it slow and experience warm, laid-back island culture.

My family and I had a wonderful holiday at the Sofitel hotel on the palm Jumeirah.

The suite we stayed was amazing with a breathtaking view of the sea and the palm Jumeirah.

We recommend taking a taxi to have dinner at the Madinat Jumeirah complex or go to old Dubai and visit the heritage sites and the Soukhs.

Absolutely fantastic property with the most professional and attentive front desk staff, who can truly create memorable stay in Dubai palm Jumeirah.

The ‘luxury’ twin room overlooking across into the Palm Jumeirah  was large, well spaced & the Polynesian colour scheme, decor, calming.

Delightful experience
We had breakfast in Manava restaurant of Sofitel Dubai Palm Jumeirah: what an wonderful morning!

Staff at the hotel were excellent very friendly and helpful 👌 kids loved the pools and breakfast was brilliant .

but we were ok with this as the kids normally watched it in bed- if we were home.

Our lovely housekeeper Rama was great, thank you … the towel monkeys / swans etc kept our daughter so excited each day.

This was a staycation for two nights with my two boys, who absolutely loved everything about the hotel.

Great facilities for kids, excellent service from staff.

They were also so excellent entertaining our son of 2 years old.

Small pool near to the gelato place (not the kids pool) is amazing.

He was also more than willing to cater for our toddlers in any way. Magnifique!

I can say the same for Salman, always cheerful/chatty and providing speedy assistance with buggies, luggage, transport and great with the kids.

Stephen was very welcoming and helped to entertain my child while we waited.

We have had the best stay at the Sofitel with our 1 year old daughter.

It is recommended to families with children to enjoy the facilities available.

Stayed in August 2022 with my wife and daughter, 2 x rooms HB.

The kids area is brilliant, lots toys and friendly staffs who really look after the kids.

I have 2 infant kids, and by the hotel ensuring we got an early check-in & helping us with bags/shopping was a huge help.

Great facilities and amazing experience, ideal for Families with kids and babies, staff is really kind and everything is kids-friendly.

our children went for an hour twice and loved it.

If there's some constructive feedback I can provide, it's to say i'd love the return of the complimentary shuttle service to the Malls and mosque on Friday.

but the recently opened Presidential Palace and the Grand Mosque were truly breathtaking.

Take a day to go to Abu Dhabi and go to the mosque, we used one of the hotel drivers and had a bit of a tour and did the sunset tour it was beautiful.

This Sofitel is located in the very sought after palm, so as you can imagine it’s surroundings are very picturesque

Travelling-
It’s quite expensive to take taxis everyday into downtown Dubai and the Dubai mall and Emirates malls are a little far.

We booked and paid for the all inclusive drinks package.

although probably on the more pricey side.

Instead you need to pay a 60 AED premium for it.

but With all this grandiose fit out and furniture and trying to pay attention to different details in every corner.

), look to the side to see all the prices they earned/won. Mindblowing.

The only thing we paid for were drinks with our meals.

Having paid for a suite,  I suggest it should be included .

Our only regret is that we may not be able to go for our annual visit next Feb (2023), as the prices have dramaticly increased.

but this is the first 5* hotel I have been asked to pay for basic spa facilities.

The only downside is slightly overpriced drinks, probably like most hotels in Dubai  (water is more expensive than at the Atlantis water park and iced latte £10)

Foods were expensive and wasn’t high quality and some of the restaurant stuffs were unfriendly.

That is exactly what I have suggested (offering even to pay more).

but Also  the fact that we have paid an Enormous amount of money per person For the rest I think we had great time.

Food is great, the beach is fantastic, actually everything looks like a dreamy scenario!

So many restaurants also inside the hotel where u can taste italian, Asian and more cuisines all over the world.I will come again! !

Usman was fantastic service at the laguna restaurant, nice guy.

Never felt so welcome and relaxed at a meal.

The staff were always friendly and helpful and the restaurants had great variety.

Top class service, superb food, location and outstanding views.

We ordered Sushi and drinks, they have a quite nice selection of Mocktails .

The view is just amazing while enjoying the sushi and and enjoying nice music.

but I would like to say it here, the lifeguard in the pool infront of World Eatery was so attentive.

We had lunch at the World eatery on our first day, again we were met by team members that delivered top tier service!

Everything was just above and beyond what I expected, especially service and attention to details.

On check-out, front desk staff were great - I have forgotten the name (apologies) of the lovely lady from Mauritius who greeted me with a huge smile - great service and she was genuinely interested to know how my stay was!

but service was although friendly.. a bit slow and not as slick as the other restaurants…

We found the general pool service to be okay  but seemed a lot speedier on the beach / beach cabanas.

Lunch time in general and the restaurants is extremely slow moving.

I have read reviews that the beach bar was slow and truthfully it was a tiny bit slow at peak times BUT I think it’s important to remember that at peak times they can only get so many orders out at any one time- we ate a bit later and didn’t have any huge issues and to be honest the food was worth waiting for it was lovely!

but drink service on the beach is pretty slow.

although service was very slow and they mixed up our order- leaving one diner with an overcooked salmon fillet which had obviously been put under a heat lamp so they could fix the order.

The dinner service in Porter House was very slow with very little choice on the dine around menu.

Restaurants are mediocre and again service is slow and most are booked up so we have had room service or gone out of the hotel for dining.

We often sit outside Porterhouse bar before dinner and find the service to be painfully slow!

I booked 4 nights to celebrate my birthday, the hotel was full of kids.. swimming pool jammed, beach with very slow and horrible service..

even though we had the best suite- service extremely slow ( i had to go 3-4 times on days at the canteen at the beach to remind them I am waiting to get the menu!

I mean, check in the UAE is always slow,but Sofitel take that prize for being the slowest.

The water slides are very slow and only two and it seems it’s targeted for under 10 year olds as it’s very boring.

In the beginning the check in seemed to be slow

however I have one comment, the room service is extremely slow, it takes them an hour or so to get something you ordered delivered.

but the service was too slow in our opinion.

The slow service was also coming through in Moana where it was patch as to how long you had to wait for menus and in some cases never actually receiving bread etc with the meal.

The buffet service is chaotic and slow and they literally charge extra for everything given the chance.

The staff is incredibly nice especially Mr. Usman who have been very kind, caring and customer oriented.

Me and my partner got engaged yesterday and they surprised us with a special desert.

The whole stay was just amazing, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble.

Its our first time in Sofitel the palm and wont be the last for sure , since we arrived everyone was so helpful and cheerful specially Fiel , he was super nice, positive, professional and so welcoming , he explained everything to us in details answered all our questions and defiantly made our stay memorable.

This is my second visit to Moana during my stay at the Sofitel and both times it has been a great experience.

Haven’t had a single bad experience here and would fully recommend.

You really need to catch the happy hour or drinks are VERY expensive!

My only mild annoyance was the price of the drinks which were very expensive compared to other places we have stayed.

On several occasions at the pool and beach we were approach by the F&B team and asked how we would like to pay for drinks.

Just be aware that the drinks are expensive here (but this is typical for Dubai).

Our only other criticism is that drinks are very expensive -

If I had to absolutely had to pick on something to say was bad, I would say the soft drinks are expensive as they are not included in the meal plan.

but be careful my daughter got stung by jelly fish, also bring your own lilos from Amazon and get them pumped up a gift shop for free be warned though a packet of hobb nobbs was near on a fiver and drinks are expensive but all in all if you can get an amazing deal on beach villa do it you get your own butler and breakfast in your villa thank you anantara

As others have said, towels, bedding and sun-loungers - especially the loungers on the beach - are in need of replacing/refreshing
The hotel increases the price of drinks that it offers for its 2 for 1 Happy Hours!

Drinks expensive and I don't think there was any alcohol inside them.

We then tried to pay a set fee for a drinks package of some sort, which they do not off in any way.

This is probably the most beautiful resort in dubai on the eastern crescent of Dubai's man-made Palm Jumeirah, A Thai-themed hotel with villas set around lagoon-style swimming pools and water park.

Very nice room with direct access to the lagoon, great beach and pool, great food, very tasty breakfast, great location on Palm Jumeirah, great service with very nice staff, very much recommended.
